Caldo Pizza in Lincoln

Asked for southern fried chicken and chips to my surprise they took it out the freezer and went to put in in microwave when I said what you doing the reply was defrosting in microwave first then gonna fry it ... absolutely disgusting obviously got my money back

Best thing about the whole order was the 2 cans of coke poor quality has gone right downhill

I like food. Thank you. But I don't like service. Maybe most of the staff are very nice people but men who serve me was in a rush and not friendly when i asked for carry bag, think I made him upset because I placed an order or something. Or maybe him just had a bad day. I don't know. But wont come back again. Sorry.

I have been a customer here for years and am now getting fed up with ordering and paying for extra toppings on my pizzas that aren't added, I even tried adding double last time to see if the portions were just skimpy and they aren't, they just aren't being added at all

Used this place for over 25 years but it’s gone massively down hill over the past few weeks. So much so that I won’t be using it again.

Was getting a meal deal any 12inch pizza burger and drink 21pounds because I wanted ham and mushroom pizza it was not on the menu I had to pay £6.50 extra what a con and no I didn't get it

Ordered tonight. Asked for no salad in my chicken wrap but cheese and mayo had no mayo or cheese put was packed full of salad so had to bin it as I can't eat it my daughter had potato wedges ate about 4 then didn't want them as they tasted tough and a bit odd she said. £14.80 I paid and none of it was eaten !!!!!

Fantastic pizzas great service only a couple of times they have make an error with our order. Delivery driver knows our order automatically when he answers phone. Would highly recommend.

Food is really nice but prices are quite high,would order more often if prices wasnt so high. Chilli sauce is amazing but the pots are tiny

Cooked fresh pizza and it was a good price

We are customers of Caldos and have used them for quite a number of years. Their doner meat is very tasty and the quality of their pizzas is very good. The only thing I'm not overly keen on is their chicken doner. Their caldo special 11" pizza is gorgeous

Absolutely shocking food just ordered for the first time all the meals were awful from pizza to kebabs the meat didn't look edible the pizza looked like a cheap 50p pizza not impressed by this place at all

Lo único bueno que puedo decir es que las patatas fritas congeladas con especias de chips eran hermosas, pero rápidamente se fue cuesta abajo desde allí en adelante. . . La pizza fue probablemente la porción de masa más insípida y grasosa que jamás haya probado y la carne de kebab era incomible para nosotros, pero al perro le encantó. . . . Tengo que decir que las cebollas eran fabulosas. . . . En general, las patatas fritas congeladas y la cebolla blanca fresca fueron geniales, todo lo demás, aparte de la carne de kebab de los perros, se fue en gran medida a su disgusto. . . . Ordered from here for at least 15 years. I'd say Caldos has reached its prime through the years and isin a good position. You can order from their own website Large variety of meal deals and pizzas, pizzas are well structured and don't flop or fall like most places. Chips are American fries styled and don't taste plastic, cheese is mozzerella. They have a large range of sauces to pick from. Staff are friendly and approachable both in store and delivery drivers. Staff even give recomendations for meals. Pretty good fast food take away :)

Got the order wrong so we rang, when we rang they were slagging us off down the phone and didnt realise we could hear until we told them lol manners are very poor.

Won’t be ordering from here again food was poor and cold on delivery and the portions are very small for the price, I would recommend ordering else where

They sell kebabs and and then put cheap bottled chilli sauce on. They can’t be arsed To make their own poor quality

Was hot and fresh. Only downside was it was well greasy. Not much pineapple either. But service was great.

Pizza and garlic bread burnt round the crusts over cooked base, friends tell me to try a non “brand” pizza but think I will be going back to what I know next time.

This will be the last time we order from caldos. Yet again they have sent the wrong pizza. If you like bbq pizzas I wouldn’t bother ordering as they never have the bbq sauce.

