Awful! Awful service! Awful delivery time! Awful help from the restaurant itself. Sent a message through to just eat as all the information I was given was wrong, told the food was collected at 8:10 by a lady and was meant to be here 8:20 then told another person was there to collect the food but it had already left so couldn’t be collected for us. The delivery time kept going up on app and saying driver at restaurant and then after we ordered food from another account this food turns up cold delivered by a man not a woman like we was told and was ice cold! Awful awful awful! Couldn’t of even have eaten. Straight into the bin!

Food arrived completely inedible: meat was dry and almost toasted. Chips cold and tasteless. Unusual because a previous order was OK. Won’t be risking using again. Seeking refund.

Drinks didn't arrive, had to contact restaurant 3 times to be told they didn't have anyone to deliver drinks so they were going to bring at 11.00pm when shop CLOSED and this never happened!!! Starter's were awful! Will NEVER use them or just eat again!!

We ordered a lamb shish and a chicken shish - arrived a bit earlier than we were expecting, lovely and hot and very tasty charcoal grilled flavour. The portions were much bigger than we were expecting after reading other reviews, so can't complain.

Great burger, nice chips. Would recommend.

The garlic sauce is gross. The shish kebab was completed smothered in sauce.

I was given a latest delivery time of 20:15 having ordered at 19:22, when 20:25 came about I called to see what was going on and before I’d even had a chance to tell the bloke anything such as address or name he barked “it’s on its way mate” When I asked him how did he know without knowing where I was calling from he responded “all deliveries are out” FFW another 25mins and the same response came “it’s on its way”. When it did arrive the food was tepid, the chips were bog standard oven chips and the burger sauce was more like Mary Rose. Won’t order from there again.

Well they may have got 3 stars, but if they don't deliver part if your order, they should get zero. Plus refuse to refund.

The app stated that we should enjoy our meal right on the later time suggested as the delivery time but the food hadn’t arrived. I rang the shop and they said another 15 minutes as they were just preparing the order. After 15 minutes and still no delivery, I walked to the shop and 45 minutes after I had supposedly had the food delivered, I picked up the order where 3 of the 5 kebabs were cold from waiting for the order to be completed.

There are no stars as the food was tasteless dry cold, the combi kebab was not worth £2 let alone £12. The pittas not toasted the salad pitiful and everything was cold on arrival. Arrived later than stated and I will never ever order from here again. They should be ashamed of what they sent out. I would close if I was you disgusting

I had the lamb kebab with borek for a starter. The borek had only a limited amount of filling and lots of pastry making it quite dry. The lamb kebab was similarly disappointing with the meet tough and overcooked. At least the baklava was nice.

Great food always. Service average. Food always delayed from half hour to hour. Constantly chasing. No compensation. Shame really.

This used to be our go-to restaurant for kebab but over the last 6 months the service has been awful. The quality has really gone down, but more importantly the service and delivery is shocking. The restaurant will mark your order delivered on the system when the reality is they haven’t even started. Our recent order took over 2 hours, was marked ‘delivered’ twice until finally, after complaining to Just Eat customer service they admitted it was going to be delivered in 5-10 minutes. Being busy on a weekend is understandable but there becomes a point where it’s unwarranted. Prepare to wait far too long for an average meal

Was supposed to be 40-60mins but was an hour and 20 mins. Food was cold. Delivery driver was rude Wasn’t correct order. Got a chicken burger when it should have been 4oz steak.

It was the first time we ordered from here. The peri peri chicken was absolutely amazing, tasty and moist. However, we could not eat the 2 portions of burek unfortunately, as they had no filling inside, they were very dry and chewy. I called the restaurant about this and they were very understanding and offered to compensate on our next order. Very happy with the rest of the quality, but I wish they didn't use plastic packaging, not sustainable at all. Otherwise great experience.

Delivery was late and when tried to call the restaurant there were no answers. Food was separated with hot and cold apart.

The burger salad is small! Where is the burger sauce for the donnor meat? The taste of the meat has changed I don't like it and the portion size for the price is so small! I won't be reordering from them again! Not good value for money as before.

Not a fan. Missing chips and request to not add onions in salads were ignored. Was very greasy and cold when it arrived the pita bread was also stale. It's been awhile since we've got from this place, and now I remember why.

Food taste nice but was cold, the restaurant were friendly but I wasn’t happy because the food was late.

Claimed order was delivered at 2030. Tried to call but no answer. Sent an online request for delivery update with no response. Contacted just-eat. They said I could only get a 50% refund as they’d started preparation. This was 45 minutes after they’d claimed it had already been delivered.

Unfortunately I wasn't a fan of the food I had on this occasion. The lamb shish was tough and fatty. The chicken shish was dry.

