The food is fresh and flavorful, as well as Prices are affordable, and portions are generous, making it a great place for a casual meal. Tanvir gave excellent customer service, very polite and helpful alongside the other workers. Food is very tasteful and filled with flavours just like the drinks. Chips is absolutely to die for. Warm, comfortable atmosphere.

Had a good experience at noa lounge, staff were friendly and polite, the food was as good as it looked. good customer service especially from Darvin who made sure everyone on the table was satisfied.

Going for shisha? Okay yes. Food? Ok,no. Mainly cuz it was not great, I had been there with my friends, and we ended up using our weighing machines to eat. 3 prawns noodles we asked. And what we get is 1 plate full of noodles and 4 prawns, 2nd plate full of vegetables ,noodles and 0 prawns, and another 3rd plate only FILLED with prawns and noodles😔 SOOO you mean, now we decide and divide the prawns and Veggies, yeah?🤡 The service was decent,hence why we didn't take off the service charge but I wouldn't want to go again for food.

First time and had a wonderful experience really happy with the service as well as the food. Big thanks to miskat and tanvir as they made me feel really welcomed. Gave us complimentary drinks really happy with the outcome.

Sweet and sour chicken was so nice and the chicken was cooked to perfection. The masala chips were so flavoursome. Misu was so attentive and gave is some recommendations. The music was on point.

Food and service great. Shisha was really nice as well. Bad points is your doing 50% off on food so got £28 but then compulsory gratitude charge of £13.12 so really only giving 25% off. False advertising. £9.75 for a mocktail, cheaper in London. Some of the pricing is bad like considering it’s with discount spent £45 a person for 1 starter 2mains 1 dessert 2drinks and 1 shisha. Far too pricey especially if you consider the discount

Lovely service however the food wasn’t to my liking.

Came to enjoy an outing for a friends birthday but they completely ruined the mood firstly by charging excessive prices for frozen starters at best Would not recommend for anyone wanting to have a good time, if you want to waste your money and have a outing that your not satisfied with feel free to go.

Really wanted this place to be good but it was very below par. Firstly I cannot fault the service, but the food was definitely beyond bad it was horrible. Very overpriced starters which was more than likely frozen at best and the mains was nothing special at all. Please do not order the mac and cheese it was disgusting, it smelt like sick and tasted like it too. On top of this the shisha was pure charcoal, many better places in the area don’t recommend this for food or shisha in the slightest. We paid £300 for 6 persons and was left hungry and unsatisfid And definitely do not recommend for anyone wanting mac and cheese !

Have been here quite a handful of times, was disappointed to see that the menu had changed since the last time i visited, however the new suggestions on the menu were great and as always the service and atmosphere was excellent

Waayyyy too overpriced Table for 2 - 1 sharing starter platter (most of the plate was occupied by empty space), 1 noodles that tasted like charcoal, 1 very average burger and 2 mockails. Guess the price…? £150! Never again.

The best lounge I’ve ever been to, the service is immaculate, Mishkit looked after us amazingly and he made sure we had everything we needed and checked up on us numerous times making sure we were comfortable. 100% recommend this place. I came a second time and Tanvir served us. I keep coming again and again and my friend always asks for Noa everytime she visits the UK. 10/10

Absolutely amazing, I have nothing negative to say about NOA, we went in for my partners birthday expecting a quiet evening but the staff made sure we feel welcome and acknowledged. The service was nothing less than perfect, the place is immaculate. We had a desert given to us on the house with a coffee which we didn’t expect ! Definitely will be coming back.

they gave me prawns with a hair in it, overall the food is good but portions are really small, 6 people for £120 and no one was full. it needs improvement and shisha is expensive and has very less flavour xx

Visited this place on 17/06 with friends. Service was impeccable, food was super delicious just a tad bit spicy, sheesha was average. Would we come here again? Yes! Highly recommended.

Came in early, for a birthday. Friendly greeting from all staff and good food. Gave us complimentary karak tea and brownie. Would recommend
