Me sentí muy seguro comiendo en este restaurante: mesas socialmente distanciadas, muy poco contacto con el personal, pedido en línea, sin opciones de autoservicio. La comida era deliciosa y se servía muy rápido. Solo le di 4 estrellas ya que pedí espinacas y cebollas rojas en mi pizza. La cocina se había quedado sin espinacas, con lo cual no tuve ningún problema, pero mi pizza llegó sin cebollas y tenía maíz dulce y pimientos que no había pedido. Estaba delicioso, pero no era lo que había pedido en absoluto.

Visitamos aquí como una familia de 4 a la hora de la cena con muchas mesas y espacio, nos recibieron cortésmente y nos sentamos, la comida era buena, todos tomamos pizzas y usamos el bar de ensaladas. Creo que podría haber más opciones en el bar de ensaladas. no era mucha ensalada! Más aderezos y patatas fritas, etc. pero a mis hijos realmente les encantó la máquina de helados y los refrescos recargables también fueron geniales.

Mi hija y sus amigas fueron a Pizza Hut anoche, ella fue hace un par de semanas con una amiga y compartieron una pizza y pagaron 7. 99 cada uno, ella realmente disfrutó esto y usó su dinero de bolsillo. Anoche 3 de ellos fueron y ordenaron 2 pizzas individuales entre ellos con corteza rellena. Cuando fueron a pagar, les habían facturado 2 pizzas para compartir, dijeron que no era lo que habían pedido, les dijeron que la camarera les había dicho que no podían pedir pizzas individuales, ya que era una corteza rellena, pero insistieron en que la camarera no les dijo esto, pero dijeron que lo habría hecho y que tuvieron que pagar la factura, la factura se dividió entre los 3. Afortunadamente, mi hija y una amiga tenían suficiente dinero, pero su otra amiga no, así que tuvo que llamar a su madre para que viniera. Cuando su madre entró en consulta, la camarera que los atendió salió corriendo. ¡Son 3 niñas de 12 años! ¡Quién ha sido completamente engañado y estafado!

Un fantástico lugar para comer, la comida es realmente agradable y el personal es muy agradable y muy servicial, y definitivamente recomendaría Pizza Hut Barrow a todos, mantengan el excelente servicio y la excelente comida. ! ! !

Un triste lunes de febrero Por la tarde, la compra de alimentos necesitaba algunos carbohidratos para alegrar el alma. Elija Pizza Hut en lugar de otros establecimientos de comida en el parque minorista porque puede pedir una cerveza muy merecida. El restaurante estaba tranquilo en este momento, por lo que el atento personal llevó a mi San Miguel en un vaso helado en cuestión de segundos. Dos botellas para 7 justo lo que recetó el doctor. La comida también es buena. Posiblemente las mejores costillas para empezar. Barra de ensaladas come tanto como te atrevas. Recargas gratuitas en refrescos. (no en cerveza desafortunadamente) La pizza también es buena. Sin duda comer aquí de nuevo.

Sunday early tea so was not too busy. Service and choice of food was as expected and could not complain. As we were on holiday in the area, we actually called again and although a little busier we enjoyed our pizza on both occasions. Good value for money and like the fee bowl of salad to go with the meal.

The issue that I have experienced was: Walked in went to table ordered 3 pizza meals waited must be 50 minutes to get our pizzas but deep pan was hard rock hard salad bar was a disaster lettuce was brown on the edges other vegetables like the peppers did'nt look so fresh either we spent £42.00 and we all left hungry ultra dissapointing when the restaraunt was so quiet toilets tissue paper al round gents no soap in one of the dispensers wished we had just gone to morrisons at least you know what to expect !

We went for the lunch time buffet, it was freshly made Salad and the trimmings plus just baked Pizza, my favourite Pepperoni of course.....plenty pasta and all good tasting.

Four of us had a meal here. Waitress was quick to take the order but not quick to bring the food. Pizzas were tasty and so were the starters. After nearly finishing our main, we realised we had not been brought our side order of fries. This then took quite a while and the price paid for them really wasn't worth it. It was not a busy night either.

