I was greeted very warmly with a genuine smile by Amy as I and my family entered. I have coeliac's disease, so I always prefer to order with a server so that my dietary needs are clearly communicated and understood. The lovely Zerena was our server and she was absolutely wonderful with us. She was friendly, kind and patient with my 8 year old. She understood my dietary needs and instilled confidence that she would look after me. I asked for a salad bowl from the kitchen, she assured me she'd do it herself, she mentioned she would wash her hands for me, I felt reassured by that very much. Zerena was very attentive, nothing was too big an ask, her service was quick, friendly and professional. She made our visit a really enjoyable, positive one, I will definitely be returning with my family.

A small group of us decided to go to the George Michael Tribute night however we were disappointed to discover that where we were seated was not ideal to hear & enjoy the performance. It transpired that on making the booking online, we would have been notified that seating is outside under cover. My friend that booked it said she never saw that. The adverts about the various performances there do not state that it is outdoor seating. If it was, we might not have bothered to go. As we were seated indoors we were unfortunate to have other music playing at the same time as 'George Michael' outside. Of course this was not what we were expecting. So be warned if you decide to see a tribute band here. The staff were friendly & the food we had was acceptable so I might come back again if no performances were happening.

Where do I start ! 3 hours we were in there! Yes there were 11 of us , yes we ordered at the table ! To start with our waitress was new , I cannot fault her she was lovely & did her upmost best, she obviously lacked training as didn’t know what was included in the meal deals , poor management there for starters , we went up for salads , drinks still hadn’t come out & were wrong when they eventually did , we also asked for water for the table, this never arrived! carrots looked dry with brown edges , variety was sparse & sauces were left empty, we had to ask them to fill them. We waited ages for starters again one was wrong so asked for the correct order! Pizza came out before we’d finished the starters , again the wrong pizza came out & one was soggy & wet so sent back for a fresh one, apparently this happened because there were too many toppings. The 2 pizzas came out as the rest of us were almost finished, along with the replacement starter which again was wrong but not wanting it with the pudding it was half eaten . 2 hours in & still waiting for cake & pudding the cake comes out pudding was still another 15-20 mins & the birthday boy had to leave with a friend for other arranged plans so had to leave pudding to be boxed & brought home , they finally came out on plates with guess what a pudding missing for the child who’s pizza was wrong & late . This & the takeout were eventually sorted but to say we were unhappy & actually fed up of still being in there almost 3 hours later we eventually went to seek the manager we’d already asked for 3 times but was too busy to see to us (it was not busy ! There were more than enough staff out front because 2 were sat on a laptop!) All is well that ends well I guess ! For us anyway as our bill was wiped & The birthday boy received a £25 voucher Not good for the restaurant as they lost almost £300 I wish we had read the reviews first , what should have been a fun celebration for a 13 yr old was very strassful & no amount of free food & drink can make up for that !

Havent been to a pizza hut in years, so was pretty happy to give this a go when looking for somewhere to grab a bite to eat whilst on a training course nearby. The restaurant was pretty empty apart from 2 other tables, and felt a little bit soulless. The wait staff were friendly enough, but interaction is minimal as everything is self service. Was a little disappointed with the lack of variety of the pizzas on offer, only 5 flavours, and I felt that tastewise they dont match up to Pizza express or places like papa john and dominos. It was ok, nothing more. Did like the self service ice cream though, this is a good idea, especially for kids.

Absolute joke they don’t except cash and the food is rubbish the assistant manager has no idea we won’t be going back any time soon

The staff are always fantastic. We visit fairly frequently because our grandchildren love it. The staff are always friendly and attentive and the food is good. The children especially love the icecream factory!

The ordering online was very clunky, if you wanted to make amendments, it was easier to start again than to edit. An edit function like McDonalds would be much more straight forward. The adult pizza was very greasy and I honestly thought the £1.65 frozen pizza I buy from Tesco was better than the Pizza I had. Overall, we spent £80 for a 4 kids meals and 2 adult meals, which for me is poor value for money, especially given the quality of food received. We went there for my daughters birthday as this was her request, we simply will not be returning again. The thing I found most baffling was the suggestion of tipping when ordering on your clunky app. The staff merely showed us to our table, dropped food off and collected! In the meantime, we paid for over priced pizza!

