Flames Kebab And Pizza in Havering

I'm giving you 3 stars because I have just ordered flames special pizza and 9inch garlic bread ... pizza itself as always is lovely BUT your 9inch garlic bread with cheese is terrible- I expected it to look like a pizza with cheese on top just like others I have ordered from elsewhere.. this had no garlic flavour and where was the cheese.. photo added. I know I won't be ordering that again

If I could rate this 0 stars then I would but I ordered my food and they got it wrong so when it come I complained and they changed it and still got it wrong they changed the meat but put white mint sauce not the garlic mayo I asked for. The man who answered the phone and come to the door was rude as well. It come to £23 and it was awful absolutley discusting usually it’s alright not perfect but could be better wouldn’t recommend this place and they refused to serve me when I was being completely professional and not rude at all. Great pizza not as greasy as some other local pizza takeaways- great to have a choice of chicken wings - I had grilled wings instead of deep fried spicy wings - the were lovely

Really bad quality food. The pizza was like rock hard cardboard, it reminded me of the £1 Tesco pizzas, not fresh at all. Chips were overcooked or reheated and very stale. Would avoid as overpriced

Pizzas look good from the top but the bottom part of the pizza tastes and looks like cardboard, and that is no exaggeration at all - it literally tastes like cardboard which is a shame because the toppings were okay. First time I've seen pizza with such a stuff bottom layer, it's weird.

I've been to couple places in rainham but I honestly think this is the most quality serving place in the area. Brilliant customer service. Surprisingly fresh food and very very tasty. I honestly recommend flames to everyone.

Gave me a bad stomach ache and made me throw up I am pregnant also !do not get the chips either there was more skin than chip!

Paid £4.50 for Feta Salad and got a handful of shredded lettuce and crumbled quarter of a Feta pack of cheese from supermarket. Nothing else whatsoever. Poor

Ordered here for the last five years, every week, they have messed up up our order a few times but tonight my husband has eaten his dinner an hour before me as my order was completely wrong and an hour later and three calls I'm still waiting for my food Really not good enough 😕 No customer care whatsoever 😒 Will not be ordering from here again that's for sure

The worst kebab shop I have ever been too I asked for a kofte wrap and this is what was sent to me not what how I wanted and chewy as anything I would not recommend this place.

Ive been using Flames for over 10 year's for a occasional Friday night treat/ takeaway. Their food is always fresh and delicious. Staff are great and friendly. I highly recommended them.

Kebab tasted delicious! Portions were very generous, fresh salad, warm bread and juicy meat - exactly what I look for in kebab. Will highly recommend. Friendly staff! Thanks for the complimentary garlic bread. Will be back soon :))

We havent had a family kebab for a while we thought well try Flames from rainham and it was absolutely amazing food. I would recommend it to anyone. We had flames special which had all the kebabs inside loved it we will be back definitely 👍

Been having kebabs in aveley but they got very complacent and a bit slap dash.. wanted to try somewhere we used a couple of years before .. wow this place is great .donor lamb shish.salad all fabulous and complementary garlic bread. All cooked fresh and delicious.. will use now as our go to kebab house.. oh and the pizza is lovely.

Ordered flames special and chicken and chips for daughter. Loads of meat in the special and 2pots of sauce. All served fresh and hot. Polite and friendly staff. Only complaint would be only 1pitta bread served with it, but sure this was an oversight, and didn't spoil overall meal as plenty of bread at home. Will Definitely visit again as great value for money!

Just don't bother, ordered through just eat, 25 minutes later (after chasing) arrived, not only sauce and 2 items missing, what we had was cold chicken, uncut pitta and when calling to complain staff rude and unapologetic. Since have discovered only a 1 star hygiene rating. Cannot find a redeeming feature, can't recommend and nearly £40 down.

Ended up going here because it's the only place open extremely late, asked for a 2 medium rare lamb shish's, ended up being burnt 😂 unless you so pissed you can't speak, walk and think don't even think about it lmao.

Any kebab shop that tries to charge you extra for sauce needs to be marked as thieves quote a price and stick to it! Mark a price on your screens and stick to it! Charge for extra sauces maybe but any sauce on what is already a mediocre kebab is disgusting! Never to return again you dirty thieving greedy rogues!

Good choice of Kebabs. Chicken Doner, Lamb Doner, Koftee Kebab, Chicken or Lamb Shish. Big choice of Pizzas, fresh Salad. Desserts. Good friendly staff, open late at night.

Will never use the place again. Afterca hard night at work i fancied a kebab so a customer ordered it for me. The kebab price was fine but £8.80 for greasy Garlic bread with cheese. When I called the ahio to dispute the price i was told to go to Tesco uf i didnt like it. They gave a hell of a lot to learn about customer service

The food here has always been excellent, especially the lamb shish. There chilli sauce is to die for, best I've tasted. Good value for money and free delivery on orders over £10.

Nicely cooked food. I always order the shish which comes out nicely char grilled. I don't make a special journey to this place but it saves a trek to Green lanes.

After years of using them they said they dont have enough of more than one kebab..fine I would've had something else..but i was hung up on..so next call I did swear & they said they wouldn't tolerate this..(I was the one hung up on mid order by saying we ain't got enough) Please get this correct ANDOVER

Food is lovely. Good variety. Great kebabs, burgers and steaks. Fast delivery. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced.