Decided to have a takeaway from here last night whilst up in Barrow on business. I ordered what I wanted, and was very pleasantly surprised to have the lady at the till then put through my order and explain to me that she had done it so that my sides and drink would be much cheaper and part of a deal that I hadn’t spotted. Whilst all this is on expenses, it is still really helpful to me to be able to keep costs down and show my client that is what I’m doing. I strongly recommend this place for anybody eating on tight budget expenses.

Having checked their website for offers and deciding to take advantage of the Monday-madness offer of 2 for the price of 1 deal, it was irritating that the member of staff dealing with takeaway orders did not know about nor was it on their menu/leaflets at the counter. Another member of staff eventually assisted and had heard of it so my order was placed. The pizzas took approx 15 minutes to arrive and were tasty.

i come here a lot with family and friends and ive never had anything i can fault about this as it is wonderful, the food comes really quickly and the staff are all lovely

If you are in Barrow on expenses on a Tuesday evening it is always worth considering getting a two for one deal Pizza Hut at having one pizza for dinner and taking the other pizza into the office either for lunch or to let the gannets that you will inevitably be surrounded by chow down through the morning. I have done this a few times in the past and I’m doing this again today. It is great for morale in the office.

The atmosphere is nice but the food is expensive and very boring and pizza i get was not baked enough. Dont think i ever waste my money there again

Often pop in here for the buffet deal with the kids when on half term. Always refreshed and plenty of choice, always seated quickly cannot fault them at all

Not been here for an evening feed, only ever had the buffet where you can eat as much as you want.... We chose the 2 for £20 which is a large pizza to share, we had half & half - my side was the Philly cheese steak & the other half was the spicey sizzler. We opted for the stuff crust which was extra & the pizza was lovely. Our puddings were gorgeous too - the s'mores & the cheesecake. All that for £20!!! Plus eat as much as we wanted at the salad bar so we had a bowl each whilst waiting for the pizza. Overall the beers are expensive but worth going.

Pizza always 10/10 love the potato salad at the salad bar. Think staff need some extra training on how not to make customers feel uncomfortable, we were told Pizza had been taken off the menu, after been sat and asked why we had bothered visiting! Trying to be friendly but just came across patronising. Very un funny jokes told throughout our visit. Uncomfortable is not even close to how we felt. Will return just hope for different waiter.

Never again ... Wouldn't suggest going here .. unless you like to watch the locals drive round and round and round whilst you wait ... and wait and wait ....

Voy a esta pizza hut bastante frecuentemente, con mi familia y como pareja con mi marido. El personal es siempre agradable y atento, y pocas veces he estado decepcionado con la calidad de la comida. La ensalada es todo lo que pueda comer y siempre...

Un pizza hut bien dirigido. El personal es amable y eficiente. Es un lugar agradable para los niños, hay un ambiente muy agradable.

Este es un semi-preferido por nosotros con nuestro hijo de dos años y que siempre disfrute de nuestra comida.

No se puede superar un Pizza Hut, excelente menú, un montón de opciones, a un precio razonable y en nuestro local en Barrow in Furness todo el personal es encantador y siempre hemos logrado conseguir una mesa sin reserva!

Food came out reasonbly quickServer was polite, chatty and was helpful in making some choices.Salad station had not quite been filled which was a shame. But the server was straight on it as soon as it was requested.Slightly cool inside which during winter isnt ideal.Food tasted as good as it usually does. Despite the only one negative though enjoyable evening all round!No major issues to report :-)

looking forward to a takeaway. Normally spot on but today the tomato sauce was bitter and runny,, ladled on so all other flavours were lost. Whole lot went in the bin. Shame as usually this Hut is good.

20 minutes before we were asked even if we wanted drinks and then a further 45 minute wait for our food, by which time we had to ask for a takeaway box and the bill to come out with it as we needed to leave. An hour and a half obviously isn't enough time to cook a pizza.

Popped in here as usually go to the KFC but had too many recently. Had not been in a Pizza Hut for many years, but will return vey soon. The pizzas on the buffet were really nice, one reminded me of one I had in Florence as a youth!The all you can gulp drinks are a great idea and my lad enjoyed the ice cream factory. Charming and friendly service.

