This place is an absolute joke I tried ordering a pizza Fireway pizza is the best in Bridgwater

My review is about the website. I was not able to see their menu without entering my details. I just want to see the menu on the website, is that so much to ask? Navigated for 5 minutes on the website and still didn't see what they got because there's no way you can see it without giving all your details first. Bye

Most times I order the food is great I have either loaded fries or wedges which are always spot on, but the pizzas and lack of cheese always let them down half the time most slices don't have cheese just toppings please sort it out apart from that I have no other issues

This place is a joke delivery 3 hours after first scheduled at 18.30 for delivery at 20.00 estimated delivery 20.10-20.30 . But the ever so busy store told me on fourth call that I was the next delivery all together eight calls later and get a taxi down to Domino's chucked the food that we did have back at them then to be verbally abused by one of delivery drivers and yes I have video of it all !!! Absolutely disgusting franchise not even owned by Domino's and the deadbeat staff who think it's fine to ride away throwing verbal abuse over his shoulder couldn't even show his face again YELLOW BELLIES the lot of you. Did the police turn up you have my name make sure to give it to them !!!

Can't really get better pizza than domino's. Easy to order online and collect from the store or have it delivered....

Terrible packaging. Wraps are soggy and packaging stuck to them, cookies are smashed. Wings are dry and tasteless. Cardboard packaging is soggy and falling apart wraps just fall out of the sleeve with cardboard stuck to them, terrible taste.

This is definitely the best dominos I've eaten from out of 10+ different stores around the country. The taste and quality of the food is the best, occasionally counter service is a little slow, but that's fairly understandable given the demand. If you're in Bridgwater I'd recommend this over the Papa John's any day of the week.

Both pizza and wedges were undercooked. I called and asked for a new one. They said it would take 45 minutes and offered a refund. The refund never went in my bank. This was two weeks ago.

Absolutely dead tasty pizzas run by a top class Manager and group of staff and drivers who are impeccable in service and delivery.

Me and my partner have never had a dominos before.Fast delivery considering its a Friday night Very filling and great deals. Definitely get your money worth.very tasty.

Walk in order. Try to pay Amex…don’t take Amex. Tried to pay cash…don’t take cash due to Covid!!! It is now September 2022, the Covid excuse has now expired. If this is domino’s policy and they don’t take cash, they are not a responsible UK company disrespecting all those of us that don’t have visa/Mastercard. Shame on you. Fortunately the Indian restaurant next door turned out to be excellent, so not all bad!

What's going on at Bridgwater Domino's? The pizzas were cold on arrival and not as nice as usual. Won't be using these again if this is the standard now.

Really disappointed I placed an order 18:45 but never received my order until 21:40 I rang them after 20:00 to see where my order was they said they went to a different address but instead of ringing me they took it back so they said they will redo it and would take 15 to 20 min but it was 40 minutes later before I received my order and when I did it was cold

A little more expensive than some takeaway's but very tasty

Food was reasonable: - The garlic bread had far too much corn dust on the bottom, giving it a nasty gritty texture whilst eating it. - The garlic bread had a large bubble in the centre un-popped, leaving the centre of it dry with no garlic butter, cheese or tomato sauce on it, making it rather dry to eat. - The medium pizza topped with pepperoni, jalapeños and mushrooms was very centre loaded. When eating it, the toppings all slipped off making it awkward to eat. - The crust was pretty good, only parts of it with sauce spillages on it preventing it from rising. - The potato wedges were delicious. I asked for them to be twice cooked and they were. Top notch there. - Oven tender needs to sort bubbles out, spoils the pizzas and garlic bread. - Pizzas need to be checked before they enter the over for quality control to make sure they are topped correctly making them evenly spaced and not centre loaded. Was a tasty meal. Just needs some tweaking to make it exceptional. Makes a nice meal into a delicious meal.

Always hot and a good delivery helpful staff 👌 I now use the online booking and it never let's me down i would recommend this place for definite

Pretty okay, I had a good experience. We ordered the cheeseburger pizza with some sides. The delivery woman was very friendly, everything was warm, she kept her distance with delivery. As Domino's pizza shops go, this was a good experience.

I know someone that works there and they’ve been out the whole lockdown with mates that ain’t in the same house hold, my mate rang them up to to ask about their policy of people not following the guidelines and the manager said would be fired on the spot, so my mate told them about this employee and then said there was nothing they could do. Makes sense... I ain’t ordering from from here ever again😷

On my shift working at a pharmacy during the COVID lockdown we received a call from this branch saying that they were offering free pizza to nhs key workers, at first I thought it was a scam they asked how many of us were working and in typical speedy domino's style 4 pizzas arrived and they tasted amazing. Such a nice gesture from domino's Bridgwater! Thanks a lot!

Not even worth a star been waiting almost an hour for food just for them to say they have to re do the pizza cuz they can’t find it and won’t even offer extra sides or anything for the inconvenience

Ordered at 12:45am and it didn’t come till 2am, was stone cold and burnt ! Couldn’t even ring them to complain either as they closed. Absolutely disappointed!!

I went into Domino's this afternoon to order a gluten free pizza and was told I could only order it online, what's that all about ? customer service zero

Used to be great but all of a sudden stopped doing all the new things they brought out. The domi balls the cheese wedges, Italiano pizzas and garlic bread, buffalo chicken pizza. All these were my favourites but they took them away for no reason.

To start off, delivery guy went to 2 different addresses before mine (I was stood at the front door). Seeing I was only one person with 2 hands, he tried to hand me 5 boxes separately. I paid for 5 toppings on my pizza, I only had 4 (as per attached picture, no mushrooms) and one of them was bacon (which there were only 3 pieces of)

Today I had a pizza from dominos! A good thing about dominos is there deals and speed of deliverys!! I love dominos but I do think it is over priced! Great though!

I don't see what all the big thrill is I ordered pizza and it just teasted like what you would get down the supermarket it was cold overpriced and a total waste of money

Alright for a treat, quite often a wait. Their delivery drivers are forever parking on the double yellow lines outside and causing traffic chaos.

Great pizza, superb quick delivery service if a little pricey. Except on Tuesdays! Varied choice but loved the frankfurter crust which seems to have stopped unfortunately.

Every time I order from here I get a really tasty and delicious pizza which is still hot upon delivery. The potato wedges are always hard and lumpy but the desserts are really nice. The main thing that puts me off eating here more frequently is the extortionate prices.

Domininos really needs to look at its pricing structure in relation to the local market, the deals are not really good deals when you look at what other pizza houses in town are offering

When buying always look for vouchers as this can make an over priced pizza more acceptable. The pizza has always been good and the delivery staff have always been friendly. Repeat customer

Después de haber tenido una buena pizza y servicio razonable que pedimos una pizza de verduras para ser entregados (lado de helado se incluyó como parte de una oferta). A la llegada no helado, y no las verduras en pizza! Después de dos llamadas helado llegamos, pero la próxima pizza para llegar una vez más era menos verduras!! Otra llamada nuestro dinero pero pobre y confuso servicio comparado con experiencia previa.

Dominos pizza are up there with the very best. Service is always excellent. The home delivery service never fails to please.
