The food was good put not perfect The service was good but not perfect like what I thought ,the employees wasn’t with trolley it’s not sequences of service I think you should have trolley’s to remove the dishes uniforms for employees

Dear team, My partner and I came from London to check your place out. We booked online and provided card details for lunch on the terrace. In the booking we wrote to please seat us close to the water and also called the restaurant to make sure this was the case. When we arrived upstairs, we were greeting by a very unwelcoming “KIERA” who wanted to seat us inside. I kindly pushed back on this suggestion to which Kiera responded “well we have lots of people waiting to go on the terrace”. This naturally infuriated us however another lady who was at reception went to check the terrace whilst Kiera was being very stand off ish. The other lady immediately seated us outside where we had booked to sit! This put a very very bad taste in our mouths. As we enjoyed the view, great choice of drinks and tapas style food, we watched Kiera interact with the staff which she openly did in a rude manor. We gather that Kiera is the terrace manager however as often diners out, having received excellent service from other establishments close by, we must write to you to express our sheer sadness that Kiera soured our experience. I understand that it was hot and busy however this is not how a manager should treat paying customers, far less the staff, not to mention outwardly conducting herself in an unwelcoming way! None the less, we enjoyed our visit and hope you have a rethink about staffing going forwards. Saffron served our table and was impeccable!

Rockwater is a beautiful venue in a fabulous position and I’d enjoyed drinks and snacks on the seafront bar before. Today I went for lunch on my way to the beach. Alas the service was terrible. Due to staff shortages in the kitchen they were only serving pizzas , which was no real problem so I sat down. 1.5 hours later plus five requests to know what was happening, the pizza finally arrived. By then my cold wine was lukewarm so they replaced it and gave me a refund on the pizza. Every time I had inquired, the very nice manager went to chase the order and was told mine was next - a clear lie. Then they said they’d lost the order ticket. A shambles. The next table was occupied by five ladies hoping for lunch . After nearly two hours and an eventual apology that their order had been lost, they ended up with a single pizza and a full refund. This place needs to sort this out - the FOH staff are numerous, sweet and anxious to help but clueless and all extremely young ( and presumably cheap). I felt sorry for them, but having paid £9 for the glass of wine alone I felt sorrier for myself and the rest of the similarly afflicted clientele. If they couldn’t cope they should have shut the kitchen instead of agreeing to serve us but then leaving us all hungry and angry.

The first time we went the upper terrace was only 50% full and we had a very enjoyable lunch. The second time we went it was completely full and I could not hear a word my husband was saying - ended up with a bad headache! Service is patchy - coffee was cold by the time it got to us - one waitress seemed to spend her time sashaying up and down the restaurant tossing her hair and doing nothing. I waited table for eight years and the clue to good service is to clear the table every time you bring something new that means a continuous flow of food and drinks. Great idea, great setting, organization and service leave something to be rectified. Will not return in a hurry.

Sadly had a very disappointing experience today. Booked ahead for a lunch and requested a child seat, which was never picked up or addressed. Although they welcome children for dining, we had to make do with the buggy by the table. The service was below average from the beginning. After we got shown to our table we were pretty much forgotten about. When our orders were eventually taken, the waitress had to look at the menu items by pointing them out (ordered the roasted hake fillet and chargrilled steak) clearly not knowing the menu at all. She didn’t even ask how I’d like the steak done, which was needless to say, overdone. I’m being generous here; our food arrived in less than 10 minutes, which would be a plus, but it was clear that the steak was grilled a little while ago and was simply reheated. No wonder it could never come near medium rare. The cut was full of sinew and gristles and was bone dry. I guess serving it with a steak knife wouldn’t have helped matters, but that option was not on the table (quite literally) During our meal we were never approached by anyone asking how the meal was. It was so bad, we were left with our plates in front of us even when it was clear we were done. When we finally had the waitress come over we just asked for the bill. Ended up paying over our dirty plates, so when she asked if we’d like anything else we naturally declined. Although the tip was added as optional charge, there was no such option. The final amount did include the table service and to add insult to injury I was asked if I wanted to pay another tip on the card terminal too. We were very disappointed with our meal and service. Sadly. Evidently, a lot has gone into the decor and the concept. The delivery did not follow.

I cancelled my booking because of the bad reviews and I am still waiting for my £60 deposit back. I cancelled in plenty of time and after repeated phone calls and emails no money back . Not happy Rockwater !

Had a table booked for 1.30pm downstairs which is more like pub dining, but asked the waitress if we could move to the upper level to for a more refined experience. All staff were very accommodating and pleasant at all times. We ordered a bottle of French wine and three sharing plates. Food was stunning. Well presented, colourful and fresh. The fusion of flavours was incredible. Dessert was slightly disappointing, we ordered a Berry Cheesecake which had too much gelatine in. We told the waitress and she said it was Vegan. So hopefully that will now be explained to future diners when ordering. We finished with coffee which was lovely and then we seated ourselves outside on the veranda to catch some much needed sunshine. Pure bliss. A wonderful setting and we will hopefully be back soon. Thankyou to all the staff and chef for making our experience one to remember.

