Domino's Pizza in Norwich

I would actually put this down as the worst pizza I've ever had. No BBQ sauce at all, paid extra for the Korean chicken and got 2 pieces, swapped the pepperoni for Chorizo and got none but I did get red jalapenos. Nice one.

Really disappointed. I ordered the veggie supreme (with extra veggie “pepperoni”). It arrived in good time however was completely wrong. It was a basic margarita. I rang and explained and was told they’d remake the pizza for me. Almost an hour later it arrived. Correct pizza although completely undercooked and almost raw. Very claggy and tasted like it needed at least another 20 minutes in a very hot oven! The delivery guys were both polite and nice but this doesn’t make the pizza taste any better. We won’t be ordering again 😢

Was sworn at by the manager, Andy, after he refused a refund for being given the wrong order. Our pizza was completely wrong and disgusting, when I called last night to complain the staffs were rude, hung up on after I politely asked for a return, and when I called back they said they were closed and would not offer us a refund or replacement. The manager made false claims as to why they would not give us a refund, which is against policy AND the law. Truly disgusting. After reading the other reviews I do not have faith in this store again. Will be complaining further for the way I was spoken to by the manager.

Do not bother. Ordered from here twice, both times delivered to the wrong address and one time forgot one of the two pizzas. No apologies and staff don’t care.

Only got one pizza arrive when ordered two only got refunded a week later plus terrible customer service won’t be using this again had people round ended up one pizza between everyone they did not care about the missing pizza or the refund

AVOID! - Every time we have ordered from here, there have always been missing items. When you call the store your told your have to wait another 50 minutes for them to deliver missing items. Requested a refund instead but never received it.

So rude 🤣 they got my order wrong (which happens, nbd) but the manager I spoke to over the phone clearly just wanted to refund me rather than go through any effort to make it right and send a replacement. He eventually confirmed I'd get my £9 back on a £33 order after the replacement delivery came and was also wrong but he could not have cared less. Boooooooooooo 👎

Took a few minutes to bother taking my walk in order, ordered Med Double cheese, when I got home it was soon noticed that it was hardly covered in single cheese, never mind double. The centre was thin and over cooked while the crust was not cooked and was doughy, very disappointed.

Didn’t receive the pizza. Guy on the phone was rude so I hung up. They then called me back different guy on the phone said they would refund, it’s nearly been a week and they haven’t refunded. Thieves if you ask me. *edit* I finally received a refund today but it took far too long so review is staying at 1 star have since deleted the domino’s app and won’t be using them again

Cancelled my order because of an ongoing football match despite road being open. Shop made no mention that they would cancel orders because of the match.

Made an order online. According to the tracking system our food had been delivered. 20 minutes later I decided to call. Four attempts later my call was answered by a lad who informed me there was 2 deliveries before ours. I voiced my concern about receiving our food while still hot, I was then given a series of excuses in a very rude manner. No surprise, when we finally received our food it was stone cold and hard. I called to request a refund, no apology. Last time I order from there.

Food arrived late and was cold. Pizza was very dry and rubbery. Might have tasted better if the Pizza was fresh. If you like cold chewy Pizza then this is for you otherwise don't waste your money. Very disappointed

Appalling. Waiting for 2 hours and called multiple times for them to say they had tried to deliver the pizza but I didn’t answer the door. They definitely did not try to deliver, I live in a flat so they would have to buzz for me to let them in, I definitely would have heard. They also said they had called me multiple times and left a voicemail which again was a lie. Didn’t seem to care when I spoke to them and explained this.

Don't ever order from here, been waiting over an hour for the pizza's, and called to ask what was happening after the online tracking said it had been delivered and called the store and they are saying nothing. WASTE TO ORDER FROM PLUMSTEAD ROAD AND VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Went to order in store and the guy was really rude for no reason. And while I was waiting for my food, a couple other people came in and he was rude to them too. And the other people working there also weren’t very nice. My pizza was terrible. The pizza dough tasted raw, as well as the tomato sauce. Almost like they put the pizza in the oven for a few minutes and took it out. I was having a bad day and this experience made it even worse. Won’t be going again.

Took over an hour for our pizza from ordering. App tells you it’s delivered 30mins later, still not arrived so called store twice stating it will be 10mins. Arrives with the boxes warm but cold pizza inside. Call again to get a refund which takes 3 days. Manager refused to come to the phone.

Recieved a call very shortly after the order was placed saying it will be about an hour. What they didnt say was the food would be left in the car for an hour so when it arrived was cold and hard! Called Dominoes and spoke to the manager, he offered me to have a replacement ( another 2 hour wait ) or 50% moneyback. I went with the money back offer, he said it would be 3 - 5 days. As this was through paypal i would of recieved a notification if this went through. It clearly has not been refunded, hence the review. Cold food and being lied to.....not good :(

Delivery service very poor. Ordered at 7.10pm and took over 2 hours to receive my order. Shocking service and don't pick up phone calls. making excuses for delivery being late. On the tracker, it says you have received your food when its not the case. RUDE manager. Need to learn customer service. When food arrived, it was COLD and pizza was HARD to bite. No apologies from manager or delivery driver. DONT EVER ORDER ONLINE FROM DOMINOES. Waste of Money and time. WILL CLAIM REFUND WHICH IS NEEDED ASAP! Have LOST a customer who regularly orders online.

