Since Alex left the food is awful. This was my delivery on Sunday night 04/02/24.

Not sure what's going on there at the moment but ordered online, all went through then a message about 15 minutes later says 'Your order was unable to be sent to the shop. Please reorder or call the store, payment will be voided" I tried ringing but no answer, tried ordering online again and same thing happened. Now hungry and fed up -do not recommend.

Almost 2 hours to be delivered, when it did it was almost stone cold, the cheese was all stuck to the lid of the box, dried on. Never again. Absolutely awful

Bought 2 Hawaiian pizza’s & garlic bread.one thick pizza base & one thin base both cooked very well & very tasty would definitely order from there again 10 / 10. Well done Guys keep up the good work.

We ordered for the first time tonight with delivery. I'd read the poor reviews but we needed pizza and side dishes. Their website promised so much choice which persuaded me to risk. I thought with all the individually named pizza choices, they must be reputable. The reviewers must have hit them on an off day - WRONG. The worst, blandest awful pizza we have ever tried. Firstly, no flavour apart from the aftertaste of uncooked dried herbs. The cheese they use is tasteless. The pizzas are sad and unloved. There is no attention to taste and flavour. The base, as others have commented is overcooked and burnt at the edges so their cooking methods are incorrect. The base is not in any way authentic italian pizza dough. As others have said, you would be better off buying a goodfellas pizza at 1/10 of the price. There is nothing redeemable about the food, it was awful. I had the choice of there or cheddar kebab kitchen and I made the wrong choice.

Terrible wanted to order but we are 5.1 miles away not within 5 so won't deliver despite leaflet saying they will. Avoid they said they might diver friday/Saturday as its Thursday that's big of them and Tottally useless to us AVOID!!!!! I will advise the camp site to remove their leaflets

These were very disappointing pizzas - dry, overcooked base and poor toppings. Garlic bread was inedible. Would not use again.

Grate pizza shop, friendly staff, lovely food!

Waited an hour and a half. Response to first phonecall: "It's on its way right now." Response to second phonecall (half an hour later) "We're just about to cook it." Pizza finally arrived during third phonecall. Response to request for a refund "I'll call you back." Never got a call back and, to top it all, the pizza was rubbish! Take my advice and order form the kebab house; both the pizza and service are infinitely better.

Use these people constantly favourite takeaway for me. Foods always good and hot even during peak times and prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended to all

Good food, took a while for delivery but they were super busy

40 minute delivery. Pizza is delicious, loaded with toppings. All food was hot on delivery.

Don’t order on line. I ordered a Texan pizza on line and also gave my delivery details as well as my phone number(fair enough). But when I ordered the Texan pizza it then came up with doubling up toppings at a cost, so I deleted them, not realising I was actually deleting the topping that made the pizza Texan. So I paid for a Texan pizza but got a very basic pizza because I deleted the “doubling up” option. I was also charged £1.5 extra, £1 delivery and 0.5p service charge. I live in Cheddar and if I’d phoned my order through there would be no delivery charge. As they had my phone number and I’d ordered a Texan but because I didn’t want to double up I accidentally removed the meat content. Didn’t they think this was odd?

Ordered food at 7.40pm was told it would be delivered withing 45mins to a hour. We waiting over 2 hours for the food to come. When arrived I asked for a refund and they could take the food back. They did offer a refund and gave us the food aswell. wouldn't use the place again.

Pizzas were nearly an hour late. Wrong drink order and pizzas were only ok. Wouldn't recommend.

Midweek football on so a pizza treat was needed. Delivery on time, food was hot upon delivery. Pizza was burnt on outside yet half cooked in the middle. Burger was dry, no flavour, salad was fresh and nice. Chips was rubbery and id guess warmed up. Considering the competition between places like this, the quality should be so much better.

It's not too often us pensioners order take away, but I tell you.. Our take out dinner tonight was a great Friday night treat. FANTASTIC FOOD, FANTASTIC SERVICE, great helpful friendy staff. Well done, very yum!! 👍👏😁❤️.. Thank you!

Had a delivery last week and it was very nice. Lovely and hot too. Would definately recommend!

Really not one to complain but can’t quite believe the standard of food, time keeping and service! order took a Hour and a half (I’m less than a 10min walk away) turned up cold burnt and completely wrong my partner phoned and was hung up on twice finally got through to be told that we were wrong!!and told that We were lying basically!! order finally came correct 30/45 mins later and all I can say was the replacement was a a bad as the first meal really!☹️ feel your counter staff could do with some customer service lessons.....

Walked here from where I was parked up in my truck for the night. Staff were very friendly and helpful and didn't insist on a postcode to deliver it. The food arrived and looked lovely and tasted lovely. Thank you will definitely order again.

