Ordered the chicken and done kebab. It was absolutely swimming in grease. The meat was dry and fatty, just awful....!! Rang up to complain and they said they will replace the meal for free. So since I hardly touched the kebab i Ordered some fried chicken and chips. I shouldn't have bothered, the chicken was so dry it felt like cardboard. Horrible all round WOULD NOT RECOMMEND...!!!!!

We have ordered many times from AFC and on a number of occasions we have phoned to say our order is wrong. They have sent the missing item(s) out but nearly 45 min late so we're eating at different times. After a couple of phone calls the last order was OK and had a free Garlic bread (which we used to get anyway). Tonights order we got a quarter pounder instead of half pounder, chips were cold and lamb was really tough. Didn't phone, didn't want anything but thats it. Time to find somewhere else.

Ordered curry sauce and chips with just eat. Really disappointing quality with the sauce having a similar consistency to play-do. I'm not sure what the other food is like, hopefully not as rudimentary abysmal as the curry sauce and chips. Would not recommend.

Still as poor as ever. Would help if they had someone who understood the English language. The processed meat it disgusting and asked to not have ham on and instead have pepperoni, the lesser of the disgusting toppings that are cubed. Surely pepperoni can't go wrong. Anyway still had cubed processed ham and some weird tasting thing I can only assume as chicken because of what I ordered. Garlic mayo has a dreadful taste to it, not pleasant at all and the pizza my partner and I managed 1 slice each before we binned it. They're happy to help but their lack of understanding English let's them down massively. Everything seems a chore. Asked to keep the garlic cool in the fridge and they thought I was wanting garlic mayo on the pizza base... that's it now no more trying with their food I'll use elsewhere now. I actually feel sick off the 1 slice of disgusting pizza. Never again and if I could give zero stars I would. Avoid at all costs.

Best kebab shop in town, pizza isn't my favourite but kebabs and chicken is awesome, grab spicy potato's too!!

I bought a cheese burger and large kebab. Would not recommend at all it was disgusting chucked them both in the bin The burger was mushy just didn't taste right i had 1 little bite. The kebab meat was rock hard and the garlic sauce was disgusting. Will never go back.

I asked for garlic sauce on my chips & got mint sauce. And my burger had water dripping out of it as the salad was so wet. My burger also had a hole in it from someones hand indented into it. Will not recommend this place

Stay away from this shop, portions are too small compared to the price. We ordered a large donner kebab, I just saw how they took money. I feel like it's a £3.00 donner but charge me £7.00

Horrible experience Spent £50 for chicken and chicken burgers. Awful chicken pieces and chicken wings. Cold and very dark(burnt) color. I had been running a take away for long time. Chicken and chicken wings were leftovers from last night and were heated again. burgers were ok.

Hit and miss. Chilli sauce is amazing one staff member is quite rude and the burger buns are often hard and stale.

Never going there again. Dangerous unsanitary food handling. Needs a visit from health and safety.

The most appalling part was finding a hair in the food. If that wasnt bad enough, their chicken shish kebab was literally 3 pieces of chicken breast on bread and their 'side salad' was only lettuce in a box. For £7.50 it was disgusting and the worst takaway I've had in Lincoln by far.

Absolute scam. Ordered two kebabs, £7.50 each. Look at the pictures, 4 pieces of meat in each and no salad? Oh also a hair on the chips.

The staff listen to your order notes and create the best pizzas! The chilli sauce is great, I’m just wishing they create a pizza with x2 pepperoni and jalapeños as an option!! Thanks guys

One of the worst takeaways I have ever been too the food is cold and the customer service is appalling. And you don't get what you order for delivery an still get charged for the food that never arrived. Wouldn't recommend going there also my friend got food poisoning a couple of month back from a chicken burger they bought from there

Didn't get what I ordered and when I rang up they was so rude to me then said you can have the kebab (even though I paid for it) had to then ring back to complain again but ignored me so used another phone to ring them up and said yeh yeh ur donner kebab be another 20mins... so now my burger and chips is stoned cold I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody

Chicken wings are the best in Lincoln. Chilli sauce and chip spice is best in Lincoln. Diavola pizza and donner kebab are always great. I have tried most food off the menu and everything is great. Never disappointed with AFC,Drivers are nice, best take out in Lincoln 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

I just ordered their shish kebab and Donner meat, 1/4 pounder and onion rings. The only positive aspect I can say about the food was the salad. I think it's the first time I've ever thrown almost full kebab away! The lamb shish was 80% fat or gristle. The pita bread was soggy small and absolutely disgusting. I would advise anyone that's never ordered from here before to avoid it like the plague. Not even worth one star

Absolutely Awful!! The chicken is drier than the Sahara desert, it’s like a mouthful of sand. My day was going bad enough and then this happened. So disappointed, from a once trusted kebab shop this place has gone downhill, sort it out or you’ll get shut down, messy dirty and clearly not living up to health standards!!!!