Fancied a kebab last night and decided on trying somewhere new. Really enjoyed our shish, chicken was beautifully marinated and tender with a generous portion of salad. Super quick divery. Will def be revisiting

No salad sent and ‘no salad’ written on the boxes despite ordering it WITH SALAD. What was received was alright but I had to go out and buy salad to go with it.

A bit stingy with the food, the large chicken shish was more like a regular, the large chips seemed more like a regular aswell. Won’t be ordering from here again

I think the quality of the kebabs has gone down. The meat was not fresh as any I ordered last year. The portion sizes were dramatically reduced. Had two pittas but couldn't share any meat because there was barely any.

The worst, smallest, most cheap-skate small shish kebab I've ever had, AVOID

Noone expects magic with a donner kebab but seriously?! Small portion size, salad sitting in a pool of water, garlic sauce was just as watery, the meat was burnt and cold, that takes skill. Could literally shake water of the soggy chips. Might have been better eating the bag it came in.

Delivery was perfect. Came before was said. We normally order from here and it’s amazing! However today isn’t the case the food today was awful!! I would never tell anyone to order from here! The quarter pondered burger was 2 little thin burgers placed together in a bun and was tasteless. The lamb donner meat was rock hard and burnt and then the chicken donner meat was so salty we couldn’t eat it!

Great burger, plenty of salad and sauce. Lovely chips. Would recommend.

Ordered large, but very very small portion. Chips were cold and soggy. Pitta was rock hard. Burger was nice though.

Absolutely fantastic. Slightly more expensive than others but well worth it. Loved the portions and food tasted great and cooked well. I won’t be going anywhere else.

Waited 2 hours for my food which was cold on arrival and restaurant didn't even advise me that the food was going to be late until I called them. Fair enough you may be busy but at least contact your customers so they are aware instead of sitting around for 2 hours waiting for food when they could just cancel the order and go else where.

Bought the full house for a group of 4. Was filling and delicious 100% would buy again. Not so much the calamari.

Waited nearly two hours for food for my family. No communication from the restaurant. Food showed as delivered at 7.40 and when just eat got involved it moved to 8.15 yet didn’t arrive until 8.30 with still no update. Never had this before. Wouldn’t have been so angry if they had put a delay on the order or answered the pebble. The four person kebab was so overcooked that everything was dry and shrunken. The lamb kebab was four small burnt pieces. Normally this is a generous serving. They even burnt the middle of the garlic bread. No apology from the restaurant or driver and or request for a refund has been ignored.

Our food order was over an hour late, kept ringing and no one answered, then when they did the person was very rude and hung up on me. Too top it off the chips were not cooked, hard and white. We normally order from here regularly but due too to many late orders this is the last time.

Good as usual, best chips from a take away Meat not as fresh as on previous orders, but still better than most Kebab take outs on just eats

Food always excellent, but ordered for 7pm as a family member was due home at 7pm. I asked for it to be delivered at 7pm but came at 6.30pm. Wouldn’t have been a problem usually but only because family member was home at 7pm so had to re-warm.. Food is always excellent.

Whilst there was a delay (20mins late) the food arrived hot and well packaged. The food it self was great, big portions, good quality lamb and I like the way the salad was packaged separately (it was also fresh and good sized) The chip were fantastic, not oven fries but proper hand cut man chips. Nice sized portions ( I’m a big hungry man) totally satisfying Best kebab I’ve eaten in ages 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Ordered from Beckenham charcoal grill last night, fantastic food! Very efficient service and staff. Food fresh and chicken shish very very tasty. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for their next kebab.

Kebab meat was a little burnt in some areas and although I asked for salad, when I got home and opened it, there was just meat! 😕

Absolute disappointment in the level of service and the quality of food! Waited over 90mins and my order was missing items!!!

How a kebab can take over an hour for delivery is beyond me. The amount of salad was very poor compared to buying in the shop. Disappointed.

Stumbled across this place. Really pleased I did. Food was lovely and so were the staff. Will definitely order again.

The food is always very nice, we have not had a bad meal. However recently, there is always usually something missing - whether it be a salad for a kebab or a pot of sauce. Delivery now takes just under two hours each time, a phone call always needs to be made to chase. It seems that the restaurant is taking on too much work which means they are unfortunately losing their quality of service. It's a shame cause the food is very nice, but sadly the delivery times and quality of service seems to have gone down hill.

Either Just Eat or the shop didn’t give the driver the delivery instructions I gave and he had to ring me because he went to the wrong building. Also I rang them to tell them I was allergic to chilli due to my disability but Tye sent 5 while chillis in my salad box as well as sending a pot of chilli sauce as well as the pot of garlic sauce I chose because of how chilli effects me. So I was forced to throw the salad away and both pots of sauce and just ate the box of meat

I ordered a burger and a chicken kebab wrap. The burger was good, the wrap was just cardboard no sauce, no salad nothing but a dry tortilla and the driest meat ever.

Been waiting 45 mins after time they said and it is still not even here. Not happy.
