The pizza was stone cold and very late to get to me. I called the Resturant and they wouldn’t replace for a hot pizza or give me a refund. AVOID

This place use to be really good BUT nowadays they are shocking. We had our order cancelled after an hour of waiting no explanation again! AVOID

Food turned up quickly and hot. Not the cheepest but things are expensive now I get it. But for sheish keababs don't go their leather boots I'd normally say clarks but these guys give them a run for their money. It's 2 days later and I'm still chewing the meat. Salad is OK and pittter good but. So veagens knock yourself out but if you eat meat make shure your on denplan. Even phoned to tell them and they hung up. Maybe if you hung your meat one could eat it!!

I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A 0 IF I COULD. Placed order on just eat 11ish on Monday Evening ! order didn’t arrive after saying on the app it did !!! We called the shop at 11:57pm to ask where it is. The shop didn’t answer till 00:02am after they had closed. When answered man was very rude and told us to not call AGAIN. #NEVERAGAIN :((((((

1st time order here and had to wait 1hr and 25mins to receive 1x burger and 1x pizza (I’m a 5min drive up the road)The food was stone cold and the pizza was a vegetable pizza instead of pepperoni pizza which I ordered. Had been trying to ring the shop to speak to someone for 35mins but kept saying user busy. Will not be using them again or recommending them!

Horrible chips I ever had.Heavily reused oil causing bitterness in chips . Complete portion went to bin .Kebab also not good it was oily as well.

Ordered from this place many many times over the past few years, was always great food. However now decides we are too far away to order but wasn't an issue the many times we've ordered previously. Will now have to find a new kebab shop to be our favourite. Shows as available to order on all apps, but store then cancel order with no reason.

Ordered a mixed kebab and a cheese burger both delivered within reasonable time schedule.While eating our meals ironically we both found hairs in both of our meals and my wifes actually looked like a pubic hair in her cheese burger,she had only just started eating her meal aswelll.Within a few minutes to our astonishment while eating my mixed kebab i saw a few hairs in my meal this totally spoilt our meals and we lost appetite.why arent hair nets and disposable gloves worn?? if they were they didnt do their job.Very dissapointed big time will never use these again.

Had a discount code on Just Eat, used it went through and suddenly the restaurant cancelled it saying not enough delivery drivers. Second time this has happened BUT only happens when a discount code is used. WONT be reusing them

If u complain about your order being wrong or incomplete they r rude to you no matter how long u have used them for (years) and then when try to order from them again they reject your order. Must lose a lot of business if they r running it like that

Lovely food, it went downhill when new people took over, good was over done and slap dash. Also six months ago I had a member of staff be rude to me saying they don't offer collection or take away which was odd, a delivery driver had to remind him they did as he was waving me away?! I think he's gone now though and it's all good there again 😊

Ordered 2 meals , not told how long wait was for delivery, after an hour tried calling but repeatedly failed to answer phone , when food turned up 1.5 hrs after ordering it was barely warm , won’t bother using them again !

Ordered 4 meals tonight only to receive 3, caked to find out where the 4th meal was to be told 'oh yeah that was the hotdog meal init?we ran out of hotdogs so I'll just refund you now for that init.I tried to call you but got no answer' when asked why the delivery driver didn't make us aware then of the missing meal instead of just handing me the bag and walking off the reply was 'well I did try to contact you to let you know so I'll just refund you now yeah?' Seems they are under new management but we won't be using them again,zero customer service although the food was nice.

Have had several deliveries from this establishment, the last 3 all required phone calls after delivery to complain. Incorrect delivery, cold food, wrong salad, lack of extras, ..... The food itself is good, always has been, just get it right! Send what was ordered, make sure it’s still hot! I won’t be using them again, they know this, they were told each time, get it right this time please, poor.

