Great place for delivery from Pizza 🍕 to kebab or chicken 🐔 lovely hot delivered meals love this restaurant.

Horrible experience..... Had a portion of a child for £9. It's is ridiculous that the food was such a small portion and the pack had 80% salad and maybe 10 small chunks of meat in half a pita bread. No sauce.... Wouldn't at all recommend them...... You can have much better bigger portio for a adult for that money.... 😞

Ordered Kebab and chips. Chips were ok but I was eating my kebab and there was a black strand of hair in it. 🤮 Definitely wasn’t anyone’s from my family as we all have blond hair.

Loves you & been a returning customer for years! But getting rather tight on the free extras! Told tonight (total paid to them over £30) that delivery was taken into account) for the free garlic bread 😂! Make that clear on the app, so we can stick something else in the basket.

Terrible you pay on their website to be told an hour and a half later it hasn’t gone through as the checkout on the website isn’t up and running yet?? Although they have taken the money and now it will take 5-7 days to get the money back. I could have reordered on the phone but I’d have to pay again. Only gave one star as u can’t give less

Very disappointed with my visit tonight, they tried to charge me £5.50 for large chips and when questioned asked if I hadn’t heard of inflation… I said I had, and that I was going by their menu prices not the made up inflation price of the day. Chose to have Chinese instead!

First time at this shop. I ordered a Chicago pizza, stuffed crust and extra cheese but without the tomato base. Waited just over 10 mins for it to be cooked on a busy Saturday evening. Was the best pizza I have had for a long time…will definitely be back!

The food is delicious however I ordered my food at 7pm and had to phone up again as it still hadn’t arrived at 8pm. They then told me it would be 15 minutes and it didn’t get here until 9, the food was warm but it still tasted good. Was just happy to get my scran

The most awful kebab shop in Norwich and there is person who is rude. I ordered kebab and when I finished my order he said we accept just cash and I tried to find any sign says we accept just cash. I won’t recommend and they lost my business tonight.

We love the kebab feast. The portion is sometimes less than others but the taste is always great. There was a mixup with pricing after the lockdown but seem to be consistent now.

Omg we order off these on a regular basis! But so annoyed tonight as we didn’t receive the garlic bread cheese pizza (there mistake) called & they said 1 hour plus wait (to get something we should of had) for being a regular customer maybe we should get 2! I actually prefer the earham kebab but the garlic bread pizza there is 🤮 ! Not knocking the food but trying to call didn’t seem to get us anywhere so hopefully this review will.

Ordered from OH Yes via just eat online. After longish wait rang to be told order not passed to them so gave order over phone direct. Food came and in general everything OK except I ordered a large portion of chips to share with my partner, and what came was as in pics below. All I can say is if this is a large portion then I'm the pope. Second time in a row had a problem ordering. No real problem with food its the s ervice that let's the shop down and puts people off.

Orderd food told 45 min . Took took 1 .hr 30 . Doner meat had hard grizzly bit in .not nice at all . Thay have had better

Put in an order at 8.10 pm Delivery estimated for 8.50-9.10 Called at 9.20 to chase up - "its on its way" Called again at 9.45 - "it's on its way" Arrived at 9.55, delivery driver was very abrupt with a greeting of "oh you must really like our food seeing as you made me drive all this way" - which was very unnecessary seeing as its 2 miles away/10min drive and he is a delivery driver after all! Ironically it was our first (and last) time using them as we usually use Star Grill but they were closed. Topped off by spending over £25 and not getting the free cheesey garlic bread they advertised... Food was alright and surprisingly still hot, considering it had supposedly been en-route in someone's car for over half an hour (somehow), but this experience has been enough for us not to bother again.

The worst service ever. We ordered food at 18:22 and get confirmation on e-mail. Two times call to check where is the order, both times somebody confirmed it will be shortly and confirmed our address. After 2 hours waiting, we call them third time they said they don't have our order. What a horrible and unrespectful service.

