Sadly still lacking , food ok but nothing special. Staff standing around drinking at the bar . Come on now up your game or lower the prices

Very nice pub right on Weymouth harbor. Great service. We were there on a Sunday evening and you didn't have to make a reservation.

Nice vibe in this place. Staff are really great, that makes you want to return. Very accommodating with a big dog in tow. As others have said, views, food, atmosphere, all great, just give it a go!

This was the worst meal out I have ever had. Food did not seem fresh, a ?frozen pizza with a raw doughy base. Partner had very pale coloured muscles which were chewy and again did not seem at all fresh with a side of undercooked again ?frozen fries despite stating triple cooked fries on the menu. Some confusion over the order meant we ate at different times due to having to send first pizza back. Would not recommend, would not go back. Felt like a complete waste of money.

Just got back from here. Food was absolutely stunning and friendly service all round. 100% will be back and will definitely be recommending to my friends.

Called in today 14th sept completely on a whim with the Mrs.. MAKES A CHANGE.a very nice one to be greeted by staff that actually appeared to want to be there! Unlike most fast food places in town and other places we have been too.. can not fault it.. from service. Food and ambience.. even though it was only myself and Mrs in.. It WILL NOT be the last time we visit.. quality venue.. and a recommended visit for anyone visiting or on their Jollies. Rich and Samantha.

Absolutely delicious - food was cooked fresh to order, nice and clean flavours and piping hot. Burger was very juicy and the triple cooked chips beautifully crisp. The table next to us ordered loaded fries and we were very jealous! Simple menu, brilliantly executed. Well worth a stop if you are in Weymouth.

We called in completely off the cuff after reading the menu outside. This is a really lovely venue in an old harbour side warehouse. The staff are courteous and attentive. The drinks arrived quickly as did the food shortly after. The food is mainly grill fare but well cooked and presented. Highly recommend a visit if you’re in the area.

13 of us visited the loft for the first time last night & had a lovely time. Service & food is excellent, they managed 13 of us no problem. The pizza is delicious, everyone said how lovely their food was. There was a pool table & games for the kids after dinner which was great. I would definitely recommend to anyone to visit.

Food took a while to arrive, but we weren't in a rush. Service was friendly, fast at first, but we ended up leaving with the dirty plates still at our table and paying at the bar. Food was average, fairly well presented, but lacking any real flavour. Could be worse but could be better too.

Having been told a couple of weeks ago, you couldn't book so on first come basis. Arrived tonight to find whole place booked out, nowhere in Weymouth taking us so wasted £20 on taxi to go back home to cook a meal

We visited on our last day of me and my wife’s short break in Weymouth . The decor was like something from a Harry Potter movie and could do with modernising . Most modern thing in there was the pool table which is oddly placed ( right in-front of the bar .) I purchased the steak and ale pie and it was extremely dry , the filling was almost empty containing not a lot of meat . I was very upset by this as I’m paying £15.95 for a so called gourmet pie which I could’ve bought at tesco for less than £2 . I didn’t read what the pie was with but when it was presented to me I was shocked . I was expecting a warming dinner , maybe pie , mash , broccoli stems and onion gravy . Not just triple cooked chips which were soggy on the inside . In my opinion this was very bad presentation for the word used (Gourmet). My wife on the hand is vegan / pescatarian and the menu doesn’t consist enough vegan options! All she could have was a veggie pizza , salad & olives which doesn’t exactly appeal to her . She chose to have the veggie pizza but the toppings were very lacked , probably about a table spoons worth of each topping . To my surprise I thought this was going to be loaded as it’s probably the cheapest pizza to make but no . Overall I would probably rate the whole experience 3/10 . This being for the food overcooked and rubbish presentation , when I told the waiter which cleared the table , she shrugged her arms and walked of into to the kitchen with are half empty plates . Would not recommend for a evening meal , more like a quick drunk pizza .

We happened upon this place on a scout for food and we were pleasantly surprised by how great this spot was. Fantastic food. Great staff. Lovely menu that has everything you might want, but still simple. I highly recommend stopping off here.

What a cool place with great staff, good food and excellent views of the harbour. The pulled pork loaded fries were great 🤤 Oh and the Snickers milk shake was awesome, the kids loved the DMF glass 💀

The place itself is really nice and the staff are super freindly and helpful. Only downside was the menu outside (pictured) wasn't the menu inside, as there was a lot less to choose from. The food we did have was nice.

ideal for big group bookings with children , noisy , loud and chaotic , food ok but nothing special, disappointing for us , but i am sure has a market, very little for vegetarians, seems to be supermarket food cooked by whichever staff member is free.

This really is a hidden gem of weymouth. It's high up and its views are amazing. The food is great and the owners really want to have a great place and they put a lot of work into.

We booked to have dinner here for our last night in weymouth and what a disappointment it was, it started off well we got our drinks and ordered our food,the starters arrived, but then it went down hill from there, the starters were bland and not very appealing to the eye, then the mains, what mains! We waited and waited kept being told they will arrive in a minute over an hour later we decided we had obviously been forgotten, how I don't know as it wasn't busy, no apology given, absolutely disgusting and spoilt our last night in weymouth we paid for what we actually had and left.

Started off well ordered drinks and food, starters came, we both found them bland and not very appealing to the eye, we waited for our mains, we was told a couple of times they won't be a minute, after around an hour of waiting we had clearly been forgotten about so we decided to leave and just pay for what we actually had, how we had been left waiting is beyond me as we were one of 2 couples in at the start, we had also booked, no apology given and our last night in weymouth spoilt.