I would avoid at all costs…. Poor service, Poor hygiene and food was below average. Dough smelt off even when cooked. Not the PizzaHut of old…

The visit started off on the wrong foot and this wasn't the staffs fault. We were told that it was Cashless which is understandable these days but to be told that we had to use the App and there would be no choice in future a disgrace. As we discussed many of their regular customers were of the older generation and others still wanting the choice. I often leave my phone in the car as it's just an extra distraction and something else to carry. We should have the choice to be served by a human and not forced into using our devices. The other problem at Shaw Ridge was that it was freezing cold and you shouldn't have to eat your Lunch wearing a coat of Which most customers were doing so!

We booked a table in advance and on arriving we were shown to a table that was stuck out the way. As I was suffering from a terrible bad back I asked if we can sit somewhere more comfortable. We were shown to a booth table but it was so narrow I could hardly squeeze in and immediately I tried to get out and was stuck unable to lift myself out of the low right space doing so with immense pain in my back. So we decided to go back to the first table offered us. To our utmost further disappointment the tables were extremely wacky. When we mentioned this to the staff all she did was to jam the two together with one table on top of each other. This did not solve the problem as the minute you put any pressure on the top the table fell back into the wacky uneven and unsafe position. We were totally exasperated by the whole way the evening was turning out. To add to the problem they ran out of gas for the drinks machine and you had to buy their bottle drinks which worked out really expensive. In the end we decided to just get up and walk out the restaurant. Totally bad service, total lack of any concerns where there was an issue and so we would not be going back there again and certainly will not recommend anyone going there, Totally bad experience which ruin our evening as we had planned to treat our son to say thank you for helping us out the night before. Such a bad bad evening of total disappointment.

We booked dinner for 6.00pm earlier the same day. Arrived, myself our granddaughter and my stepson for a dinner treat as he had helped us move some furniture for us. The young woman who greeted us showed us to 2 small wobbly and dirty tables. When my wife asked for something more suitable we were offered a booth which was so small/tight in space my wife couldn’t get in. They had run out of fizzy drinks and we were told we could have bottled drinks but would have to pay extra. My granddaughter showed me excitedly the ‘Ice cream machine’ which was filthy and she commented on its unclean state. This place used to be really good. Now it’s run down, dirty and the staff seem so disinterested. Will not be returning!!

Great pizza resturant. Pizza's were great and the salad bar and soft drink refills are a bonus. A special mention to our waiter - he was exceptional and a perfect example of of top customer service wish I could remember his name.

Pizza Hut service has got to be about the worst since the introduction of ordering at the table with the app. Sometimes I get given E-gift vouchers which means we need to be inconvenient and have an actual person look after us. When we are seated we tell them we have gift vouchers and they tell us our server will come and take our drink order. After some time we have to call somebody over to take our order as we get ignored by all staff. We placed our order and then like everybody else wait a ridiculous amount of time for our food to come out as this Pizza Hut never seems to have enough competent trained staff on duty. After our meal has been finished a long time then again we have to call somebody over to order our sweets which come as part of the meal deal so they always knew we were going to have sweets. Then after we have had our sweets again we have to call over a staff member to get out bill. At no point in the meal does a server just come to the table without having to be called over. This happens every single time we can not use the app. It is a shame because the food is fantastic but the whole service puts us off going more often.

Went for dinner with husband and two kids (11 and 9). Kids meals of pizza, side, dessert and drink filled them up nicely. All food was tasty, service quick.

Went just before Christmas, not been for a couple of years. The pizza we had was tasteless and no where near as we'd had in the past. The base tasted like cardboard - just no taste whatsoever. Not sure if it was a bad day, or Pizza Hut are just cutting back on quality but its put us off going again.

I’ve visited twice this month with my god sons, i brought the eldest at the start of October and the youngest two weeks later and the staff have been so helpful and friendly on both visits. They recognised me on the second visit, couldn’t be more helpful or friendly and even my god son commented on how friendly the lady was. It’s clean, the salad bar is kept clean and they are on hand whenever you need anything.

The staff are very very polite and helpful, such kind people. The pasta was beautiful and the pizza was OK. I loved it so much, a very enjoyable visit.

The waitress was super friendly and very efficient really nice!! If it was customer service only I’d give 5 stars but the restaurant was cold the toilets dusty up the walls and the pizza seemed really bland …couldn’t actually taste much difference between the flavours. I haven’t been to Pizza Hut for around 5 years it was disappointing.