Okay so an American burger is apparently just a plain cheeseburger which is a bit misleading to begin with though the burger itself was nice. I also or garlic mushrooms and while I much appreciate the fresh mushrooms, the while side was a disaster. No flavour , just butter poured over them to wilt. Oh and importantly, de-stem your damn mushrooms. Minging

Portions are joke. I've ordered large doner kebab pay 7.5 £ and get literally 3 slices of meat. Not the first time this happened but definitely last! Mr.chippy very good quality food cheaper and 3 times bigger portions if not more. Never again.

The burger patties were great but that's about it. Fries tasted funny. The burger fell apart easily. As for the place, it's really weird, like I thought it's an American fast food place, and the employees and the TV and sound of w/e was inside, felt Arabic. Not that I have anything against Arabic or Muslim people in general but yeah... If I wanted that I'd go to a kebab place.

Ordered some food from AFC last night and i've been a customer for some time now and have ordered food before. Chicken is always nice and tasty. Pizzas always good. No issues. Food came hot but the doner kebab i ordered was the worse kebab i've eaten in 18 years i've been in the UK. It was horrible. It was thick shaved and it looked as it wasn't properly cooked. It tased really bad. I only had two bites and i had to throw it away. Like i said the rest was fine except the kebab. The chilly sauce was very odd but ok. I'm sorry for the two stars but i have to be honest. Perhaps next time try to shave it thinner and make sure is well cooked.

My partner and I have been ordering from here for years, and always had great service. The delivery drivers are always friendly and we’ve never waited a long time for delivery, even when it’s Saturday night! Very underrated place- definitely worth the money.

"NO GIMMICKS JUST QUALITY" MORE THE OTHER WAY ROUND, LITERALLY JUST ORDERED FROM HERE! my burger was decent other than the fact it was missing half the salad, my partner didn't enjoy his either but that had plenty of salad. The chicken nuggets had more batter than chicken. And the chips were absolutely disgraceful. For a order that was ready and delivered in 20 mins from ordering how could that be...? Unless it wasn't fresh. I know it was nearly closing time but you should still cook your food to the great standerd that you would normally. We will never order from here again. VILE

Been there once after moving in to Lincoln about four years ago, and as I was asking him couple of questions he gave me dirty look and made a mmcha sound...as if I am an annoying fly...! I still see that big face pale guy every time I walk past, but I would rather eat my own shoe than going to his place ever.

The pizza was bland and oily. The chocolate fudge cake they charge £2.20 for is the £2 Iceland fudge cake. Wouldn't order again

Terrible welcoming atmosphere. Staff rude. My chicken burger was no thicker than a peice of paper. My friends chicken wrap had that much grease coming off it John Travolta tried to do his hair with it. Lettuce is basically cardboard.

Very small portions, i have ordered a large shish kebab with chips and it was TINY, I definitely do not recommend, very very small portions, not worth the money, i had to throw the chips away as they were about 100 years old, never will order anything from them again

Not the best fried chicken I have to say. It is often really dry, just stick to KFC or whatever place you usually use.

I heard many great things from this place from other cities and decided to try it here however i was very dissappointed with the results. The service from the delivery man was absolutely disgusting, his attitude when we were confused has of why it wasn't the orignal price (delivery tax that wasn't mentioned online). When we got the food it was cold and soggy, the container that it was in was completely soaked (with oil)and wasn't sturdy at all to hold the food. The spicy chicken wings that we ordered weren't even spicy and there was many parts of it that was raw and red that you can see from the meat itself. The skin was also soggy and peeling off the meat which wasn't what should happen with a 'fried' chicken. The best part of it was probably the free garlic bread. Very dissapointing as I heard many good things from this place. Hopefully nobody else has this experience.
