Bog standard Nandos. Quick service and nice food with comfortable seating.

This used to be my favourite store for delivery orders but more often than not, the food delivered is of poor quality, chicken is often dried out and old not fresh. What they throw in the bag is not the same quality they serve in the restaurant. Quite sad really as you can’t return for replacement. Orders for delivery need to be quality checked and improved significantly so customers can have confidence in ordering for delivery.

I was easy to cheat because I ordered online. Whole chicken almost £20. I had it before, so I expected two half's or the whole spatchcock chicken. I received 3 black, dried out pieces of something I was not able to eat. I wonder how many times you got away with such disgusting cheating on online customers' orders throwing there the worst, dried out, burnt, not eatable pieces? My review will probably get removed very quickly, so only 5 stars remains. Disgusting.

Yk what. Let’s start with the positives… I had a really nice date with my g, my guy Robbie. The food was aight. Tasty as usual, you feel me? We do love some chicken in our bellies. The three on the end as shown in the photos, them fatties devoured a WHOLE ASS FAMILY PLATTER. (What a bunch of fatties am I right?) all of us really enjoyed our portions of chicken. Very succulent, verrryy juicy yk, like drippin in mothafokin joos- 🐓juice. Now, let’s move onto the negatives. My very good friend (we shall name him Brownie) he had to WAIT a LONG ass time for his little chicken platter. He did enjoy it in the end, but much less than us. So that is one of the reasons this review is so low. Staff is really friendly - we love them. It’s just because of one meal. Thank you 💋

Very nice staff went with work colleagues and the food was great they made sure they got us a big enough table.

The customer service was excellent. Meg was friendly and helpful, she had a smile that would make you smile. Ellie did a great job as well the food was delicious.

Pedí una comida para llevar con mucha antelación para comer durante un descanso en un evento que yo, mi pareja y un amigo cercano estaba asistiendo. En el tiempo que les tomó preparar la comida ***después*** del tiempo que pedimos, pude ir a otros tres restaurantes y agarrar comida para otros amigos en el evento, regresar al lugar y proporcionar la comida - mi compañero estaba esperando durante 30 minutos para la comida cuando le dijeron que iba a ser una espera de ocho minutos. Además, no se incluyeron cubiertos. Absolutamente ningún sentido de prioridades al servir y el servicio espantoso en general.

worst Nandos service ever. it was not even busy but we were ignored at the door waiting to be allocated table. after ordering we did not get the ice cream tubs and had to ask a couple of times for our other desert. horrible experience.

The nandos here is awsome I'm a regular and I love it. My food arrived in under 60 seconds no exaggeration. It's so good too, exactly as I ordered extra hot butterfly is actually extra hot unlike other branches I've visited. Exceptional customer service. Just one minor thing, the ice machine has been out of ice for three weeks, if you could fix this it would be perfect. The unlimited icecream is a great touch I've saved so much money with this.

Second trip been to one in central London very good food good pricing staff was very helpful the only problem was the ice machine was broken and you know us Americans we love our ice

The lady who served us, think her name was Sylvia was absolutely lovely, couldn’t be more helpful. The lady who served us the food was really really lovely too and the girl that cleaned our table was super polite and helpful. Such quick service and super friendly. Food was lovely and restaurant was really clean.

A mi hija le encanta Nando’s, así que fue su elección como una celebración un poco tardía en su grado. En el páramo en el centro de Sheffield mientras subíamos las escaleras mecánicas por encima de las tiendas. Personal muy amable y servicial, ya que 5 adultos y 1 niño se sentaron. Mi hija tenía la hamburguesa de mariposa con 2 lados a £ 17. 25 , mi compañero y yo compartimos el plato deshuesado para 2 con mariposa de pollo y 4 muslos deshuesados con 4 laterales regulares a £ 27 . 75 . El pollo siempre se derrite en la boca y es sabroso con muchas salsas picantes para elegir.

