Not enough food for the money, burns night with only a haggis fritter, no neeps and tatties. Address the haggis needs more work!

La comida era deliciosa y se servía muy rápido. Solo le di 4 estrellas ya que pedí espinacas y cebollas rojas en mi pizza. La cocina se había quedado sin espinacas, con lo cual no tuve ningún problema, pero mi pizza llegó sin cebollas y tenía maíz dulce y pimientos que no había pedido. Estaba delicioso, pero no era lo que había pedido en absoluto.

Had a great Bondi Brekkie here with a group of friends, but when I came to pay I was told 12.5% would be added as I was dining in; well, who would ever take out a full English? They should price meals intended for dining in appropriately, which allows the diner to reward good service accordingly. The menu should also make reference to this standard charge. Plus, who would ever pay £5.50 for a bottle of beer, and then pay 12.5% on top?

Nos alojamos 4 noches y tuvimos el desayuno los primeros 2 días solamente. Un día, habiendo pagado el desayuno continental, no había cereales, leche ni fruta. Nos dijeron que no se apagaría más ya que faltaba media hora para el final del desayuno. ¿Por qué tomar nuestro dinero entonces? Habría aceptado que me rechazaran. Los platos y tazas tenían comida seca vieja pegada a ellos como si hubieran pasado por un lavavajillas sin detergente. El otro día desayunamos, nos aseguramos de llegar muy temprano y los platos estaban limpios esta vez. Me gustó el hotel, pero no volvería a usar el restaurante.

This restaurant is located within the Mercure Dunkenhalgh hotel. We haven’t dined here in many years but we thought we would try it as we were staying in the hotel. I had a chicken dish and my partner had a beef bourguignon both of which were excellent. The service was very good.

Really lovely friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble for them. Shame it's closing, it's our go to when we travel abroad

Good service. Fresh food. Kind workers. Food served nicely. Quickly given a table. Wasn't packed nor chaotic. Very conveniently located.

Slow service. Waitress took our order but then went on break and forgot to put the order through. Food OK, but not for the price. It wasn't even that busy. You can't order at the counter if you want to sit in, this would have been much quicker
