I had an extremely bad phone call with this diner, I was calling and was having a very bad day and so I was crying. due to this the lady laughed at me. I then made my order and after asking if they made sandwiches with the pizza meals I was threatened by the lady to have the police called on me. this made a bad day much worse. the reasoning for my very harsh review. would not recommend

There was this really rude employee think his name was Jack and claimed to be a manager He was very unprofessional and used horrendous language I felt belittled and uncomfortable when ordering.

So, never had good service or food from Dominoes in over 20 years. Partner decided to order a family meal. Pizzas turned up pretty cold, and we were missing a garlic bread. The driver was still in our driveway so tried to explain we were missing a garlic bread. He apologised and went into his backseat and offered me a Garlic dip as a substitute..not his fault but a dip..rang store, and they said would deliver a garlic bread...which they did...but pointless after an hour after the pizzas turned up....plenty of better pizza places elsewhere ...we should have known better

I had ordered a veggie supreme pizza and received a margarita pizza instead, and when I mentioned it to the cashier, he said it was a veggie supreme, which definitely wasn't. I'm quite disappointed with the service I received. Won't be ordering from them again!!!

Ordered two pizzas, a desert and a drink. We were a 10 min walk away in a hotel in Lincoln for the night. Waited an hour and a half for what was cold pizza, the excuse being ‘our app is down, we couldn’t see your location’. Despite this, they had my phone number and made no attempt to just ask for the address over the phone. Despite this, initially thought writing a review wasn’t worth the time until they had the audacity to send a discount voucher through that we could specifically use at this store for one week. The funny part, the discount voucher is ‘£10 off a £30 order’ which anyone can use anyway (never mind it being practically useless to us as we were just visiting Lincoln). It makes us feel really valued as customers. Avoid.

Still the best domino's store we've used, pizza is always good. Though I can't say am too keen on the new lasagne pizza.

Missing items from order - called to resolve within 5 minutes of receiving and was told it would be sent out, but did not receive anything. To charge an additional delivery fee on top of an order and then to not receive all the items in the order is irritating and makes us more likely to use deliveroo or Uber eats next time. Update - received a call this afternoon and they apologised for the mix up with our order and processed our refund. Got back to us within 2 days of our complaint which is appreciated.

This place is a great place IMO. The staff are super friendly and serve you quickly. The food is always good and shoutout to the amazing manager there!! 10/10 👏

Ordered the festive pizza but it seems that the store cannot get the basics right. Forgot to add the cranberry sauce that comes on the pizza. This is not the first time the sauce has been forgotten. (Usually on the cheeseburger pizza) The pizza is now being remade and fingers crossed it will be right. Cannot fault the driver though as he was so apologetic but it is not his fault. Did get the option to get £10 back but wanted to try the pizza how it is meant to be as never tried the festive pizza before.

This Pizza restaurant has gone downhill drastically over the past few years... The last pizza I ordered was awful hard to a crisp & the toppings were next to none existent. The food is never hot when you get it & they are always forgetting things on your order which the say they will refund you back within the next few days when you never get it back. The pizza menu never changes & the fact that they don't do half n half anymore is very off putting. No more Domino's for me.

Staff especially on packaging the pizzas need re training as they consistently forget to put the sauces on the top of the pizzas. I ordered 2 large cheeseburger pizzas today and neither came with the sauce on. Asked for it to be put on and the person said come on you know it is meant to have a drizzle. Just as we were leaving another 2 people came back to get the sauce added on as they were missing on those two cheeseburger pizzas. The person that sorted it was annoyed saying what do you want when I put the pizzas on top of the till to ask about getting it out on. It was a good job we checked before leaving rather than getting all the way to the accommodation to then find it was incorrect.

Complicated over priced menu, buy 1 get 1 free... when one pizza costs £27 !! 😯 try the app for discounts. Meat Feast tasted great but the BBQ farmhouse pizza had hardly any sauce it all seems a bit hit and miss

I just got 2 pizzas (buy one get one free) it was disgusting, dry and not at all as it used to be.. what is going on?! this is now Domino’s pizza?! 🤢

Ordered through the app. They took my money and have no order to make my pizza and my money wont be back with me for up to 48 hours.......

Not sure they could have put less topping on and still called it a pizza. Also they can’t be arsed to cut it properly either! Come on doing pizza’s isn’t exactly a hard job!

Pizza was delivered quick and it's the best dominos i have had in ages. Delivery driver was lovely with great sense of humour, made my day so thankyou Callum 'the sensible ' 😊 good job guys 👍

To be honest the Staff really good, fast and good taste. I have no complains about this place.

The only saving grace of this Domino's was Jasmine, the delivery driver, who was communicative and friendly! The pizza was dry with uneven topping, barren in places, with slice sizes varying from 2 inches thick to the size of a door stop. There was a total of approx. 12 wedges, had mum gone to Iceland we could have enjoyed a bag full for less than £1. Garlic bread was mostly dry, little cheese. Tubs of sauce great but hardly serve 4 as stated on the menu. Half and half pizza no longer available due to "covid", which has now long since blown over and still not returned to the menu. The majority of the deals are now for medium pizzas. Over priced, bad quality, I wouldn't waste my money here a second time.

