Amazing customer service. When you enter the shop they have cool decorations and lights looks very nice the food did not take long and arrived hot and was very tasty.

Ordered delivery arrived very fast and hot the pizza was amazing I did a crates your own and had a drink and some sides loved the southern fried dippers

I ordered a two pizza deal via an app. When arriving home I had two identical Pepperoni pizzas rather than one Pepperoni and one different type. It's a 10 mile drive so wasn't worth returning.

Unfortunately these are a bunch of really nice people who actually make pretty nice food but just can't get the delivery right, it's late, cold, items missing and just not great experience. You always have to ring them up to complain. Domino or pizzahut, both further away deliver on time, always hot and ready nice delivery guys. I like to support local business but unfortunately my business will be going back to domino and pizzahut. Honestly pizzatown you guys just so let yourselves down on the delivery.

This place is great for a quick order, pickup, and chow down! Everything I've ordered so far has been fantastic and the staff are extremely courteous and friendly. Food and Service are top-notch. A thing to remember is this is not a "dine-in" facility. The atmosphere is what you make of it, as the front is very plain looking. That is not a complaint! You are there to get your food and get out! Go Go Go! The deliciousness won't wait forever and who wants fresh cold pizza? NOT ME! All my orders have been made in 25 minutes and I rarely wait long if I show up a little early. Enjoy a quick conversation with the gentlemen prepping your food and you'll probably walk away with a can of drink if you are nice. Be nice and they'll be nice in return. The way a good pizza, burger, and chip shop should be. Bliss. Hungry yet? Time to visit Pizza Town.

Fast service and delicious food

My pepperoni pizza had no pepperoni on it and tasted and smelt very strongly of garlic. I don't like garlic so it went I the bin. They cant seem to get an order right here recently. This has to be my last time ordering from here now because its just a waste of money.

Cancelled a food app order 50 minutes after accepting it. Fantastic service.

I ordered pizza town for the first time this evening and the customer service is absolutely shocking when I ordered it stated a 50 minute delivery time after 1 hour 20 minutes I called to see where my order was and it hadn’t even been made. After nearly 2 hours later my food arrived the only thing hot was one pizza everything else cold Absolutely shocking will be avoiding in future.

Nice place, food arrived on time and was hot. Only complaint we do have is that I ordered chilli cheese stuffed crust and my partner ordered garlic stuffed crust however they both seemed like just normal stuffed crust to us.

I don’t normally write reviews and to be quite honest the last 2 negative reviews had me a little scared to try. We took a leap of faith and ordered. Let me say the best pizza we have ever had! We also ordered pizza, curly fries, and mozzarella sticks. Everything was super delicious. We couldn’t even speak we just kept glancing at each other and saying “mmm”! Super friendly staff and quick service! This will 100% be a regular for us! 10/10 😋

Can only give 2 out 5 love the fact dough is fresh however when comes to taste its horrible. The pepperoni comes in chunks rather than slices, garlic butter/sauce is tasteless even dominoes outranks it. 1 the worst places iv ordered from locally. Ordered garlic cheese stuffed crust on pizza and might as well not bothered it was not much different to the base itself

Can only rate this as nonsense, i can get a better pizza frozen, and from the supermarket. Chips are cheap, tasteless, no worthwhile topping. Expensive. Dont.

Unfortunately can only give 3/5 stars. The pizza is amazing and fresh, and we would order from here over the main chains any day. Sadly we ordered a chicken burger and wings because we love the pizza - the wings were £3.79, only got 5 in a portion, and they were absolutely tiny and dry. The chicken burger is literally a chicken fillet on a bun - no sauce and no salad so had to add at home which defeats the purpose of getting a take away. Would 100% order pizza from here but nothing else. Disappointed.

First time ordering on Uber Eats from Ely. Pizza and chips delivered hot and steaming! Tasty too, deep pan very similar to Pizza Hut. I would definitely recommend and will order again!

I had the worst pizza of my whole life from here, which is a shame because the Pizza Town in Bury St Edmunds has never been anything but genuinely amazing. The garlic cheese stuffed crust was less solid more liquid (texture like PVA glue) and very greasy. The pizza itself was very greasy everywhere despite me using kitchen towel to take the excess off the top. The toppings tasted like they were old, off stock and that was what killed it for me. The chips were also basic and bland but I could season those up and use dips, and I didn't have to eat the crusts, but the actual pizza was awful too. The staff were lovely and food was ready on time, but the quality was so bad I threw over 3/4 of everything in the bin. I have never experienced this at the Bury St Edmunds branch.

I ordered the chicken tower burger and it was absolutely tasty. The burger was a chicken fillet with bacon and hash brown and salad I didn't have the cheese on it. Definitely worth ordering. They have a new choice of burgers so have a look online and give it a try.

We regularly order from here, never any problems and the food is always hot and full of flavour. Tonight my partner tried the new 6oz burger and he was very pleased with it!! Safe to say he will order again!!

Thankyou guys....the food was absolutely delicious, the chicken was cooked perfectly, the salad crunchy and fresh....the white wine is a good accompaniment ....followed with chocolate fudge cake... yummy, and all delivered within half an hour, great customer service, and always consistent. Just thought i would update my review and as im feeling very full and satisfied from the delicious takeaway from you guys again, i reaffirm all i said above, customer service is brilliant. Thankyou guys. X

Tonight was the first time going to this place, and it will be the last... I cant fault the price I wont lie, but the food was terrible... Pizza was full of oil, terrible taste so not happy about it, so sad to say I'll never be going back

The foods good however a 2quid delivery charge is plenty for someone who is in Littleport and only can't get there because the children don't want to walk that far, and end up with cold dinner, but also a service charge sort of takes the mick really I tip the drivers based on the service, it shouldn't be forced apon in my opinion

we have a pizza for tea once a month on a Friday.we have it delivered,the food is always hot on arrival,and the drivers are friendly and polite.we have never been disappointed yet with the food.this is take away only

The food from Pizza Town is better than expected. it isn't as greasy as some other places, can order online, delivered quick.

Look, there’s not much to say about it really. People are friendly and efficient and the pizza tastes nice. It’s not authentic but these type of places never are. It is however, better than Dominos and it’s family run.

Small local pizza take away. Offers all the toppings you would expect from such an establishment. There is very limited seating, about four places if I recall. There is no car park so on street parking only and there is limited places. They do have some offers available and they also offer home delivery. The food can be ordered and paid for online and it can be delivered. Not bad pizza, it's not the best I've had if I'm honest as it's a little oily but it's also not the worst.

This is our faviourate place to get a cheeky takeaway every now and again, food is always top quality every time we order from there, and it's always hot when it arrives at your door, highly recommend 😀

Always get our pizzas from here, very tasty food and not overpriced. However, delivery is hit and miss, their 45 mins to 1 hour can be more like 1.5 hours. Collection is fine though!

Pizza is very good! Stuffed crust is awesome. Only complaint the sides were a little over cooked but still tasty!

I had a chicken burger with bacon in it and it was delish I would have one again, the chips were nice and chunky and the cheese on top was melted lovely!! the pizza was ok not as good as I expected but nice for the price

considering the amount of take outs Littleport has, this place holds it own! Been using them since they opened maybe 3 years ago? Friendly if you pop in and on the phone, average 40min wait but sometimes sooner. Love all their pizzas, especially the half and half deep pans.

Recommend for delivery, have never been inside. Always get great pizzas and they have excellent "meal deals" when you have a group. Farmer's and hot stuff pizza are delicious.
