This is a great example of a high quality branch, always a good product with a friendly service thanks team!

Deals is totally bulshit. More expensive then normal pizza. They lie with deals.deal buy one get one free is more expensive then buy 2 pizzas separately.

Again probably the quickest delivery and the hottest ever. Well done ,fantastic service once again and a very pleasant delivery drive

Ordered our food online was tracking the driver said our order had been delivered BUT it hadn’t called the store the man was rude told me the driver had other drops to make even tho it showed the driver was outside my house found out he was by Sainsburys 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I’m stood outside waiting when the driver turns up he’s over the road so still in the wrong place.never had a problem before but tonight has put me off ordering from Here again

We regularly have dominoes pizza that is delivered. Quick delivery and a reasonable cost too Always piping hot, and, it tastes just delicious

The place it's open till 3 am but I went there e at 2:26 am and the place was closed fake timmings on Google if you not open take 2 minutes and change it I just had to take a detour to see your closed restaurant

Ordered online an hour before the collection time I specified. Turned and still had to wait 20 minutes for 2 pizzas. At least this time it was hot. This has to be the worst Domino’s franchise on the planet!!! I really wish it wasn’t my nearest one, as I do like the domino’s pizzas in general

Not only do I adore Domino's pizza, but our local store is among the greatest in the community, if not all of Wiltshire! Exceptionally good, with a store manager who will always go above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy and well-cared for! I will heartily endorse this kind and competent service!

Top notch service by the staff, second visit and definitely best service I’ve seen in a Dominos pizza.

I had order a collection to a different store by mistake and instead of me having to drive to the other store the staff sorted it for me there and then. Also gave me a free drink while I waited excellent service.

Overcharged by mistake however was told the refund had to be dealt with by head office. After 2 weeks heard nothing so contacted Dominoes who said they would look into it nothing happened and no refund. Terrible service and the way the manager spoke to the young assistant was rude and insulting asking if he had a mental illness, would never use again.

Great pizza quick service, friendly staff but the cheesy fries were under cooked and not good.

The current staff are so rude, if there’s an issue with you food they pretend they can’t hear you on the phone even though I called on various different phones, then say they can’t find your order number. I will no long be using domino’s east.

Me and my brother went in for a quick collection on Sunday. the gentleman taking our order, I believe his name was Khan was very patient and friendly - our order came out in a timely manner and was delicious- good service all around!

Avoid this Dominos if you have any food intolerances/allergies. I was told explicitly that my food was gluten free, as wheat flour makes me very sick. When I started eating my food, I quickly realized it was not gluten free and called the shop. They originally tried to tell me it was gluten free, and only when I pushed further they admitted it DID contain gluten. Which shows there is no care or concern taken towards allergies or food intolerances. I was offered free future food as a consolation, but as I am now sitting at home both sick and nauseous, which is going the last for the rest of the week, the last thing I’ll ever eat again is Dominos.

Would not recommend this store from swindon at all! Multiple times I've had the same issue as today, I've ordered my usual from other stores and it has been 2 hours with no info. I've tried calling the store and using the updates tracker but it says preparing still. Absolute shambles of a store.

Awful just awful. Made an order at 00:22 at 00:32 received a text saying pizza was on it’s way called at 1:15 to be told I have to call the old town shop as ES was closed when the order was made so it transferred to Old Town, called Old Town they have no record of the order. I’m over £40 down and no ones taking responsibility. This is disgusting! Dominos have literally stolen my money.

I always use this branch of Domino's pizza. Pizza's are always delicious, delivered very promptly and staff have always been very helpful. Today, a staff member called Omar, went above and beyond to sort out payment and ensure I got the pizza I wanted, after I had issues with my card, so I wanted to say a special thank you to him.

went to get 2 pizzas and omar told me to wait a couple mins while he answered the phone and told me "help yourself to some drinks, drinks on me". what a legend. pizza was bare nice too. omar topped it off absolute legend

Ordered a pizza at 21:20 and was told it was on its way at 21:45, 23:10 and still no sign of it. Phones and asked about it and they said they had no idea what happened to it, after them telling me that it had left the store

We have been ordering from this Domino's regularly since we moved here back in Jun 2021. To start with it was great, not problems at all. Pizzas were good quality, delivered quickly and hot. Recently we have had absolutely terrible experience with them. Pizzas taking well over an hour to arrive, if the arrive at all. Store staff are completely, and I mean completely, uninterested in sorting out your delivery after it has supposedly left the store. They are complacent and we have basically had enough of chasing what is supposed to be a hassle free dinner.

Unacceptable cookies were burnt pizza had 2x sauce when i didnt ask for it . Pizza was soggy and made me want to throw up . Not coming here again im going to Papa johns.

There's parking fecility behind the building and they will bring out the order to you. Perfectly made pizzas 😊

This must be the worst ran dominos I’ve ever come across. Twice in getting an order wrong, offered 50% off next time and they still got the order wrong even then. I’d recommend people to avoid and go to papa johns! Their in store service is also awful, no acknowledgment from any staff for a long time when you arrive either.

Very disappointed. Ordered at 17.28hrs, notification received that order was put out for delivery at 17.54hrs, tracked order on app and then the tracking stopped working at 18.05hrs. Notification received at 18.06hrs that food had been delivered…. It definitely had not been delivered. Rang store at 18.07 and was advised there was a problem with the app and that food was on the way and to give it 10 minutes. Waited 10 minutes, no food, so rang the store back at 18.18hrs and manager said he would re-send order. New order arrived at 19.06. This is similar to an experience we had with our previous order so not greatly impressed with the delivery side of things. I was impressed with the staff at the store who handled things well under the circumstances. They have a hard job to do if some of the drivers aren’t delivering the food.