As the title suggests, average pizza, average chicken pieces, good garlic bread, poor salad bar but excellent server (Kellis). We love our Italian pizzas so I knew it wouldn’t be as nice but I thought it would be better tbh. We had a sharer deal for £32.99 which is good value for what you get but the quality just isn’t there but out young female server was excellent and deserves credit.

Horrific waiting time for food despite being empty. One member of staff was polite at least. The rest of the staff seemed to be having a contest with each other to see who could be the most sullen and disinterested in being there. Food was ok but a quite shameful experience. Definitely gone downhill since last visit, unlikely to go again.

We went bowling today at Shaw Ridge Swindon with my grandsons. It’s George’s 6th birthday. His mum is a bit under the weather and so my son drove the boys to meet up. Swindon is about halfway house from Bristol (grandsons abode)to Swindon. Great fun ten pin bowling with them and definitely one to do again in the future. So now off to feed the wee monkeys. What better than a slap of pizza and ice cream?! Across the car park to Pizza Hut. We should have turned away as soon as George decided he didn’t want pizza anymore. We sat in our allocated banquette seating that immediately smelt like fresh vomit. A quick search of the area and apart from a damp floor (possibly mopped?), all appears clear. Having ordered our food, I went to the self serve salad thingy. Under salad display thingy were stacked bowls. Taking one, I immediately put it back as it was full of bits. Select second, hmm dirty, next, dirty, fourth….euwee! What’s that?! I then asked a spotty staff youth for something resembling a washed bowl. He then spent the next three minutes, red faced (youth unable to make eye contact), rummaging the area for something we could agree on as clean. Now to the salad bar thingy. I say salad. I could identify the green stuff mixed in the white lumpy stuff as lettuce. As the lettuce container was right next to the white lumpy stuff, I presumed it has been premixed by other patrons. I added white lumpy stuff with red cubes (praying red cubes were beetroot and not urinal fresheners). Covered with beige bits that smelt like bacon. Literally everything else on ‘salad bar’ was not salad. Some melting ice cream from the adjacent ’ice cream machine’, some tomatoes with onion and hundreds and thousands (see adjacent machine thingy), and bowls of crisps and nachos! Walking back to vomit booth, our pizzas had arrived. George and I sharing a pepperoni pizza and Charlie had opted for anaemic breaded droopy thing and chips. I say chips…! Charlie turned his nose up to the anaemic droopy thing (breaded chicken?) and George almost ate a small section of the pizza - barely edible, barely a pizza! Shaw Ridge Pizza Hut, in my opinion is probably the origin of Covid 19, Monkey pox and Ebola. Probably the filthiest food retail space I’ve been into, ever…..and I’ve eaten street food in Cambodia! Pizza hut was right next to our hotel and it just made sense to go there, haven't been to a PH for many years and tend to go to pizza express or the like instead these days assocating it more with the younger familly meal. We had a great pizza here! Service was quick, food ordered on the app and arrived exactly as requested, salad bar was good also. Staff were all happy and attentive. So now we visit Pizza Hut more often, its evolved!

Very good buffet choice, constantly refilled as was the salad bar, clean and very attentive staff, the only slight bug bare is that they charge £8.99 during the week but at a weekend or bank hol (bank hol was our visit) they charge £12.99... just seems a bit wrong but many places do it so cant complain too much!

Simply horrible food pizza so greasy you can swim in it! And to the excuse it is due to the pepperoni I say plenty of other pizza parlours manage to serve up a decent pizza. Just look at the grease that soaked through the pizza and then imagine how slimy the pizza bade was! Avoid/

Our food was lovely, typical Pizza Hut food. Server seemed fine enough but the service was very very slow, even though the restaurant was relatively empty. The thing that really dampened our visit was at the end of our meal. After FINALLY getting the bill, we were asked “you can tip on cash or card, which one would you like?” Weren’t even given the OPTION to tip or not. Absolutely disgraceful, we were so uncomfortable. The server held onto the card machine and asked us how much. Weren’t even given the machine!!! We had been to Pizza Hut the week before and were able to use the app to order but we weren’t even given the option, clearly the waiter was just after as many tips as he could get. So so uncomfortable. We love coming here but this has truly ruined our experience and we won’t be returning.

