Sad to say I think this Papa Johns has now changed hands. Been coming here for years and pizzas have always been the same. Ordered today and what I got bared no resemblance to previous pizzas. It was overcooked, far too thin, and lacking in toppings. Asked for them to make it again and it was basically the exact same. They clearly have a new ‘technique’ which results in lacklustre pizzas, probably won’t come to this branch again.

Sides are not nice and a waste of time.

Ordered a larger garden party as I am a vegetarian however unfortunately I found chunks of chicken on it, I have emailed customer service's no response yet

A 10inch pizza with a 2inch curst???? Not how it should be! You pay £10 for a 10inch pizza, you don't want a tiny base area with a load of crust. Really poorly made!!!! There was nigh on half a loaf of bread left over in crust by the time I was finished. What pizza there was, on a paper thin base, was OK. NOT value for money and really disappointing

I love Papa Johns, so always spot on.

I ordered half pepperoni and half meat. The base was as tough as old boots and I'm still looking for the meat. The worst pizza I have had and won't be going back.

What is happening with your pizzas? The bases are getting thinner and the topping amount is also getting less. You don't even cut the pizzas properly. We have to re-cut them when they arrive.

Food came a little earlier than expected, delivery driver was lovely and food was delicious.

So we ordered pizza at 18.07, about 20 mins later the tracker said they were sorting it, a further 15 mins and it went in the oven and was almost instantly out, then sat at quality check and slicing. At 19.07 i phoned them and asked where it was and was told they been very busy and was still in the shop..... At 19.24 the delivery guy arrived and as i guessed the pizza was warm, 3 slices in was cold. as for the pizza itself, not sure why cheese was on top of the toppings (all in the name) and i found it all very doughy and not very nice. We wont be using them again!

Worst pizza I've ever had. Tasteless, hardly any tomato base sauce, greasy. Horrible. Not sure why I thought it would be a good one, maybe because it cost £15 for a margarita. Never again.

ordered online the pizza was overcooked on the outside and frozen in the middle, i had to heat it up again myself, and when i called up to complain and try and get my money back the refused and and hung up on me.

There were two bits of ham/bacon on my vegetarian pizza (one I accidentally ate- not good and totally put me off the rest of my meal so it went uneaten); and they sent one of the wrong extra sauces I paid for too.

Marked as over an hour late because what I orderd bever actually arrived. Order was wrong and cold and for some reason it cost more than every take away I have orderd up north. First order amd will be the last.

Absolute joke! Allow you to order, take your money, then call to say they can’t deliver to the area. Won’t allow to meet the driver half a mile away where they do deliver to. And can’t refund my money! Shambles!!

Dont bother ordering from here if you are hungry. Always slow, so food arrives barely luke warm. They obviously get tracked by head office for their delivery trackers because it always shows delivered on the tracker way before it arrives, so they look like they are getting them out faster. Most recent, and probably last order taking 90 minutes. Was just giving up and starting making an alternative meal for hungry child when it arrived

I ordered my food at 6:15 to be delivered at 7:40. By 8:10 still wasn't here so I called. It had said on the app that it was on the way but I was told that wasn't true. The lady said it had only just come out the oven and was sitting in a delivery bag, waiting for a delivery driver. I called again at 8:50 as it still hadn't arrived and then it arrived shortly afterwards. Needless to say it wasn't warm enough.

Food was ok but not hot enough. The delay on delivery was probably the reason my food wasn't hot. The potato tots were a pleasant surprise. Never had them before and they were really nice.

Large ham ad cheese.med peperoni with anchovies and Green olives.simple?? not so.pizzas came no anchovies no olives phoned up no problem .mistake .new pizza dispatched.it came with anchovies and green peppers.please is it that hard? yes they are both green.was told we dont have green olives.Dooh .mother loved her pizza btw.unfortunatly peppers dont taste like olives no matter what colour they are.

Pre-Ordered for delivery, order accepted then after noticing the order was late by 30 mins, I find the order cancelled with no explanation, I feel like an order over £50 deserves a phone call or message as to why it was cancelled. When you pay a ridiculous premium for bread and cheese I expect at least decent customer service. I’m left with no food and at least another hour wait for a pizza from dominoes, will not be using them again.

Ordered a Family deal for £24.99 as our first order with Papa Johns. Took over an hour to arrive and was luke warm in temperature. Some of the chicken bites were quite hard to bite in to, pizza garlic bread was over cooked so tough to eat. Both pizza bases overcooked so tough to eat also. Cheese pizza was too cheesy, was quite sickly really. Not a great takeout for our family. We threw most of this out. Delivery driver was lovely and friendly, that was the positive bit

First time we've ordered from here, we were blown away by the quality. Usually takeaway pizzas are greasy, but not a drop of grease in sight. The chicken wings are top quality, lots of meat and well flavoured. I will definately be ordering from here again.

Ordered the Vegan Works pizza for myself and there was next to no topping. It was also missing the portobello mushrooms completely. My wife and son shared a pepperoni, which had so much grease it was soaking through the box. These two pizzas were £35!! An absolute waste of money.

