Flame in City of London, Westminster

I love a good casino and so when I saw this inside I had to have a look - the staff at the Premier Inn recommended it and I wasn't dissapointed - YUM YUM!!!

Like the bar that we went to in this casino, Flame restaurant was okay. The food was decent but the service staff were a little inattentive. The prices were reasonable but it feels a bit like a hotel restaurant with no one really passionate about it.

Went here for a party. Because it's in the casio we had to spend an hour hanging about outside while they checked everyone's passports and made membership cards - killed the atmosphere. The food was average, but really, there's a million better places to eat in London.

Went with friends who booked this restaurant through Top Table on 19 May 2010. We had been to a matinee show and had booked the table for 6.00 pm, however we were early and they had just finished a photoshoot but we went downstairs and had a drink and watched the people at the different gambling tables which was an experience. We had a lovely table on the terrace and believe it or not it was quiet and the food was a set menu with choices. All our choices were excellent and the food very tasty. We also had half a bottle of wine included in the offer per person. Excellent value for money three courses with wine for £15.50 per person. Staff were very helpful and pleasant and the service excellent.