First time I used them Never again. Late delivery. Food was cold. And just to top that it was the wrong order One star for trying guys!!

Pizza base was a bit burnt and hard, Let down

I ordered a 12 inch meat feast and chicken wings , the chicken was tender and fell off the bone with a lovely taste. The pizza was cooked to perfection it was loaded up with toppings the amount of cheese was incredible ( you get more than dominos ) i will recommend this place to everyone as they also do gluten free options. Lovely place , lovely drivers LOVELY FOOD!

Not sure what happened after reading these great reviews. Ordered pizza for delivery into local campsite, was told it will be 35 mins. 55 mins later pizza turned up, burned and tasted like frozen pizza I could make in the oven myself. Wasted £12 and was still hungry. Never again and nothing magical about this meal.

Have been a regular customer, but tonight wasn’t so good. Ordered a pizza and was told 30 - 40 mins, 1 hour later it hadn’t arrived so chased up. Was told the delivery driver had it, and it should be with us soon. I did get an apology saying they were busy. It finally arrived 10 mins after chasing. It was luke warm when it finally arrived about 1 hour 10 mins after ordering. No apology given. Hopefully it will be better next time.

Great delivery by helpful staff, lovely pizzas, quick delivery to Blackford on a Saturday night by polite and friendly driver. Would recommend.

the ham and pineapple pizza is usually a bit of a let down for me , but recently last week i ordered one and it was fantastic

I don't think the pizza bases are freshly made as taste like pre-made shop bought bases. Chips soggy and greasy.

Has become one of my favourite takeaways in Cheddar. Great pizza, sides, dips and service always! Also do gluten free pizza bases.

We’re staying at a caravan club around the corner from restaurant and felt in need of a pizza. The service, delivery and food was excellent. I wish I could have given the driver a tip. Great guy. Great food .. Great business👍

Have a had a couple of takeaway deliveries from pizza magic since moving in to the area. Very friendly service Had pizza th first time which I’d highly recommend, plenty of it, well topped and very tasty. Second time had burgers and chips. Tasted lovely. Looking forward to trying some of the other menu items.

Pizza magic has become our new Saturday night takeaway. Always friendly and fast delivery and the food is amazing.

We have pizza from here a few time per month. The staff are friendly and helpful..nothing so too much trouble. The food is great there pizza are yummy, my fav is the Greek ! Prices are reasonable and delivery is quick, 30 to 40 mins. I will not use any other Pizza takeaway in Cheddar.

Pizza Magic, they make great pizzas ! We have used this company about 4 times all in all. Not had a bad one yet. Always been very good for us. The chappie who delivers is lovely. Always got a smile on his face, he's a happy chappie ! I can't answer the questions down below because this company is a delivery service its not an eat-in place.

We ordered the family meal deal 2 pizzas, 1 x 12inch, 1 x 9 inch large chips and garlic bread tear and share, I must say I was excited as all reviews were saying how good it was. The time and delivery very good 35mins but I'm sorry I was very disappointed to be honest, the chips were fries and not that nice, the garlic bread was hard and burnt in places would of been better as a small pizza cut into 4, the pizzas I'm afraid should be the Base, sauce, cheese ( sprinkle ) then topping . I couldn't see the topping and the spicy beef wasn't spicy just normal beef. You get alot for your money but I just think you could do a lot better in presentation to much cheese and to much garlic, I'm gutted to write this but I have to go on what I had on the day. Please take the advice as constructive criticism and when I visit again you will get a better review.

Tuvimos nuestra comida entregados a nuestro campamento. Estaba a unos 45 minutos de espera pero nos dijeron esto y nos dio tiempo para empezar a configurar nuestra campaña.

Pedimos Pizza de magia para Strawberryfield Park. Un vegetariano y el encargo de una vegetariana del menú. Ambos deliciosos y muy razonable de precio. La entrega fue rápida y el conductor de la entrega fue amable. El hombre en el extremo del teléfono que pedimos de conocedor de la zona y muy agradable, aunque él no consigue venderte algunos Ben & Jerry's, que era preciosa y un sabor que no habíamos probado antes!

We were staying at the Chedder Woods Resort and we placed an order, it was delivered within 30 minutes, they rang us to say that they had arrived so we met them at the reception of Chedder Woods, they were delicious, would highly recommend.