Had a great lunch today ,staff were very helpful and friendly ,food was all nice and freshly prepared a constant .Not the sort of thing I would normally choose but was not my choice but would definitely use this place again ,clean and accommodating .

Myself and 3 friends went to pizza hut for food. It was quiet inside and there appeared to be plenty of staff. We were not told or shown that we could help ourselves to salad, and copied other customers doing as such. We waited upwards...

Honestly better off buying frozen pizza. Understaffed and disorganised workers probs don’t even know how to tie their shoe laces. Waited a hour for our dessert and that’s when we called it quits and left. Absolute shambles of a place that’s now made me clinically...

First time we have been in pizza hut since it reopened. Ordering via online was quite stressful especially with connection issues. I think the (now unrefillable) soft drinks are way over priced! For that price you should still be offering refills as they do in...

Horrendous service, after being told of the many items that weren't available, we sat down after being told that we need to order via the app, menu is pitiful, overpriced items, sat trying to get a good deal for 20 mins and no one came to ask if we want drinks or if we're ok. So, Potato salad and coleslaw for starts, I buy enough in tescos to know it’s exactly the same. Alright, it’s free or cheap but we’re eating out.. ‍♂️ The chips, no taste. Left all of them. The menu describes the pizza as a pepperoni feast saying pepperoni,pepperoni,pepperoni, hardly any pepperoni, the onion rings are the ones from a very cheap supplier the fries are disgusting and the garlic bread was horrendous alll in all a disgusting experience, I will never set foot in a Pizza Hut ever again

I ordered a pizza and a portion of fries through just eat, the pizza was delivered but the fries were not. I called the restaurant to let them know and gave them my order number, to which they told me they couldn’t find my order so couldn’t re send the fries. I was a bit confused about this as they had clearly found my order to send the pizza, so why couldn’t they find it again to send the fries? They told me I would have to take it up with just eat to get a refund. I didn’t want the money back, I just wanted the food which we had ordered to share - without the fries we didn’t have enough food for 2 people. I had a receipt which stated I paid for them as well. I could hear the manager talking to the girl on the phone in the background and telling her what to say which I thought was really unprofessional, why didn’t she just speak to me herself? I work in the hospitality industry myself so rarely complain, however I was disappointed with this service.

Good food, pleasant staff and quick service. Great marguerite pizza and tasty bbq meat one as well. Worth a visit 😊

The Saturday buffet .... pizza was luke warm and unlabelled so impossible to identify if there was meat on it or not. ‘Four Cheese’ pasta did not taste even slightly of cheese. To top it all, the hot drinks machine was out of order. Dreadful value for money.... £10.99 for sub-standard food.

Visited on wed 18 th Feb with group of 6 to celebrate a birthday at 1.00 pm . Couldn’t believe Pizza Hut was closed due to according to the sign on the door - a broken oven !!!!!! Seriously a multinational company that can’t even maintain the one piece of equipment required to run the business with no backup oven . Just a coincidence that the other sign on the door was for recruiting and that online you could book a table from 4 pm ( me thinks the oven story was a lie and just didn’t want to open for buffet lunches on half term week ) . What a way to run a business !

We were only a party of 3, only ordering a main meal each. It was not heaving in the restaurant. 45 mins after ordering (!) we decided to chase up our order as we had to leave for a scheduled appointment (but were hungry!) The manager was very polite and understanding and gave us the option to cancel the order. We offered to pay then but he didn't want us to pay. He agreed to let us take the 2 pizzas that were ready away in takeaway boxes. Not the best when we were wanting to sit in and relax. All a bit of a let down really. Won't be going back in a hurry.

Recently visited this Pizza Hut and found that things had slipped. food was hot and tasty but the service had gone down hill. they staff seem more interested standing at the bar chatting then actually seeing to their customers. my children had the ice cream factory so they could help themselves but I wanted something from the menu but by the time our server decided to come back to take the order my children had finished so didn't have one in the end. Considering they weren't busy at the time I would have thought they would be more attentive but clearly my expectations were far wrong. All in all if I was to go back think id just get a take away.....

A great meal with good quality pizza of all types. A pleasant atmosphere and excellent server. Well recommended for a meal after a cinema visit!

