Good salad and fast service! Great for a quick lunch! The staff were very friendly and helped explain the menu well

Pensamos que íbamos "bajos en carbohidratos" en un tirón entre Paul y Vital uno al lado del otro. Wow, la cantidad de azúcar en la ensalada "italiana" y el "pollo Bang Bang" (aunque un poco menos en la última), probablemente tendremos que hacer ejercicio tres veces más en el gimnasio como si hubiéramos tenido un junquillo. Sickly dulce y muy caro en comparación con Pret. Lamento ser una estrella, pero estoy realmente decepcionado. Como un aparte, los dos preguntamos por Medium, pero nos dieron Larges. Cuando pregunté por el pago, dieron a Larges el precio medio. Eso normalmente me haría poner una estrella, pero el hecho de que se hayan equivocado en primer lugar fue muy extraño.

He encontrado mi articulación de comida rápida de ensueño. Acabo de visitar el ingrediente vital en la calle gresham y pregunté por el tamaño pequeño de ensalada que estaba bajo lleno de Fraser y, encima, hasta me cobraron 5 libras. 59 Para hacer su propia ensalada cuando no había cambios en el original los ingredientes. Aunque la comida aquí es sabrosa, si estás pidiendo una pequeña porción para ir con una sopa, es un timo! Decepcionante.

Have the new owners told their staff to go a little easier on the ingredients?It wasn't all that long ago when they struggled to get the lid on top of your chosen salad creation. Now it appears the pot has room to spare or it least it has on the two occasions this week I have been there. The quality of the ingredients is still good although for some peculiar/mystifying reason they have done away with the gherkins!

On the plus side you “get to choose”. On the minus one you do so from a less-than-exciting selection of okay ingredients that frankly don’t taste of much. There are better alternatives out there if you are looking to spend £6.45 on fast food. I don’t give it a 2 thanks to the friendly staff and pleasant decor: slim pickings

When it comes to salads, Vital Ingredient is one of the best. You choose your base and your toppings and you are good to go!

När vi började beställa kom det fram att många ingridienser var slut, vi kunde inte beställa det vi ville ha och priset var för dyrt.

La comida es buena, la mayoría de las cosas son razonables, pero la mayoría del personal son muy pobres, que necesitan más formación para el personal. Efectuar la lebas suelen conseguir algo equivocado e (2 rebanadas de pan tostado y te olvides o simplemente añada 1, o pedir huevos escalfados y te los huevos revueltos).Sinceramente me choca cada vez que algo está deshecha, y esto es, cuando no solo me u otros 1 persona en la tienda, así que no es aún muy lleno!

I measure value based on if I were to purchase the ingredients and how well it's done - although it's £6.45 for a salad it seemed good value for what's included, tasty - and no afternoon coma - will be back!

Good variety of salad base and ingredients. Never had a bad meal, very tasty however if you want anything extra they will charge you a silly amount for this.

Dropped into the Cullum Street branch off Fenchurch Street on my lunch was pleasantly surprised with the offerings. Food was excellent and competitively priced! Highly recommend would definitely visit again

I'm actually reviewing Vital Ingredient Trumps Street, EC2V 8AFNot only is Vital Ingredient astonishingly expensive, and calorific, they don't actually know how to prepare most of their offerings!Went in for pancakes this morning, but saw that there was a step by step instruction guide for staff on the wall so that put me off a bit. So I ordered scrambled eggs "supreme" (eggs, salmon, herbs). The egg came out of a vacuum sealed pack in a block (like McDonalds) but still took 10 minutes to cook. It was then topped with scoops of tiny pieces of anaemic smoked salmon... AND TWO SCOOPS OF GUACAMOLE!??? Rubbish. Cost a fiver. Not going in there again, as not the first time its been an irritating experience, and they regularly don't have the promised ingredients but still charge you full whack.

I had no idea when I went in for lunch, but the staff was very helpful. They explained how you choose your base and how you can add on it. At the end I had a very delicious buckwheat salad.

