Domino's Pizza in Weymouth and Portland

After an hour, driver rang to say she couldn't find my address. I gave her very clear directions, as she claimed she was outside. Still nothing. Dominoes said they were going to ring the driver, but still no order. After several phone calls still nothing. No food and no refund. Absolutely avoid

Domino's Pizza in Weymouth is a hidden gem! The tranquil atmosphere makes for a pleasant dining experience, but remember to bring your card as they don't accept cash. It's located on near the Queen Victoria jubilee clock. Sparkling cleanliness.

Absolutely disgusting! Took over an hour to arrive . Said on the app it had been delivered.when in fact it had gone back to the shop . We rang the shop said they would re deliver. When it arrived it was stone cold and looked like a dog had spat it out. Do not order anything from WEYMOUTH Dominoes pizza unless you want to feed your dog !

Pizza was ok nothing special but filling

A little annoying to collect (no parking) but the service inside is excellent and the pizza was delicious.

Absolutely terrible. Only wanted pizza yet service was very rude and slow, got our order wrong 3 times, even when the collection was ready we had to shout to get their attention otherwise the food would just sit on the side. Never going there again and many people walked out on them. Spent hour or so just waiting on them

Original driver couldn't find us. He called to say he was outside but then still couldn't find us so just drove away. Obviously, we weren't very happy. After calling the branch on king street I spoke to the shift manager (didn't catch his name). He personally delivered the order again to us. The road leading to our estate is closed so he couldn't drive down to us. Instead, he parked a few hundred meters away and walked the delivery down! What a guy! Much appreciated 👍

From the order being placed we waited an hour and a half before delivery, tried calling the store twice after waiting this long and was met by a rude operator who told me other people were waiting on other lines while we spoke and he had other orders to put through. Eventually apologised at the end of the phone call and no offer of a discount or voucher was given. Delivery driver was lovely and pizza was good.

Very hot box yet pizza was near cold. Let me tell you that the only NYE display which was going off was in my toilet and I nearly ended up giving the walls a fresh lick of colour. This was a vein popping out of your skull job holding on to the wash basin tighter then someone taking part in a arm wrestling competition. Disgusting.

Very polite and friendly staff, piping hot food. Only downside, no parking which would make collecting so much easier.

We were staying in the area and decided to get something to eat from here. This place only takes orders via the app or online and you can't order in store any more (think the majority of Domino's branches are doing this now which is annoying if you don't have access to app or internet (they should at least take card payments only). We luckily ordered via the app before we arrived and noticed they don't do in store orders. When we ordered via the app it stated between 22 - 30 minutes which we arrived at the store about 25 minutes. We went to the counter to ask and the person that came to the counter said he would check (think he was one of two managers there), they hadn't seemed to have started preparing it, there were about 6 orders ahead of us according to the screen. We had to wait another 15 minutes I think to get the food we ordered which the person apologised for the delay. They seemed to be quite busy with orders. The food was good, hot and would say one of the better branches of domino's for food quality and standard. I would recommend this place but would probably advise ordering can be an issue if collecting and probably worse for delivery.

No cash payments, walked out. They want a cashless society… avoid

We ordered from Domino's weymouth and took nealry 2 hours to deliver our food. There was no apologies about the delay. When the delivery driver eventually arrived, he didn't stand at the door. We had to call him to come and deliver our food. Honestly very poor service.

Walked in to order 1 pizza told 1.5 hour wait. Says it all avoid.

Good food but not enough staff and staff seemed like they were putting in all the effort, but they are overworked and tired. Obviously, it's Domino's, so the food is gorgeous and cheesy, but it doesn't seem like the staff get treated very well.

I waited 35 minutes for two margherita pizzas, 20 minutes still the pizzas weren't even baked yet with the thing of going to smoke before the really bad service with the smell of cigarettes on me

Haven't been to Domino's in years and this was delicious. Really nice friendly staff, which is something that Weymouth should be proud of in general, it's a very welcoming town.

Had a pizza from you guys last time I picked up was wrong how can you get that wrong just look was going to order tonight 01.14 7th July 2023 but I'm not paying for the 2.50 delivery your lucky I attempted to come back definitely will not be back in future after delivery charge I understand its been there a cupple years now but I give delivery driver like 3 pounds won't be back so not recomend

Absolutely ridiculous took 2 hours to come which I didn't mind but the fact it arrived cold and was even missing the drink tried calling of mine and my partners phone 10+ times with no answer

SHOCKING . Would have given less that one star if it was possible. 50 minutes wait after being told 20 minutes! Terrible customer service and just kept lying about the time . Lots of other people waiting too . No apologies they just ignored customers in the shop to concentrate on the online orders

We decided to give Domino’s a go even if they have some poor reviews. On looking, the poor reviews seemed to be delivery issues not food quality. We therefore ordered on Domino’s app rather than a third party hoping that would help. We ordered a meaty pizza stuffed crust with some coleslaw and it was a bit delayed in delivery but only about 20 mins extra. I have to say we found it delicious! And as we are on holiday will order again.

