My cheesy chips came cold wet and soggy just like something else soggy 🔽 The cheese is hard clumped like a dried burp 😵‍💫

Fuimos a tomar cócteles para celebrar despedida de soltera y no nos pudieron servir! Esperé más de media hora cuando todos los demás estaban siendo servidos. Un tipo, con cola de caballo estaba haciendo todo lo posible. Dos miembros del personal vinieron a ayudar, no preguntaron quién era el siguiente y fueron directamente a la izquierda. Si es Happy hour pon más personal o al menos personal capaz.

Stayed at hotel for 2 nights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately evening meals weren't available, but that wasn't too bad as the staff did advise on takeaways etc. Apartment was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend and we hope to visit again.

Came here for Sunday Lunch and the food was great, it is quite local to me so been here before for drinks and always found it to be welcoming and a good atmosphere but first time here for food and I was impressed! WIll definitley be back in future!

Ordered £35 worth of food. Told after 20 minutes they couldn’t deliver and that the refund would be 3-5 days. What!!!! Can’t afford to give you money for nothing.

Las albóndigas de patata (Cepelinai) era realmente delicioso, las dos piezas pueden ser pesado de digerir. La sopa de gemas rosadas también sabía bien y se mezcla muy bien cuando se come con papas bebé de hierbas de ajo. Y por último, probé el postre “Lazy boy”, cuyo nivel de dulzor está bien equilibrado. En general, el ambiente es muy oriental - europeo de hecho y lo recomendaría para aquellos que quieran probar este tipo de cocina

Comfortable seating area. Was unable to order from main restaurant menu if I wanted to sit at the more appropriate tables for working. Quite over priced. Weirdly a few guys served after me had burgers and things from the main menu in the bar area even though I specifically asked and was told no. Maybe a case of members treatment

Food inedible, we ordered sourdough bread with olive oil and balsamic as nibbles. We were given garlic bread, when we asked if we could just have what we ordered we were treated like we had two heads. My husband and so had burgers, which were ok but my chicken with balsamic glaze was appalling. The chicken was burnt and the glaze was bitter. When I said I couldn’t eat it, they offered to cook me a new one, which I declined. Then after they spoke to the chef, he said that is how it is supposed to be cooked. The dado rail was filthy and the fire safety certificate was thick with dust. It was unsurprising that takeaways were being delivered to the hotel every few minutes. Avoid at all costs.

Acogedor, caro, atendido por personal poco atento que presentaba una imagen muy desaliñada. No en un lugar que encaje con el ethos y la vibra de la zona

We are walking some of the coast to coast and are staying at the Black Swan. We realised too late that the information we received from our travel agent about this restaurant was outdated. It used to be a creative dining experience, but now it is pretty terrible pub food . look elsewhere.

Hice un pedido en línea el 7 de junio, pero no lo recibí. Pagó 35 y nada. Le pregunté al propietario qué pasó y después de unos días me dijeron que no tenían el pedido. Después de comprobarlo me dijeron que el pedido llegaría hoy, 20 de junio. Y no fue así. Intenté ponerme en contacto con el lugar y el propietario y no hubo respuesta. Han pasado 13 días desde que hice el pedido. No se recibió ninguna explicación. No se recibió ningún pedido. ¡Mala imagen del pueblo portugués! ¡No recomiendo este lugar para nada!

We went for the Christmas Day buffet. Really looking forward to this, having been to the Kensington Forum Holiday Inn previously for many years. We had high expectations. So when we arrived in very opulent settings; we felt we made the right choice.... And then we arrived at the buffet. After 20 minutes we were seated at our table and had easy access to the buffet. Or rather what was left of it. When I say buffet. I mean the left over on hot plates. When I say hot, I mean luke warm. Or the in the case of the Christmas pudding, I mean stone cold. We just hoped they would replenish the food after a while. No fresh food, not even a bread role after 1 hour... In fact they where closing the buffet down after 90 minutes. So we just left hungry. Our Christmas day was ruined. We later complained to management and they said we were mistaken and made it all up. Well I invite to see the photos of the buffet and see if you think it was worth £60 a head. My advise, don't bother . Plenty of other nice local restaurants in Kensington and despite all the online advert claiming to be the new Caribbean experience. It is not. Save you money. Go somewhere nice . Go somewhere they don't accuse you of lies.