We were in a bit of a fix as we couldn't get from our resort into the village due to no taxis being available. We couldn't even eat at our accommodation as the restaurant had no availability!After making several phone calls to local takeaways, Pizza Magic is the only place that would deliver to our resort (Cheddar Woods Resort and Spa). We weren't quite sure to expect but were pleasantly surprised!The pizza (Magic Special) was brilliant! One of the best from an independent takeaway that I can recall. Portion sizes were all generous - plenty left over for the morning!The delivery driver was really sweet too. When he met us at the reception complex, he asked if we would like a lift back to the lodge so we didn't have to carry everything. Sadly we didn't know the code to get through the barrier! But this was a really nice offer anyway, really going the extra mile.Thanks Pizza Magic - we would definitely call again - and not JUST because we are in a pickle next time!

Needed to feed kids after Cheddar trip. Bought 2 x mega pizza's and salad. Waited out side for 10min, delivered to car window. Best pizza's our two boys had ever had!! "Loads of cheese" Well worth the find....thanks.

Arrived at Holiday park late afternoon, telephoned through order early evening and delivered piping hot and correct at 7pm. We had a feast of pizza, burger, chips and sides for 8 people and all for under £80. The quality and presentation was spot on could not fault it we even had we could not finish for lunch the next day.

Their pizza bases always seem to be so over done and far too crispy. Ordered 3 times from here and it's the same every time. Everything else is fine except for the bases.

great service and fab food, definatly recommend if your in cheddar, we telephoned for a delivery to the holiday park we were staying at, the food was delivered quickly and could tell was made and cooked freshly, the lady whomdelivered called us as soon as she got to the recotion of the park, she was very friendly. food was ery well priced too

A very fast delivery of a great tasting, piping hot pizza, They even delivered to our tent within the camp site we were staying in. The delivery girl was very friendly, service with a smile.

Delivers to the local campsite (Petruth Paddocks Camping) and the pizzas are great and good value too!

The food is excellent, the meal deals are good value and delivery very convenient. We've found it a good easy option for a nice easy evening meal in.

As we live in Blackford we thought it might be too far to deliver but no, everything arrived on time and hot. The pizzas were lovely and superb quality and the lady who delivered was charming and helpful. This is our first order but will not be our last. Thank you pizza magic.

I have been a regular customer of pizza magic for around two years and have always enjoyed the food. I regularly order the family treat or the family meal deal as I find that these are great value for us, and the portions are perfect. My son is quite fussy about his food but he always wants pizza magic when we order take away, he loves looking out for the little red car with the yellow telephone. The service you get when you phone up to order is fantastic, the manager is always friendly and knows us by name, he even sent the children chocolate reindeers at Christmas (they also did this for our friends who order from them), which I thought was amazing. A big thank you from the children. The food itself is always delicious and the quality is consistent, the food is always delivered within the time they state and most often it’s early. If we order on a week night and ask if they can deliver early for the children, they always ensure they get here quickly. The value is fantastic for takeaway, the most expensive pizzas they do are considerably cheaper than the pizza chains and they are 16 inch which is enough to feed 2-3 people. Personally I have had many of the burgers they offer when my wife and I have ordered and they are amazing. We live in Cheddar and the food is delivered to our door for free, this is a great service.I have recommended Pizza Magic to all of my friends and those of them who don’t already use them have now tried them too. In my son’s opinion, this is the best takeaway in cheddar and I have to be honest, I would agree.Keep up the good service.

Was looking for a pizza delivery firm besides the usual ones and glad to have found this one. We had two different kinds the country man and magic special . Both were very tasty with a good amount of toppings.

terrible opening times, awful food overpriced. wouldn't recommend to anyone unless you like poor quality and paying to much and at a very inconvenient time.

Pizza... delivered direct to your tent or campervan... does it get any better than that... ?we were staying at Petruth campsite and the site of a little car with a massive illuminated Pizza on the roof made our evening! oh yes and the Pizzas were spot on too!

excellent service to the tent door by friendly staff. took about half an hour to come. food was a bit pricey and was average for a takeaway. Not loads of it. Has a gourmet chicken burger. Not a lot of gourmet about it but it was ok as a chicken burger. garlic tear and share was ok.... bit dry and not very garlicy but ok. My sons cheese burger was lovely and made with real cheese not plastic cheese!

Had one of these pizzas delivered a few weeks ago as I was absolutely starving and they deliver. I had a pepperoni pizza, thin base. The base was manufactured, tasted like cardboard and was not thin and crispy. Chips I had were also not good, much like the chips you'd get in a Chinese takeaway!

It is so nice to order good, tasty food from a local business and the people that work there are great. The lady on the phone is polite and more than happy to talk about any enquiries and the delivery man we have had has been cheerful and chatty, just how people should be. The staff at Pizza Magic are doing a fantastic job....if only more people could follow this example!

Friendly service, great food, delivered hot and promptly by a little red car with a telephone on top. Easy to spot and enjoyed by the kids. Would defently recommend when in Cheddar and will order again.