Great service and food today as soon as we walked through the door we was greeted by a young man who took us to our table and sorted us out with the allergen sheets to go look through. We then ordered food and our waitress was Princess, very friendly and professional, the rest of the staff were lovely too and always smiling and even on the way out asking if everything was ok with our experience. Not had a Nandos for a while as I don't get much chance too so this was a lovely visit and the best customer service I've had at any Nandos before so thank you it made our Sunday even better.

Chicken was slightly undercooked and a lot spicier than expected. The chicken wings also took a very long time, but they apologized and gave us 2 extra…! Staff were nice, food isn’t *that* great. Either way, a fine experience.

We have eaten here before and it has always been nice. However, today whilst eating the shopping centre evacuation alarm went off advising everyone to leave the building. The manager was made aware of this by a member of the public and she advised it was probably a false alarm. My friend then phoned who was also in the shopping centre at the time and told me everyone had evacuated including workers except Nando’s. I informed a worker of this as myself and my daughter got up to leave the building and she told me it was nothing to do with her. I then left leaving some of our food as I was worried it was something serious. Perhaps you should re-train your staff as to what the correct protocol is when the evacuation alarm is triggered.

Nando in Sheffield offers deliciously juicy chicken that hits the spot. While the chicken wings could have been hotter in temperature they were still enjoyable. Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience.

My partner and I celebrated his birthday at Nandos and both the food and the staff were great. Sophie and Szilvia were amazing, super nice and very friendly - they sang him happy birthday and even customised our desserts to fit the birthday theme. This is a day that we'll never forget!!

Dined in Nando’s today lunch time. We were sat across a lovely mother with her little girl - she had just order her food and was looking to warm up microwave baby food for her daughter. She asked the manager Nicely if he would be able to warm it up and he refused to do so. The mother had to leave with her small child crying in her arms. This has really left a poor taste in our mouths, let alone the mothers.

The staff didn’t look happy to be there at all one girl with dark curly hair didn’t smile once was really rude when I tried to call her over to say there was a hair in the wrap!! Overall was not a great experience and made us all feel very uncomfortable as if we wasn’t welcomed at all

This place is very delicious and I had two gift cards that both didn't work. The staff were so kind and gave me my meal for free. I've been here before and will definitely go again. They really made my day so give these workers a raise!

Today went for a meal and the service provided by one of the young men called Tyler was amazing, he was really sociable and got talking to us, he was great, made the experience amazing!

I love this place, the food is simple but made special. I had a little problem and the staff treated me really well. I like how the music and the decoration make this place feel so cozy. I'm sure I'll come back! Un saludo de tu amigo español.

The restaurant is located in the city centre, upstairs inside the shopping centre. It was not too busy when I arrived and the staff were friendly and very attentive. The food and drinks were served reasonably quickly and of good quality. While the restaurant did get fairly busy, it was not noisy. I would definitely come here again.

I very rarely go to fast food restaurants (not sure that's the right word, but that will do for now), but the other evening it was very convenient to go to Nando's before going to see a film at The Light in Sheffield. The three of us (my wife and eldest son) were taken to a table for six (there was a far better booth but that was apparently booked (who ever books a table at a Nando's?) and we perused the menu. We ordered and paid via their app, a soulless experience whose only benefit was that it was very easy not to leave a tip. My wife had ordered a quarter of a chicken, which when it was served should have been sent back, because she had actually been served a chicken leg. It was a miserly portion of chicken served with plenty of fries to give the appearance of a full plate, but who wants to fit up on chips? My grilled chicken burger was a thin slice of dried-out chicken in a stale bun, again, served with plenty of chips. I can't be bothered to explain what my son had, because the whole experience was depressing, especially when we had paid £60, including drinks (a 250nl tin (a TIN!) of cheap red, a 250ml glass of chardonnay and an 'unlimited' cola. And, just when you thought things couldn't any get worse, their plant-based mayonnaise (why serve vegan mayonnaise in an overtly meat-based restaurant???) was hideous. We won't be back.

Went for a quick lunch and everything was great. Ordering was very simple through the QR code and our server Georgina was really sweet and attentive.

