Waited 30 min for 2 pce chicken so bland and overcooked AVOID

This is Large Fries 4.30 this is shame...

Food is amazing. However the website broke my phone it doesn't work anymore and they are a bit slow.

Hair in food. Wrong order : Brought from them and recieved 6 nuggets, however I ordered 6 piece box. The burger was a joke in size, clearly a child sized one however I ordered a full sized one. When calling up to replace the 6 piece, it took them another 30 minutes to deliver... Once arrived, the AMOUNT OF HAIR ON THE CHICKEN!!! Someone is clearly not using a hair net. The chicken was also like rubber and left a terrible taste after eating. 2 stars as they did deliver the right chicken the 2nd time...

Delivery time was 30. Unfortunately food was a let down. Chicken was very average, some bits very dry, chips were terrible. We had three meals, awful in all meals. Overcooked and oily, I think reheated maybe not good quality .

we just got the flyer in the mail and decided to try them. we tried ordering on the app, but it said we were out of delivery range (we are 0.8 miles away/ 3 minute drive), so then we tried ordering online with the website, but it wouldn't accept any of our cards (we tried, 4 visa/mastercard). I called to place the order but they only accepted cash, and we only had card. The guy on the phone said just refreshed the app, after trying on the computer and phone, I called again trying to see if there was a different address I could use and just give them the right one, the guy on the phone got all upset and had an attitude. Eventually just ordered with a different restaurant.

Not recommended, if you are hungry. It's tasty for sure and maybe a bit cheaper than other takeaways in the area, but the delivery system depends on if any cook is free to go. Last time I was waiting 1,5h, now it's over an hour already and still waiting... Just to admit, they're saying estimated delivery time is 45 mimutes.

Always been happy with the food here, just need to stop ordering so much!

As an American in the town, I can confirm the chicken is very American…and delicious! Ordered the 6 piece with fries and small kebab and it’s safe to say we’ll be ordering again!

Ordered spicy chicken wings, 2pcs of chicken and fries. Spicy chicken wings weren't spicy but they were crispy; 2 pcs of chicken I ordered, wasn't juicy as I thought and it was a bit warm, not hot at all; I ordered small fries, they more like a medium size to me. Me and my mate ordered via 2 different website, one charged for online payment, another don't which I don't understand at all, the taste is alright in general. I rang on Thursday to check what time they open on Near year's eve, they told me they open from 9am, which I found out it was not accurate. False information may be provided, recommend to speak to staff in store.

The food is that of a fast food joint! Super super tasty and excellent services! Lots of choice from chicken, chips, burgers, wraps and pizzas! Would highly recommend the chicken supreme burger or wrap!

Awful. Both of the wraps came with a dry wrap and soggy lettuce. Forgot about 10 wings that was paid for also. Never go here

I bit down onto a piece of glass in my kebab. Called to tell them, they offered a replacement but added they would refuse to deliver to us in future. Never complained before and as a regular customer very disappointed with their response.

Ordered a variety to try. Chips, Mushrooms, Cheesesticks, Chicken, Chicken Nuggets and Coleslaw were all very good for a fast take away.

Steer clear of online orders. Placed my order and paid for it delivery never arrived when I phoned them they said they don't deliver to my area 3 miles away despite numerous calls and emails no refund

This is the best food i ever had the chickhen was nice and batterd and cooked to chrispy golden like the sun on a summers day. And the place is very clean. And when they hanndle my food they allways use tongs when they hanndle my food. And the staff members allways washese there hands. No problems detected. The back of house is really clean and spotless. And the frount of house where you order is nice and clean.

Good food. Good prices. Chicken wrap a definite must.

Plentiful portions, hot and lots of chips, but not quite as nice as I thought it would for boneless chicken, needs a lot more batter as it was sadly very lacking need more!!!! Really great customer service very friendly. Not for me, but want to stress quality of chicken was great

Ordered food that's normally good here got home beans we're stone cold phoned to complain just said "heat up next time on Thank you" customer service when complaining is atrocious expected better especially as a regular customer

Called up 6 times at 10.20pm as I finish work and there is no answer so walk down in the rain and they are shut at 10.30 am not atall happy when it tells me they are open online

Good service nice food best one around

Pizzas are actually really tasty! Chicken filler burger and chicken wraps are also good. I haven't really ventured in to much else on the menu so I can't comment. Decently priced as well. Shame they don't deliver though!!

Food ok, but i ordered the 1/4 pounder and many times they had forgotten the salad in the burger

Large range of fried chicken, ribs, grilled chicken and pizzas.

I went here when I was pregnant and brought myself a burger. As I was walking back to my car eating it, I felt something string like in my mouth, I pulled it out and it was a very thick curly small hair. I instantly felt sick through the rest of the burger in the bin and have Never gone back there again. I wouldn't even if you payed me.

Good prices but higiene is not good. The guy that's cooking handles the money and the food without washing his hands between. Never seen them using tongs..
