Awful! Awful service! Awful delivery time! Awful help from the restaurant itself. Sent a message through to just eat as all the information I was given was wrong, told the food was collected at 8:10 by a lady and was meant to be here 8:20 then told another person was there to collect the food but it had already left so couldn’t be collected for us. The delivery time kept going up on app and saying driver at restaurant and then after we ordered food from another account this food turns up cold delivered by a man not a woman like we was told and was ice cold! Awful awful awful! Couldn’t of even have eaten. Straight into the bin!

Fondue is fantastic. Will easily feed two. They will refill your bread if you plow through it like we did. Runs about 30pound per person for the basic neuchateloise fondue. True Swiss food and owned by Swiss.

The food was good put not perfect The service was good but not perfect like what I thought ,the employees wasn’t with trolley it’s not sequences of service I think you should have trolley’s to remove the dishes uniforms for employees

This place forgets items off your order every time do not order from here. You phone and they hang up on you.

The pizza was stone cold and very late to get to me. I called the Resturant and they wouldn’t replace for a hot pizza or give me a refund. AVOID

A Saturday night, a busy night of the week. Ordered by app, collected within 10 minutes. Our food was above good and excellent today. Really good, crispy skin on fries, and food that you would happily pay more than double for in a restaurant setting. Disgusting mash potatoes! This place should be called that. Amount of sauce they add is just gross. Chips went soggy and melt within a second I got them. They also charge extra for sauce with no info upfront.

Quality of the food is poor and the meat is coming most of the times uncooked,long wait to get your food and it's not even worth it,at least the music is good

We were booked in at 2.45 in the afternoon and got there to be told there's an hour wait for the meal, they took in passer-bys and as they have small kitchen, they couldn't cope, we left and went elsewhere, after emailing them we were told that" You book the table" and Not the meal, which means it's doesn't matter to them how long you have to wait for your meal. we have taken them off our regular slot. never again!!

We have been regular patrons since Smiths’ opening night but started giving it a wide berth a few years back as service and value had fallen into a steep decline. We returned recently to enjoy the evening sunshine in the garden. Prices for drinks have definitely improved and the garden closest to the building is well kept. Unfortunately, priority is given to the majority as there appear to be no ‘no smoking’ areas and smokers are free to force everyone to join them. Yuk!