We decided at last minute to go to pizza hut for the buffet as thats what our 4yr old wanted.Overall very good, ice cream was like milky ice and was really watered down my daughter was not impressed but overall a good experience

Booked a table for 7pm on a sat nite... Must admit when we arrived it seemed like chaos... So loud... Kids shouting/being very loud.... Don't get me wrong we were a family with a 13and 9yr old so over the years well used to the noise of eating out but this seemed like something else... Within about 15 minutes all was quieter we obv just caught the tail end of a very loud and busy time which is no fault of the restaurant just family life as they say..... Good service lovely food which we all enjoyed.... Even down to our youngest ordering the ice cream.... Don't go yet I have just noticed the light on in the machine.... I will go fill it up and go when middle light off.... If it not off in 5 come find me and I will sort it... It was off and he enjoyed his ice cream... All in all would go back again as food was fab X

Awful dirty looking and dowdy on a shopping mall type place. cutlery left on tables was yuk! Staff were neglectful and couldn't seem to care less. Lacks atmosphere, and the lasagne was pitiful. not cheap either in my opinion. Don't waste your money.

Been to this Pizza Hut a few times now and every time the pizza is spot on, decent price and good service from the staff. Can't complain at all enjoyed the meal.

Went we arrived at the Pizza Hut, we was a bit early. We have a look at the menu to order. My other half (Jim) have to shout for the waiter to take ours ordered and drinks.

Went on a regular Tuesday evening -- great service- food fine and served in a timely manner. Nice ice cold beer all good

My wife & I were staying at the Premier Inn, very close to Pizza Hut, Barrow In Fitness so we thought we would pop in. We ordered one large sharing pizza with a vegan topping to suit our diet. We also ordered a portion of chips between us plus some drinks. Despite the place being nearly empty, the pizza, although very nice, took ages to arrive. We didn't receive any chips, so after a while I chased them up & was told that I hadn't ordered any! I asked if I could have some & was told that they would take 6 minutes. 10 minutes later I asked again & the reply was: "what? You want chips?" I kid you not! Obviously, we had finished our pizza & our drinks by then so when we finally got our chips, we took them in a box. If this is how they are during a quiet time, how do they come when they are busy?

From the outside just looked like a typical Pizza Hut chain. We walked in and they gave us our table. Left us a few mins then came back for order. Myself and my partner both ordered pizzas that we have had before at other branches. These were great. Good job chef!!!The girls waitressing done a good job, were back and forward asking us if everything was OK. Seemed busy. Were smiling. The self serve drinks were pretty poor, seemed watered down. Pepsi was ok. Don't go for Fanta orange. Was like soda water!!!The reason I give this chain 2 stars was the cleanliness. I went to the toilet to find the floor half flooded. This was when I first went to restaurant. I again went back about an hour and a half later and was the same. Don't think anybody had attended these. As I was walking back to my table I noticed tables with a lot of dirty plates and the customers had long gone. I took a look at the floor and there was food covered. Just a quick sweep would do the job!!I returned back to toilets to use baby change with my baby who is 3 months old. When I pulled the baby change down there was cheese/tomato and other food in this. So I cleaned this. There didn't seem to be any other under 1s in restaurant so don't know how long this was like this. One other thing was the table wasn't as clean as I would expect when we sat. There was dried food, and drink spillages that had dried in. Like I say food was spot on....typical Pizza Hut, staff were friendly but I can't give any more than 2 stars when the toilets, tables and floor were a mess.

Ordered for take out with family and friends, the food didn't take long and was well worth it. We got pizza's and sides which were all amazing and we will definitely be getting again. We got dessert too but it was a bit thin and boring - not like when you eat in. Is slightly overpriced but very tasty.

All that you would expect from a Pizza Hut. Clean and friendly. Well stocked salad bar and full range of soft drinks.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food came in a reasonable amount of time and it was lovely! The salad bar was an added bonus. Only downfall was the price, very expensive!

We visited here knowing exactly what to expect.. Just like any other Pizza Hut. The staff were pleasant and considering how busy it was we were served very quickly

First time we have visited since its makeover and pleasantly surprised. Clean fresh look and cosy atmosphere, delicious and reasonably priced food, pleasant and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend for a family meal.

