Very fast, amazing quality food, great prices and lovely workers.

Not had a take away in a while ( as normally cook at home) but fancied a kebab, it was like I was just eating a pot of salt. Needless to say it went in the bin. Won’t be ordering again.

Spicy chicken wings were fresh and tasty, always polite and you get a whole thick chicken breast in the chicken burger. We live in Witchford and unlike ely kebab shops (which are a lot closer) you don't get charged a delivery charge!

Excellent food : we had chicken kebab, donar kebab and kofta kebab - all freshly made and very tasty Service ; very friendly We need another one in Cambridge asap as we had to travel 40 min each way

Well where do I start, we ordered 2 doner kebabs last night, good amount off food, and sauce and speedy delivery. Straight after eating me and the wife got sickness and diahorreha. Used to love ordering from here but never again got a burger meal and they forgot a large chips

Ordered a small Doner kebab and chips. Doner meat was dry and tasteless, chips tasted like they had been re-cooked. Only ate it as I was hungry. Been to other kebab take sways where the food is much better.

Food was cold, chicken burger was dry, very small amount of salad with kebab, it was like they reheated all the food but not very well. Overpriced for a horrible meal. Won't be ordering again anytime soon

Fresh delicious food, hubby's obsessed with the chicken burger im obsessed with the spicy potatoes. We don't live close anymore but anytime we're passing we have to stop.

Never again, I’ve given them too many chances now. Dry curly doner meat, you expect better when they have increased all their prices. I’ve ordered from Ali’s for 22 years and sadly it’s gone down to the bottom of the hill!!

We ordered from here quite regularly but it's been taking longer and longer for delivery than the estimated by 30 mins to 1hr. Little to no salad, cold and missing food and still missing food after the second attempt at delivering. We won't be ordering from here anymore.

Ali's pizzas are the best and the meal deal of 2 pizzas with a garlic bread is good value. We had some left over and warmed through the next day was still very tasty. Thank you.

Ordered a small donor kebab with all salad and chilli sauce and a chicken kebab with all salad and GARLIC Sauce. As per the last order we placed with them they delivered the chicken Kebab with "CHILLI" sauce and not "GARLIC" as requested, this is the second time we have had the same issue. We were loyal customers for the last 2 years but Sorry no more, The COD Father and Rumbles sell Kebabs Just as good if not better so will use those two from now on.

Waited 20 mins for food , asked for extra lettuce as they seem to skimp on it. Barely any lettuce in burgers, all food cold !! When I informed them they just couldn't believe it was cold!!! Won't be using them again!

Order from and was informed it would be delivered in an hour. Chased after the hour was up to be told it was being bagged up to leave. Chased again 40 minutes later to be told it was next to go out. Was finally delivered half an hour later for part of our order to be missing. Waited over 2 hours for food to be delivered and was still not correct. Will not be ordering from here again!

I have ordered online through food hub. Called Ali’s and they said I had ordered a double chicken burger (I hadn’t) as paid by card told me they will refund. Order placed just after 7 now almost 9.30pm waiting for food and they won’t answer the phone. As I have IBS I can’t eat late. So money taken and no food.

Ordered food which was 10 more expensive than our normal take away it took an hour and 20 mins to arrive. The pizza and the chips were stone cold. Used to order from here all the time but from now on I will only use balti king in Ely. Bad guts afterwards to boot!

We ordered food from your company last nite we ordered 4 chicken burgers and 2 portions of chips the food arrived just after 20.00pm the burgers were dry and tasteless the chips were cold also the burgers were cold we spend £27 for a meal that was cold . Me and my partner have been in bed all day feeling sick I am not happy with the service for what we received . My partner has been using your service for a while now but she will not be using you again . Thanks

Food was delivered half an hour late, was cold when delivered. Drinks and pizza were missing. When the pizza finally turned up it was cold and burnt

The food has gone down hill only get half your order pizza tasts like it has been left to go cold then reheated all food was cold delivery driver has to make 2 trips to bring one order and half hour late

Ordered two kebabs 6.48 pm Saturday night through their website, to be delivered within littleport less than a mile away waited until about 8.20 pm to check whereabouts was told they were bagging up over the phone when we enquired and on the way finally arrived a further 20minutes later ....so waited 1hour 50 minutes in total no apologies kebabs were ok but almost 2hours wait really ? !!! Daughter ordered also from her house and theirs arrived in 25minutes ? Strange they should at least have wavered the delivery charge or some sort of compensation .....

Best chicken burger I've ever had, 10 years and counting

Used last year and this year whilst on holiday, a certainty for a revisit. Everything we have had was cooked brilliantly, friendly staff and good prices

Usually love ordering from here as we're the best takeout locally however won't order anymore, last few times iv ordered food has arrived cold, considering I live a 10-15 mins drive away and everything comes in heat bags it shouldn't be cold! Gave up ordering drinks as never receive them and all I get is well give you extra next time!

