Made the most of Tim's breakfast offer this morning, large breakfast wrap for £1 with a regular cup of coffee. Just a short walk from home so it was a no-brainer. Nice comfortable seating and friendly atmosphere/service. OK, the view of Sainsbury's garage lets it down a bit, but this place has grown on us and it has become a regular pit stop!

Louise, the waitress met us at the door, made sure we were happy with our order and generally made the experience at Tim Hortons, Garston a pleasant one.

Having never tried Hortons before, was very disappointed with the quality of the food, was a one of the worst breakfasts ever tasted, no flavour soggy and hash browns where awful lack of consistency and flavour, sausage was again poor quality and lack of substance. If this is suppose to be an alternative to McDonalds would rather go without.

Lovely doughnuts and coffee. However, what struck me was the warmth and positive and very helpful attitude of Louise. Fantastic customer service.

This was my first time at Tim Hortons and it was a very pleasant experience and the food was tasty. I really enjoyed the oreo iced capp. I would also like to point out that Louise was very polite and friendly. I would definitely come back here gain.

We just found this place a couple of weeks ago and have been a couple of times. The food is reasonable priced and have great deals on during the week. The French vanilla latte are the best. I drink a lot of coffee and this is definitely 💯 be of the best coffees I have had. On this trip we have purchase a Tim Hortons coffee to try at home. At busy times the food does come out quickly and there is always somewhere to sit. Highly recommend you give it a try Nearly forgot don’t forget to purchase Timbits they are amazing, come in different flavours.

Friendly helpful staff. Go out of their way to help you with what you want. Nice clean place, well maintained and drinks are good.

Very very poor tasting, weak coffee ! Timbits were stale. Staff seemed bored It’s no wonder they’re offering a free drink this weekend to get punters in

The worst food I've had in a long time! The burger was simply awful..as others have said, sort of greyish pink but actually with far too much onion powder in it...it was honestly like going back to 1976 and having a frozen Birds Eye burger. In an awful bun. Fair play you get more gerkin than in McD's (which I don't go to often) And the coffee...weak and watery PLUS a slight fishy smell...mmmmm (not) But it was only 50p! If this is truly the "real taste of Canada" as they proclaim everywhere I despair for the millions who actually live there. And actually if this is a refurb, as others have mentioned, what the heck did it look like before?? The whole kitchen area is open with all the metal shelving on show and basically the whole place took me back to the 70s and when I was a teenager working in a cash'n carry type shop (and having the occasional Birds Eye burger!) Oh and note to the staff: please don't put the A board outside right in the middle of one of your only 2 disabled parking bays....FFS

Great to see this chain in the UK, great food and really good value. We had a few issues with the order but the staff were very quick to correct.

Location is good as is the refurbishment. Food was luke warm some of the flat meshed fries were more like crisps. The milkshake was nice. Would only if desperate.

Love it here, food was delicious! Louise was especially helpful. I really recommend the crispy chicken sandwich.

The lovely new environment, thank you, led me to to expect something fresh and tasty! The restaurant looked lovely and given the prices I was expecting great things. However, sadly, how wrong I was! From order to being presented with my food was almost 10 mins even though I overheard a manager speaking to a supervisor stating that they had almost 30 burgers in the warmers which would loose heat, so I am mystified what it was they were doing during that time. The restaurant was almost empty with no queue. Clearly I received a couple of the "old" burgers with my order. The person serving was miserable, did not greet me or wish that I may enjoy my meal, but just called my number and slid my tray partly towards me. The dipping sauce I ordered was never given to me at all. The meal (double cheeseburger) when I got to my table and unwrapped my food with high expectations, was luke warm and greasy. The lattice fries were luke warm and chewy and as above without any dipping sauce. I ate part of my burger and a couple of lattice fries and put the rest in the bin, I wish I had mentioned all this at the time, but sadly I ran out of time and need to get back on the road. It was without doubt one of the worst eating experiences I've had in some time and left me feeling quite quesy. All this for the bargain price of £7.49. I also felt like I had just been robbed. Sorry but I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, you really have quite some work to do to bring the standard of the food and the service up to match the restaurant you have built. You and your customers deserve better! :-(

We went and thought we would give this place a try. Had two hamburgers at over 5.50 per burger, one portion lattice fries and a drink- a bottled coke no less so can't really go wrong with that! I agree with the other reviewer who questioned what the burgers were made from- they looked an odd burger colour- a grey beige and tasted strange. Could not believe the small size- better value in a double cheeseburger from McDonalds and less than half the price. Shockingly bad value- and the taste was not good. Would never order another burger and would tend to avoid in general. I am not up for paying nearly a fiver for a fancy hot chocolate from a takeaway. Shame as the restaurant is nice with comfy chairs etc. but very much style over substance. Avoid!

I tried Tim Hortons a few years ago during a visit to Canada. Everybody was raving about how great the coffee was (and the doughnuts and the burgers). So, I gave it a try. The burgers were expensive, but OK. The doughnuts were (also) expensive, and mediocre. The coffee was (you guessed it) expensive and poor. I don't really know why the locals thought it was so good? There again, Canadians tend to be VERY supportive of anything Canadian, so maybe that was it. Anyway, when I saw that there was a Tim Hortons in Watford, I thought that I'd give it a try. Unfortunately, the quality of the product here in the the UK is every bit as 'good' as the product in Canada.

Ordered from Deliveroo, hadn’t read the reviews or probably wouldn’t have tried! I didn’t expect much from the look of the menu but my daughter wanted the doughnuts. We got the meal deal for two which included a box of 6 doughnuts so wasn’t that bad value (for the times we’re in). The chicken burgers were quite nicely flavoured and I like the lattice fries. I enjoyed the strawberry refresher drink, nice to have different options. Kids meals came with colouring and crayons. The doughnuts were surprisingly good, I’m not usually a KK fan but they’re similar style.

Disappointing. Overpriced poorly made burgers not sure what it was made of. The doughnuts made Kristie creams look cheap. Would not be revisiting

After much awaited opening and in a long driveway queue on Saturday morning, finally I got the salted caramel latte. It tasted good but looked nothing like picture and NO whipped cream at all :( Location is so nice and they have ample parking but perhaps they were not expecting such big turn out or may be short staffed due to time of the year , however there should be no excuse for poor looking drink .
