Ordered twice from PFK last night. The food never turned up on both occasions! The drivers don’t know where they are going so they just leave the food in there car to eat and say it’s been delivered. Shocking service. If you can’t follow a Sat nav then maybe get drivers that know how too. 2 lots of food your drivers ate for nothing as I got a refund both times.

Just your average takeaway kebab shop really. Nothing special. Average prices. Average service (although a little slow) and the doner meat was (disappointingly) dry and slightly crisp.

Horrible experience! Ordered food on Saturday and it's arrived next day! Shocking. Rang up PFK Kebabs asked for refund. They said will come back to me but never did! So basically I been left with no food and mone. Absolutely disgusting place

Very very poor, food turned up cold and salad in kebab was tiny…. Was told that they would not do anything as the traffic was busy…. Will never use again and would advise other to go elsewhere.

Ordered a large pizza. I am disabled and they brought it to my car parked outside. Pizza was hot, fresh and delicious and a fair price. Great customer service also. Highly recommend!

Kebab: I like it, probably not the best if you are a kebab expert. Personally I prefer the way that german kebabs meat taste, but it's a nice alternative and not overpriced. Loving the chicken though. Simple fast food, recommended. Pizza: well-loaded with tasty ingredients, and the crust was perfectly crispy and uniformly cooked without being too oily. While I did find it a bit too salty for my personal taste, it was still incredibly flavorful and satisfying. The only aspect that could be improved was the mozzarella cheese, which seemed a bit too industrialized for my liking. However, this didn't detract from the overall quality of the pizza, and the price and speed make this pizzeria a fantastic option for a quick and tasty meal. Overall, I highly recommend this pizzeria to anyone looking for a delicious, well-loaded pizza at an affordable price. I can't wait to go back and try more flavors and recommend it to my friends and family.

Was sent the complete wrong pizza , I’m allergic to onions and my pizza was full of it, I spent £12 on this last night I haven’t touched it! So if could replace it great or even money back great if not I won’t use this place again I’m a regular and normal it’s perfect !

When we received the food it was cold. Phoned to complain but told we have to contact Just Eat because that’s who we ordered through. So talk about pass the buck

Portions are small for the price since when does an XL chicken donner fit in a pitta, XL fits in the box alone

Very poor and disappointing wrap, will never eat here again. Chicken was anaemic, the lamb was chewy, where’s the red cabbage (?) and the wrap was soggy. Two large wraps was £19.80 and they only take cash, it’s 2022.

I use to order from here often, however we stopped a month ago due to it becoming very greasy leaving us feeling unwell, tonight we decided to give it another try and here we are again both feeling very unwell due to it being over cooked and extremely greasy, will never be ordering again!!

Not happy had a dodgy box opened it and it went all over the floor and had bones in kebab disgusting

Love this place but todays food was poor. Particularly the pizza which was so over cooked it was dry and flavourless. Burger buns were hard but edible. Pizza was the biggest let down, simply inedible and thrown away.

Firstly had couple of kebabs from here all absolutely fantastic you’ll not get a better kebab than this in Ipswich highly recommend this shop Unfortunately just eat are prone to employing foreigners who can’t speak English or work a phone and rude due to this which is were it goes wrong rude ignorant delivery woman due to this won’t be ordering from here again pick your own food up great kebab shop don’t Oder delivery from just eat someone else will get ya food or you’ll end up in an argument with a non English speaking foreigner 👎

First time we've ordered and the food was nice, maybe a bit pricey but my only problem was the time it took to get our food from ordering which was almost 2hrs. Staff informed us there was a lack of drivers. Will order again from here, just hope it's quicker.

The kebab was OK but the chicken was like trying to eat a rock! I thought I was going to chip a tooth and ended up throwing half of it away.

We waited over 2 hours for our food, after hearing their explanation we weren’t so fussed about the wait. There were many ways round the situation. The customer service however was disgusting, not an apology or anything and when we mentioned that he said ‘well the driver can apologise when he gets there’ didn’t happen. Overall very rude and not customer friendly at all. Food however was nice! But very disappointed with the customer service! Manners go a long way.

Normally a decent meal from here but the chips last night were in edible and tainted the whole meal. they had been fried so much there was barely any potato in the middle and felt like you were just eating oil! Chicken donner wrap was good, chicken donner roll could do with more meat and less salad but was ok.