We ordered a takeaway as they are a local business (just less than 4 miles from us) we thought it would be a good option as we had to eat in the garden around the fire pit. Unfortunately it took so much longer than the delivery time they advised that we had to ring and chase it up and then wait some more. When we finally got our delivery (much later then arranged so much colder outside) 😯we opened everything thing up to find we were a meal short. We rang and one guest had to wait for again for quite some time, for her meal to be delivered. We did have a garlic bread which we didn’t order and thought that might be a good will gesture for the long wait but no, we’d been charged for that too along with the missing meal. In fact the bill was so high even adding the extra we didn’t order (we are within the 4 mile free delivery limit) that it could only be because although you should get your choice of sauce included with your meal, they’d even charged separately for those. The food was okay, not knocking that, but not even hot by the time we got it which doesn’t help when you have to sit outside, far later and colder than it should have been because of too long a wait (twice) and we couldn’t even eat together which had been the whole point after lockdown. Not really very good value either. They put huge mark ups on their drinks and side orders which were much more expensive than any other takeout menu we have. I also appreciate that they were busy, but if we’d just try been told it would be such a long wait when we ordered we would have just popped a couple of pizzas in the oven ourselves instead. 🥴 lesson learnt I suppose. We won’t be using them again.

Food was cold took 45 minutes longer than it should so instead of and hour it was nearly 1:45 minutes .burger had been sat that long the bun was soggy the pizza was cod. And the chips were that chewy they were like rubber what a waste of money to say i didn't eat rung them and no help.

Ordered a large shish as a treat as been working hard all day turned up at my hotel and it had 3 bits of meat in it lots of lettuce and onion was very dissatisfied phoned resterant and they told me to phone just eat don’t buy from them

Used to eat here years ago. But delivery was bad. Went elsewhere for a couple of years and now back at O'yes. Delivery is better and the food is still great.

I have ordered a few times always, always late! I'm not that concerned that it takes 1 hour and 45 mins but it's the fact they say it will be 45mins and it's not. My recommendation is just tell the customer it will be a long time, that way they can make the decision if they are happy to wait. Don't lie to the customer, not cool.

Should be called "O NO KEBAB". Poor undercooked Kebab. Chips overly greasy and floppy. Thanks but no thanks. Never again.

Value for money is zero. Ordered a large chicken kebab an got small, asked for chilli and garlic..got nothing. Ordered a mixed kebab with chilli and garlic, got half a pot of chilli. Asked them to take it back many times with no response. Absolute rubbish

I think a 1* is too high after tonight order.. we ordered at 5:20pm... 6:45pm no order had arrived. We had called the shop and they refused any discount and said they wouldn’t deliver food if we didn’t pay in full. Rude staff - rude manager - late and cold food! Disgusting service and food! Avoid like the plague! It wasn’t until I google then that I saw the only had 3 for food hygiene.

Order was an hour late. When I rang the shop they informed myself that the order was just leaving the shop. My order eventually arrived an hour and a half after ordering. Upon opening the delivery the wrong food had been delivered. I rang the shop and no apology was offered and refused a refund. The food still didn’t arrive in the time frame second time round. I rang 30 and 40 minutes after this and the manager apologised. The food finally arrived 2 hours and 25 minutes after ordering. Utterly disgusting service

ordered pizza last night firstly the order was wrong they redelivered which was still wrong but had the original missing pizza ok I can wear that but I can not wear a thick black hair in my pizza. I called the shop the man was useless to say the least and told me I have to go through just eat he didn’t even apologise about the hair. I’m disgusted. Would never eat there again !!!!!!!

Finished a 12 hour shift and popped in to get some food as I could see they were open. One of there drivers were lovely and kept the door open for me. I ordered a seafood pizza and a chicken and sweet corn as well as a bottle of Diet Coke and chips with burger sauce. They all seemed happy working together and wore cloves while making food. When they were done they had thrown in a cheesy garlic bread and our pizzas were massive. Everyone said bye and the driver opened the door for me again. Very covid aware. The pizzas were lovely and I was very grateful they were open!!