Oh dear. Who ever is running this place needs help.Not full but 30-40 minute wait in pizza.Orders all out of sequence, our starter came after the main when we were trying to pay and go, our sides didn’t come till we chased and we’d already eaten.It’s pure chaos. Poor staff don’t know what’s going on. Not full but people being turned away as the kitchen/staff can’t cope with a part full restaurant.Toilet in the gents out of order telling us to use the disabled one.The place needs help - can the franchise owner or Pizza Hut not step in to save a failing restaurant?

Turned up at this venue 13.30pm for lunchtime buffet, place was empty but were told we "had to wait 15 minutes as they only had one person" n didn't wait. Had a similar poor experience at Pizza hut in Greenbridge too, definitely won't be going to either again.

We popped in for what was planned to be a quick bite before seeing a film at the cinema opposite. We arrived at 6.40, film at 8. It took us 10 minutes to be seated, expected on a Saturday evening, but when we were seated we were surprised to see the place barely half full! The place was a filthy- food all over the ledges and the floor- the salad bar was an absolute mess. Despite the place not even being half full, the service was so slow and waited almost an hour for our pizzas; they did not arrive until 7.55 so we missed our film at the cinema (lucky we hadn't pre booked tickets!). The food was alright and one server did apologise for the long wait.

Our server was very good and the food quality excellent. The naked chicken dish served with French fries was really scrummy and the meal deal which was pizza a drink and starter excellent value for money. All-round very tasty and worth going to visit.

We booked into the weekend buffet at pizza hut for our 5 year olds birthday party and all I can say is it was a shambles we arrived at 1330 was seated at our table and advised we wanted the buffet option there was empty tables littered with empty plates and there was no new pizzas for 45 minutes we were there the kids only had the salad bar and 1 slice of pizza as there was nothing there shocking experience we will never go again AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Me and the family here this evening 29th September on route to dropping my son back to Bristol. The restaurant was already busy and told there would be a wait which we were happy to wait, unfortunately it went down hill for the poor staff from there with a maintenance issue and then a flood in their kitchen they were up against all the odds

Lunchtime buffet at Pizza Hut is a simple enough concept, and, as a family, we have used the lure of endless pizza to fill up hungry tummies on numerous occasions. But Shaw Ridge was an experience I'd rather forget!

We ordered the starter/individual pizza deal and we're happy enough with the food. You can't really go wrong with a pizza can you? However, although the restaurant wasn't busy there was lots of food remnants under our table and having watched the waitress clean our table before we sat down the surface was still extremely sticky. There was sweetcorn and other food debris on the floor around the salad bar. One of the toilets was out of action and the floor in the toilets was sticking to the soles of my shoes. Advised to use the disabled toilet instead I was then faced with a sopping wet floor (from the taps/sink) and nearly slipped. There is no way that the area was safe for a wheelchair user or someone with limited mobility. Definitely poor enough to put me off my food......

I'm guessing the manager has read the reviews and taken action...

Had not been to Pizza Hut before and the reviews on here are mixed so went in with an open mind. First impression not good, table and menu card was sticky, a bit of old pizza crust left on the side, wanted to leave then but was my daughters birthday choice and did not want to spoil it.

A pleasant waitress who served us quickly and efficiently. The pizzas were delicious and The GOAT one on the thin American base is worth a try!😊.

Sticky and dirty. Dry crusty pizza left on dusty ledges. Salad bar??? Hmmmm soggy crisps and unappealing selection. Drinks tasted watered down and staff that seem uninterested. Pizza was ok to be fair but it was overpriced. Dominos is better and Asda fresh is better tasting and priced. Lacking any atmosphere. Out table was deeply scored and had graffiti scratched into it. Very poor.

We arrived at 11:40 and thought they were shut, as the sign said closed. We had checked and opening time was 11:30. We were just leaving but they then opened, so just assumed they were running a bit behind. We then had to search for a clean table - we tried 3 and all tables had food on them and the chairs had food on too. The floor certainly had not been cleaned. This instantly made us feel quite uncomfortable but had moved 3 times so stayed put. Requested a bottle of pepsi but got given pepsi max - which was not an issue but we were billed for pepsi which was more expensive. Waitress amended immediately however did say they don't even have Pepsi there so everybody must be having Pepsi Max but being charged the more expensive price. This certainly needs sorting. We all wanted teas/coffees but the coffee machine was not working. Salad bowls were all grubby - took us about 5 attempts to get a clean bowl. Overall not a nice experience.