No posted hours so we picked another place that was open at 6:30am. On another day, after 7am, we went in to order what we thought were vegan meals, only to find out the yogurt they used was not coconut, but actual milk. The server put milk in my bowl without asking. They then told me that they were out of coconut yogurt. We were disappointed, as it was advertised as vegan friendly.

In questa catena potrete avere l'insalata che più si addice ai vostri gusti: potete scegliere la tipologia e quali altre verdure abbinare. Se lo desiderate potrete aggiungere prosciutto, uova etc.Non si tratta di un luogo straordinariamente economico, ma sicuramente è una buona tappa per mangiare in modo sano e leggero.Le insalate vengono fornite dentro pratici contenitori per asporto.

Called in at 3pm with my mum and was less than impressed. The staff weren't very helpful and simply told me that there was 1 type of salad base left, no bread, no carrots, no sweet corn - I won't bore you by listing everything but basically they had no salad ingredients left and 1 baked potato.We did not stay.

Despues de una mañana de compras, estábamos buscando un sitio donde se pudiera comer sano, sobretodo buscábamos sopa o algo caliente ya que el día era bastante frío y pasamos por esta tienda, tengo que decir que nos sorprendió gratamente, tanto por su comida como por el personal que la atiende, Enrique fue amabilísimo, es un encanto y aparte de la sopa que estaba riquisimo, nos aconsejó que probáramos una ensalada exquisita.

Went to Vital 'tight' Ingredients today, ordered a salad that cost £6.25. Asked for chicken as the main option, got 1 tiny scoop of processed chicken (sandwich wafer chicken), bump.These places are so tight with the meat, and just load your bowl up with leaves.If you are hungry, then do avoid this place as you will probably need to go back for seconds, or maybe thirds.

I work in London every day and I'm vegan so it's often hard to find variety, I've been growing tired of avocado sushi rolls and green shakes! This place is great because you can create your own salad and there's lots of options for people with specific diets and allergies. The soup menu changes fortnightly and is also really good. The only downside is the queues can get pretty long and they have to find a balance between salad/hot food/till queues and it often means you end up queueing twice for quite a while, not fun when you're on a short lunch break and are very hungry. Also beware- half price soup/salad Friday after 2.30pm does not apply to "new" items on the menu, although this is never stated in the smallprint.

On Monday, 18th January I had the misfortune to queue in the street and pay for the worst food poisoning of my life. I emailed Vital 9 days ago to make them aware of the situation and on the same day I got a "holding" email reply from Nicola Simons, Head of Food. I then heard nothing. Yesterday I sent her an email asking for an update as 8 days had passed. I got no reply. Hence this review. Food poisoning and a company that don't even care. Eat here at your pearl. I have reported my entire situation to Westminster Food Agency in the hope it cannot be repeated. I should also add I am vegetarian so it's even worse thinking about how I got it. 3 days in bed and a trip to the GP and nothing from Vital. Classy establishment.

This made-to-order salad is well tested in many big cities around the world. Tried the new location on Artillery Row near Victoria station. Very fresh ingredients. However, you may be better off designing your own salad, because the house recipes are not very creative, or in the case of classics (cob, Cæsar) not very good; I think they can improve on the dressings. Soups are generally good, but beware - some are too thick - more stews than soups!

J'y ai déjeuné à deux reprises, entre deux sessions de shopping.Idéalemen situé - à proximité du siège de la BBC et à cinq minutes du topshop d'Oxford St, il est pris d'assaut à l'heure du déjeuner, mais demeure d'une efficacité redoutable.Ai testé les soupes et les salades (soupe à la tomate il me semble et salade avec des felafels), et je n'ai pas été déçue.Prix on-ne-peut-plus-décents pour la capitale britannique.

There's a queue out the door at lunch time but fortunately it moves quickly. Lots of good quality, fresh ingredients that are combined per your wishes. For the less creative, there's also some suggested salad mixes but its all still prepared in front of you.