Was surprised at how good a recent visit to Pizza Hut was! It was actually pretty fantastic! Newly transformed and looks very smart and cool inside. The service was great, polite friendly and informative staff. And excellent, tasty, reasonably priced food! What more could you want!?Free salad bar with any main was nice to start with.Shrimp popcorn, quite small but very tasty and is nice to share as a small starter. Pizza was cooked to perfection, packed with toppings. Free soft drink refills at your leisure, always a bonus.Probably the best pizza I've had here before. And will definitely be returning. Thanks to the staff on Saturday night 6th Feb :)

I received an e-mail flyer from Pizza Hut announcing that they can now offer GF pizzas, we decided to give this a try and went to the Barrow outlet. As we entered the front door my wife said are you sure this is a restaurant or a disco because the music was so loud!We were greeted by a smartly dressed member of staff and shown to a table and said that we would like to look at the GF menu and we were furnished with the normal menu and told that the GF pizzas were square so as not to be mixed up with the normal pizzas. After a short while the server came over to take our order and I said to her that I was the GF customer and asked if she knew if the oven fries were GF, she said that she would check for me. After another short while the server came over to take our order and said that the oven fries were not GF but advised that everything on the salad bar was ok for me to eat and could eat as much of the salad as we wanted. We ordered the GF chicken supreme pizza and two cups of tea with our meal and asked for a glass of fresh water, the server said that the water was over in the corner and we could help ourselves, which we did. We had some shopping with us so my wife went to the salad bar whilst I sat at the table to watch our shopping. My wife then returned with two bowls of salad which was fresh and tasted very nice, this is where I came up against a problem which I will explain in detail later.The GF pizza arrived within about 15 minutes and was in fact square and looked quite tasty, my wife said that the topping was a bit thin and looked quite sparse and had about half a dozen small chicken pieces dotted about the top of the pizza probably not a half of a chicken breast! We were sharing the pizza and although the pizza tasted fine the topping was really thin and went cold very quickly.The restaurant was not busy with less than ten people in and we only saw three front of house staff and they did not appear to have much contact with each other and they looked worn out and disinterested with the whole scene!When my wife went for the salads she got the "bacon bits" and this is where I fell foul of the GF food and as I write this I am still having the after effects of the "bacon bits" because unknown to the server and us they are NOT GF and we found out after I was taken ill the day after the visit!This is why my title for this visit is "Token GF" and feel that the management have got all the GF accredited certificates and I feel they are really trying to give Coeliac and GF intolerant customers a real worry free treat but this GF Philosophy that at some expense to the company is not being cascaded down to the shop floor and outlet managers are not double checking that ALL STAFF INCLUDING CHEFS are aware of the effects that a GF customer can suffer from.This is not meant as a black mark towards Pizza Hut, in fact the Pizza Hut management are to be applauded for this much required addition to their extensive menu.

We had decided to try Pizza Hut after a terrible meal at Salvanas a few weeks earlier.It was 12.30 ish on a Saturday lunch time. The car park was empty and so was Pizza Hut: and we were about to find out why. Parked up and immediately looked for the 18 year old Corsa pilot with the 300w car speakers on full blast. As we walked from our car to the door of Pizza Hut it was obvious the noise was coming from Pizza Huts own speakers. Inside 2 young members of staff waited to show us to a table. Unfortunately the music inside was almost as load as the "disco" outside. We told them it was far too noisy and left.If I want to eat in a disco I'll pack my sandwiches and head for the nearest nightclub.Come on Pizza Hut: your restaurant was empty on a Saturday lunch time because you left kids in charge. Get a grip........ and some adult staff.

Staff are efficient and friendly but could be a bit more attentive, We opted for the sharing platter and were surprised at how full we felt at the end as it doesn't seem too large a portion. Pizza is very tasty although starters/sides could do with a little more effortUnlimited Pepsi machine is good value with all the additional flavours.All in all a good meal

Buy one get one deals are a must! The free salad bar before you get your mains is a great idea which I took advantage of. The bbq americano pizza is amazing, along with the cookie dough. Haven't tried the pasta so I can't comment. The staff are extremely helpful and even when it's busy there are never any delays and food is served at good quality.

We heard there was a new menu and thought we would try it out. We decided to go for the takeaway rather than eating in. The staff were very nice and friendly at the till - Alanis and Beatrice I think their names were. The cost was very high however. £28 for 2 pieces and cookie dough. The pizzas were nice but a little bit cold and the cheese bites were mainly bites of air. The cookie dough was very thin and very different to eating-in. Another waitress gave us the cookie dough and they hadn't/couldn't close the box so the cookie dough was cold. It was okay over all but I doubt I would go again.