Very very good service. I do not understand why only 3.5 in scale! Should be 5. Seriously. I ordered second time already and is better than I was expecting. I recommend them!

Food was said to be delivered in 45 minutes.. they didnt turn up for an hour and a half. The chips may aswell have been steamed and were in a ball of potatoe mush in the box.. the garlic bread was extremely well cooked.. (photos available if wanted) and to add to this the pizza was luke warm apon delivery do to a miscommunication between them and their driver. Multiple phone calls too them chasing the order to be told it will be there in a minute every time i called. Not impressed. The manager Ben wasnt able to sort anything out today on the promise that next time i order he will 'sort it out'. Paid full price and all they could say was sorry.

Had a large mixed kebab. Thought the price was a bit high untill it came. Well worth the money even though it was £9.50. other place around the country for that size and selection of meat would be over £10. They accept card but minimum spend of £10, I can see why with the charges imposed by the card companies. Would of been a lot happier if it was more like £5. Lucky their is a free cash machine next door at McCoy's. Still leaves you with having to take out/spend £10 if you only want something small

Best kebab in norwich in my opinion

We had a chicken kebab and a donar kebab what my partner picked up still hot when arriving home a bit later very tasty and very filling would recommend glad we didn't take notice of some of the REVIEWS I think maybe its best to pick up rather than order takeaway if possible as they were very quick and efficient would definitely return and recommend on our experience 👍👍

Dont know what we ate, but it wasn't a chicken shish kebab. Came here as local family said it was good, but was pretty shocked. The portion was small despite being the largest available, and the chicken was so incredibly dry. It tasted like it was refried in a pan, something you'd knock up at home in a hurry. Only a teaspoon of garlic sauce in the whole thing too. More expensive than I've had elsewhere and just awful quality. Avoid. If you think this is good food, get out more.

Does the job, food tastes great, but it is expensive. Pizzas again, taste superb but price is a bit rich.

Not a fan - timings were all wrong - I would prefer it to be early than late as when you re dealing with things like fish and chips and pizza timings are all important. So... it was late AND cold - would not order again.

Absolutely love their pizzas and kebabs. Order here regularly, food arrives hot and within 20 minutes. Friendly and polite, never missed anything, free garlic bread is a bonus.

Avoid they use out of date food, look at the recent food inspection visit report 1star no sinks to wash hands and food was found out odf date. AVOIDDDDDDDDDDDDD

1 star is an overstatement. Delivered the wrong food so rang to complain and get it sorted. Was told that next time he would ‘sort us out with something’ and then he hung up on me. Rang back several times and no answer. Rang off a different number and answered straight away and when I told them I was ringing again he said ‘oh you’ve got what you’ve ordered and you’re not happy with it. Now you want your money back you’re just being pathetic.’ Several other harsh words were said before he hung up again. Left feeling really angry and upset that I’ve wasted money on this and very unprofessional staff.

This place is an absolute joke .. twice now I’ve not received my food because they tell you a time & then never abide by it. Taste wise this food is great hence my reasons to go back after the first awful experience but it’s just takes the mic . When you call and place an order and are told it’s going to be 45 which in itself is a pretty long wait for a tues eve this was at 6:30.. @ 7:30 my partner calls and the lady says that our order has just left and the driver will be a couple of minutes. Then @ 8:00 our food has still not arrived & when calling the restaurant they was unsure so said the driver would call us . Which he did at 8:06 to then explain to me on he phone that he knew exactly where I lived and would be 2 mins. 8:25 and still no food or any word from delivery driver. To which in the end my partner decided to drive and pick one up ! That was the whole reason we ordered for delivery so that we didn’t have to leave tonight. WILL NOT BE RETURNING & will be telling everyone I know not to use as it’s well not worth it !!
