Very nice always lovely and hot and not stingy with the meat

Went to have a meal with my family there was very helpful by a young gentlemen which carefully took down my order and was very keen to help. The food is amazinf definitely recomd

Ordered donee kebab n chips.... Got home and found they had given me donor meat n chips and a portion of chips. Went back and they was very helpful n re-done my order but doubled it up... I ended up with large donee kebab n large chips. Very good service and very helpful. 10/10

Chips recooked multiple times . Rock hard and brown . Kebab lovely but ruined by the fact they didnt put the sauces in the bag . After having the cheek in the firat place of charging me an extra £2 . Then didnt give me them . And then gave me recooked chips after spending over £35 . Im a regular customer . What chance have u got lol

i order from shen more often than i would like to admit because i have an insanely unhealthy obsession with cheesy chips. i ordered from them tonight and left a message saying i turned 21 on monday and was cheeky and asked for extra cheese because of this. not only was there extra cheese, there was an extra portion of cheesy chips and a chocolate cake. even the delivery driver said happy birthday to me. if i didn’t recommend shen enough before i definitely will now. thank you so much for making

Disappointed tbh, I was expecting some good food because of all the great reviews but was let down. Large portion of chips…but they were clearly reheated, stale and tasteless. Pizza wasn’t too bad but I could tell it had been rushed. Only positive was the delivery time. Won’t order again

Donner was nice, chips fine, didn't think much of the garlic pizza bread to be honest though, didn't have much flavour, and tasted of herbs not garlic. But overall nice.

Since the new owners took over the gaff has gone down the pan.the new manager is rude,my order was short one night and I called to tell him and all I got back was attitude. Another time I called and he said they were closed so I ordered online and got the food delivered…not good!

Under new management and sadly much worse. Cold but burnt pizza. Cold, soggy, greasy chips. Pitta toasted until it was like cardboard. Luke warm kebab. This was the second time I've visited since the new owners took over. First time was poor but I put that down to teething problems. Second visit was even worse. I've been coming to this place for many years, I won't be coming here again. It's a shame.

The lamb donor and lamb shish kebabs really nice, plus the salad and sauces, however would of liked the lamb shish inside the pitta bread and the chips more CRISPY like I have previously experienced as they were the best chips EVER.

Best kebab meat I've had in a long time, chicken dona, chicken shish on rice, excellent, and great qualuty chicken dona, bread, wonderful. Chilli sauce, heat and had flavour! Where most are just watery tomatoes. Soooo happy with this food today. X

Unfortunately I had food poisoning from their food and end of going to the hospital and I would never ever try that again and when I called and told them they’ve been so rude.

Wowwww!!! Disgusting service. I placed my second order with this restaurant, first time they "couldn't find my address" no idea why.. its not hard. So I had to actually get in my car and meet the driver in a completely different location.. We let them off, as when we FINALLY recieved our food, it was quite nice. Second time we ordered, it arrived absolutely fine this time, not sure how they "couldn't find us" the first time. However.. out of 6 meals, only 2 was correct! 2 was missing, and 2 was incorrect/missing components. I called up to politely ask for our 2 missing meals to be sent as 2 people was without dinner. I explained nicely what 2 were missing. The man on phone was SOOO RUDE!! He Spoke to his "manager" and came back on the phone and told me "my manager packed it his self and he knows he put the food in the bag" After me assuring him I wasn't lying, and having a back and forth about the fact I was telling the truth and all I wanted was my food. He proceeded to tell me AGAIN he knows it was in the bag, and to check again.. i asked him if he was taking the piss..? As, why wouldn't I have checked the bag. After again a back and forth.. he told me I was wrong and I could get a refund from Just Eat. I asked him why he was passing the blame, and not just taking responsibility as all I was asking for, was the food I was missing. I didn't even mention the other 2 items that was incorrect. He was so rude to me (basically calling me a liar) Is it too much to ask for something i paid for?? After more conversation the manager got on the phone being rude asking me what I wanted him to do.. I said, all I asked for in the begining was the food i was missing and I didn't want anything else from them. I have NEVER called a restaurant to ask for my missing food, and had someone accuse me of lying.. Also I might add, this time the food was gross, greasy and overall quite disgusting. Not sure how they achieved a 5* hygiene rating tbf.. I guess thats what I get for not reading google reviews first and only looking at Just Eat reviews. Please avoid this place. Its needs to just be closed down, save everyone the stress.

The food that was delivered was OK. Contacted the restaurant to let them know my sons kids meal was missing. The staff member was incredibly rude and told me that I was wrong before hanging up on me. We will not be ordering again.

Don’t know how I feel about Shen kebab I know there are new owners but when you look out the back where he makes the pizzas it look’s rotten out there they actually shut the door when I was standing there looks like it needs a deep clean I don’t think I will return now

Food quality was in bad shape,sent me a kebab in a beaten up pitta bread when I asked for it in a wrap,restaurant staff on phone very unhelpful, decided to send me a wrap by itself!!! I pay £30+ for a takeaway and they expect me to roll the wrap myself!! My food is now cold !! Ruined my appetite 😒 Don't deserve 1 star ,demanding a refund!!

Outstanding best I've ever had

One of the local area's best takeaways... think about it really what other local business can match up to this... Always open late, always quick on delivery. Food is great and worth every penny. Good range of food! We get often get burgers and always spot on ... and the chicken wings are delicious. The Delivery drivers always great- We are in a flat and they never get lost unlike some Just eat's/ubereats we have had in the past. I ordered on the 21/7/23 and the delivery driver was so nice he even grabbed my post on the way up - top bloke thank you I see a couple reviews about poor customer service - and you know what .. I recon these people probably deserve it, probably calling up drunk or looking for trouble or something because these guys are 5 stars- never had a problem and even time to time they throw in something extra if we do a big order. Little tip personally I would avoid ordering through just eat (happened with a different restaurant- if something goes wrong just eat are terrible to deal with)

Got food on Just Eat and I did not expect this pleasant surprise. They changed the chips, they’re not the thick ones anymore. I really hope these chips stay the same, I enjoyed them a lot more. Usually me and my boyfriend share one portion but this time we really wished we got our own hehe

Don’t know what’s going on at Shen? No salad in the halloumi wrap-just chucks of halloumi- dry and tasteless. No lettuce or mayo in the veggie burger- again dry and tasteless. Food was not nice. Has always been good before, shame.