Very impressed with the refit of the new restaurant. Food was excellent and free refills on various soft drinks was a bargain. I order a meat feast on an ultimate thin crust base and when it arrived the chef had done it on a standard thin crust and I was asked if I wanted to send it back and wait for my correct order to be delivered. I said no it will be fine as my sons meal had arrived and wanted to eat with him so they then asked if I would still like the correct pizza cooking but to take home once we had finished our meal ..... 1st class recovery and excellent customer pizza ..... Will be going back as receipt had a questionnaire on it which once you fill in you get a voucher for buy 1 get 1 free ..... Result

We called here with a 1/3 off voucher and plumped for a takeaway. Staff were polite and friendly. Pizzas were reasonable.... And did the job of filling us up! Only drawback was the barbecue sauce was a bit too sweet!

Visited to see what the refurb and new menu was like. The restaurant is now flowing better with it being on 1 level. It's become more like a American kinda diner theme. The food is just as good and this was showing by how busy it was on a Wednesday! Traditional American shakes which where awesome and the Budweiser came with a ice cold glass. Also the waiting on staff were also excellent made our table feel welcome, especially the lass with dark hair and glasses. Will definitely return is these standards remain.

The restaurant has been refurbished since my last visit, although it does look a lot better it is smaller and some seats aren't very private. The salad bar and drinks machine are very posh-looking and enjoyable however. We ordered our food however my friends came wrong so it got sent back and by the time she got it back we had all finished ours. The food we got was nice though but wasn't great. The staff took a while to get to us and we had to look around for attention on numerous times. We had one staff member, I think her name was Alanis, who was extremely lovely and efficient. Overall it was an ok visit, but I'm not sure I'd go again.

Went with my friends. We had to ask somebody to come over as nobody was attending to us. Once we did the staff member was very friendly though and she brought our salad bowls. The majority of us got salad which was very nice, however they had got rid of the nachos which was disappointing. Our food came rather quickly but some food did come some time after the first food. My meal was lovely however they didn't put any peppers on which were meant to be on and I got charged for them. Where we were sat was slightly cramped and we struggled getting in and out of our seats. Over all it was an average visit, the food was nice just the slow service and lack of care let it down.

The food is great. With free unlimited salad, Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kids friendly. Must try out. generally has some waiting time during dinner hours. But worth the wait.

Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut, but the staff were lovely, very friendly, courteous and always smiling and polite when dealing with us.The food was nice and good quality which is not always the case when you take the Buffett option.Nice service always makes any visit to a restaurant much more enjoyable!

At the end of the day, pizza is delicious no matter where it's from.It's not a dime but it's well above a nickel.

Went for a pre cinema treat with my boys. The food was distinctly average fast food fare, totally to be expected. The toilets were disgusting, dirty and smelly. However what reduces the score is that in the booth right next to us were a family of four who were obviously known by the staff. They go preferential treatment throughout their meal. All the food they were brought had 'a little extra' especially for them. It did make me feel thoroughly second class, although fortunately my boys are too young to wonder why they didn't get the special glasses or extra garlic bread!!

Fairly standard experience for a chain restaurant. I was dining alone as away with work. I was in around the six O'Clock mark and it was very quiet. Only four or five other covers in at that time but it was Thursday after all!I was welcomed fairly promptly and offered my choice of sit anywhere.All the tables I saw looked nice and clean as did the staff etc.Starter was the Chicken Bites with BBQ sauce. Very nice and hot (temperature not spice).My Main was a Hawaiian Pizza with some fries on the side (yes they do fries now!!). Both where tasty.Staff where fairly aloof throughout the whole experience. This was only really an issue when I wanted to pay up and go but this is what I have come to expect from large chain places with young staff.All in all not to bad. Just what I expected to be fair would come again.

Toilets stink and not very clean! Food was average compared to other pizza huts I have dined at and the service was average too! Will not be visiting here again due to the price paid for the food and service received.

Came here for our granddaughters 6th birthday party. This is a great set up for the kids, self service salad bar, then design and create your own pizza, then eat it followed by ice cream fountain. Good value and someone else clears up afterwards!

We had takeaway - the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was nice and was hot when we got home, didn't wait too long for Pizza, tasted good.

