Dominoes Pizza Cramlington in Northumberland

Would not come back! Poor service, poor quality food. You have to order lunch at a different counter but that is not advertised anywhere! I had chicken fajita flatbread and I'd asked for salad and coleslaw, came with just lettuce and coleslaw. Chicken was cubed processed chicken. My mum ordered tuna mayo baked potato which came cold with no butter and no salad, should have complained about the no salad but was too appalled at the absolute poor customer service. My Auntie ordered separately and she was spoken to like a child after she was told to order at the other counter after paying for what she wanted to order. Only thing that was nice was the capuccino. Also, takes them ages to clear tables, we were eating with other peoples plates still there till we had nearly finished our food! Avoid at all costs!

Service is horrendous, 25 minutes waiting for a ciabatta to find out it hadn’t even been started Charging premium prices for average food and terrible service, didn’t even receive an apology for the hassle from any of the staff Eventually got ciabatta and had missed cranberry that I asked for and was pretty sure I was charged for, did get a little apology though off the lady serving who I felt sorry for more than anything else

Nice food, good prices, fantastic service

Soup was okay but very salty, toastie wasn’t the best and was overpriced for the tiny portion in my opinion. The time you wait in the queue to order and pay (two separate queues) is ridiculous. Won’t be returning here.

Slow service not all staff but some are rude

Don’t get coffee here, the milk on was so badly burnt on my latte it developed a film on top. Undrinkable. Ploughman’s was ok, they can just about do a tea cake and a pannini but the breakfast was only just acceptable.

Stood on a queue ages , guy in front served with 2 breakfasts. My turn, was told to go stand in the other queue to order then come back to that queue to pay and collect. I asked why the man in front was served but I had to go in another queue. Weak explanation, in the time she argued , I could have ordered. Walked out, found nicer place, 25 quid well spent . If there was a zero star rate, I'd have chosen it.

We entered (3 people) at 3:15pm to eat and were told that they would only serve on outside tables. I mean, 3:15 and the restaurant was closing to public???? We refused the offer for eating outside and left. Hope you enjoyed our business

Lovely food and staff are so friendly, they do quite a bit gluten free food too which is brilliant compared to some cafes. Highly recommended

Cafe in the Manor Walks centre, wide selection of food. Breakfast not bad, although sausage looked cheap band was tasteless. Drafty, so most people wearing coats!

Poor. Two coffees fine. Tuna baguette was dry,hardly any tuna,rough bit of lettuce,slice of .tomato,bit of cucumber. Dry and not great. Two bowls if soup. We ordered vegetable. Looked nice but my god it was so so salty it made you feel sick. Called waitress who said no salt is added. As it's not vegetables that are salty I asked there must be something else. She then said yes bouillon. Bouillon overused far too much contains yeast which is salty,sea salt and awful maltodrexin. That imo too much added. It was so salty couldn't eat it , told them and they couldn't care less. £18 for the priveleges as well . Wouldn't recommend

Lovely food nice staff beautiful decor great for a day out

My partner and I came in today for cheese scones and a cuppa, the scones were quite dry and bland with hardly any cheese in them at all, which actually spoilt our experience of your cheese scones

Always busy food spot on lovely full breakfast with latte for under£9..staff friendly. Tables clean. Always feel welcome but don't tell the Mrs!!

Rip off. Various items I know I could not have. But they never offered me extra items I could have had.

Staff were disorganised coffee tasted disgusting overall experience wasn't pleasant

Came today to dine in with 2 daughters, whilst in the queue my youngest daughter started to cry a member of staff (Hayley) went out of her way to attend to my little girl talking to her and keeping her occupied whilst I finished paying. This was a massive help to me and not often you get staff this helpful and friendly! Food was also so lovely :)

This place is awful. I'm reading people's experiences and one I've read has left me appalled at the strict rules of sitting people in the cafe away from each other. Who on earth would separate a mother from her husband and 3 children on to a table a foot away and upset the children all because they don't allow more than 4 people seated together. Absolutely shocking service.

Over priced and the service was terrible

Great online service and delivery but pizzas completely overrated nevermind ridiculous price even with the offers. Sweet tomato sauce base tasted cheap. One for the kids maybe but better local pizza around- try Dukes. Fresh quality ingredients and just awesome flavour.

Hang on ..... is this the most expensive pizza in the world. Two medium and a small pizza over £50 bill. No way. Unreal prices.

My sister and I popped in for a panini and it took longer that expected but we were talking and it wasn't until someone came to say sorry for the wait and asked if we wanted another cup of tea. Then some came with this and said sorry again. What a nice surprise. Thank you

I regularly meet a group of friends at The Kitchen and have always received prompt and friendly service. Prices are about average and the loyalty card scheme gives you a free cuppa every now and again. I've been visiting The Kitchen for a number of years and I believe that speaks for itself!

