I absolutely love this place I order from here regularly. Never had an any issues. I’m my opinion it’s the BEST takeaway in Lincoln

Put in place a large order on a Friday night, food arrived over 20 mins late and luke warm. Pizza ordered was wrong !!! Called to complain to be met by rude staff !!! Already complained to Just eat about the service, and looking through the reviews it would seem numerous other have had a similar experience. Avoid at all costs

Staff are very rude I had a delivery and my food was cold so I let them know, I decided I’d order from them again today for the delivery driver to accuse me of lying about my food being cold and said he will get us blacklisted so we can’t order from them again! I’ve never normally had a problem with ordering from here until now!

absolutely disgusting. staff members talk to you like crab. found food in my food the kebab meat was like crispy bacon. do not order from here

Sent the wrong item and were unhelpful and rude when I called. Also chicken was inedible, tasted off. Quality has gone downhill and will not order from here again

Not a bad little pizza house, foods not fantastic but its ok , pizzas are nice the chips and are nice worth staff are ok but don't expect service with a smile.

Ordered a special chicken kebab and calzone. Chicken kebab was a write off. Was meant to have chilli sauce on it but came with some sludge that did not taste of anything. The chicken was very bland and tasteless, doesn't feel like they season the chicken at all. Calzone was decent but ended up being pretty unwell from the food for the rest of the night.

Absolutely lovely guys every time mum and I have been to collect! Won't go anywhere else. Brilliant portions, good value for money, and fantastic customer service. She would recommend their kebab and I won't recommend their chicken only so there's more for me!

Bought the whole family a takeaway, spent £42 to receive the wrong pizza order, leather kebab meat, could resole your shoes with it! It was tough, over cooked and see through hardly worth the £13.99 paid for a mixed kebab! Pizza bland and soggy! Everything cold..won't buy from here again in a hurry

Chicken and chips is off the chain bruv but the pizza tastes like toothpaste no cap I mean what

I always rate a kebab shop on the mixed meat and chips. I ordered on 2 separate occasions to test consistency, both times very good. The chicken is chunky and good quality, the kebab meat was cooked without burn. Cheese was cheese and the salad was worth the extra. Can't comment on pizza but the price for kebab and chips is worth every penny, both times had leftovers for breakfast. 2nd time I went into store, place appeared cleaner than some I see. Only reason not 5* is the chilli wasn't hot enough. Don't believe half the 1* reviews on here, I think they're bots. I'll order there again, just buy your drinks from a corner shop, sugar tax gotten a bit ridiculous

Place is hit and miss. One day you have something really tasty. Another week I think why did I bother.

Very disappointed, ordered two Pizzas and a garlic bread well the cheese on the pizzas was vile and rubbery, they were both stuffed crust when I didn't order for them to be I mean it was a nice surprise just disappointed that the cheese was vile so we didn't end up actually eating most of the food we ordered! As for the garlic bread it was just pure grease and again wasn't nice at all! Delivery wait wasn't too bad. I don't think I will be ordering from here again as money and food have been washed

Ordered on App which randomly placed the order with this place. Called to ask how this has happened and they don't know. Asked for a refund but they said there's no manager. Asked when will they be available and told he's on holiday. Said he's not responsible for website. Now reporting as fraud to the bank.

Ordered this evening. Took hour for delivery. Food order was 3 portions of chips missing. Food is cold . They offered to deliver the chips but would add on another delivery charge. No Thank you. Not first time we had problems so would not recommend unless you live 5 minutes away Last time we use Pizza Roma

Food is amazing but service is absolutely awful, phone lines off, food has been delayed and ordered 1 hour + ago, happens every time I order from here, no way to contact the restaurant at all and my family is always left starving whilst waiting for them to deliver, would rate 0 stars if the food wasn’t so good

I placed an order last Tuesday for £ 10 ..and no one came back instead no one answered the phone number and no money was returned

Never ring or anything to tell you half of what you ordered is missing or ran out just deliver a load of whatever they have and expect u to be happy with it and someone goes without usually fine but defo down hill will be ordering from somewhere else next time happened to many times now

At first, we were counted for three portions of 19 pounds, when the price of one average kebab was 4.90, then he counted and indicated the amount 15.70 I still didn't understand how he thought. Then we waited about 30 minutes for our order in a cold cafe with an open door. Then it turned out that the kebab is not wrapped in pita bread, but simply put on the bread. The chicken was dry, in large chunks, overcooked. When I asked where the lamb was, the men said from below. It turned out to be wrong, but from above it was. In general, everything is terrible. The first and last time there was and the last 2 !!! And while we were waiting for the order, a person came in and also complained that he had not received the order from them. And this is not the first time it happens. I do not recommend this cafe !!!