Ate yesterday evening, service was quick attentive and friendly. Salad bar was ok, my Pizza was OK, it was on a thin and crispy base but rather than crispy I would describe it as tough. Not bad enough to complain about just not brilliant. I will go again.

Pizza Hut is pizza Hut wherever you are. We went today for the all in buffet. All the pizzas were freshly made. The staff were really pleasant and they even asked us if there was a flavour pizza we wanted. Good value because it was the buffet.

Absolute fantastic service from all the staff at this restaurant. The food was great and even made a cheesy garlic bread on a pizza base at a request which I was told was one of the best they had had. My daughter even had a full meal and dessert which she wouldn't normally do. Would definitely come back.

In a party of five, three of us had meat based pizzas, the other two in our party had a veggie pizza and a pasta option.The three of us that had the meat pizzas have since suffered badly with stomach cramps and terrible diarrhoea.The servers were slow and rather uninterested, the lass that took our orders smelled badly of cigarettes, totally unacceptable in a food/customer environment.The young lad that served our dessert threw the spoons onto the table, now I know it's not a fine dining restaurant, but I expect much better than that!The area around the salad buffet was strewn with spilled food, both around the food containers and on the floor. Little wonder we became ill if they can't handle the basics of hygiene!

staff got the order wrong so it took 29 mins of me hanging round not great it was a simple order! this ended up with us feeding our kids after bedtime :(

We went to the pizza hut lunch twice this week. Both time i had a great experience. I had the buffet and unlimited drink. Fresh pizza was brought out every few mins. The salad bar was overflowing. I will be back

We ended up here as the new Brewers Fayre had no tables for 30 minutes (despite the place being mostly empty and it was after 1pm). The place is cheap but the service leaves much to be desired - they have lots of staff but I'm not sure what they actually do - they let the pizzas run out and don't bother replenishing the spoons for the ice cream bit but they are quite good at hanging round the bar area talking and very quick to bring the bill. The wait for a kid's meal was unacceptable as a 3 year old was left waiting for his dinner and the rest of us were on our seconds! Strangely enough it appeared almost immediately after I asked where it was.Won't be going back as there are ppenty of better places to eat in Barrow.

upon arriving at pizza hut we were greeted as soon as we got through the door, seated and drinks order taken, ( good service ) we ordered our food which took 20-30mins but a wait was anticipated for the time we arrived. The food was outstanding and of excellent standard. We finished our drinks and asked for the bill. Overall we all enjoyed our experience and would definatly recommend. The only thing I would mention is that the food was slightly pricey for the portions we got although not awful just of standard size.

Went on Monday teatime! Great waitress was very helpful towards our table! Everyone in the party enjoyed the food, as far as pizzas go. And didn't think it was badly priced for what we all had! Like going here for family meals!!!! :D

欧州で旅をしていて、日曜日の夜の食事に困ることは多いですよね。とくにこのバローインファーネスは食事をする場所に困りましたが、さすが世界のピザハット！普通にやってくれていました。内容も普通に満足です！そのへんのパブより余程美味しい。。というと旅情も何もありませんが。。

I've dined in many of this chains restaurant's and this one really isn't hitting the spot, the staff aren't very helpful, the time you have to wait for a pizza you would think it was something they don't do very often.They seem very quick at bringing you the bill but that really is the only thing that's done with any speed.That said the quality of the pizza when it eventually arrives is pretty good.Given the choice I wouldn't visit this restaurant again.

The pizza was lovely.We always make our own up out of the list of toppings.Price was fair, not too expensive but not cheap either.The service was good as we were a large group (15ish)All orders were correct and didn't take too long.Drink orders were taken quickly and refills/reorders dealt with promptly.The salad bowls were brought out as soon as our food order was taken. The salad bar seemed to be being refreshed regularly.All in all a good place for a group to eat.

My wife and I went to Pizza Hut Barrow to take advantage of the cheap happy hour menu. Even though we were the only table in there, service was slow and poor as usual. I wanted to order a gluten free pizza but I was told that it wasn't available on the happy hour menu. When I asked why I was told that it was because they weren't able to adjust the base out if stock so the stock would be wrong. I ended up paying more than double for exactly the same meal my wife had.I complained to customer services when I got home and initially had someone who empathised and told me it would be investigated. A month later I received a letter saying the same but just apologised and closed the complaint. I phoned again as I was not happy, and I was told it would be passed to an area manager. A month later still nothing. I called again to be told I wasn't being discriminated against and currently there is a plan to retro fit all kitchens in the uk to provide a better gluten free experience and to basically go away. It was a jobs worth on the phone and I could tell he didn't believe what he was telling me was fair but nothing I can do about it apart from tell everyone about this very poor experience.