The crispy boneless southern fried chicken wraps are delicious and they always fulfil my request of salad and garlic mayo in them. Fast delivery, friendly staff and yummy food makes me a very happy regular customer :)

El propietario fue extremadamente grosero y odioso. En línea ordenados sea entregado a me dijeron que no iban a entregar dos horas después de ordenados. Llamó y dijo que lo enviarían. 2 en línea de forma exquisita pagamos para la entrega. Una vez allí pregunté por mis dos libras de vuelta me dijo que era culpa mía por ser impaciente y que no recuperarla. Entonces me preguntó si volvería a sustituir por otra cosa me dijeron que no. Antes de irme me dio dos latas de bebida igualando a £1. 80. La pizza era bastante estándar. No se utiliza aquí.

Normally I can't complain about Caldo's the food arrives on time, it's hot and the order is correct. Sadly this time Caldo's got my order wrong and missed an item off. When I rang to point out their error I was greeted by a rude person on the phone that basically said they had no idea what had been delivered until the driver returned and they would call me back...I'm still waiting for that phone call...not good enough especially when we are regular customers, really disappointing from Caldo's

So.....for the 4th time we've had a revolting meal from a place that has been 6* for a long time. Our kebabs were cold and similar to a bungie cord. When we phoned last time to ask what was happening we were told we could have a free garlic bread with the next order. They forgot. We still had to pay full price for a disgusting meal. Could it be because they prepare the kebabs and put them on top of the pizza oven to keep warm whilst the garlic breads or similar are cooking ...failure! However the cheese garlic bread is one of the best. After being loyal customers for years we are now going elsewhere. Shame.

I paid online for the delivery but I was told to pay again in cash on delivery! Not happy we told the bloke we paid prior for delivery on app but he still insisted we had to pay again! Never again will I order from caldo

Paid by card. When order arrived I had to pay another £1 cash to the driver as an extra charge added after ordering. Food was hot and tasty but delivery cost misleading.

Popped in right in before they closed, they still made my order and really gave me value for money! Cheesy chips were delicious. Not only was my donner wrap quality, it was huge! All for £5.30

Easy to order but delivery was 1hour30 minutes which I thought was extremely long for a Sunday eve. Delivery was due at 18:50 and arrived at 1915, not that much later but a quick call to say they were running late would have been appreciated! Food was pretty cold but still tasty

Possibly the worst kebab I have ever seen both shish and donner were awful. Couldn't even eat it. Pitta bread was foul drenched in oil and grease. They did a good job on the cucumber slices hence the 1 star!! Avoid this place.

Waited 2 hours for food to arrive rang them after an hour and half to be greeted by an arrogant man that didn't even apologise for how late they were said my order was next out then still took another half hour to be delivered the shop is less than a mile from my house 2 hour delivery is rediculous will not be using this company again

Placed order was expecting food to arrive at 20.20 the restaurant added an extra 30 minutes onto our delivery time (not acceptable) so it should have been here for 20.50 once again it was late didn't turn up for another 20 mins which made the time 21.10...then when we finally received the order the kebab was no way near the size of a large like we ordered more like a small...we will not be ordering from Caldos pizza again very disappointed

order meal by just eat website, which said meal would be here 7.15pm. then got notice it would be here 7.40pm. at 7.55pm rang caldo's to see what was happening, finally arrived at 8.14pm. not impressed.

our meals were hot and delivered before time. We have a coeliac in the family and she only has chips and cheese and so long as they are aware of her needs they havent 'glutened' her yet. so full points for that too.

One of my favourite take aways . Great value for money. Always delivered hot and usually quickly.

The pizza was awful. Usually amazing but on this occasion I ordered a chicken lover as normal with no mushrooms it came with no mushrooms or sweetcorn hardly any chicken but had tomato and onions on it which it shouldn't have had and I hate. And to make it worse the base of the pizza had been done with BBQ sauce for some reason? It was late when I ordered and by the time it arrived and I sat dwn with it I couldn't ring to get it sorted either. Was left very dissapointed. Would order again but not if it was so late.

Order was wrong and they wouldn't change it. Then got home to find hairs in one of the pizzas. Never had a problem up to now, but it seems a change in management maybe and standards and customer service slips. Won't be returning ever again.