Was informed under new management wasn't aware of this place previously but got a flyer through the door I ordered over the counter and I was happy good portion fresh overall left happy

new managment ?....bring back the old !!. second time they have messed up the order, first time wrong kebab, this time we got wrong pizza and the iskender kebab was awful. no yoghurt and they slapped salad on top of what can only be described as chilli flavoured gravy. ...yeah just imagine..yuck ! ordered online and asked for delivery at 6.30pm, after looking at our order tracking we phoned to make sure it was not gonna be delivered too soon, they said it would be 30 mins..NO !!! 6.30 please, ok we will deliver then....6.10 it was delivered and i wasnt even home. absolute trash, dont bother thinking about this place now, it was always good untill the change of ownership....not now !

Have previously raved about this place but the last 2 times it’s gone downhill badly. Donna meat is now tasteless, reduced amount of salad and humus, and forgot to bring us pitta bread, needs to improve quickly or I will go elsewhere. Ipswich has plenty to try.

Me and my partner ordered from favourite grill after we stopped going to another kebab shop , I ordered online which was easy but waited an hour for food but when it arrived it was good , nice fresh salad to go with meat, would order again.

Ordered 2x mixed kebabs on a Saturday night treat, I enjoyed the salad and kebab, delivery was nearly an hour but happy with food, would order again.

Don’t normally leave a review but felt I had to this time. Now normally I would have given this place 5 stars it’s always been pretty good. However tonight I have had to throw a whole pizza away! My husbands was just fine and my daughters food was good (needed heating up but good) my pizza however was cold and tasted funny like something was off....now it’s in the bin after just one bite. Pretty sad tbh as as I said this place is normally really good.

Me and my partner love kebabs and we tend to go for the extra large mixed kebab which is fine for 2 people. It is always very tasty, I would say the best tasting take away in town. It has had a bad time of it in the passed but have put that behind them now and I would say if you have not tried them before please do you will not be disappointed 5 stars 🌟

I ordered my food and everthing but the pizza was ordered well before the estimated time. My hubby called to say there was no pizza. We then waited an hour to receive a stone cold pizza. I am so annoyed and will never order again.

Terrible service. Late, late, late. With so much competition in the town, you can not afford to be late (especially by 1hour!) . We will be using another company from now on

Despite the restaurant adding time to our order upon confirmation it was nearly 45mins late. The kebads were luke warm at best, the chips were soggy and cold. The salad with the kebabs was basically just onion. When the delivery driver was asked about the delay, no apology was given just mumbled about being busy. Overall an absolutely appalling experience.

I love Favourite Grill, I literally wont order from anywhere else apart from here. There was one time it was late but always hot and tasty and on time. But that was one time, the rest of the time it’s always before or on time.

Absolutely disgraceful. Over 2 hours since ordered the food! I want my money back. The takeaway isnt answering the call either.

Food looked and tasted as if it had been reheated several times throughout the day . Severely disappointed with my meal this time last time I ordered from here I got lovely cuts of Sheesh and a tiny bit of crappy Donner at the bottom this time all the meat looked reheated and it had been stacked with horrible lamb Donner that was inedible. No Sheesh in site

Food was tasty came with 2 pitas which was a nice surprise didn't enjoy the lamb Donna found it a bit greasy but don't particularly enjoy lamb Donna from any kebab so.

I checked the app and it said that our food had been delivered at 18:05 so I rung the restaurant and they said it was on route and would be with us shortly - it then arrived 15 minutes later.

Have ordered from here a few times. Usually get either a pizza, a standard kebab or a burger. Pizzas are actually really good, No stuffed crust which is a shame but otherwise would eat over a dominos. Portion sizes are big and great value for money. Sometimes kebab places give you ridiculous amounts of filler but this genuinely feels worth the price. Excellent

This kebab shop was recommended to me. I tried it tonight and it was lovley, good value for money and the chicken doner was very tender. The chilli sauce is top notch. The delivery driver was very friendly. I'll be back again soon.

Favourite Grill got my pizza order wrong and my partner's kebab was almost cold when it arrived. I have ordered the same pizza from Favourite Grill several times, but last night they got it wrong. I specifically ask them to remove onions and mushrooms from my pizza as the taste puts me off my food. Instead of being able to enjoy my meal I had to spend most of my time picking it apart. I hadn't eaten all day, so I was really looking forward to it too.

We regularly order from here and is usually v good, but this time the food was cold , and they missed items from our order. I will give them another chance though.