Waited over a hour and a half for cold food , food was tied up in a unbreathable carrier bag , food inside was cold and all sweaty , the chips was soggy and went in the bin after a few nibbles , chicken burgers was cold and horrible , kebab was cold , soggy and had a vile taste , some bits like grizzly leather , drinks warm & sweaty inside the same bag , never again , also this establishment deletes all negative reviews to try to make it look good .

Ordered online, stated will be delivered within an hour. Arrived about 10 mins over that. Food was still hot when delivered. Cant fault the food apart from the chips were rather soggy, could of just done with a couple more minutes in the fryer. We had a chicken burger meal, doner wrap meal, sfc and bbq ribs. They were all delicious 😋 will definitely order again!

Had an hour wait which I understand for a Saturday night. However, every item ordered was cold, who orders a takeaway to have to re heat it anyway? £45 spent for a pizza, 2 donner kebabs and 2 chicken kebabs and 2 lots of spicy potatoes. Cold. Price not the issue but the fact having to wait and no call, cold food may as well of cooked my own dinner. Not to mention it looked like the driver sat on the pizza to try and heat it up, along with the chicken being so dry I wasn’t sure if it was the takeaway or the sole of my slipper. Terrible. Never ordering again. Ps: Never been so thirsty.

Disgusting service took my order at 5.45 and they said 1 hour which was no problem , 3 hours later still no food, spoke to them on the phone several times to be told its on its way finally at 9.05 it arrived. Pizza cold but at least the other half's food was hot

food was 40 minutes later than they said it would be, when we tried to call multiple types said the line was busy and when we checked website said it was offline! food then arrived cold and wet. was obviously not cooked well as gave us upset stomach. will not be ordering again.

Been going here for years but the last couple of times I’ve order food it’s been stone cold not exactly how you want takeaway food so not happy.

I normally have a really pleasant experience. I have enjoyed this place before but I know for a FACT this was NOT an accident and they genuinely thought about being deceiving. This time I go in for the simplest of orders, and seeing as it’s simple, there was no effort to actually do what’s best for the customer. I received chips that were pre cooked more than once...no over exaggerating it tasted like only oil...they couldn’t even stay Luke warm and there was next to no potato at all.. You sold me rubbish you’d normally throw away. I know they knew. It was no accident. It was pure laziness.. why the F would I go out of my house to get something nice to eat just for you to think sliding someone something inedible is okay as it’s just one customer? I went out to get something worth my money. You really disappoint me. I would of returned if it was a mistake or accident. You knew what you were doing. If you judge all your customers based on how well you can deceive them, you need to go into parliament. I wanted food. You gave me nothing beneficial other than a flood of adrenaline. I’ll stick to any other kebab shop now. I’m warning everyone against you. Like I said, if it couldn’t be helped, I wouldn’t worry. I get people have bad days etc....but business is business and you couldn’t even give me fresh chips. That’s lazy. Your thoughts are deceiving and unnecessary for your line of work. Everything you put out should be identical. If it’s not good enough for the customer, don’t bother serving it. It’s the thought that counts. Thoughts spread. You thought it was only one customer? Approval and disapproval should mean everything.

We always go to ali kababs but just opened our order and not happy with the side salad that coat £2.20. Asked for no onions and that was nearly the only ingredient! One piece of tomatoes, one piece of cucumber and a few strands of lettuce! Will be looking for a new place to order food from.

Terrible food took 1 and 1/2 hours for the food to arrive. Order was wrong and everything was cold it's the 2nd week running order has been wrong, after a few years of using them I am now changing over to another takeaway in the Village. You really need to up your game with all the other choices now available in the village

Get a burger now and then, always good however tonight was literally thrown together, can accept that it might be busy but that's when customer service matters. Burger was good, just had to assemble it when I got home.

Have bought from here for years and always been really good. However over the last 6 months quality has really gone downhill. Culminating tonight with spicy potatoes with no spice that tasted like they had been reheated from a few days ago and rotten lettuce in with the burger. Will not use again.

It's difficult to convey how much I enjoy the deliciousness of a good kebab. I've travelled far and wide and sampled them from here, there and everywhere. But nowhere competes with Ali's Kebab in Littleport! The portions are extremely generous and the way they cook the shish meat leaves it so flavoursome. Residents of Littleport, you don't know how good you've got it!

Staying locally and we did not want a big meal so tried here. We ordered online a £12 mixed kebab deal. Which was ample for two of us. It was ready by the time we collected it, service was good, as was the food.

Had a half pound cheeseburger meal and a house special kebab delivered on 16/09/17. Apalling! No salad or chillies with the kebab, just meat, pitta and chilli sauce. The burger had no sauce, no salad, just 2 patties and cheese, and the chips were inedible. This cost me £19. Won't be using them again.

Always a happy bunch in here selling what you would expect from a kebab house. All the food is fresh and hot, they offer a range of pizza,chicken,burgers etc as well as kebabs. Limited parking outside with loading restrictions.
