Slow service. Waitress took our order but then went on break and forgot to put the order through. Food OK, but not for the price. It wasn't even that busy. You can't order at the counter if you want to sit in, this would have been much quicker

Service dreadful - slow, forgetful and some very grumpy waiters. Food was nice when it arrived

Baguette served with brown lettuce and chicken covered in gristle. Only one bathroom so a constant queue through the cafe, and a very bad smell every time it opened.

An artistic and clean place, good service and good prices

First I can’t order at the counter and they tell me to sit down. And then they don’t come and take the order for 20 min. Then they say that you have to order inside if you’re sitting outside. Great service

We popped in on a cold morning with 30 minutes to kill and two teenagers to entertain. The place is a melody of puddings, cakes and sweet things. Ob one of the biggest tourist streets of London and the prices reflect that; we paid £35 for four of us having a drink and a cake each. But service was great and the quality very high. The muffin was too big for one young appetite so we were given it in a lovely little box and bag to take away.

Went in for a coffee & cake. I got a chocolate spoon with my coffee and the chocolate mosaic cake looked really sickly but was surprisingly not, in fact there was not much taste. I think if the cake had had some natural orange flavour in the white mosaic bits, it might have tasted so much nicer. Service was friendly but like all cafes in this area, prices are certainly not cheap.

Very welcoming atmosphere seems and looks expensive and is in fact reasonably priced. Great friendly staff, tap water supplied,lots of beautiful cakes etc. lovely coffee and a chocolate spoon supplied. 10% service encluded

My wife and I stopped off at this terrific little restaurant while strolling along Piccadilly on our recent trip to London. Excellent coffee and delicious chocolate croissants! Very nice place to take a break from our walk. Service was very good also, thank you Arzum!

We dropped in here for a coffee and cake after a lovely day sightseeing. It was busy but no problem getting a table and service was prompt. We enjoyed the goodies and with pleasant staff and good ambiance, it was a fine completion to the day.

Excellent place for a good snack. It has a huge variety of coffees, sweets and chocolates. The service is excellent and the price is very affordable. I definitely recommend it to everyone....

Good food. Nice and rich. Exotic, being turkish, but very tasty & different to anything else in that area.

Erg aardige bediening. Mooi ingericht restaurant waar je prima terecht kunt voor een broodje of iets zoets.

Stopped by for a quick refreshment as a Valentine morning special. Good quality drinks and chocolate and the largest muffin on earth. Nice ambience and amazing triangular, or were they hexagonal, tiles along one wall. You don't have to go to the Ritz for a bit of a treat!

A good place to get away from the busy street for a while and enjoy a coffee and a snack or meal. The coffee is good the food Is good,what more can I say. The service is fast and friendly,thank you guys.

Worst coffee shop i have been in London in terms of quality and service. Out of the 6 people on our table, nobody liked any of the desserts or coffee. Even turkish coffee was a horrible as they burned the coffee. I ordered a pistachio muffin which was taken out of the fridge. It contained chocolate topping and it just did not work at all. No flavour of pistachio whatsoever. Filter coffee (even though you can choose from Kenya, Guatemala..etc) had no taste while the ice cream that other ordered were not great either. The service was shocking, we asked for tap water and the waitress told us she was too busy and asked us to call another waiter !!! The hole experience was bad and i will definitely not visit again. Its just a touristy place in piccadilly that attracts tourists looking for a coffee or something sweet!!

Friendly service along Picadilly. It is a good place to stop to take a break from touring. They have light lunches, desserts, coffee, and tea. Staff is attentive.

トルココーヒーと、デーツのチョコレートソースかけを頂きました。（デーツは量り売りですが、１個からでも注文できます）デーツも柔らかくて、チョコレートのお味もトルココーヒーにちょうど良かったです。トルココーヒーにもチョコレートが１個サービスで付いていました。スコーンや紅茶とは違う甘いものを食べたい時にお勧めです。

Als je graag koffie drink en je bent in Londen, Hier moet je zeker heen minstens één keer per dag! Adres Picadilly 200. Je vindt er een enorm assortiment aan koffie dat wil zeggen uit de verschillende koffielanden en dan de presentatie ! Voor mij mag het met chocolade en straf. Het is tevens een grote maar gezellige zaak om te vertoeven, je zit er echt makkelijk en op het gemak ondanks de drukte, zo goed als geen plaatsje vrij en het was kerstavond aan het worden 17uur. denk er nog maar eens aan als je terug gaat!