I meet my friends here every week for coffee and hot chocolate. The staff are friendly and helpful and the service is excellent even when they're busy. Plus they run a loyalty card scheme which allows you to offset your points gained against the cost of your order.

Often eat here with the family and we love how friendly and welcoming the staff are! When you have a little one sometimes eating out can be slightly harder but there's always a staff member there to help. We love coming here for breakfast, lunch or just a hot cuppa and a cake! My favourite is definitely the sweet chilli chicken and cheese panini. If your looking for fresh home made food , lots of variety and a warm welcome then I definitely recommend you try here!

Miserable staff, cheap food sold for expensive prices and poor hygiene. Asked for a plain cheese toastie and a ham and cheese toastie, staff used the same gloves for both meaning my plain cheese vegetarian toastie was made with ham hands. Disgusting.

Don't eat here often but always really impressed when I do. Good food, really pleasant staff. Excellent prices. I've seen some of the negative reviews and can only think those reviewers have got confused and eaten somewhere else!

Staff are always friendly and welcoming. My daughter has Coeliac Disease sometimes this can be a "bother" to some when we go for a quick bite, but hands are washed, gloves are changed, and a clean chopping board used.

Appalling. Service with sullenness. Purchased a large iced vanilla coffee to go (£3.30). Served in a small Coca-Cola cup, no ice, barely any flavour - coffee or vanilla. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of other places in Manor Walks where you can get lovely coffee, sandwiches and cakes. All with a SMILE :-)

Just bought brownies from the kitchen for my hubby and sons they were absolutely gorgeous

Breakfast was £5 not much on the plate. Food was cold apart from beans. Food was not served together. Had t wait 5min while every1 else was eating

We didn't receive £54 worth of food. On looking at our security system the driver showed up, knocked on the door with his hand, didn't ring the doorbell and then tried to contact us once on a mobile number for what appeared to be two rings. Didn't try hard enough in my opinion to deliver food and Chris the manager was extremely defensive when we contacted the store. No apology, refund or goodwill gesture offered by Dominos.

We popped in for a sandwich and cuppa 2 deserts £17 Bread was a little less than fresh but eatable The desserts were lush lemon meringue and chocolate cake. We only discovered after we had paid I could have saved £7 had I got the high tea that's on offer at the moment £10 tea for 2. Looking back it would been nice to have been told about the tea for 2. Could do with a happier team Place was clean

Sooooooooooo expensive !!!! I just bought a Tuna roll and a mango "smoothie". These two items cost an astounding £7. I wouldn't mind but Greggs do the same thing for £3.00 for the same standard of freshness. The "smoothie" is some supermarket own brand smoothie with a carton of the cheapest orange juice you can buy all mixed together. Trust me, this is not the healthy option smoothie. This alone cost me an astounding £2.75 for a small one. I really wished I had just gone to Sainsbury and bought all the ingredients and an innocent smoothie for the same price !!

Terrible.. I arrived at 3pm , one lady was busy on the phone and the other one was on the deli bar. Only two tables were taken by other customers so they weren't busy. The rest of the available tables were covered with trays , rubbish and spillages. I have asked for a jacket potato and I was told there were none left ....fair enough it's after lunch time I thought. I was offered no alternative and it seemed the deli assistant didn't care if I order anything else or not. I then asked for a toastie on brown bread and a cup of tea. It took ages for them to take payment and I stood there waiting for some time. Toastie arrived ...on white bread not on brown as i asked , and tea was served in a dirty mug. The whole time I was there the two ladies made a lot of noise with dishes and doors...I couldn't wait to get out of there to be fair.

Great variety of food, clean tidy, take seat inside the cafe or out in the mall, nice friendly staff very helpful .

Compramos una pizza después de salir por la noche y el encargado de la tienda nos sirve. Apareció en la pantalla diciendo que sería de 9 minutos. Después de los 9 minutos esperamos por otros 10 minutos. Cuando finalmente nos dieron la pizza se quemó mucho fue quemado.

I can't get enough of dominos pizzas definitely wouldnt order from anywhere else they are a tad pricey but when you order when there a deal on its always worth it. Sometimes the delivery times can take a bit longer than anticipated which is the only complainant but its not always and the foods always worth it anyways so it makes up for it

Good Pizzas, the best in Cramlington, though the dearest in town. Good response on line, in person and by telephone, with a cheery group of staff. Response times for delivery is prompt, as is the pick up service. Would prefer this to others.

Ordered 2 pizzas - 1 standard topping and 1 create your own with 4 toppings. The basic pizza was fine. The create you own came with only 1 of the 4 toppings. Rang to complain and was told to bring other one back for replacement - happy to do so as mistakes do happen. However, replacement pizza only had 2 of the 4 requested toppings on. Not willing to have another replacement but rang again to inform the manager. He was happy to replace again but by this time we didn't want to wait again. Tasty pizza but terrible service. Will not return.
