The best restaurants serving Other european-cuisines food in Scotland

My wife and I had a meal at 1911 tonight. Food was excellent, supreme of chicken and beef medallions layered with haggis. Shame there wasn't more people dining to create a better ambience. So come along and enjoy some good food.

You got the chance to look round the shop without the intensity of the owners talking you through everything. No one wants to be pressured into buying things, and people will buy if they are allowed to do so at their own leisure. Stocks some lovely food and hope the shop does well, just a little less intense experience would be much better!

The kebab was so delicious that it was in the top three things I've ever eaten.

Food was excellent, service was friendly and efficient. Views of the bridge are amazing, and the village is lovely. Parking is a bit of a challenge, so give yourself time to find a spot

Nice hotel, rooms a bit dark, food was incredible nice. Had New York Strip and highly recommended. Solid service.

I have been visiting this Toni Macaroni on and off for years. However, I have been twice during the past week due to how good the food has been. The rigatoni amatriciana is cooked to perfection. Al'dente pasta bursting with flavour and served nice and warm. The flatbreads, again, are served really warm and perfectly cooked. Really, really tasty! The waitresses are all lovely and friendly. :)

Place was okay, loads off staff didn't interact much but seemed nice enough. The star of the show that should be the chicken was very very dry and my son couldn't even eat his. In hindsight I should have said something but didn't want to embarrass the kids, so sorry nandos only 2 stars .

Used to really like it here but its gone down hill. The female bar tender yesterday was horrific, it felt as if she was doing us a favour by serving us, that was after she finally put her phone dkwn to acknowledge our very existance. I won't bother to burden the establishment with my custom again.

Don’t come here unless you are a hotel guest! We went to the empty restaurant for dinner at 17:45 only to be told that it’s only open for guests. There wasn’t anybody around.

Nasty. Everything was soaked in oil and trying too hard to be different. I now know why I haven’t eaten smoked haddock in batter before, because it doesn’t work and never will. The lemon chunks (in the burger) didn’t help either, a very confused kettle of fish.

Staff always great, always nice to dine in here. We order takeout frequently and it can be hit and miss, sometimes the food can be a bit dry/chips overcooked. However on the whole they are decent!

Great pub with live music most Friday and Saturday evenings.

AWFUL FOOD with an awful customer service. Everything is horrendous.went straight in the bin. Total waste of money. Stay well away.

Bought a kebab here last weekend as I have done so before many times which have been excellent, however this one was the worst kebab I have ever not eaten. Kebab meat was very thin and very very dry and tasted like cardboard. Just did not taste fresh so that will be the last time I go there.
