Caesars Pizza and Kebab in Norwich

Absolutely rubbish service was making a phone call order as he said they were delivering and half way through my call he said madam madam madam no no no I can't deliver that just because I wanted to swap a pitta bread for a tortilla wrap, was very rude and hung up the phone never will I ever try and order from them again. Awful service

Well Over priced for a Kabab. Two large shish kabab and a kids meal comes to £38. My chips were inedible and missing the pita bread to go with them. When I phoned up the store. The guy didn’t believe me and when the driver did come back he try to charge me agin for my missing items. Never agin

Tried to charge more money than the menu prices online, Missing items and bad phone manners, will not be visiting again!

food terrible I order chips with chicken and doner meeting and salad . comes only chips and skład. chips hard like more that two times done. I order many times from ceasars and first time I have something like this. terrible

the lasagna on the order looked tampered with/half eaten and straightened out, huge oily spill in the bag and around the can of drink, we usually rate and push people to use this restaurant after today we may not be returning customers.

Food that arrived was ok. Order was wrong though. One item was missing and another there was double of. Cake felt a little frozen in the middle.

The garlic bread was hard I’ve got no teeth left as the base was very hard that I needed a hammer to break it up and it’s sit on my table

It was ok. At least it was cheap.

Can't complain about the service as it was prompt and the staff were friendly. However the chips were overcooked and the wrap would have been better if it wasn't toasted. Overall, I won't go back. But they have a good variety on the menu so they might do better with something else.

If you want Italian, this checks all boxes. Pizza is always fresh and the cheese is something else. The lasagne is my favourite of all, apart from mama's but that's to be expected. Never has it been undercooked, cold or wrong. And the staff are always super friendly and polite.

Very good ordered just before closing so appreciate them still making it.

The food came very late it tasted awful and I would like a refund

Ordered by phone, got the special chicken kebab and a special lamb kebab. It was a good kebab, nothing too praiseworthy or anything bad. A bit pricier compared to my local kebab place for a smaller portion size, although the chicken kebab from this place was slighty better. One thing to add is that the bread given with the kebab was slighty hard and not as soft as you normally would expect. The chili sauce given was also quite dry. Delivery was expected to be about an hour but arrived much earlier and the food was hot when we received it. The delivery person was nice and polite. The food was nicely packaged so that there wasn't any leakage. Got a free garlic pizza which was very much appreciated.

So we ordered few things, but I'll start with the chips well good job with melting the cheese , but would help if the chips weren't like rocks was like they had been reheated, we all know what they taste like ! Then move over the lamb and chiken combo , I was expecting a Decent size but honestly I was shocked to see how little meat was In their! I know places have to save money but that was just robbery! Then chiken was overcooked aswell it looked like it hadnt even if you've ordered chiken shish you expect chunks of chiken not cut up small pieces of chiken to make it look alot especially when it was all dry and overdone , the lamb shish was not bad just small potions, the chiken burger was foul , a chiken rustlers burger would be better value and nicer . And then when you think it couldn't get worse , the one safe thing you can always bet won't let you down is garlic bread and cheese but sure did it disappoint , the crust was soild the dough was tough and the bottom was like grease ie cardboard , and one more last thing I understand every body needs to make phone call but coming to door and handing the food over when you just speaking on the phone and not even confirming or saying hello is disrespectful! Will never be using here again , going to start using , one the best place for kebabs h&s bbq

The driver call me to tell me he was outside my flat when I went to look he was not there the he told me he was outside One Stop shop he asked if my flat is on top of the shop I said no then he asked me where my location when clearly says on the just eat app the food was cold and pizza crust was hard as rock

The chilli sauce was so bad that k couldn’t even eat it a little bit of it and the order box was damaged so the grease and oil was dripping of the paper and the box it makes a whole mess on my table and carpet and the food was so greasy that I couldn’t eat not even a bit of it so that was a big experience for me to never order anything from this shop again anymore.

Everything was good, food arrived warm and delivery was like 10 mins early.

Food barely warm due to driver mistake of putting in wrong address. Honest mistake on his part!

Pizza is ok, But be caution with front desk representatives when you have a conversation with them. The conversation and the approach of front desk representative not much healthy.

I received my chicken mushroom and sweetcorn pizza. I asked for it to have no mushroom which they did but they did not put any chicken on the pizza.

Food was ok 👍 the only advise i would give to the restaurant is hire better drivers who have better customer service skills with their customers when delivering to them! The driver turned up. I said hello and completely got blanked, barely any eye contact what so ever. Front door slammed in his face in return! And he's getting paid! What a joke! Manners cost nothing!

Prices are too high they used to be resonabke but not anymore with the food quality not on par with other takeouts in norwich, save your money and shop elsewhere

Burger and chips meal deal for 2 with a can of coke each £15. Delivered. Bargain very filling

Food arrived the mixed kebab meat was burnt and hard the other kebabs meat was burnt and tough the salad was drab and dry the wedges were hard and undercooked pizza was burnt and hard and the food was lukewarm and not worth the money when we rang to give feedback on food they were rude will not order from these people again

Absolutely inedible Most of the food was either over cooked or cold. When I contacted the restaurant they told me they would pick it up?. And then said no because I tried some. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid like the plague

The donner kebab was really dry(probably very old) ,there wasn't much chicken in donner and chicken mix kebab and the whole thing was quite sweet. The salad was good.

It arrived cold over cooked chicken burnt pitta bread

Ordered the kebab feast for delivery. It used to be good value, with more than enough for 2-3 people. I was informed that the price had increased, but still thought it would be worth it. When it was delivered, we opened up the package. The chips were over cooked, crispy and virtually cold, and think they might have been re- heats. When we opened up the kebab meal, we were shocked to see the size was nearly half what it used to be. Also there was no lamb shish, which is shown on the online menu. Suffice to say we will not be using this company again!!!

Found something rock hard in my food

The food is great. Prices are perfect. If you want a kebab, then get it from here. All these 1 star reviews are around delivery. Annoys me because I judge ratings on food quality and I've wasted money on rubbish kebabs because their place had higher reviews. I only tried this place as it's 5 mins up the road from me, and they're the best kebab shop in norwich! This is now my trusted place for a kebab. The doner meat tastes delicious, the chicken is fresh and always cooked perfectly, and the garlic sauce here can not be matched. You've got nothing to lose and everything to gain getting a kebab from here.

No updates on app. Food not hot. I had to reheat in the microwave. I don't think i will order from caesar's again.

Firstly I was missing the garlic bread….The food was relatively cold… mozzarella sticks were disfigured and the meat looked slightly under cooked and the onion rings where tough.. it’s a shame because this place is normally spot on but tonight it was poor. I would like a full refund apart from the wrap as that was done well. Thanks.

Ordered a takeaway so i cannot comment on atmosphere But I made a mistake with my order and ordered something that didn't qualify with the a certain offer meaning I didn't receive the free Garlic bread. I rang to query it and they said they would send me another even though technically I shouldn't have had the offer. Which they did straight away and they apologised even though it was my fault! Great Service

Over hour late stated it was on its way for over an hour when I called they hung up 2 of my children had to go to bed so had something else for tea in the end I tried to cancel order and get money back through just eat but wouldn’t let me when it arrived the driver was lovely but not staff on phone and the food was over cooked warm salad cold chips xx

It was not nice at all chips was full of fat and rubbish and meat was not cooked properly and rubbish I put it all the bin
