Domino's Pizza in Swindon

Order turned up within specified time. Delivery driver was polite. And it's a domino's so the Pizza was good.

I wouldn't normally go here i had a voucher I remembered why I hadn't been in years the taste is terrible. I had it delivered wish I just gave my free pizza away

I ordered a Personal Pizza at West Swindon Dominos and it was perfect! A generous amount of toppings with a free dip! Very friendly and quick service. I enjoyed every slice, thank you so much! ☺️

I was hoping to get 2 boxes of domino's beefballs yesterday (10/12/24) when i ordered, because there was a promo of getting 2 boxes for the prize of 1 but I GOT ONLY 1 Just wanna know why?

Abdul at west Swindon Pizza branch has been amazing today. I had an issue and been waiting for refund on an order that was cancelled 6 months ago. I was promised a refund, and After constant chasing, with no luck I gave up. Today Abdul contacted me to apologise for the poor service I received, and took his professional service to the next level. Because of his good act today I had to rate company top ratings, as the service was world class and beyond. More companies need front line staff like Abdul, very calm, friendly and quick to resolve the issue.

I ordered once last year and ever since that order they will not stop texting me... They wanted phone number for the order and shouldn't have spammed me after it. The food was Okay, but price was also a lot for what we bought... there's better options. Never went back and won't stop bothering me to ask me to buy more.

The shift manager kean was very friendly and helpful and the food was fast and hot.

I hate to say it but I feel the pizza is not as good as it used to be. Crust is dry, none of the toppings taste of anything, even the pepperoni?, everything tastes plastic and fake, have the ingredient suppliers changed?. Please note 4 hours after publishing the review, I was ill with a stomach upset. I am therefore reducing to 1 star. I have reported to head office.

1 star because I received a really small kicker, if I'm paying £10+ for 14, I need proper kickers no btec food.

Friendly service and quality food

Ordered the ultimate spicey sausage pizza for my girlfriend and myself yesterday. We both woke up with upset stomach basically all morning on a toilet for boths ends. Normally we never had any problems till last night possibly need pay more attention to hygiene!

Ordered via the app, picked up in 12 mins. Pizza was very hot and tasty. Store was very clean and the lad on the till helped me get a vat receipt. There's loads of parking- but don't follow google maps - you'll end up in the service yard. I definatkey didn't do that. Pizza was great as usual. Thank you. Ps being fat I couldn't help but tuck in before taking a photo, hence the 1 slice missing lol

I really don't know how he very other time I order from this store there's a issue with the delivery. Estimate time of arrival is always off by 25 minutes. Today I did not receive the food at all after the app showed delivered. I called the store and was told to wait as food was on the way (even if the app was showing delivered). I called again 10 minutes later and was told the driver went to my house and was told they did not order anything, clearly going to the wrong address. Instead of giving a call or going to the right address (Google maps is accurate so really don't know where the driver went), they marked the delivery as complete and went back tot he store. I was offered to send the driver out again to attempt again the delivery at 9:30pm with a pizza made 1h earlier. Shocking

This is the second time in a row your food has given me the sh£&ts. Sort your disgusting hygiene out. I would probably say it’s the chicken which has clearly been swapped for a cheaper option. Such a shame because otherwise the service is great.

I made a special request and Abdul fulfilled my needs. Highly recommend, great customer service!

Terribly run store, ordered two pepperoni pizzas for collection. Collected them, got home to find that only one had Pepperoni on it, called to be told come back or pop in the next day , see Abdul and get a refunf, popped in, guess what Abdul wasnt in till 5, calked at 5 spoke to Abdul who said that a free pizza would be logged on the system using my sons mobile number as a reference, called tonight, spoke to the duty manager who told me to call tomorrow as he couldn't help, use Old Town, at least they know what they are doing

Terrible service couldent add extra sause on and said it is against the rules 😂😂😂 don’t get food here

Delivery took nearly half hour from despatch, despite being only 5 minutes drive as a result it was cold. 2nd time this happened recently, won't buy domino's again

AVOID! I will not be ordering from here again. Recieved an overcooked pizza, complained and requested another one. Recieved a phone call back asking for the overcooked back. Upon delivery, i informed the driver that we are severely ill and advised not to take pizza back. He insisted to take overcooked pizza back and opened the box to inspect pizza, where he touched the pizza etc and took the pizza with him. Warning to all! Think twice before ordering from this branch, if they're taking pizza's back to the shop when told the customers are ill, god knows what else they're doing! Poor food and hygiene standards.

