Pizza Express in Havering

I’ve got part of my order on, but they corrected it for me without any issue at the store and as per normal all the food was very very good

the delivery time kept changed later later and is not the first time and food was cold literally cold... very sad ...

food was good , still fairly hot once it had arrived, delivered on time and all in order .

Very tasty will order again and would recommend to anyone to try for the first time

Food was nice and my bf loved his pizza i wasn’t a big fan of mine as the pasta sauce was a bit too sweet for me and chicken a bit soggy but overall was okay. Thank you to our server Win for the lovely and quiet experience as it was our first time here.

The pizza is very very poor, 4 Olives in a large pizza, 2 small pieces of ham, and no cheese!!! Awfull!! I'm sorry I can't upload a picture to show you, I would never pay £20 at a restaurant for a pizza like that.

Goats cheese literally absent - cant remember any goats cheese however was still good, cook it that 45 seconds more please

Only two members of staff waiting, empty tables, full of dirty plates and glasses not cleared only 7 tables with people sitting, waited 25 minutes for someone to come and take order, no apology, young lady waitress had a face like a busted boot, male waiter so rude to another set of customers as I'm writing this the customers at the door no acknowledgement for 10 minutes walked out, discussing service

We came quite late and Win, our waiter, was amazing with the service and being accommodating!

Visited just before the Cinema. Debra was lovely and really lovely with the kids. She was really speedy with the service too which was great as we didn't want to miss our film. We really love it here and will definitely be back.

Big thanks to Josh, arrived with a wheelchair user, and he made our access issues easy, moving furniture and making sure we were settled and comfortable.

Had a lovely evening at Pizza Express Romford. Started with a very pleasant welcome from the manager and our waitress, Ines was so kind and attentive throughout the night. Have been coming to this Pizza Express since I was a child and will continue to look forward to coming in between study periods at University. Great job!

Came here for my boyfriends birthday we had a lovely waitress called Jasmine, very sweet girl and was so kind. So happy with the food absolutely delicious and the staff are so patient.

The food was ok, but the service was terrible. The manager, who was quite rude and dismissive, made the experience worse. Instead of addressing our concerns, she was condescending and unhelpful. It felt like customer satisfaction wasn’t a priority at all. Definitely not coming back!

Absolutely poorly run by management on a Sunday. They post offers and menu’s but cannot check this on the till. All app based but half of the time the app doesn’t marry up with the menu. The management could be a bit more understanding of what the customer is asking for instead of being defensive and playing the blame game. Poorly managed and poor customer service.

As regular customers of Pizza Express in the Brewery Shopping Centre, Romford, we want to send a big Thank You to Win, who has been our waiter on many occasions. He is always friendly, calm, and attentive, even when the restaurant is busy. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and he serves with a warm smile. He often takes a moment for friendly conversation when time allows, which is a nice touch. His excellent service really enhances the experience. The kitchen staff also go above and beyond each time to make every order special. Thank you to the team for an excellent experience once more.

Ran in for pizza before a film. Told the lovely maitre de we had one hour for the film and she ensured we were fed and out in time. The pigs and dough balls and Xmas cocktails were yummy too!!!!

Staff tried their best but we could clearly see that they were run off their feet. More staff were definitely needed. Overall food was good but slightly delayed. Win was very good along with Jasmin but again run off her feet. Delivery guys got more attention than the customers in the restaurant as they kept coming in and out every few minutes.

We had a great time at pizza express. Ines served up with smile which made our evening.

We tried here a couple of weeks ago and we had to leave before being seated as we were waiting for at least 10 minutes without even being acknowledged, thought we'd give it another chance today. Food was alright but the service is so slow, it was busy and only a couple of people working so it took forever to order, pay etc, which isn't great when you have an impatient toddler. I think management just need to have more staff working and a lot of issues would be solved. I doubt we'll be coming back again if it stays the same.

Ines was a lovely waitress, very warm, welcoming, attentive always with a smile on her face. The manager Manisha was also very lovely and bubbly! Pizza was incredible honestly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Quality stuff!

Been here many times but never left a review. I would like to specifically mention a lovely waitress who helped us today called Ines. She was the perfect host, very friendly, patient, timely and had a lovely warm smile, which always helps.

My daughter and I popped in after school today for an early dinner. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy and the atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. Subha served us and she was attentive and friendly. She enquired about any allergies or dietary requirements, helped with our menu choices and was genuinely gracious, polite and helpful throughout our service. The food was great and we both enjoyed the new sticky toffee pudding desert. Please pass on our thanks to Subha and the rest of your team. Thank you.

We had a great experience thanks to Jade, who was super friendly and welcoming at the door. She made sure to ask about any allergies or dietary requirements, which was really thoughtful. Jade also explained how to use the app and the £8 classic pizza offer very clearly. It's a shame she couldn't take our order, as she seemed very knowledgeable and would have been fantastic in that role too

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Jasmine, and I felt compelled to share my thoughts. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that Jasmine is a true asset to her team. Despite being understaffed, she approached her work with an inspiring level.Jasmine was handling an impressive workload on her own, and while her manager eventually stepped in to assist, it was evident that Jasmine was already managing beautifully. She maintained a calm demeanor, even when faced with challenging situations. I can only imagine the pressure she was under, yet she never showed signs of being overwhelmed. Instead, she made it a point to engage with every customer, ensuring that no one felt neglected.What stood out to me the most was how Jasmine handled difficult interactions with rude customers. Rather than letting their negativity affect her, she remained respectful and understanding. It’s a rare quality to see someone maintain such professionalism in the face of disrespect, and it truly speaks volumes about her.
