Guys sorry but the hell happened? The last few times we got food from here was great but last night was absolutely disgusting. All the meat was dry and overcooked. Literally rock-hard. The picture is the Kofta which last time came as one nice juicy piece but last night it was cut into small chunks and was so tough you could barely put a fork through it! The chicken was so hard and dry and the Donner meat was actually burnt black it was so overdone, that is in the second picture! This must have been meat from the day before put back in the grill but no way was it freshly cooked! Completely inedible! So disappointed because the last few times it was great but there was no way this was freshly cooked. Some of the Donner meat was stone cold as well!

Staying at the Seaview caravan park amazing food

I was looking forward to a nice takeaway and judging by other reviews, I was in for a treat! Sadly not, cold chips, doner meat was of low standard and pretty much every bite I bit into bone or something hard! Wasn't pleasant, won't be going back.

The delivery driver was very polite and no sooner I had ordered it.. It was here. The food was very nice and I enjoyed it.

My mother and father in law had horrendous food poisoning from this place (Gary vokes) has left a review and your response was rude and claiming its a fake account. We are on holiday and they were violently ill around 4am that night after eating from here. AVOID!!!

The app couldn't provide a tracker for the journey, so it left me wondering whether the food would arrive. If there were a tracker available, it wouldn't have been too much of an issue being 10mins late because I would have been able to see how far away the driver was from their location.

This place has always been tip top, really good and a cut above the rest. Unfortunately this evening was my first mediocre experience. I ordered my usual large chicken kebab. Instead of the meat and salad being inside the pita, it was placed on top. The pita was dry and so was the chicken, the salad was a bit on the stingy side too. I'm so disappointed! I have relied on this kebab house for my occasional splurge on a kebab and it has ALWAYS delivered. Come on Dorset, why are your eateries so inconsistent?

Ordered the special kebab on way home from bike night. Got home to find it didn't have the chicken in that was advertised. I live 30 mins away so nothing could be done

Want a cheeky take out? This is the place . Love the kebab, salad and chips. Totally a fantastic take out, kebab beautiful. Delivery fast and prompt.

Doner wraps and doner kebabs all excellent (and huge!!) - lamb doner really flavourful and not at all greasy. Loads of lovely fresh salad and pickled peppers. Really tasty and didn’t leave anyone feeling “overdone”, just a really nice takeaway. Delivery to Waterside was no trouble and the lady delivering was really friendly - even gave us the 2 minutes heads up she was nearly there so we had time to meet her at the gate. Recommend!

First Time trying the Hidden Gem and was not disappointed. Warm welcome by the owners when I arrived to pick the food up and felt very welcome. The food was first class, fresh and piping hot, look forward to trying it again very soon

As usual my chicken kebab was gorgeous, I would never get a kebab from anywhere else in the town even if I was starving, I have seen Little Gem rise from the start and you cannot beat any of the food at all "Big Smiles and full tum tum" Thank you

I didn’t get what I ordered or paid for. I asked for kofte, but when I got home and opened the box, I saw that I had been given doner. I think it costs less, but I’m not sure. It was a good portion and tasted good. I understand that everything costs more nowadays and therefore the pickles are no longer free, but the tiny amount of sauce given was stingy. Excellent chips.

Lovely Kebabs always on time and hot

Ordered the family feast , the four cheese pizza was just inch thick cheese, was like eating a block of cheese. Burger and chips was really greesy, all over the place and made you feel instantly sick after one bite. The only thing that tasted okish was the donor kebab but that was also extremely greesy. We haven't eaten hardly any of it and was extremely disappointed. We rung up and was just offered just 10 pound off the next order but as I explained on the phone after this order and we only here for a night over this way that we wouldn't be ordering again from them. I never written a review before but I'm very Dissappointed with this as previously we have ordered from them and it's been good.

Stay in weymouth every year, always make sure to visit hidden gem, kebabs are really nice from here, loads of flavour, the manager and his team are extremely polite and friendly. Top service guys..

A very good doner meat with chips and salad. The salad was freshly prepared. The doner meat was good and chips not greasy. Service was prompt and very friendly.

Order not correctly fulfilled. Left shop & drove home. Got home & realised we were short. Phoned and told manager who dismissed it and said we were lying. Paid for food not received, manager called me a liar. Disgusting customer service. The rest of the order did not taste too special either so maybe a blessing in disguise that we didn’t have to eat any more of their food! Avoid if you would prefer nice food and no verbal abuse !!

Excellent service and food. But my takeaway was a bit disappointing Tonight. Part of order was missing didn’t find out till I got home. And really didn’t feel like going back . Meal very appetising.

Let me start by saying it was amazing it was actually about 40 mins late but (I think they where genuinely over run it happens) and was definitely worth the wait.. As always delivered hot and very very tasty.

We were down Weymouth on holiday , gave this place a try and I'm so glad we did. We bought shish chicken and lamb kebabs and it was the best shish i have ever tasted. The meat was succulent and was high quality meat. The owner gave us some lamb doner to try and it was AMAZING! I could tell the owner is really passionate about his business and when got back to the caravan my wife and children loved it . We were only planning on having kebab once but we had to go back again two days later and of course it was absolutely gorgeous!

Great food at a reasonable price. Ordered for collection and was ready as confirmation email stated. Staying at Weymouth Bay Holiday Park was only a 5 minute drive to collect.

Go here for the kebab meal deal, pitta, meat, salad, chips and a drink for £10. Never had a bad meal from here and strive is spot on 👌🏽 UPDATE:-Still serve great food here but need to update their times to closed on a Friday at 9.40

I wanted to pick up a couple of pizzas on my way past. Called the number to check it was working and they would be open. Staff were super helpful, took my order in advance, called me back to check timings and had everything ready to pop in the oven when I arrived. So my pizzas were fresh, and delicious. I highly recommend this business.

Visited recently for a lamb doner, would rate this doner as ok nothing special, could of done with more salad and the mayo was slightly greasy, to compare with other kebab takeaway in the area I would have to say I have had better and this one i would rate as average.

It's one of the best kebabs I've had in a long time. The kids really enjoyed their food as well. My daughter really hates potatoes of any kind, but she ate nearly all her chips.

Food was on its way within 5 minutes of ordering. Kebab, pizza & burger was drowned in grease & oil. Owner called me ridiculous and denied what I said. Asked me to meet up and prove it. Then tried arguing it wasn’t his fault. Never going here again!

We brought the kebab mega box £30 there was plenty of choice and quantity to match. This deal served 2 adults, 1 teen and 1 toddler, with some left over. Will be our go to Friday night treat. Penny pinching charges, will pick up next time

Although your kebab was acceptable in quantity and taste....there are a couple of things that screwed up my online experience. 1. The last minute 20p charge for a bag 2. The last minute 50p service charge 3. The distance from outlet to delivery address is 1.4 miles and the delivery charge was £4.00!!! So all together the original £8.50 for the food totalled £13.20....that I would suggest is not value for money.