Very quick food. Nice team members however my butterfly burger bun was really hard I raised with a team member who fetched another one which was worse and she just took the buns away never offered a refund or a new meal or anything very disappointing

I just had a half a chicken and it was disgusting, half of the breast was missing or very small, it was extremely over cooked and it tasted burnt and it was very dry. I go to Nando’s every week and I have never had a meal like this. I feel sick after eating some of it, prob got food poisoning. The chef needs to be sacked in my opinion as he should be able to cook a piece of chicken. Never again will go to this Nando’s, I wish I took it back but it was a takeaway and it was to far to walk back so it just went in the bin £14 wasted 😡

Tyler is a hardworking worker, always comes with positivity. He’s a great representation of Nandos. Defo the man to go to!

Of all the Nando's I've visited over the years, this one had by far the best service. Great, attentive staff.

Dropped in for a quick meal before a movie and had a great chat with the staff here. Nandos is pretty consistent with their food, but I'm always happy to see extra condiments, a sink for handwashing, and good service.

Called in for lunch on the 9th August - the food was mediocre, and nowhere near what we have enjoyed previously at Nandos. The service was incredibly slow with many tables complaining about the long waits. Many tables were also receiving refunds, so presumably many orders had also been taken down incorrectly. The atmosphere of the place was let down by drivers from delivery companies complaining about the waits to collect food which they were supposed to be delivering - this was exacerbated by delivery drivers attempting to argue with members of staff at Nandos. It was sadly clear that the place was either incredibly short staffed and/or very poorly managed during our trip, however a shout out must go to the hard working young man who served us (did not manage to catch his name), as he seemed to be the dogsbody for everyone else - if it was not for him, I would've struggled to have found anything positive that justified awarding more than one star.

Attended yesterday, very last minute decision. Highly recommend. The service was A+. A senior member of staff was extremely helpful especially because we were on a time constraint as we were going to watch a movie. 100% would attend again. Thank you.

Excellent service and yummy food!

Staff were good and attentive. Greeted warmly and seated quickly. Our table was too wobbly to use and we couldn't fix it so we moved. We paid £50 for two of us - can't quite believe that. This includes three drinks and a starter but I still think it's way overpriced. Especially as you order off your phone direct to the kitchen. It's very convenient but it's meant to be fast and no frills food isn't it? Food was average at best. Chicken burger was ok, but bread tasted cheap and stale. The chicken tasted bland and had no punchy flavour. Garlic bread tasted cheap - no doubt frozen and you could tell. Best thing about the place was the water as this was at least free and met our expectations Save your money and go to McDonald's - I'm serious - it's far cheaper and a much better product overall. Also toilets were disgusting and need cleaning.

What one would expect at a Nandos. An extremely convenient location right in the city centre, great for a quick bite just before you head over to the cinema next door. Service is a bit on the slower side and the size of this branch is a bit small. Luckily went on a Saturday evening and still managed to find a table so it's not the busiest location. I find with Nandos the quality varies by the branch, this one is definitely on the better side and the meat is well cooked and not overdone and still managed to keep it's juices in. Overall an above average branch.

Arrived quite close to closing time but the customer service was still excellent and the food very good. Always good for gluten free & coeliacs.

Two of us for lunch today, staff friendly and helpful, food ordered via their QR link no problems. Food arrived quickly we both had the hot sauce and it was enough to give some heat but might go for the extra hot next time. My corn on the cob was well cooked I find restaurants can sometimes either over or undercook these. Reduced atmosphere by a couple of stars as the screen behind the table was extremely dirty (I did point it out to a staff member).

The syrup was out on the sprite and we had to ask for my son's dessert but otherwise a good experience

I used to love Nandos as it was my go-to place even during the pandemic times. However, I feel that in the last six months the quality has gone downhill and the food isn't really worth the price. I still have a soft spot for the sauces, as they are tasty as ever. The food is too expensive, nearly 13 quid for a combo meal. I know it's like that in every branch.