Called to make sure our order was still coming as it said delivered on the app but hadn’t arrived. Was told “ there a lot of traffic” and then was hung up on. Wasn’t complaining about the time just wanted to make sure there wasn’t an error or lost. So unprofessional. No need to talk a customer like that no matter how busy it is.

Ordered for collection, food prepared quickly and was kept hot before I picked it up. Staff were polite. The food was good.

lovely pizza's as per normal.but wow what a crazy way to order.not allowed in to premises but stand out side to phone order in ? door wide open but still have t phone thro order, nuts! ! come on unless customer nose procedure surely one can take order thro open door ? once you phone they put you no hold as in phone Q! ! best to phone order and then go collect it or be there for 50 min ! but great food.

They delivered our pizza after 2 hours.

Finally got my cold pizza after 1hr 20mins. Tried to call the shop to complain but guess what, nobody answered.... Very very poor. Back to pappa John's I guess

My Overall Experience is that the pricing is expensive but that is why there is a plethora of deals which make the value so much more worthwhile. Callbacks occur and it being busy is an acceptable reason for longer waiting times especially when ordering on a weekend (which I feel is obvious but for some reason not to everyone) very good very nice.

Bad experience !! Ordered a large custom pizza- the pizza took over an hour to deliver and the online tracker was never updated. The pizza was not what I ordered and randomly had beef and pineapple on it which I didn’t order or like. The large pizza was also only cut into a few slices as if someone had started slicing and got bored half way. Tried to phone to complain at different times and no one answered. Definitely wouldn’t use this dominos again

Just had 2 pizza's. Said they would be 22 minutes to 30,they took 45 minutes. Pastry was just puffed up and burnt. There was hardly any sauce and meet balls on it, I think I would of got more flavour from the box and they were both cold and you think it was worth £19.99, disgusting. No wonder you had to offer discount because you would of normally charged £40 for pizza dryer than cardboard

I don’t know why we ordered from Dominos. It must have been some kind of offer. Never again! Service was atrocious. Pizza is bland and you can get much cheaper at several other independents. Silly me.

Easy to walk and order with short wait times.

Never had a problem with delivery time, the app is always accurate, drivers are lovely and friendly and the food is always delicious. It is pricey but ok for a tasty treat now and again!

Food has always been cold in the past and they have always forgotten something. The manager Andy obviously dose not know how to deliver the service dominos offers

Not great service waited 2 1/2 hours for my order once which came cold and then they would keep putting the phone down and today we got a delivery and the driver dropped our sauce all over my frount door and inside my house then when we asked for them to go and get another they have taken over a hour to get a new sauce which our food was cold they have really gone down hill with there customer service this is the Plumstead road store

I've never had a problem with this branch. They are always helpful and polite when I go in to order my pizza. I never do home delivery as I'm not a fat lazy git!!

The Asian looking guy in there is awesome (apologies if you're not Asian.) Showed my boys how there pizzas were made and did us a good deal, went out of his way to cheer them up. Thanks! Nice pizza too 😉

Waited two and a half hours, during which time we had no information - no one answered or many calls, or tried to phone us, or emailed us, or updated the order tracker. Eventually we drove there, where they explained that they were busy, and said they'd give a refund. That still doesn't explain why they made no effort to answer the phone, or make any effort at all to let us know, wasting our time waiting then driving, all for a pizza that took three hours to eventually arrive, and when our order arrived, the sides were wrong - spicy when they should have been plain so some of it was inedible.

I ordered 2hrs 7mins ago, the tracker is not working, I have tried ringing 12 times to no answer, no one is available on online chat. I know it's valentines so is busy but this is ridiculous

Placed an order online, an hour after ordering the order was still in prep stage so started attempting to call the branch. 40 minutes later after no answer on the phone our order had gone into the oven we are now still waiting for our order 2.5 hours after ordering. We will never use this branch again and after the terrible response from dominos head office will probably never use the company in general again. Never had such bad customer service especially as there was no contact with us from the branch to say there was any delays.

Attended a refreshers fair at Uea and got given a free pizza off dominos. My first ever dominos but it wont be my last!! I now see what all the fuss is about!!

Firstly when they arrived they beeped and waited to see if we would come out and get our order. They eventually came to the door and gave us an extra order for another address. It sat in our house for half an hour before they realised and came back for it, which they stated they were still going to deliver - so cold pizza for that customer! Our drink was forgotten and when we asked where it was we were told 'you can have it tomorrow'. Shocking service will never use them again.

Great place. Got lost on the way and the team made a fresh pizza for me so it wouldn't be cold. Couldn't be nicer!