The food is fine, what you'd expect from domino's, but the delivery times are just ridiculous. For what is a 5 minute drive, you'll be waiting a solid 45 minutes from when the app says it out for delivery. If you want a domino's on delivery, order from one of the other stores in Lincoln, as it would reach you faster.

Ordered a meal over a hour now so rang them to be told it’s not in the oven , and not sure when it will be delivered as all drivers are out , so if you want a meal tonight do what we are doing, cancel your meal as it would be quicker to cook it yourself, that’s what we have done tonight. Maybe they could get some more drivers. Or put the correct waiting time on their app. Then you have to wait 5/10days for refund into your account. Thanks

Dominoes pizza, used to be fairly good value with some good deals,now the deals seem to have shrunk,where you used to get 2 pizzas,dough cookies,bottle of coke, you now get a medium sized bottle of coke,half a dozen wedges, half a dozen wings, but the price hasn't come down to reflect the poor deals.and why do you only get two dips to go round everyone,

Good pizza. Ordered a pepporoni pizza, garlic bread, bbq spicy wings, and chocolate orange cookies. The pizza was delicious. The garlic bread was ok, the dipping sauce was just basic ranch. The bbq spicy wings were tasty but could have been better if they were crispy. The chocolate orange cookies were awesome, ice cream made it better.

Usually not bad pizza from here but recently they have forgotten some of the topping, with the price of the pizzas this should be better.

Probably the worst Dominos I have had. They must be rationing the cheese - both large pizzas had a tiny sprinkle, and the garlic pizza only had it on one side.

Good deals especially on the weekdays I find! The pizza is always a high quality and delivery is prompt. Drivers are friendly when delivering pizza aswell. May be overpriced depending who you ask.

We always enjoy Dominos though we don’t have it too often but last night before lockdown and we thought we deserved a treat. Town was gridlocked so it took a little longer to be delivered but it arrived hot and correct and the driver (Caitlin) was friendly and safe.

After making an order on the phone I arrived at the shop waited 40 minutes I was told 20 then gave my money to pay the bill to be told they was not accepting cash very bad service,Then the girl who was working making pizzas replied it says it on the wall I ordered it over the phone 50minutes prior,Replied was told nothing or no mention of it when I ordered the food she then replied you should also very stropper may be wearing a mask when you walk in the shop I walked out

We work for the NHS lead to believe that we would get a free 10 inch pizza (we came to you for this reason) we will go back to using pizza hut

We tried to order food online it came up with the saying. . ooh dough balls something went wrong. We then got an email confirmation saying that our food was on its way and out for delivery. We checked our bank account it had debited the full amount for the food, without the discount code which we applied. We tried to call the store but no joy in answering. We then waited for our food but it never arrived. Down in money and no food. Not happy!!!!

Ordered the cheese and tomato pizza, which you think would be simple, only to find it had basically no cheese. Disappointing as they used to be the top place to go for good pizza.

I have been asked for my postcode online before ordering the pizza and the system automatically ordered the pizza in a place 2 miles away instead of a place just 0.2 miles away. When I arrived to collect the pizza a member of staff said 'was you who ordered the pizza on that place!'. Incredible.

I have been using Domino’s infrequently for years. Maybe once every 3 months and always enjoy. They have always got the order right. A couple of days ago they sent the wrong size pizzas - reason to moan, yes? Well I think the way a company deals with problems is the measure of them. One phone call and they sorted it and then some. Thank you. To err is human, to deal with it professionally makes it all ok.

We always buy from this dominos and we have never had any problems, staff are friendlier than we have found in other areas. The one near sainsburys has awful customer service. The pizzas are always AMAZING.

Pizza is over priced but beautiful , there doughnuts are lvly the garlic bread is nice , we got a card with free wedges and garlic bread on our next order but the problem with this is u cant use it with any other offer but it dosnt say on the card that u cant

I'd never order from any other company other than dominoes ! Pizzas are absolutely perfect. I have an app on my phone for dominoes which makes it quick and easy to order online Staff are very friendly also Only downside is it it a little expensive for a pizza ... but there's always vouchers and offers out for them so that's good

Fast time ordering from a Dominos, great online ordering system and loved how you can see what stage your order is at. Super fast service however the pizza was no better than buying from an independent pizzeria.

Big tings. Excellent Domino's, food is always fresh and fast. Fresh and fast, freash and fast. Big ups. I would recommend this to people on a medium to high food budget as the pizza is bare expensive. Worth it though, like a mouth orgasm. Peace.

The waiting time screen for collection only deliveries is pretty cool. Other than that, it's far too bright to *think* about your order. The staff are pretty friendly.
