Iv been to many places where the service is alright but jasmines commitment to providing an expectational experience is something that keeps me coming back.she goes above a beyond making everyone feel valued and appreciated it's very clear that she takes pride in her work and it shows in everything she does.In a world where customers service can often feel lacking jasmine shines bright as a beacon of positivity and hard work I wholeheartedly recommend visiting just to experience the remarkable service she provides.even though she was busy with customers she still made sure my children was okay as well as me to.jasmine is not just a young beautiful girl she bring alot to the table thank you jasmine for giving me and my family a amazing time we'll be back soon ❤️

Win is an amazing staff member. Everybody was also lovely and the pizzas delicious. Only 8£ after installing the app. Me and my friend have a lovely night with delicious pizzas! Thank you pizza express. It’s worthy a try everyone!

Been here many times but never left a review. I would like to specifically mention a lovely waitress who helped us today called Ines. She was the perfect host, very friendly, patient, timely and had a lovely warm smile, which always helps.

Ines was amazing while serving us Friday evening. The food was great however did find one dish slightly cold. Other than that brilliant service from staff and great atmosphere would recommend

My daughter and I popped in after school today for an early dinner. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy and the atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. Subha served us and she was attentive and friendly. She enquired about any allergies or dietary requirements, helped with our menu choices and was genuinely gracious, polite and helpful throughout our service. The food was great and we both enjoyed the new sticky toffee pudding desert. Please pass on our thanks to Subha and the rest of your team. Thank you.

We had a great experience thanks to Jade, who was super friendly and welcoming at the door. She made sure to ask about any allergies or dietary requirements, which was really thoughtful. Jade also explained how to use the app and the £8 classic pizza offer very clearly. It's a shame she couldn't take our order, as she seemed very knowledgeable and would have been fantastic in that role too

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Jasmine, and I felt compelled to share my thoughts. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that Jasmine is a true asset to her team. Despite being understaffed, she approached her work with an inspiring level.Jasmine was handling an impressive workload on her own, and while her manager eventually stepped in to assist, it was evident that Jasmine was already managing beautifully. She maintained a calm demeanor, even when faced with challenging situations. I can only imagine the pressure she was under, yet she never showed signs of being overwhelmed. Instead, she made it a point to engage with every customer, ensuring that no one felt neglected.What stood out to me the most was how Jasmine handled difficult interactions with rude customers. Rather than letting their negativity affect her, she remained respectful and understanding. It’s a rare quality to see someone maintain such professionalism in the face of disrespect, and it truly speaks volumes about her.

My group of 20 and myself had an amazing time at Pizza Express. Starters were quick, and the drinks orders were adhered to with precision. Our waitress Chanel was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond. She even sorted the birthday cake and brought it out already lit at the appropriate time and led the happy birthday song. Well done, her and her team. I would definitely recommend this venue for your special days.

We visited for lunch, four of us, two adults and two children and had a lovely time. Food was good, my grandchildren always love a visit to Pizza Express. Our waitress was Jasmeen, she was great, extremely helpful and very friendly.

The pizza was completely cold as were the dough balls. Cold pizza with cold ground beef is not edible. There was no garlic butter dip given with the dough balls. Completely different from the last time we ordered from here. The food was hot and tasty

Me and a friend dined here last night and was served by Jasmine. She was a sweet girl and was very professional, staff don’t usually stand out but she did.

Delivery from Deliveroo was sooo slow. Food was stone cold and inedible. £76 for frozen food is disgusting. Shitty restaurant stacked the desserts on top of the “warm” garlic bread. Comically bad

Had my daughter’s 6th birthday party here and it was brilliant!!! The staff (Chanel and Win) were really friendly and helpful and were great helping the kids make their pizzas! A must for a birthday party if you’re looking for something different than Softplay.

The food was cold absolutely horrid

The crispy potato’s were a very poor quality and the potion size was ridiculously small like someone had eaten half.

I had to ring the restaurant to ask a question and they were so helpful! Great service all round and food was delicious!!!!

The delivery guy broke down so when the pizza finally arrived it’s was stone cold and the restaurant really wasn’t any help at all

The driver was very nice and friendly.

I specifically put on the notes that I have a nut allergy and to not put the pesto dip in the order. The pesto dip was added to the order still despite the severity of my allergy. the delivery driver decided to go on a bit of a cycle round the local area before finding my front door also so it’s a shocking order the food is freezing and I was only given half of my refund back.

Lovely lunch with fast service and great customer service from a young lady called jasmin. There was an issue with the billing but she was able to rectify the issue straight away and was very apologetic

It was a pleasant experience all around topped off by great service from our waitress Jasmine.