Over an hour wait, 'forgot pizza' that has been out of delivery

I'm not really sure what happened the day I visited, but the staff tried to give me someone else's order and then when I pointed this out to them, they seemed utterly baffled and tried to give the order to me again, like I was in the wrong (the pizzas they were trying to give me were the wrong size and type). It turns out they'd 'lost' my order, and when they eventually made it and handed it over one of the pizzas was absolutely swimming in grease, it actually looked like the pizza had been left out in the rain, it was bizarre. I've never experienced anything like that before from a Dominos.

Last night was roughly the 5th time I've used this place in the past couple of years, as I'm quite local. But every time it seems guaranteed that something will be a disappointment. Usually they get part of the order wrong, but last night it was that I was waiting over an hour for the delivery (that had an ETA of 20-40 mins), and the pizza was warm at best. They always then put it right if you tell them, you just need to drive down or wait there while they cook another one, it's just inconvenient and you're paying for convenience!

Had a delivery and couldnt fault the delivery driver.. pizzas had very little topping on them and for what you pay i expect a decent amount of topping not a few bits just chucked on ..

We normally really enjoy our once-weekly pizza etc from Dominos West Swindon but tonight's was almost cold and ages sibce we had the 'left premises' notification - may use a different company next time. Very disappointed.

I ordered 2 large pizza's and a chicken combo and they were all freshly cooked, hot and delicious. The wait time was pretty much immediate. And the quality of food with fresh and very tasty. I would highly recommend Domino's West Swindon. ..5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sat outside on a sunny day. Lovely staff who were polite, efficient and helpful. Had 6 meals at our table and all looked great and tasted yummy. Baby seats were clean and available which was good. Toilets clean and accessible.

Shocking service. Ordered a pizza over 1 hour 20.minutes ago. Still not arrived although the tracker said delivered. have called multiple times offered no refund and said they would send one out again. Again? Didn't arrive the first time and still waiting. Absolute joke. Wouldn't be surprised if the driver ate my food themselves. Next time, I'll order pizza hut. Old town store aren't useless, they usually get it right. Not sure why my pizza order diverted to the other side of Swindon.

I have ordered from this domino’s fir years, so have always had fabulous food, have never had a problem with orders, we order for a family of 5 always value for money and if you look out for deals we always get a good one. Ordered 2 deep crust pizzas. Both bases were undercooked/doughy. Called to complain and was told they were closing and couldn't do anything. Rang back 20 mins later and was greeted with a woman asking if she could take my order!

I'm sure the pizzas are really lovely for those that like pizza, for me I don't.

We used the takeaway service from Domino's . We found the online ordering to be simple straight forward with a voucher relatively good value for money. The food arrived exactly on time and every time we've had this which is now three or four times in the past few months it has been well served tasty accurately described in the brochure

This is my gluten free Texas bbq pizza. Plenty of sauce. In fact it was dripping with sauce but I think they forgot a pizza needs cheese too. There was a lot oil on it too for some reason. This place has gone from bad to worse this year. Has there been a take over?

Phoned and asked for a delivery or kidered pitza's , girl on phone was very untrained this was apparent when pitza's didn't materialise , I then got a text saying it was ready to pick up.!! Phoned to ask what was going on ?? Manager said girl was in training to which I replied she should be shadowed to help her, he then said I will give you extra to say sorry. Pitza's then arrived COLD. Also never ever had a Hawaiian with mushrooms but that's what they do. Yuck. I will never ever order a pizza from Domino's again , a lot of money for nothing. Pitza Hut is definitely the place to go.
