Domino's in Weymouth and Portland

As always great pizza from Domino’s they got our order 100% correct. I ordered for collection. It took about 15 minutes.

Fast and friendly service and great good location 👌 Great lunch offers too.

Although I didn't order food on this occasion, I was moving some stock from the shop next door, the manager and his assistant, were washing the windows and a Domino's delivery vehicle, they immediately stopped what they were doing and transferred my heavy bags into the boot and backseat of my car for me, service with a smile ! 😀

Great Dominos Branch, lovely fresh and hot pizzas cooked fresh right in front of you. The place is pristine clean and it shows the staff care about cleanliness throughout. The staff at this establishment are both friendly and helpful! Smiles all round and great personal hygiene. Both ordering and paying was hassle free. I will definitely return here the next time I’m around, thanks team!

Dont buy from these guys! they forget your bottle of coke Cola and say they will get it refunded and a week later absolutely nothing not even a contact! And deffo no refund!!!

Very impressed with the food and service. One particular member of staff was very welcoming and helpful, big shout out to this member of staff. Definitely will order here again.

It wasn’t i had to wait about 15 minutes while staff stood around or messing about One staff member said a few minutes would be ready then i was waiting longer than that then another staff member asked me if I was being served so I said I have been waiting for my pizza order they said 3 minutes cos it is only just in the oven. When we finally did get it, the pizza was very thin in the middle and the topping fell off under its own weight and the crust was particularly large. It was easily the worst service we had ever had. We were fortunate we took it home where we had a knife and fork and plenty if kitchen towel. Otherwise it would have been inedible. Are you going to do anything to ensure this won’t happen again? I will seriously consider whether i will go to domino’s again.

The pizzas used to be ok. The last 6 months I have had 4 meteors from the Wyke store and they have been all substandard. Looks like the regular staff left.

Don't mind waiting, realise you get busy. Delivery chap was very apologetic. however all cold and half the order was wrong.we usually order from the king Street branch but today at a friend's house so had to order from wyke. Disappointed.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH - RIP OFF (not worth 1star) Worst service ever. After paying nearly £50 for 2 pizzas, an icecream and a bottle of coke, we waited over 1 hour 40 minutes for delivery. The PIZZAS ARRIVED COLD and there was no ice cream. Frankly, would've been tastier, faster, better and much cheaper buying Coop frozen pizzas and cooking ourselves. WILL BE REVIEWING ON GOOGLE.

Ordered two large new Yorkers at the counter waited 15 min got home wrong ones in the box not happy told to bring them back loads of traffic on road so had to pick all the bits kids won’t eat off very rude lady at Wyke Regis was a regular customer but will not be ordering from them again

Rang twice to find out where the order was. Suppose to arrive 19:10 to 19:30 and arrived 20:00. Person on phone couldn’t answer where it was just ‘on way’ for first call. Second call he said driver had issues but would be there ‘very soon’. I said I would give it ten minutes and he said it would be there and hung up before I could finish. Driver rang at 20:00 and said I had to come to the front of the park as car insurance meant they couldn’t drive on park (not anything we’ve been told before when getting deliveries to the door on this park.) when questioned she couldn’t really explain the policy or insurance just said she couldn’t. Rang shop back and he repeated the rule and I asked why it wasn’t mentioned anywhere. He said if you ring up you are told. I said I’d spoken to him twice and he hadn’t mentioned it. I wanted a better explanation than ‘it’s policy/the rule’. When I said I wouldn’t have ordered it I’d know I had to walk to front of park as I can’t leave my disabled wife on her own and he hadn’t said it on previous calls he said he ‘personally apologised’ so I said I accept the rule but what would be different in the future? He hung up. Poor poor customer service and communication. Don’t expect them t delover to the caravan on Holiday Parks. Make sure you know where they will deliver to!

Great deals, great staff, very helpful and you can sit down when the food is being cooked.

I ordered ham and pineapple pizza extra pineapple and some mushrooms what I got was dry pizza 1 blob of sauce on 1 slice nothing on rest of pizza 1 slice had nothing on it at all I got no mushrooms only 1/2 portion of pineapple and 1 slice with thick cheese and nowhere else! Absolutely disgusting! Whoever chucked it together either cannot make pizza or having a bad day definitely not worth the money get more toppings on a value pizza

Worst pizza I have never had from there! Actually gave my house good positioning! I have done a form with customer service but be waiting over 3 week with no response! Not no and wont be using them again

In veg the hot veg pizza is very bad , not hot at all but so salty

we had 2 pizzas made here, one veggie and a meaty one and they were lovely!

Just had to pull (hopefully only a!) beard hair out of my pepperoni dough balls. Came from Domino's Pizza Wyke (weymouth). I have tried ringing the store to let them know but nobody answered. Only noticed when I had one of my dough balls left. Not impressed at all. Food hygeine inspectors would shut the store down immediately upon finding hair in the food.

