Papa John's in Lincoln

Got £10 for a large pizza and it lasted 2 days for dinner. Pizza was delicious

Arrived late but the food was great and the driver actually came back when he realised he forgot to give us one of the boxes 👍

decent pizza but was an hour late. minimal information, explanation and apology from the store or delivery driver.

Delivered on time and the pizzas were amazing as always,very high quality products

Food always delivered on time, nice and hot however the garlic bread was hard. A bit disappointing but will order again as they are my favourite restaurant to eat from.

didn't receive a notification that my order was being prepared let alone on its way but the food itself was great

Ordered the wheat free ham and mushroom pizza, plus normal types for others in family for collection. Waited several minutes in the shop for the assistants to finish their conversation. However she did bring the dips out to the car as I had a few boxes to collect. Other pizzas seemed ok but mine was dry and burnt in places, hardly any toppings - won't be ordering again

Ordered a couple of late night pizzas whilst staying over recently in Lincoln. The food was delicious, delivered piping hot, by a friendly and helpful driver. The Hot Pepper Passion was superb. Great service from start to finish, highly recommended.

food was great. arrived about half hour late, but the restaurant informed me that it would be a bit late so no big deal.

I didn’t get any food. And we are very hungry now and it’s very late now. We want refund for this order

First bite of pizza I had to spit out had long white hair in pizza. Made me feel sick binned the lot ,obviously no hair nets been used Read the reviews it’s not just me complaining Pizza also tasted weird like it was microwaved. When phoned up to complain they said we was lying🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣muppets stay clear of this garbage. Will never use you again no customer service or hygiene

Ordered 6.45pm, got to 7.45 and we still hadn’t received it so we called them they said it’ll be there soon. 8.20pm still no food, gave them another call they said it had already been delivered, we assured them we have received no pizza and discovered they delivered a few doors down instead, didn’t knock just left it by the garden gate. They offered us an extra pizza and told us to go grab the now cold pizza from our neighbours. When we asked for a refund they refused as they said they get a lot of customers making this up and offered to deliver the order again to the correct house. The service from this place was absolutely atrocious, to be told we could be lying and to just go a grab the cold pizza from our neighbour. We will never be ordering from here again so disappointed.

Never got any updates on how long the food would take so was sat waiting.

Pizza came congealed and cold. Driver had already gone by the time we opened it(obviously). I didn't bother ringing the restaurant because the pizza was already late and this would have added an hour.Complained to head office and because I didn't complain at the time to the restaurant and didn't take photos no refund or even a small voucher. I'm a regular customer and this is the first time I've complained. You've just lost a customer.

Wrong pizza order, very sparse toppings, lukewarm, missing sauces ordered.

All the food was great other than the Ben and Jerry’s ice cream. Opened it up and it’s got freeze burn all over the top, had ice cream down the side of the tub so not sure if it melted then got refroze? But for how much you end up paying for it I’d expect better.

Pizzas were decent, but do not get the special garlic sauce because it’s just melted butter with no garlic taste at all. Can’t really complain about the free potato tots though so cheers

Chicken wings were cold and didn’t have much sauce on them. Pizza was also cold and barely had any meat on.

Perfect pizza every time, never had any issues, staff are really helpful and always go the extra mile. Wouldn’t order from anywhere else. Collected today, but usually order for delivery and always arrives promptly.

I have been up all night with food poisoning after ordering a pepperoni & sausage pizza from papa John's lincoln, this is the kind of food poisoning where I made a comment about the dough being really chewwy and since have thrown up 12 times last night, please be careful ordering from here as I didn't check the reviews and there is a lot of 1 star reviews about the poor staff quality. From a first hand experience I will never be ordering from this place again

Delivered after over a hour. Food not warm. The changes made to the pizza was ignored and given the wrong drink. Called the shop and a guy answered whose English was awful. AVOID

I got the buy one get one free for self collection. I loved both pizzas

Don't give an estimated delivery if EVERY TIME you fail to meet it. If you do miss a delivery time, a simple call to the customer to tell them does wonders. Staying completely silent makes it seem like you're trying to take the cash and run.

Perfect food always piping hot. Pricy but a Beautiful treat once in a while. Best pizza in the city in my opinion.

Useless staff. Delivery drivers are ok but the people making the pizzas seem to be getting worse and worse. Consistently is non existent, and I understand working in Papa Johns isn't their dream job but at least have a little pride in your work. Anybody would think the toppings were coming out of their wages.

Pizza turned up 50 minutes late and luke warm as they had piled 4 delivers on the driver. Was told by Charlotte she would take care of it (but she didn't do her basic job and instead did nothing). Store manager didn't bother to return calls so gave up in the end. I will not order again, the staff made sure of that. Took absolutely no pride in delivering any kind of customer service, I'm sure the franchise owners will love that!

Would of preferred my extra onions and jalapeño on top of the cheese and not underneath it however was still the best pizza. Thank you and was piping hot when delivered. Nice guy. 🏆🌟✌️

Order alot from paper Johns and 90% of the time they get it spot on However the last order I got the pizza wasnt fully cooked and it had next to no toppings.

LITTLE DISAPPOINTED. ORDERED THE "NET" SPECIAL DEAL. RECEIVED 1ST PIZZA HALF SMASHED. 2ND PIZZA LOOKED LIKE IT DIDN'T HAVE ANY CHEESE. I'VE TAKEN PICTURES AND MADE A COMPLAINT, WAITING ON A RESPONSE. THE SIDE, SODA AND ICE CREAM WAS THE ONLY ITEMS RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION. I LOVE PAPA JOHNS, OREDER FROM HERE AT LEAST 8 TIMES A MONTH OR MORE AS MY KID IS A PIZZA LOVER. DEFINITELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE QUALITY OF FOOD RECEIVED.

You know what, this was exactly what it needed to be. Pizza was great Papa John's pizza, it was ready bang on times and the lads on the desk had their fingers on the pulse, were helpful and friendly.

Ordered on the app food never arrived when I called I was told to contact the help service email on the app and never got a response or my money back

Papa Johns Lincoln; Pathetic service. Delivery: Expect an hour's delay from the expected time of delivery, if you order delivery. This is not a one off episode, it happened a few time. Pizza was cold on delivery.Collection: Although, the tracker showed Pizza ready for collection, went in the store for collection , and was told its in the oven, had to wait 10- 15 minute stood in the pizza store.Quality : Barely any topping, cold on devliery. Avoid this service , even if you get massive discount

I've always been ordering from papa John's but tonight the pizza dough tasted awful. And the also the texture was not nice. I think they must of changed the dough recipe. Sad to say I will not be ordering anymore.

Grate food but Seriously over priced

Tasted a buttery taste on my pizza which I've never experienced with before don't know if pizza have butter spread all over the pizza base or all over the cheese and toppings it just didn't taste right.....

Great service and food but the amount of chicken in the poppers this time was appalling. Disappointing as last time it was good value for money and great food, this time it tasted good but we still ended up cooking 🤷

Very poor. Shame as normally our go to pizza place. Slow delivery (ordered at 5pm on a Wednesday not exactly peak time), cold tasteless pizza. Normally tomatoey and v tasty.

For the price of the pizza, they were really small, 9inch maybe? even though there was a discount, as student it’s not fair to have these kind of prices to portion ratio, the food was lovely though

The app said it was delivered and the food wasn't here, rang them up and a woman answered with a very noisy background that I could barely hear and when I could hear her, she wasn't speaking very good English! Sorry I had to give this feedback, no issues with the food, very tasty as always.