So your reading this so you are thinking about visiting or a member of staff. If you a member of staff then you need to do better. If you thinking about going then don’t. Visited with my kids for a treat we went for the buffet option and can’t believe how bad it was. Hardly any pizzas and the one or two slices there didn’t look very appetising. Waited about 10 minutes for some more to come out only for everyone else doing the same. As soon as they bring another pizza it’s a rush to grab a tiny slice before it goes. Very slow bringing anything out and when they do it’s gone in a flash. The slices we did manage to get were not the flavour we wanted but that’s all there is so you just go for it. Don’t taste great and felt cheap. My daughter does not do pizza so was a good option to have pasta. Again how wrong. A few pieces of dry pasta and lumpy sauce. She had a few pieces then another 10 minutes before they refilled it. In all I paid about £10 per person I wish I had taken them somewhere else as could have got something half decent for a tenner a head. I did comment to our server twice when he asked if everything was ok. I told them how disappointing it was and he just said some more food will come out soon and they can’t control how much people eat that’s why it’s slow. Anyway crap food crap service staff don’t really care about issues. Go somewhere else if you don’t believe me the review speak for themselves mainly average to very bad. We will never go back to be fair even if they said it was free I wouldn’t visit again.

Although extremely busy they managed to accommodate us as my husband is wheelchair bound. The staff were very helpful and food excellent.

Came for a date and was appalled with the service our waitress left us waiting to order so we ended up going to the bar to be told someone would be over straightaway. We was then left waiting for another 10 mins, bearing in mind we’d already been sat waiting for 25 mins. Very disappointed with the quality of service and the rudeness of staff

Visited with my two boys before the cinema and had a good experience. Admittedly we were there when it opened so it was quite quiet, but service and food were fine. They also adapted a pizza recipe to suit one of the boys no problem.

Ate here at half term. The queues were horrendous. We were quoted 30 minute wait. We left, then returned, to be advised 40 minute wait. As we could see people finishing their meals we decided to stay. Five minutes later we were seated. We then waited quite a while to order our pizzas.

A moderately busy Saturday evening, but we could see about 1/3 of tables were free. A large family were turned away just before we entered. As a group of 3 we expected to be seated right away, clearly seeing tables across the restaurant. However, we were told there's at least a 20 minute wait. We sat in the cold waiting area for 5 minutes and a table was ready... the same table we could clearly see was free as we entered the first time.

Visited this evening with my Grandson, long wait for pizza even though they weren’t busy.

Clean and modern place, nice meal, they got the order wrong at first but quicky sorted it and apologised as well as reducing the bill which was fine as we weren’t in a rush, served by Sam who was very friendly and he deserves an appraisal

A lovely meal had last week with excellent service and fresh salad at the salad bar!! The staff were very attentive and concerned about us enjoying our experience, many thanks!!

Worst service in any restaurant I’ve been to, previously worked here so know standards, speed etc... to wait 1hr 40mins then have 2 orders wrong then wait a further 25mins for correction.. needless to say avoid at all cost as the manager DAN has no idea... some waiting staff cared... £10 to return I don’t think so

Took my kids for a treat over the summer , no hurry to be seated by staff restaurant was quiet , staff too busy filling their own drinks up and chatting to be checking if u need anything etc , salad bar disgusting lettuce brown , not filled up , food all over floor , waited ages for plates to be cleared , my pizza base soggy and not cooked enough , waited ages for bill in actual fact over 21 minutes my daughter timed it , no excuses as wasn’t busy no clear sign of management about , put complaint in to head office who issued apology and told me I would get my bill refunded and again nearly a month and half later still waiting for the refund as was told issued end of August by cashiers , bacs payments do not take that long !

We came in 2.30pm for the lunch buffet. Although the time states the buffet finishes at 3pm you still can come in. The staff kept making more pizza until we were finished and there was plenty to choose from. Staff friendly, nice and clean too.

A great set of pizzas. Much appreciated thin bases. A good texas bbq version was really tasty. Some of our party had the do it yourself pizza and others veggie and margarita. Wonderful. Great service from all the staff. Good value for money as well.