Waited almost two hrs, wrong pizzas turned up , no apologies, no money knocked off,very poor service

Took over an hour from order to delivery. I rang to find out where it was to be told the driver was on his way. When it arrived it was luke warm!! I rang to tell them it had arrived but it was warm he said he was glad it had arrived I told him u wasn't happy with it and left it at that absolute disgrace!!

The pizza was burnt and tried to call them so they could send a new pizza but no one answered even though I rung 5-6 times. The staff are incompetent to answer the phone

Ordered online, 9-14 minute wait for collection. Arrived and sat for 50 mins... pizza sloppy and not even an offer of anything for an apology 🙄

Great pizza but staff doesn't know about deals so if you wanna order something, check online deals first. It took a bit longer than orders in London, maybe because staff is more chilled. Overall experience, parking is tricky in a peak time so think twice as there is no parking close but you can park at Tesco for free on your left side before Pizza. They do not have many tables so it's mainly for delivery or small parties up to 8 people.

No cash payment. It is Discrimination of people without card or don't want people ay by card. This fake pandemy never existed, so why this silly rules?

Rubbish pizza came and was barely cut got in a right mess. Order isn't compleat. Wedges missing and been ring on the phone for the last 20mins and no one answering. Gross. You would have thought by now they would have sorted them selfs out.

Had a tuna pizza from here on Thursday with my partner and we both been very sick (vomiting) for 3 days now...

I wanted to leave a review because we were a bit desperate for some dinner and Dominos came to the rescue on a Monday night. We were walk-in customers and ordered via the real-live staff who were exceedingly polite, kind and honest and helped us navigate the menu and decide what sizes we needed. The pizza overall was pretty good, not too greasy with a good dough. Everything was dealt with very quickly and efficiently and we were pleasantly surprised by the experience.

We normally get dominos every now and then but today Order two pizza one that was great the other was greasy customer service was great getting it changed got another pizza delivered looked okay but very doughy and greasy.

Friendly staff straight from the get go till we left even got the door for me, when we ordered the food the guy found me a great deal which saved us money which means we will definitely go back for more 🤤

Absolute joke at this dominos ! Tried 3 times now and every time the delivery is late! This time pizza and chicken kickers freezing cold. Called up and the phone just rings and rings and rings…. It’s an embarrassment to the dominos chain! Think they need to get a decent manager and new staff!!!

Ordered via the App and used the 40% off when spending £40 or over. Great communication, quick service and great pizzas. Domino's rule and this place is no different.

Waited nearly 2 hours for 2 Pizzas ordered online only for them to turn up cold! It's not the first time something has been wrong with our orders from them, don't know why we bother! Don't think we will again, shocking service! Go to the local shop & buy yourself a pizza from there & save yourself the hassle & get it a ton cheaper! Lesson learnt!

Order took an hour to arrive, turned up cold so I sent it straight back. They’re only a 5 minute drive away. Then took over an hour for the new order to arrive. Paying a lot of money for this over priced company to take the piss, having kids barely out of school cooking and delivering the food. This is the last time I will order from this company

Domino's - standard experience, standard pizza. Good, reliable choice and delicious. Parking is a nightmare and requires some patience to pick up - delivery is the much easier option.

Enjoyed by all small pizza perfect size for my son all pizza enjoyed we had vegan and tex bbq definitely visiting again

Ordered using the website for us to collect later. The food was ready when we went to collect which is always pleasing. We’d ordered pizza, wedges and cookies and all of which were hot and freshly cooked/baked.The pizzas were lovely, very tasty with quality ingredients. They were a good size and generously topped. The wedges were all cooked well and the cookies were a dream. The chocolate chips were semi-melted and totally delicious.I would recommend this place for a pizza and extras! My only reservation is that the leftover pizza slices didn’t warm or up so well the day after, best to eat the lot fresh.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Placed an order online and they took payment immediately, only to phone and say they refuse to deliver it as I'm not at my fixed address and am here in my van on holiday but wont be refunded for 3-5 days despite them being the ones who refused to fulfil the order. Will be complaining to Head Office. Completely useless.

You could order a pizza from Italy and it would get delivered quicker!

Because of self isolating and convenience and I'll health and fancing a pizza I ring DOMINO'S Portland road Weymouth Dorset because of my speech impediment they was very helpful put me at ease they was very friendly I am so happy ringing them again from now on thank you very much

We placed our order at around 6pm this evening, pizza arrived and was cold and looked as though a 4 year old had cut it. We rang up and spoke to the manager( can’t give me his name due to data protection) he was apologetic and said our ordered would be replaced as long as we returned the order we had received which was fine, 45 minutes later we then rung back up as this had taken longer than our original order, he was very rude and abrupt and just offered a refund. Then we continued on to ask for his name and he then slammed the phone down( ring 3 times again) he finally answers and tells us our refund would be in my account within 3-5 working days. I’ve never experienced customer service like this in my life absolutely disgraceful will not be ordering from here again.