i came into your shop next to the takeaway place at 11.48pm the person told me my stuff got declind got home to find out the money actually got taken , so i came back to show the person but they are saying it still never went through even though i have the tranaction as proof. they are refusing to sort it out he wouldnt take my proof he just got everyone to come in who was in the shop and i felt intimadated i only came to sort out about the money what when out my account after getting told it declind when it never did, i have contacted the police about it . aviod this shop

I have never eaten such a delicious pizza as it is made in this pizzeria. And the garlic sauce is perfect. :)

If I could give zero stars I would the service was horrific food was late by 20 mins after being delayed 20 as well then couldn't get hold of them as the phone numbers don't work will not order from here again

Pizza not amazing but not terrible either. Arrived hot. Unfortunately not hand rolled dough. Premade bases the kind you get from your local kebabby after a night out wouldn’t order again. Delivery driver didn’t social distance.

Pizza was good, ordered chips cheese and curry sauce but just got chips with dry curry sauce wouldn’t even call it a sauce. So didn’t get what I paid for, disappointed.

We regularly order and its pretty decent however dinner tonight wasn't edible the kebabs was dry and burnt and the Fanta was out of date and was late arriving

Kebab was awful, dry, overcooked and too chewy to eat. Pizza was OK, chops and cheese delicious. Shame the kebab was awful, one person went hungry.

Ordered a chicken kebab and received two pieces of chicken in it and ordered a Donna kebab that came with a weird sauce instead of Donna meat would not recommend.. what a waste of money

I tried the lamb shish I thought marinating food was supposed to make it tender this was tough and over cooked 25% of the meat was inedible. I use pizza Roma as they have no minimum order just delivery charge so ideal when ordering for 1 but after this and previous mix up on delivery times will try somewhere else next time

I ordered 2 Donna kabab's the meat quantity was great the bread was very soggy I asked for chilling source it was like a past not a source I also got chips which tasted like plastic and had been cooked for about ten seconds I had to cook them myself .not good guys not good

Food was delivered within 15 minutes of ordering. Left a note for the driver to call me when outside as the doorbell wasnt working and the driver did. 5* would definitely recommend and order again.

Chilli sauce isn’t great and that’s what makes a good Donna. Sorry we won’t order again.

The food was with the driver in plenty of time but it was 40 mins after it was with the driver that it was delivered. Consequently, it was only just warm when we opened it and cold within minutes. I do highly rate the food here but they need to be smarter with their deliveries. 40mins in the car is too long to deliver hot food. Disappointed.

Very late delivery. Unable to get through to restaurant. Driver rude when he did arrive. Order was short of one meal which we had been charged for. Would not recommend.

i ordered mini croissants with cherry filling and when my order got here i had a giant chocolate croissant instead of what was ordered is there any way i can have a refund for the mistake or a discount on next order?

Really good pizzas, prefer them to pizza’s like Dominos’s and Pizza Hut. Prices for food really good and delivered hot.

Unfortunately, my pizza was missing a couple of it's toppings. But in fairness I decided to just accept it and didn't give the restaurant the chance to correct it. They're pizzas are pretty good so I would definitely still order from them again.

Pre ordered at 1605 for a 1715 delivery time, food arrived at approx 1737. Food was stone cold, I stopped ordering about a year ago because of these same issues, thought I would give them another try but appears nothing has changed.

Never normally have any issues when ordering from here food always great. Ordered 1/1/21 food didn’t turn up till 6pm was 35mins late and cold my son had a kids cheeseburger and the bun was burnt tried ringing over hundred times to voice complaint and was just met by user busy

Food (pizza and garlic bread) was cold, and had to microwave it. The chicken was good but driver couldn’t find us and waited over 30mins after delivery time!

Only problem was the donor kabab and the donor wrap had no sauce in them.

Arrived 35 minute late, not much chicken in the meal for two(loaded with donner meat). Not very warm. Kids meals didn’t come with the included drinks. A shame because we’ve never been let down.

Both pizzas were freezing cold by the time they arrived and most the chips were too hard to eat

Food was delivered 15 minutes early. Pizzas were really nice and the desserts were gigantic.

Food wasn't very warm and a portion of chips was missing from the order. Was going to notify, via Just Eat, but there were 675 people ahead of me in the queue.

Food was spot on, shame about how late it was and upon ringing restaurant they wasn't very helpful.
