Disappointed in the delays to food order and the vague updates and different stories told by staff. 1 it was they are very busy in store 2nd story is they have a new system so have technical issues kept being assured my food was on its way 1 hour and 40 minutes later still nothing. They keep not answering the phone or hanging up. Really gone down hill I was a loyal customer. Pretty sure they have just taken my money and won’t be delivering .

1 star is too much. My food was 45minutes late and was on the road for about an hour. It was stone cold when it arrived. When i checked other orders I see this is a theme that the restaurant isnt addressing. Will not be ordering from here again.

Delivery was excellent, although earlier than stated, it was great to get my lunch quicker. - Pizza was meant to be Spicy Beef , but very tame.

First time ordering everything was great, food was hot tasted gorgeous, we had the hot bbq pizza in thin base and deep pan, the toppings ratio was perfect & they was both cooked to perfection. not too salty like alot of pizzas are now & it wasnt greasy, the fresh tomato on it really lifted the flavour. the free dips was a nice touch and really appreciated. will definitely be ordering again. and special mention to the world's most polite delivery driver! Thank you all of you for your hard work.

Possibly the best pizza in London. I'm half Italian, I've been to Italy, and I won't lie. I prefer fatty pizzas. Not only are the pizzas HUGE and great value for money, but the sides are DIVINE, plus they have previously sent me a gift:) Good quality cuisine, speedy delivery, and try their burgers as well.

Their pizzas used to be much better, now it doesn’t taste as nice.

They have never let us down with their pizzas or their desserts, always arrive either on time or early but never late, always polite staff. Recommended the American hot with extra cheese or double pepperoni, thin or original crust, they're both nice.

This shop pitzza is very yummy nd fresh with reasonable price. I recommend try it. And staff is kind hearted.

We have ordered from The Fat Pizza twice in the past & enjoyed the quality & hence ordered again. Both pizzas had very little meat. The meat feast was extremely scarce of meat so feast, it was not. The doner 15” XL was more like the same amount of meat was used as would be in a 12” that we had ordered last time. If not for the quantity of meat, generally pizzas are quite well made & good.

I ordered through JustEat and the order arrived almost 25mins late. I called the restaurant twice to check. I had pre-ordered it in time for my children’s play date - they had to wait and wait. The pizza arrived cold. Quality wasn’t great. I left a review and never heard back. Massively disappointed.

originally ordered through reading very positive reviews...I must agree with them and found the food very good and a fast delivery service with a good tracking system and with a polite delivery driver ..All in all very good .

If you order late on delivery apps they accept the order and then don't deliver or answer their phone, don't order past 10pm :)

I follow them on social media (@thefatpizza) as well and won a contest and got a TON of free food! Highly recommended, they also expand their menu quite a lot and each time they do, they don’t miss! It’s always great. I think their deserts are absolutely divine and you are wasting time reading this review and not ordering already!!

Tried to order via ubereats, they stated the order will come around 30mins. This was not true. Waited 2 hours and nothing arrived. Called the resturant and noone picked up. Uber called the resturant and noone picked up. Had to cancel my order. You should update your delivery time instead of wasting customers’ time or at least call them to tell them youre very very late.

Sent wrong cake Just Eat refused to refund out of pocket £5.50 right on top of christmas

Using the app, gain points, get lots of Free food. 2. 30-45 mins on Just eat but been way over an hour. If you want to wait over an hour and get no updates via Just Eat or anyone picking up the phone. Then this is your place. They eventually picked up on 4th go to tell me it should be on its way soon. Again been waiting another 20 mins after that. Can't handle a Friday of orders. The lady on the phone who has been absolutely useless. Clearly don't care about customer service. Do not order from here and waste your time. Bunch of cowboys! They mark it as delivered on Just eat app and tell me that it's 'automated'. Daylight robbery. Do not order from here if you want your money taken and it being a complete hassle getting a refund.. Hope their business fails! Absolute jokers!

Usually good but Tonight was terrible. Thin crust vegetarian pizza was overcooked and completely flavourless. Mushrooms were soggy and inedible. Curly fries were soft. Food took 45mins to arrive and was lukewarm. Very disappointed.

Lovely food, helpful and kind staff, particularly love the desi range and as a vegetarian there are many options! Great desserts available, I had a Whitey Whites milkshake and it was great. I’ve included a picture of it below.

Didn't arrive. delivery driver did not let me know they were outside and left with my order despite me being stood there for 10 minutes.