Seated very quickly however service slow. Ordered chilli prawns which states clearly on the menu cooked in garlic butter these came extremely dry no butter. The waitress and chef instead of trying to correct the order took it upon themselves to huddle around the open kitchen restaurant laughing and behaving very arrogantly. This happened just before the same colleagues were arguing between themselves regarding being short staffed so customers need to just wait. Thorough training needed for your staff at pizza express Romford the Brewery.! Update: the manager came over and really tried to rectify our experience. She really apologised and tried made us feel better after being treated poorly by her colleagues. Would deffo return based solely on her.

Debra was the only one running around with minimal support from her management. Starters and mains came out very quickly but we were still at the restaurant for 2 hours. Management on the day was dismissive, sarcastic, rude and not helpful. Claimed to be rushed off her feet but we didn't see her that much. There were only 7 other tables being used. Debra did amazingly but it is a shame her management wasn't supporting her.

Had a lovely time and Romford Pizza Express. Food was 1010 and Subha service was amazing, she was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

Staff were friendly as soon as we arrived, we were seated quickly, our orders were taken promptly and our drinks arrived fast. The food was fresh and flavoursome. Ines was a very friendly and attentive waitress.

Our server DEBRA made us feel very welcome and relaxed. She had excellent customer service skills- she came over to see if our food was satisfying and also ensured the table stayed clean and tidy throughout our dining experience.

Today we where served by cheerful Debra for my grandson birthday lunch.

One of the most ridiculous experiences at a pizza express ever 🙃 Everything was wrong from start to finish. The place was empty apart from 3 tables… we walked in nobody acknowledged us so we waited for 5 minutes, then we were completely ignored so we seated ourselves. After sitting for 10 minutes and still not being served we got up and got menus for ourselves. After a good 15 minutes someone came and we had to repeat our order 3 times …. So the food comes and they’ve put stuff on there we didn’t ask for … so we say we didn’t order this take it away. After some average food we asked for ice cream with fruits for kids … given chocolate. We ask for the bill which was forgotten about so we get up and ask to pay at the till. On this occasion it was kids eat for free with paying adults…. So our total was supposed to be around £40 but we were hit with £75. Then we proceeded to correct everything on the receipt and the waitress asking us “ so how much are you paying “ ….. come on ….. everything that could’ve been wrong was wrong. Don’t go unless you prefer to serve yourself … at this point we might aswell cook the meal ourselves too.

Pizza Express has always maintained a very high standard of food, service and experiences, and my experience there the other day only reinforces this view! The staff where very friendly and happy to help with our larger than normal event, and the personalised touch with Inez as our primary server was much appreciated. Pizza Express is our go to venue for means after events, and they haven't let us down! Thanks for the amazing service 👍 The music was a touch loud at times, but this wasn't a big issue for me.

The moment we were seated, Jasmine greeted us with a warm smile and genuine energy. What impressed me the most was her eagerness to learn and improve. She took the time to check in on us frequently and even asked for our feedback, showing that she genuinely cares about providing the best customer experience possible. It’s clear that she has a bright future ahead in the service industry. Food was amazing, lovely hot honey dough balls and spicy pizza. Service was excellent with my waiter being Caroline. She was very kind, very patient and efficient. Atmosphere was good but it would be nice if they opened the top floor in the day as opposed to being exclusive at night. Overall very good experience.

Update: Came back today, was served by Debra, and was well looked after. Also glad we don't have to use the app for all orders. Food is great but with the new restriction in restaurants and having to download menus and apps it is a real pain. The staff were fantastic in helping getting to grips with it but i might think about it twice before eating out again

Attended this pizzaexpress during the kids holidays so it is understandable that it was packed. However, the staff (this particular man) that was there today had a terrible attitude towards us. Came to our table to take our order, when I started speaking he then stops me and says I will be right back. Then went to another table to give them their food. He was very dismissive when asked about the kids menu, and it was clear that they were understaffed. It was our first time attended as a family, and it will be the last (at least to this particular location). Our food took over 30m to arrive when other that came after us, we’re getting their food. At the end, when asked for our bill, it took them another 10m to bring it to our table, and I had to call someone again and asked them to please give us our bill because we were then late for other activities. Extremely dissatisfied.

Food portions seem to be getting smaller. The restaurant was empty for a Saturday afternoon. And the app didn't work properly. So not a great time.

Arrived at 11.30 on a Sunday with 8 rowdy 10 year olds and our waiter Win was incredibly accommodating and helpful!