We were not acknowledged when we entered the restaurant. Only after the manager was disrespectful to one of the chefs were we told to wait. There were plenty of people sat down but had not been served. Eventually we were sent to a table that had not been cleaned where we sat to order. When we seen our order at the serving area the chef had dropped part of our pizza but just shoved it back on the plate and it was served to us with hair on it. After having our main meal we asked for our dessert to be as a takeaway, it sat at the serving area for over 15 minutes whilst no staff were to be seen. Eventually a member of staff come over, but not to give us our dessert but our bill that we had not asked for. Very unhappy and would not reccomend to anyone.

What more to say, it’s a Pizza Hut so you know what you are getting. Basic pizza, help yourself to salad etc. I would give it a 3 as average but for the fact that both times I’ve eaten here in recent months, I have suffered diorreah a cpl of hours later.

Had lunch here before the cinema. The children chose their own salads and drinks and enjoyed their margarita pizzas.

It has been a long time since I have visited this branch and I was pleasantly surprised to find it is well laid out, clean, and with very good staff.

Good choice at the pizza buffet and salad bar. Clean and tidy. Lose a star for the bum's rush we were given over the bill. In a restaurant where about 5 tables out of 30 were in use, you don't expect the waiter to throw the bill at you while you are all still eating and drinking and then come back a couple of minutes later asking if you are ready to pay, clearing plates with food still on them and drinks still being drunk. And it was the middle of the day, not at closing time. Very much the feeling of being removed before our meal was finished. We were only in there about an hour!

Its Pizza Hut so the expectaions were low. Made a mistake I think by ordering ribs. They werent great. The fries and onions rings were though, The salad bar was well stocked and fresh. The waitress who served me was friendly & efficent. Would revisit as the price is good.

Went to this Pizza Hut this evening. Was seated in an empty restaurant, only 5 other tables taken. Given menus but then no one came to take our order until 10-15 mins later, even though we were sat there with menus closed.

Friendly staff, with lots of smiles. Buffet is always hot and kept fresh and well stocked. Good variety and very baby friendly.

Family visit before Cinema, walked in not looking that busy so thought we would get seated straight away, especially as we see lots of empty seat and plenty of staff walking about, but then surprised to be told by manager that there would be a 25 minute wait!! Asked why when there were lots of empty seats etc, told not enough staff, and then asked to wait outside! We did and went to another restaurant! What a joke! Guess this be the next one to close following the closer of the one in Orbital due to same poor service!

So the staff were lovely, prompt & helpful, however the pizza - a margherita to share was absolutely greasy!

This restaurant is typically busy but everytime we go we have an excellent meal. Sometimes it does take a while to get the food, but is always good quality.

Went to eat with my mother, daughter and son. Very busy which was ok apart from loud music. I then started to get headache. Asked waiter to turn it down, he agreed it was too loud. Came back and said the manager wouldn’t allow him to touch it! I asked to see manager. She appeared and asked what was wrong, I explained I had a bad head which started after I had come into the restaurant. I asked if she would turn music down and was told no as it adds to the ambiance. I by this time was feeling quite unwell and said I couldn’t finish my meal due to feeling unwell. So she removed the food. When I asked her name she covered her badge and said her name was Kerry! I won’t be going again and my family didn’t finish their food either but just paid and left! No apology and didn’t have value for money as my head was so bad. Thought customer should be listened too. Ended up in bed for rest of day!!! Not happy is an understatement. Do not go unless you want to shout to each other!

Just had lovely meal with Grandchildren after visiting Trampoline Extreme in the nearby 'Link Centre'. Reasonably priced with excellant salad bar that the children enjoyed choosing from. Refill drinks included with meal price. Very clean premises with friendly staff. Can recommend.

Ordered a takeaway, had a phone call to say the gluten free base I’d ordered was not available, I asked them to refund just the gluten free pizza and they couldn’t, so I cancelled the order in full. rang Head Office, Shaw Ridge doesn’t exist on their system and may have to wait 16 days for a refund due to the Bank Holiday, and they will have to contact Shaw Ridge to confirm the order was cancelled. What an antiquated system!! Go to Dominoes for take away.....

I have to say that I've been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food on two visits to this restaurant (requested by my post-teen son).

I haven’t been to a Pizza Hut in ages and wasn’t particularly keen but it was a very good experience. Clean and bright, excellent salad bar and wonderfully friendly staff. Our waitress, Jane, was lovely - a real asset.