Arrived at 5pm in a group of seven and although the place was almost empty it took 10 minutes for the staff to push a few tables together, sat down and the tables were dirty and the floor was covered in food, we ordered drinks and the waitress came back to take our food order, 15 minutes later we still had no drinks so I asked another member of staff who went and spoke to the waitress who was serving us and a waiter brought them over? We asked the waiter as we had ordered 2 glasses of wine the deal said that you get the bottle and he said o'yer and we also asked him were our salad bowls was and he then went off and spoke to the waitress who was serving us who then came over with our starters, I asked her about salad bowls and she responded it doesn't matter when you get them as you can help yourself to salad anytime, so we went up to the salad bar and OMG it was filthy and the salad was black and rotten.We all returned to our table and ate our starters, once we had finished our starter we waited 15 minutes for our pizza's to arrive and this was only because I told a member of staff that our pizza's had been on the hatch for 7 minutes and almost ever member of staff had walked past them, anyway as the waitress put the pizza's down the waiter came behind her with black pepper and as I looked at the pizza to say yes please I noticed a long black hair on the pizza I told the waiter whose response was I will have to get the manager as I can't do refunds, I told him I didn't want a refund I wanted a pizza that hadn't been mauled with so he went off and got the manager, when she arrived I showed her the hair and she looked around the whole table and lucky enough 2 of us had short hair, 1 had ginger hair and the rest all had blonde hair, so she said it must have been the waitresses as all the kitchen staff wear hair nets and hats, which isn't true as all the staff where going into the kitchen and the waiteresses where giggling, jumping around, well flirting really with the pizza cooks, when our pizza arrived after the rest of our party had finished theirs I asked the waiter again about the rest of the wine which he went and got.Must say that this is the worst experience I have ever had at a Pizza Hut, I don't know what is happening with this Pizza Hut but the whole staff team need training in a lot of area's, but I really think that somebody from the Pizza Hut management team need to carry out an unannounced inspection as the standards are well below what I have ever experienced in a Pizza Hut

Had all you can eat buffet for 6.99. Free refill drinks. Can't be beat really. Good selection of pizzas always available. Salad selection good too. Very pleasant staff very attentive. Had a really good time.

16 of us ,from granddad ,to parents. siblings and friends. all there to wish Joe happy birthday!!!I don,t often go fast fooding, but was surprised how good everything looked. Our waitress guided us through the choices. The younger ones opted for pizzas looked good smelled good and tasted good. Myself I chose a salmon pasta bake a foot long with garlic bread and never left a crumb. The salad counter was pretty amazing 20 or more items all tasty and fresh. enjoyed a bowl full with my pasta ,then too full to have one of the yummy sweets, most of the younger ones managed one though. nice choice of drinks and beverages, relaxed atmosphere good service and not my bill ,but change from what Joes mam expected to pay .we all came away well pleased. wont be long before im back to try something different.

Pleasant service and inviting fresh looking salad bar is the best I can say.Pizzas okay but the ice cream from the self serve was grey and tasteless - can't imagine what it's made of. Staff didn't seem bothered about clearing and wiping tables. Not cheap but maybe we should have had vouchers?

Went over Easter to teh all yo can eat buffet. A good salad bar with variety and a constantly refilled pizza bar, if you could get there before the gluttons!Great for children adn value.

as far as fast food goes it isnt bad. the staff are helpful with making your choice only let down buffet food mixed up due to one serving spoon for a few items. would go again

Pizza Hut in Barrow in Furness segue le classiche regole della famosa catena mondiale di ristoranti.Vicino a una zona con altri locali e negozi vari, offre il menù con pizze a differenti altezze e i più disparati ingredienti, poi cosce di pollo fritto o insalate.Non manca ovviamente il buffet centrale a vostra disposizione se ordinate una portata principale.Niente di superlativo, ma per evadere dal solito se vi fermate in città per diversi giorni.
