Sometimes TA reviews are a mystery to me. 3.5 stars for Drunch Regents Park is, in my experience, so unfair. We had a fantastic Brunch with my family group of 8. Contrary to other reviews, our service was friendly, helpful and attentive. It really couldn’t have been better. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and delivered in a timely manner. Hospitality service post pandemic and post Brexit have been hard to get right, and perhaps Drunch had temporary staffing problems. There was a pattern to poor reviews, particularly in timing. Well, whatever it was, it’s been fixed. Maybe the dining class of prime rose hill may be more comfortable with servers OTT ingratiating themselves?? But the place was buzzing, so they must be doing something right! And I will gladly dine with them again and any of their other outlets.

We visited here for brunch today as a family of eight and were so pleased that we chose to visit. The food was delicious and service was polite, friendly and efficient. The restaurant is comfortable and clearly popular with every table booked. Excellent location for a meal before or after visiting Primrose Hill or Regents Park. Our experience was 100% positive.

Great place to relax and eat, also the staff is super friendly including the manager Mubarak. Highly recommended!!!! We had truffle porcine and they were very tasty.

FABULOUS!!! Went for a birthday treat and it was everything I’d hoped for and more! The staff were amazing, attentive and on point. The venue and food is so insta vibe and totally photo worthy and equally delicious! Will def re visit soon!

Well. First time visiting Drunch and what can I say. Attentive service, amazing menu that delivers in taste and also looks beautiful. A really lovely atmosphere and I will definitely be coming again as there’s so much to explore on the menu. 10 out of 10!

We were looking forward to a nice dinner with family and friends after a day out in London. At first they didn’t have our reservation recorded, however we had a text message confirming the booking. They managed to give us a table. However after that service was terrible - very slow and we had to ask many times for small items like cutlery and ketchup or extra orders. Secondly the food was mediocre - starters were good but the chicken burgers and beef burger were terrible. Not taste and not good quality ingredients. On the whole considering the location and high prices the whole experience was very disappointing. Will not be returning.

Awful, from start to finish! We experienced rude and inattentive service throughout our visit. When I arrived first, I was shown to my table and waited 15 minutes before a member of staff came over to me, once my friends had arrived, and we had to prompt them for a glass of water - a simple request, but seemingly difficult for the staff. After that, it took a long time for staff to come over again, and take our orders. Drinks arrived very slowly, and incorrectly, and the staff behaved as if it was a chore to listen to us, the customers. All the waiting staff appeared bored, disinterested, and made us feel that we were an inconvenience. The man who served our dishes didn't say a word, just plonked the plates down in front of us, and grumbled. After our plates were cleared, we did then not speak to a single member of staff for over an hour, and so were not offered teas or coffees, or even more glasses of water. We would definitely have ordered a tea or coffee, yet felt totally ignored. Considering one of us was heavily pregnant, to have not been offered a glass of water in a hot, airless room, was appalling and oblivious from the staff. When we asked for the bill, it came immediately - which was ironic, as the rest of the service was incredibly slow. We felt rushed to pay, and despite paying the service charge, we really wish we didn't, as it didn't even reach a normal standard of service. The restaurant itself was dirty and unkempt in the back room which we were sat, so overall felt very shabby. Considering I booked this for my 30th birthday and had made this clear on the booking, I expected that a member of staff would at least acknowledge that it was my birthday during the stay, but that did not happen once, from arriving to leaving. The food itself was good, but that felt like a small silver lining compared to the whole experience. Overall, I sadly can't recommend this branch of Drunch, and would actively encourage diners not to eat here...

Came here with 4 friends yesterday. The food and drinks were lovely, but sadly the service was really poor and really let it down. The decor inside isn’t as nice as the Oxford Circus one which was a shame. They brought the wrong coffee, took a while to bring food and went to just put in front without asking who it was for as it was the wrong person. Never came back and asked for more drinks when we were there over an hour more but took the water jug away. And when we asked for the bill she brought it back and stood there waiting. I just asked if the waitress could give us a couple of minutes to work out the bill, and didn’t budge so asked again. My friend also had a note it was her 30th birthday and nothing was mentioned. It was a shame because the food was really nice. I had the French toast which was gorgeous, but could have been bigger and more toast

I wouldn’t recommend this place. We waited 40 mins for our food. All the servers were incredibly apathetic, to the point of being rude. When we asked where our food was, we got told it was a complex order so we have to wait (we ordered eggs). When ever someone in the restaurant would flag down a waiter, they would tell them to wait one minute. The food was very good but some of the worst service I’ve had in a while.

Service was not good at all - non existent. Had to ask for water twice had to ask for the bill twice. No one asked if the food was ok and if we were happy and if everything was ok. Will not be returning.

I booked a table well in advance as we were going to Lords for the cricket. The booking page also specifically asks if you want to dine inside or outside. We booked for inside . We arrived 10 minutes before our 12.30 reservation but was then told they did not have a table for us in the restaurant. We was offered a table outside but as it was spitting with rain and completely uncovered (unlike the photos on the website) we obviously declined. My impression was that nobody gave a damn and no apology was offered. I wouldn’t go there if you paid me.

Service quality was poor. After we ordered, it took them half an hour to serve and it had missing items. We reminded them over and over again what we ordered. Other than the service quality, the meals were delicious.

Superb and relaxing atmosphere supported by courteous and attentive staff. Extensive wine list and qualitative food .

I went to Drunch with a group of 14 friends,me being the eldest and disabled. I was asked to share my small outside table with 2 other people, one also disabled and when I pointed out that all the other tables were only 2 to a table and the table beside us was empty. The manager refused to let me use it although there were plenty of empty tables. On paying the bill, I was asked to present my card twice, so I asked for my receipt and was eventually given someone else' receipt. On asking for my own receipt, I was told it didn't matter what receipt I had as I had had the same meal as someone else! I pointed out that I wanted to make sure my bill wasn't overpaid. 10 minutes later I was reluctantly given a receipt. I may have lost the use of my leg...but not my marbles!
