Fantastic experience, the food was very good and fresh, as well as abundant. The best thing is the room staff who serve you very well and are always willing to serve you more. We went for my mother's birthday, they helped us with a great dessert and a happy birthday. Fantastic!

It is not the Preto it used to be. Service very poor. They do not service the quantity of meat and selection as before. To serve you the meat , they go over you, which my top has been stained.

The food is good for unlimited. The staff is very good. Luka is excellent at his job, with a smile, polite and very friendly, one reason we visited the shop twice was Luka. Luka thank you for everything 🇬🇷🇬🇷 AEK

As a Brazilian I think the food is nice and tastes like home. It is definitely expensive since don’t have that many options on the menu, but is a good place to go if you are super hungry and missing home or want to try Brazilian rodízio which is super common in Brazil. My only tip is: few staffs serving the meats dont know the names in Portuguese, which can be confuse. I advise to hire Brazilians!

Went today for dinner for 6 person that only one person serving the meat and also cooking when I complained about the service they said they had no staff unfortunately for me it was a very bad experience. I like to advice other people about the day they had no pork no chicken hearts and the famous steak by the time we got to my table was RAW, when a complaint to the manager, he told me he was not the manager very disappointed

Everything about this place is amazing. The food is incredible and we always leave feeling crazy full. The staff go above and beyond for the children making them have the best experience too. We go every year for my husbands birthday and it's just the best experience.

First time I went here and it was around November overall the food was pretty decent but the menu was somewhat a little confusing, perhaps maybe changing up the menu to make it more clear.

It was my first time here as I saw on Tik Tok amazing reviews, all the staff were so lovely and friendly. The manager was amazing I totally forgot to ask her name, they my made the birthday celebration one to remember. I would definitely recommend.

I went to Preto for my birthday meal with my fiance, kids, and with a few of my friends the service was brilliant and the food was amazing how ever the gammon was really salty but apart from that everything else was really good. The food just keeps on coming until you put the "I'm full sign. I would differently recommend going.

I don't know how authentic this place is, but it was great. The veg buffet had loads, and the meat was really good with lots of variety.

What's not to like! All you can eat meat feast. Plus numerous side dishes and sauces. Fully recommended

Bad experience we were 4 adults 3 rodizio and I asked for buffer because I don't eat meat my husband shared 1 piece of the sausage. The girl at the reception, informed by the waiter, came to tell me that she couldn't share more without politeness, she almost made me hospitalize the piece that was in my mouth. I don't need this the difference was 5 euros I can pay. I was so humiliated that we never set foot in this place again.

An absolute delight this gem is. Steaks cooked to perfection and wide variety of flavours. This gem cannot be missed if u love beef. The salad bar is a must try.

Overpriced! And poor choice of buffet items! We wanted to try the all you can eat restaurant. For the price the quality of food wasnt good! The service was not great they could have been more friendly and caring. There was only one young waiter in sight and he wasnt too friendly. The elder waiter was servicing meat. But it seemed as though they were being forced to work there. The lady manager wasnt smiley either. Not great ambience. Did not leave happy! Will not be coming back.

The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, Maria Eduarda, a very friendly girl, I found the service excellent and I recommend it to anyone who wants to taste quality Brazilian cuisine.

Over priced and poor choice of buffet items. Staff mostly fed up and miserable due to looking and acting over tired. Some meat items that come around were tough and over salted. 2 buffets inc meats and a bottle of wine nearly £100 due to the surprise service charge. Try it maybe earlier in the day but not past 2030hrs. Spoiled our last night in London somewhat. Try Viva Brazil chain for a better South American food experience.

Unfortunately, I recently had a very bad experience at this restaurant. The first thing was the food itself, I am brazilian and the so called “ brazilian “ food was extremely low quality. On top of that the service was terrible and the manager disrespectful. I ordered the rodízio ( all you can eat) and shared with my friend and they charged us twice and were very hostile once i told them. They did not let us know beforehand it was not allowed and were very very rude when attempting to charge us around 100 pounds for two plates with very poorly cooked food. A complete turist trap, save yourself some time and don’t even enter. The manager was a blond woman and I sure do hope she will not work there for much longer.

Absolutely delicious food, all the salad items were were all so fresh and sp were the other dishes. The meats was beautifully cooked and so delicious and that comes from a nest lover who doesn’t eat her meat pink. Second time visiting the restaurant and the next time I’m In London I’ll be paying it anther visit. Lovely and very friendly staff as well .

Customer service was fantastic! Can’t fault it. As for the restaurant itself, very greasy and dirty, meat juice all over the floor and random bits of food scattered everywhere upon our arrival.

I've been eating with my family. We arrived at 9, we were welcomed by a girl at the door, for how she was dressed I think she was the manager, she immediately told us that the kitchen close at 10, but in a way as like she were annoyed that at that time people are still come in the restaurant. We all opted for the menu option of 32.95, we were only served with small sausages, chicken, lamb and beef, all within 15 min, which we immediately filled up, but from the speed it seemed that they almost hunted us, in fact in less than an hour we were already out. At the end, two Coca Cola were added to the bill, (never ordered and never received so we asked to removed) and a glass of house wine, on the menu price is 7.50, on the account it cost 9. (of course I asked to changed it). After this bad adventure I asked to remove the service, since it is optional, also I don't feel like I can say I received a service from them, however at this request, the same girl who welcomed us, made a strange face, and almost annoyed, so I’m telling now her to don’t be surprised at these requests if you don't know how to give a service.

All in all very good! The attendant Lucas was very attentive and helpful.

Delicious food.. There is no variety of meat types.. prices are reasonable..

Food was good, the servers that were doing the meat carving were really nice except for one that made really clear that didn’t want to be there, the other workers were all nice. My only real issue with the place was when the bill came. Nowhere it states that the theatre discount is only applicable if you pay the service charge, the discretionary service charge!!! That is such a bad practice and felt like a scam, or you only give a 6.5% discount overall or you write in your website and banners that the 20% discount is only applicable if you pay the 13.5% mandatory service charge, because that was definitely no discretionary.

Lucas, Bruna, Chris and Fernando were exceptional, such gentle and kind people, the food was constant and the buffet was delicious. Definitely would recommend for a meal were you end up super FULL

We had food poisoning at this resultant ! BE AWARE !!!!!! Honestly I am surprised that this restaurant have many positive reviews ! It’s very Cheap place , cheap decoration , cheap food ingredient , expensive bill £32.50 per adult without any drinks , be prepared to pay 12% service charge which is illegal in the UK , they don’t inform you about that before you set down ! The food itself is over salted! You just eat salt with meat 🍖. Good luck guys and never again this place . I am Londoner and I just wasted my money today , we went home we got Diarrhea and vomiting all night , I contacted the restaurant by email no response , I disputed on the payment and they never response .

I felt like I was in Brazil! Good food, nice atmosphere and incredible service! Maximum level of friendliness and high spirits. I highly recommend it! Look for the waiter named Lucas "Curinthians", he provides a very happy and relaxed service. This restaurant has to be on the itinerary of every Brazilian going to London.

Been here for the second time, great food and good staff.

Loved it almost as much as a similar restaurant I visited in São Paulo. Meat was amazing and plentiful, staff were great, prices were fair. Just should have supplied toothpicks with bill at the end.

The staff were so friendly - a good effort given how busy with theatre-goers it gets. The steak is lovely and rare. Some salty artificial flavours but overall, can't complain!