Almost every order these days has something missing or food not made as requested the quality control is very very poor. Try the chippy next door.

My god, horrible, Hair as topping, I will avoid for sure def this east branch Swindon. Ordered at 8:05 PM, I neither got an email nor text confirmation. Amount is taken from card, Called them at 8:50, said failed order and asked me to raise an email to Dominos to take back amount. Attitude over call is horrendous, asked me pos code, SN2 and then she goes away, like wise 3 times, finally for my luck another gent taken my call who helped me and said order will be delivered in 40 mts. But what i got is totally different from what I ordered, toppings are different, dips are different, Hair toppings - my god this is unacceptable, I have taken off tomatoes in my web order, but pizza is full of tomatoes, I paid extra for olives, I see no single olive in either of the pizza. Disappointed I will never order again. Better Dominos review this branch , hair topping on pizza is really unacceptable - dailed them to speak about this, simply disconnected my call.

Ordered day before a pizza, was uncooked, I had to put it again in the woven myself. Waste of money, £23 for uncooked pizza…. Never again dominos, in the situation where an authentic napoletan pizza in italian restaurant is £15.

The pizza is delicious but I had to wait a while (45 minutes).

I ordered pizza and chicken for my family just after 9am for the first delivery at 10.45. By 11am nothing had arrived and my family were due to leave. I called domino's to ask where it was to be told the pizza oven wasn't working and they weren't sure exactly when I would receive my order. I asked to speak to the manager who said they all couldn't get into the shop as they lost the keys so not their fault. I was asked abruptly if I want my order or refund, when I explained my unhappiness I was cut off. I called back but no answer. I then called the main office who offered a refund but the line was bad and we cut off. I called the shop again and Charlie answered to then tell me they couldn't offer refunds but he'd ask - he left me on hold for 10 mins until I cut off and rang back hq who then gave me a refund. A total disappointment and waste of 40 mins of my time trying to get a refund. This shop has no respect for customers or service and likes to blame their customers for their problems. I perfect example if how to ruin a brand name in 40 mins. I'll never go back. Not a lover of Pizza or the value for money generally but even i was pleasantly surprised this time. Downloaded the app and ordered online - deals very reasonable and easy to use etc. Food ordered, then used the tracking to see progress. It was delivered within the specified window time. Normally i find the pizza greasy but this was very nice - surprised. i would reorder again from this branch, a good positive experience

Ordered via internet, given specific instructions on how to get to my address. After 20 mins had a call from neighbours to say that driver had tried to deliver to their address. Dricer was given instructions on how to get to our address but then tried to deliver to our neighbours garage!!!! I contacted the store to be told that delivery was on its way. NEVER RECEIVED, so I contacted the store again and was told that a new order and delivery was being sent. After 30 mins still no delivery recieved. I contacted the store again and told them to cancel my order and re-inburse me in full for the order. I WAS TOLD THAT NEW ORDER WAS ON ITS WAY AGAIN BUT I WOULD BE RE-IMBURSED IN FULL.... IN THE MEANTIME I HAD ODRERED ANOTHER DELIVERY FROM A LOCAL PIZZA STORE. CUSTOMER SERVICE ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING FROM East Swindon STORE AND I AM AWAITING A FULL REFUND AND APOLOGY111

I've ordered 2 pizzas from this branch in last 2 months. The first had almost no sauce on it, almost plane bread, and today's had BBQ sauce instead of tomato on it! Absolutely revolting. Especially for the price. Whoever is working there doesn't know what they're doing. I'll not spend another penny there.

I don't know what they do but be 7min away form shop(Swindon truck stop) waiting since 18:35 to 21 for delivery wchih even don't come! Driver didn't call didn't make his job right even if he get clear instructions.. Very very bad delivery service. Stay hungry and angry. No regards!! 😠😠

Usually order Pizza Hut but they are not doing collection currently and don't deliver to the SN6 area. Placing order online was easy. Pizzas arrived in 20 minutes and were piping hot. Order placed Saturday evening at approximately 5.30. Toppings were generous and tasty and bases were crisp. No qualms ordering from this store again, or recommending them.

We live nearby but you wont deliver to us dominos. We are all of 6miles from you. 10min drive.

3rd time in a row they have got it wrong, pizza has taken 1 hour and 25 minutes to get here, its stone cold. We live 4 minutes from the shop!!!

Out of four orders only two have arrived that were correct. Edit: now they say they sent you a replacement (after getting another one wrong) and it never shows. Would give negative stars if possible

I don’t know when east Swindon dominos decided it was acceptable to charge you £20 for a pizza that’s stone cold, chewy, and missing the dip and drink.

Cold stoggy pizza took nearly an hour to deliver from the ‘it’s only it’s way’ message. We live 10 mins away. Everyone makes mistakes but this has happened at least 5 times to us. If you can avoid this one- please do- awful and incompetent

I would give zero stars but unfortunately I have to give a star to write how disappointed i am in dominos east swindon. I would not recommend as I ordered saturday 28th March I payed online on the dominos app at 6.13pm. it got to 7.30 pm and my food had still not arrived. I called dominos east swindon to see what was happening with my order. they explained that I must have put my order through when they turn off their online system as my order was not showing up. they was telling me I had to wait another 2 hours. that would of been 3 hours for a pizza. I asked them to cancel my order when it comes through and to provide me with a refund. its coming up to a week and I have still not received my refund nor have they tried to make it up any other way either. I'm a very disappointed as a loyal customer of dominos and a previous employee this is not up to the dominos standards wrote out in their contacts. I will not be ordering again