If I could do minus stars I would. Pizza never arrived after 2 hours of waiting. Tried to call them 20+ times, no exaggeration, and they never picked up. Absolutely useless.

Staff awful. Food never turned up, they never tried to contact us to let us know it wouldn't arrive. My other half drove to the shop to find out what was happening and they said they'd cancelled the order because they didn't have enough drivers. At no point did they contact us regarding this. They also said they'd refund us and we never received a refund through PayPal. Abysmal service. Would recommend taking your business to the Domino's in Wyke instead.

Odered a pizza from them. Took almost 2hours for them to think something was wrong and a further hour to admit something was wrong when the driver got back and they resent him out with my order witch I received over 2hours ascertained placing. Appalling service. WORST dominos I’ve ever bought from

Had a bad experience twice in a row with one of the delivery blokes. Completely put off ordering now. He knocks on the door and before you even get a chance to get down the stairs he starts pounding on your door really loudly- Waking our housemates and neighbours up in the evening. Then pretty much had a go at me. He also spams you with phonecalls, after your order has been delivered as well. My boyfriend has had to block his number. All in all, just a really unpleasant experience.

Consistently mess orders up, missing items, late, poor quality food (low content when choosing extra, missing items in delivery, I was a regular customer, check my details. I've not ordered since April until tonight and my first order back you've missed an item off the delivery. Driver told me to call the store, I've called 5 times and no ones answered. Either use Papa Johns or AJ's, this lot isn't worth the stress. Google- I can provide my receipt and order history if you need it with card details linked to my Google account to prove this is not a fake review.

We used this dominos whilst on holiday. Ordered a delivery on the first night of our holiday and when it arrived it was missing 3 items. The delivery guy said he would go back and get the missing items. He came back a 2nd time and was still missing items. Tried to call to get a refund for the missing items and they make it extremely difficult! Very unhappy with this experience. I wouldn't bother if I was you.

Got what I wanted, staff excellent

This man made my day today, his name is sasha (sorry if i spelt it wrong). He is such a kind man and definitely deserves some kind of raise. Because of him i will definitely recommend to my friends and family how nice the dominos staff is.

Been waiting 2.5 hours and still waiting. Same 2 months ago but that was a 3 hour wait and a phone call from them saying they'll be another 1.5 hours! Just stop delivering dominos! Girlfriend has just gone to the supermarket to get a couple pizzas 🙉

1 hour and 15 mins later the food has not arrived. They are not picking up the phone to complain.If you can't deliver don't take the order.

Absolute rubbish ,pizza short on delivery and promised several times and told couldn’t ring me Back and just lied for the whole evening,avoid this place

Unprofessional and poor standards with food. Drivers are even worse. Going wrong way up a one way street. Abusive to many customers. And the store never answers the phone.

The staff went as fast as possible, the only down side is having to wait outside for your order.

I could have say in my car and placed an order on my phone then come in to collect but as I was on holiday and passing I popped in to be told after the 3 men in the buildings orders where obviously taken that he wasn’t taking any more orders as he was far too busy! I respect that 6pm on Thursday evening may be busy but fast food outlets that allow app orders but not face to face seem more like he just enjoyed telling me he wasn’t going to take my order. Complete jobs worth!

Really appalling behaviour by staff behind the counter, bellowing at customers tonight as they entered the shop. Shouting to customers 'only one at a time'. How are customers to know this when there is no sign on the front door. You only see the sign at the service counter as you are bellowed at. Very disappointed in domino's customer relations. This could all be avoided an appropriate sign is positioned at the door at eye level. Whilst waiting three other customers received the same nasty greeting. Brush up on your behaviour Weymouth domino's, your customer services let the company down down down.......

Deliverd at 5.00 it should have been at 7.00 then never Deliverd at 7.00 had to go and collect it myself very disappointed with the service won't be using them again

Currently waiting for order to arrive ……ordered Pizza to be told it was 25mins delivery fast forward 1 hour & 15mins and I’m still waiting. No one is answering the phone and according to the app it’s been in quality check for 55mins….I wouldn’t mind if you could at least speak to someone

So I ordered 34 pounds worth of food ... First delivery 2 of the garlic breads where missing...after they had left for the second time realised I was missing a large garlic dip... Which I could not be bothered to chase as we had already eaten the pizza...utter Shambles

Ordered tonight , pizza was over an hour late , forgot my desert , tried numerous times to ring and explain to be left with phone constantly ringing, customer service is 0 used to order at least once a week now you’ve lost a loyal customer I shall go to papa johns from now on.