As a fan of cider, this place doesn't disappoint with quite a varied selection on draft. Food is pretty good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Shame that it's hidden away up above street level. So glad we decided to climb the stairs.

A mid-week visit to The Loft for supper and it didn’t disappoint. Excellent food with beautiful views over looking the harbour with great service provided by the team. The current owners have only been running seven weeks so deserve local support. 5******

Absolutely amazing place with amazing views of Weymouth harbour. This is a stunning relaxed dining experience which is defo worth a visit . A great menu selection but the Pizzas are 10/10 highly recommend. There is a great selection of food and drinks on the menu also. Service is incredible with a great vibe from its team members. Very attentive and also extremely friendly. Jordan is a great host really made our visit extra special. Some one give him a pay rise. Get down an support this new local business ya won’t be disappointed:)

Staff were great, very friendly and attentive. Was not impressed with the food. Chargrilled chicken burger was not chargrilled and tasteless, the so called triple cooked chips were just normal fried once chips. Chips were served in a little basket to make it look posh but it's just a ploy to serve a pathetically small portion. All served on a tiny chopping board thing. Charger £16 for poor food and tiny portions

Nipped in for drinks as needed some shade on a sunny day. Lovely place, very chilled atmosphere, friendly staff and amazing views of harbour. The milkshakes were a big hit! We came back later in the evening for food and can confirm the pizzas are fantastic!

We turned up on a spur of the moment. The staff friendly and welcoming said we can sit where we liked. We didn't want food. The drinks selection is very good. The music is on Alexa. So you can choose the music if you dare. However it's a first come first served basis 😉 . The toilets were clean but up a flight of stairs. The manager is a good crack 👏 as are all the staff.

Went in after struggling to find anywhere that would do cocktails and lunch then found The Loft and so glad we did, awesome views, super friendly staff, accommodating, great food and an overall great atmosphere.. so much so we revisited 2 days later and would definitely recommend!

We are local; decided to give The Loft a try. Absolutely fabulous location, friendly efficient staff, especially Jordan. Food was freshly cooked and lovely & there was a good choice of drinks. Definitely recommend all round.

It's so hard to find somewhere that does good vegan pizza but this place does GREAT vegan pizza. This could be my favourite spot in Weymouth, beer, pizza and a beautiful views of the harbour!

Beautiful food and very accommodating for vegetarians. Garlic bread was insane. The (one person!!) Serving was a hero, obviously understaffed but handled it amazingly and was still lovely throughout even though covering the whole floor and bar seemed like a challenge. Very lovely experience would come again.

Great selection of pizza with sides to put the warmth back. Had meat feast pizza with Sicilian snacker and wedges. Both stuffed and very happy. Great selection of drinks to finish and extended opening hours so more opportunity to try something different xx

Loved the food, the friendly staff (and their dog-friendly policy) and the character of the place so much that we went back the following night of our stay too. It's really convenient for Ironman supporters and competitors alike, I'd recommend a visit.

Really fresh pizzas and great service. Relaxed atmosphere and the view was nice. Wait service was attentive. Lots of open space and clean seating didn't have trouble getting in.. We tried the Ultimate and the Four cheese pizzas. If you're a goats cheese or blue cheese lover, the four cheese is really delicious. Nice drinks here and they offer you garlic and chili oils for them complimentary. Overall we had a lovely experience here.

Been here a number of times over the last few years and it had always been excellent, however last night it was very poor.as a place that specialises in pizzas I expect the pizzas to be perfect.mine was far from perfect. As a meat feast I would expect a decent portion of meat and a decent sized portion. The size was small, the edges were burnt and I had to search for the meat.

Can't judge the food, but rang to book and they never checked or updated their voicemail. Arrived that night to see the restaurant closed due to problem on premises. By now it was too late to find another restaurant.

We had dinner here at the end of a busy day in Weymouth. Staff really friendly, pizza where great and amazing views over the harbour whilst eating. A great finish to the day. I’d highly recommend this place for a relaxing pizza. Family friendly.

We had Fantastic pizzas from this place, there were loads of vegan options and Camden beer. They are also dog friendly and the views out onto the harbour were excellent.

Me and hubby had the vegan special pizza and wedges. The pizza was nice and light with plenty of flavor plus an added kick.

Phoned to order takeaway pizza only to be told their fridges were broken, later took a walk past to find a full restaurant being served pizza. Very unimpressed, no customer service from the staff!

Went to The Loft for dinner while on a weeks holiday in Weymouth, pizzas and Cider was all great and we then finished with a lovely Chocolate Brownie, very good service from the chap who served us that evening to in a very relaxed place

Very poor service booked table for 7 arrived and was shown to table and that was the last we saw if any staff in the 15 minutes we sat there waiting. Walked out in the end not even being offered a drink

A fine establishment of the utmost exquisitry! I would most certainly dine at such a place of excellency and sophistication again, and perhaps even recommend it to my acquaintances due to its splendid customer service. However, I must concur that the dessert menu was decidedly lackluster, although the richness of the chocolate brownie was more than enough to make up for it. My most sincere compliments to the chef!

Worth seeking out, despite the fact it hides up 2 flights of steps from the harboursite frontage(there is a lift!). Relaxed (and dog friendly) atmosphere. Very light pizza bases and some unusual toppings, plus there's a list of extra toppings if the set pizzas aren't quite what you're after. Very quick service and friendly staff.