Delivery guy was superb! Was disappointed in the two pizza I ordered for £34! I am great believer in you get what you pay for and our takeaway tonight, wasn’t the case.

I preferred a pizza online and it came on time but was the wrong pizza. I ran outside to see if the delivery guy was still in my street. I rang the company and explained the situation and they were like oh sorry n bla bla. We will get the correct pizza to you. 1hr45later and it arrived. Have used Papa John's for years and always been impressed with the service. Last few orders were abit slow and was let down by them once as driver broken down which I can understand it happens. How ever last night ordered at 22:20 and pizza just did not come. Got the order email and also they have taken the payment. I call today was offer no apologies and was told to simply call head office and sort it out myself as they can't see my order. Very disappointed and a shame that a franchise is obviously not representing a great brand as they should. Likelyhood of recommending them anymore or wanted to speak to clearly someone that does not understand any aspect of customer service very very slim.

I normally order online from here and they are always really quick for delivery. Order is always spot on and love the food. In store staff are polite and they seem to abide by all current covid rules. Try the bee sting bites!!! Amazing!!!

Very disappointed. We ordered at 7.30pm at the checkout point it stated that delivery would be 20.15. Then once order was placed the delivery time shot is to 20.50pm. Then increased to 21.09. It arrived a few minutes after nine which is an hour and a half after ordering. The potato pop things we ordered were cold. Wont be ordering again .

This establishment has been in the Brockwell Center for many years now. The food has remained the same good quality but in my view, the customer service has deteriorated. I quickly scanned the other Google reviews before writing my review and it appears I am not alone in thinking this.

Put wrong address on delivery despite me putting on special instructions to make sure they got the right one. If I hadn’t looked out window I’d have missed it. Ordered cheese and onion, had no onion on it.

I have never had paper John's before so thought I would try tonight, using the uber eats app placed my order sat and waited for over 2hours, rang up to see where it was and they had cancelled my order due to not having spicy chicken, no email no phone call just cancelled it, then they put the phone down on me would never use again domino's next time and they still took my money......

Pizza and sides were delicious and again delivered early to our door. Brilliant service!!!

Papa John's vegan menu is the best. It's always great quality and tasty.

Only ordered because had an offer otherwise the prices are too expensive. Pizzas are decent but no Dominos. Garlic dip is the worst ive tasted. Its yellow which means it must be garlic butter melted, AWFUL!.

we have yet to have a bad pizza from this supplier, their on line deals are also very good value and worth a look before ordering. Delivery is always on time and the products hot. Great service.

Ordered food from here last night for the first time and I can not fault it at all, it arrives within 35 mins of ordering and the food was piping hot, lovely and fresh and tasted fantastic, compliments to the chef and I will definitely be ordering again

Twice this place messed up my orders. First time I complained online ( head office)they gave a 50% discount voucher, but this branch did not accept the code as valid, I phoned the branch to speak to the manager who told his lackey that he was too busy to speak to a customer. Absolutely shocking!

Never had a bad pizza from here but there is always a first time for everything. On this occasion the pizza's we ordered were all soggy and not great.

Firstly, I've never had a bad pizza from this place, it's delivery is fast, and the pizza is hot. So far, so good. However, what on earth is going on with their Ben and Jerry's ice cream? On three separate occasions I've ordered Cookie Dough and it's been absolutely awful. The ice cream was dry, flaky, and the dough itself was the same. Their freezers must be be in serious need of replacement.

Beware the price quoted over the phone differs when you arrive to collect your order. It's a shame that the pricing system is so complicated that even the staff can't get it right.

Ordered pizza, they cancelled it because they couldn't be bothered to Make it. I was two minutes away from picking it up. Was this because I used a voucher.....or because I chose to pay when i got there.

Truthfully don't think they give a dam about their customers, if your order is incorrect or you have to deal with them for whatever reason you see how poor the service really is. The food is not cheap and not particularly that nice, but the service from an assistant to the manager was shocking. I will never ever choose to use Papa johns in Cramlington again

For nearly £30 I got 3 pizzas. Nice taste but feel really cheated on the toppings. Good job I like cheese and tomato because I don’t think 1 piece of spicy mince on every other slice is value for money. Paid extra for Pepperoni too and only got 2 pieces on a large Pizza.

I placed an order for delivery yesterday morning for my tea that night as I was working a 13hr shift. They took the money from my PayPal, sent a confirmation email but when I phoned to find out where my order was they had no record. They said I was welcome to order and pay again though... so I'm out of pocket £15 and still waiting to hear back from their pathetic customer service.

Orden colocada, fuimos a la tienda colección para recoger pedidos enviados para la entrega. Tratarme como fue mi culpa, dijo que estaba a la defensiva (estaba enfadado y con razón) no la satisfacción del cliente o la resolución. Me dijeron para ir a casa y esperar orden y que sólo había tirado "Gasolina" el jengibre del gerente modales masculino eran de horror, necesidades despedido. Ser conscientes ni de lejos tan buena como solían ser 5 / 6 años. Pizzas también repugnante.