We ordered a pizza for the first time in ages. It was fairly late, 11pm. The jusg eat driver knocked the door and my partner went to get up. We the heard another knock, this time louder, then another, and another and a constant banging u til the door was opened. My partner is disabled and u able to move quickly but even if he wernt, it was totally.uncalled for. When my partner asked why he knock so many times he said because we wernt answering (givingnus literally 5 seconds before hammering again). My partner then said it was a bit extreme and that we had children and he replied "well domt eat so late then". Awful service, so rude. We called and complained but nothing ever came of it. Probs wont bother again..

My cousin ordered a pizza fron here and all the toppings just fell off & it looked messy a little bit of care when making a pizza wouldn't go a miss.

Soggy and inedible, had a replacement that wasn't much better, never ordering a domino's again

Not happy with customer service. I am still awaiting refund for an order I had to cancel due to extreme waiting time. The staff who dealt with me said she couldn't complete the process due to her manager had to authorise it. She assured to ring me back to co confirm this. I didn’t get any appraisal call and have to say the attitude was not great. Following 3 days when I rang for an update, the same person picked up I didn’t get a clarity for my query and also my call was hung up before I finish my conversation. Customer service manners should reviewed in this store.

Delivered very quickly. My own fault, should have sent my pizza back as it had barely any topping on it. As for my partner's pizza, it looked fine and she enjoyed it. Three hours later, my partner felt I'll and was then violently sick. Have made a formal complaint.

Ordered online at 6pm was still waiting at 7:30 still no food turn up so i phoned the shop to say my order still not turned up got put on hold for 10minutes then got told there app has been playing up,but food should be with me soon as there really busy the lad on the phone was,nt helpful at all.my food finally turned up at 8pm stone cold so phoned the shop again and complaint got told i could have 10 pound off my order said no wanted my money back as food was stone cold asked to speak to manager got put on hold again like earlier was still holding 15minutes later no one came back to me,so my partner used his fone to ring them while i was still on hold waiting to talk to manager disgusting service and manager never came

Order a normal plain pizza normal I order a pepperoni pizza normal Domino is great, but this time will be my last pizza was burnt around the crust the tomato sauce was so over powering strong it was like a tube of tomato puree was covering the pizza below the cheese and I found a hair, disappointed normal there great, maybe it was new staff..

We have used this Domino's on and off over the last 6 years, for every good one there is a bad one and tonight is no exception. Pizza tracker showing dispatched at 7pm, no food by 8:30pm, 2 1/2 hrs after ordering! It is normal for it to turn up late but this exceeds the norm. They always fail to add double meat when selected on create your own, the garlic cheese bread is always appalling. If you have another option, take it.

We ordered a delivery as the cold and rain stopped us from going out for a meal. Great online deal for 18 pound. Medium pizza, garlic bread, chicken strips and cookies. Delivery quick and food hot and tasty. Cheers guys. Saved the day

In Weymouth on holiday. After a tiring day out exploring my son requested pizza for dinner...checked out options and the occasional bad reviews for Domino's almost made me look elsewhere....but I didn't. And had an excellent experience- ordered online and less than 30minutes later it arrived hot steaming and delicious.

The absolute worst. Ordered online at 8:55. Tracker says pizza left the building at 8:57. 9:35, still no pizza. I call the store and am told deliveries are running two hours and the tracker is inaccurate. Pizza shows up at 9:38 cold and gross. NEVER again. I only used them because I thought it would be easy to order online. There are lots of other, much better, places in this town. AVOID at all cost!

Honestly, I could just say they're like every other Domino's pizza. You pay, then you get pizza. That's how it works. But I won't, there was a lovely lad behind the till who informed me that the deals I saw was infact all week long with no time restraints (which was fab). They ran out of a certain topping, they doubled up on another and when they had forgotten the sauce the lad behind the till fixed the problem really quick. He had a cheeky smile going too which is nice to see. He should be given praise for making two customers who were only staying in Weymouth for a few days very happy

Delivery took OVER TWO HOURS to arrive - and it was only a Monday evening!The pizza arrived, quite literally, stone cold and therefore tasteless. Shop manager explained they don’t have enough drivers and said she would refund my order but never did. Have never before used Dominos and never will again - and I suggest you don’t either. AVOID!!!!!!!

Decent pizzas but they are constantly messing up orders. It's either missing sauce on pizza or just plainly different orders being delivered. This is how double portion of chicken strippers looks like at this place...

Went to collected £65 worth of food which was late and cold because they were too busy shouting at eachother and coughing all over the place, when we tried to ask for our food which was sitting on the side we were ignored. Staff were rude, unhelpful and unhygienic (no gloves worn, coughing). When challenged the manger was rude and then eventually gave part refund. We were promised money off next order but never recieved. Do not go here!!

Food was warm at best. 25 minutes late. Staff were unfriendly, unhelpful and unhygienic. Dirty hands,no gloves, coughing over the food. This was a horrible experience. Have been using this Domino's every year for 12 years. This take away is an embarrassment to Domino's.