They immediately called that they have run out of a topping and let us swap for free! Five star customer service, thank you!

Only really use this store for the takeaway, but it's like all the other dominoes. Had a bit of a bad experience with one of the takeaway drivers but was dealt with well and was given a £20 voucher next time I ordered. So was happy with how it was dealt with.

I'm a bit chilli fan and they don't do much in the way of Hot pizza toppings so I prefer pappa johns

Clean friendly fast food outlet. My veggie pizza was very fresh , tasty and excellent value. I ate in at a quiet lunchtime and would definitely use again .

Never ordering from this store again nothing but trouble since its opened. Twice now the food has taken over an hour to arrive. Called the store, which took 15 minutes to get through, only to be told they don't have enough drivers so they are having to stagger the orders. Don't bother offering delivery if you can't actually do it if I had know I'd have just picked it up myself. To top it off when I asked to can just cancel the order I was told it would take three to five days to get the money back

It seems that every time i order from Wyke, there is a problem. Tonight we have been waiting 90 minutes for the order to be prepared, tried to call them, but they don't answer the phone, nearly 2 hours in all. We have had damaged food, cold, items missing, late deliveries an no refunds.Never had this trouble with King street shop.

I'm camping and was looking for an easy dinner (it's been a long day...). Turned up outside where one of the driver's saw me and smiled, which was nice, I went inside and ordered a pizza and was told I could make it a large for no extra money! Good value! It was ready in under ten minutes and I was able to charge my phone whilst I waited. Top stuff.

We are very much regular visitors my partner adores the burger pizza which in fact does taste just like a McDonald's big Mac. On this one particular occasion we were sent the wrong pizza purely because they ran out of the chicken required so substituted it for a tandory chicken! We were very disappointed no phone call to say just one person made that choice for us. All was resolved with a simple call from me and we had new pizza sent out straight away with the chicken of our choice.

It's a Domino's franchise so you know what to expect but these pizza's are below that average, more greasy and too much sauce. Service is friendly and fast and the good thing is that you can eat inside, most Domino's do not have that option.

Visited here recently for a quick dinner. I was amazed by the brilliant deals that are offered and the friendly, polite staff that work here. Service was quick and so was the food itself. It pleased me to see such happy individuals as they worked fantastically and really made my evening when thanked and wished a pleasant day upon leaving, will definitely be visiting again!

Went to order a few pizzas and a few sides, price came upto around £50 which I was willing to pay untill the gentlemen serving explained if I ordered a couple of garlic breads the price would drop to £34. Excellent customer service and amazing staff. Always happy to chat with the customers aswell. I even seen them give a little girl a chocolate pizza as it was her birthday. Deffintley will be coming back again.

I visited here today and I can honestly say I am impressed with how well this store has changed. I visited in November and had the worst service ever and was greeted by a rude female who looked like she couldn’t be bothered at all and was never going to return as my pizza was wrong and felt like I wasted my money. After the service is received today I am glad I went back. The staff were extremely busy so I didn’t mind the wait, they all seemed happy and you could hear them talking about the pizzas they were making and having a laugh which is great to see in a busy environment. The pizzas I ordered were made to perfection and my whole order was correct. I can’t express enough how I think this establishment has changed in the last 6 months and how the staff seem happy and polite. It is great to see people working as a team and actually communicate with each other. I will defiantly be returning. 10 out of 10

We frequently use Domino’s Wyke Regis, both in store and using their excellent delivery service. Food usually arrives in good time and HOT and it tastes much better than the other local pizza delivery company whose dough is rather chewy for our liking.

I drive past this store on my way home from work in the evening and as I’m tired I can’t be bothered to cook when I get home. I pop in here quite often, sometimes calling ahead with my order if the traffic is bad. I never have to wait long for my pizza and the staff there are very friendly and helpful, even when they are rushed off their feet. When I get home my pizza is still warm enough to eat and it tastes great! I think the cost could be cheaper but u get what u pay for.

Staff are very friendly, very good service, didn’t have to wait long for my food. Had it both delivered and visit the stores and both times the service was great. The store is very clean and welcoming. The food is very good and filling.

No hygiene and when you complain they give you in store credit but only for that store when why would you want to eat again from a store that you've just complained about the food standards and hygiene!

Just ordered the special offer on any large pizza, I have had pizza from this place before, but it seems the cheap deal gets you less topping, looked about half the amount than usual. Very disappointed!!.

Average Joe, if you like greasy dripping pizza and you're not to bothered about quality it's ideal, not what they used to be.