My friend and I both ordered the lobster thermidor as a treat and we were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately it did not stand up to our expectations. The lobster was fresh and tasty but it was covered in a sauce which resembled wallpaper paste. The salad with purple potatoes was not very nice and the bread was stale as far as I was concerned. The staff were lovely, untrained and there were many mistakes made before the bill came and we were charged £90 for two glasses of sparkling wine. We did not complain as what is the point? It is not their fault. The management need to up their game and train the staff and chefs. It was totally appalling in every way.

We were excited to visit Rockwater. The position is fantastic, but 90 minutes after ordering several small plates, not a single plate of food had arrived. We eventually gave up, paid for our wine and left. The waiting staff were very apologetic, but something's definitely not right. This should be a marvellous addition to the Hove dining scene but it needs to get it's act together.

The setting is impressive, I sat outside on the prom/seafront seating so not in the venue itself. The seating was wet and no padding .. asked for it ..it was dirty ! Staff were lovely and friendly and helpful ... but very poorly trained and inexperienced ( all students) - understandable given the situation with pandemic but really, really evident no training as far as menu concerned at all. Not acceptable given hype over new look and launch. Food was less than mediocre ... aside the pizza which was basic but good. The smoked salmon bagel wasn't toasted!!??, the hot dog was 'fairground' at best and nothing arrived together and we had to shout and beckon our order as it aimlessly wandered past us ...and then staff tried to redeliver it again and then again within the hour we were there!. Overall - totally underwhelmed considering new venue and moreso disappointed to hear management treat largely teenage staff like dirt. No training, angry and alleged bullying management. This is firsthand feedback. I hope inside is better experience but gather the food still not great. SORT IT OUT and most importantly you've hired some lovely young people ..train them, value them and DO NOT mistreat them. NOT COOL .

Good drinks, nice views and friendly staff! Everything seemingly cooked à la minute so that may explain the odd delays that some customers are reporting here. But all of our small plates were well-presented, very tasty and served broadly together. The meat and fish cookery were especially excellent (beef and hake respectively). And with the reservation and booking aspects, a Diane on email was particularly patient, helpful and accommodating!

We are Brighton locals and visited on a Tuesday night and had a beautiful table on the sun terrace. We started our evening with a beautiful cocktail which was delicious (pomegranate spritz). The sun terrace offer seafood style tapas (small plates) which were a little pricey but worth the cost as the dishes were AMAZING!! My only disappoint with the food were the desserts - they did not stand up to the quality of the rest of the meal - I would assume they are bought in?! The main issue we had was the service - it was poor!! For example, we ordered wine with our meal but they left our empty cocktail glasses on our table all evening - it’s a small table!! We also had to ask for everything - menus, to order, dessert menu there was no attention to our table and honestly it wasn’t that busy!! The staff all seemed young and inexperienced and there was no sense of leadership!! We then went for a drink in the bar downstairs to finish the evening - again the setting was awesome and you can really tell that money has been spent on the decor. You have to use an app to look at the menu (normal for these days) unfortunately our phones were not picking the menus up but the waitress came and took our order. Whilst we were enjoying our drinks another couple came in who must have been early 60s who were also struggling with the app. We go talking and found out they were locals having an evening stroll after their dinner - the waitress never returned to take their order and after 25 minutes they left - if the Rockwater is going to survive it needs to look after it’s locals better. We also had to ask for our bill 3 times. Again service was not great! The Rockwater is pricing itself in the same region as other top quality restaurants in Brighton and it could be a great dining experience. However, it needs to brush up on some areas to make me want to return and spend the money. I would choose other restaurants over the Rockwater at the price I am paying.

Just got back from a fab lunch at Rockwater. Great atmosphere and the food was just enough and the wine and cocktails were great. The young lady who served us was brilliant (Grace) nothing too much trouble and just the right mix of attentiveness but not pushy. Very professional and was so helpful and chatty and made the experience really enjoyable.. Will defo make it our 'local' and look forward to sunny days on Hove seafront soon. Well done Grace and the team!!

Having heard a lot of mixed reviews about the restaurant, we decided to try just having a drink in The Lodge at the back. I asked for a drinks menu, only to be told that the menu is on the app (which fortunately I had to hand) - not very classy. We ordered two medium glasses of wine and asked for some nibbles. At this stage we were told that there are no nibbles in this section currently and we needed to understand the concept which is one of 3x different areas each with a different aim! A quiet drink with basic tapas would be perfect (and one which many other venues seem perfectly able to contemplate and deliver). Final shock was the bill. The wine was not the price shown on the app (but apparently I hadn't looked properly and I needed to look at the "customised" price, the one immediately obvious being the 125 ml). On top of that I was charged a service charge (thought the Govt were discouraging this to prevent people getting up and wandering to the bar during Covid?). I just don't expect to be charged service for a glass of wine. Let's just say it's the most expensive like for like glass of wine I've had in Brighton. But maybe as a local working locally I'm not their target market . On the upside, the location was very relaxing and the staff friendly. But it really seems to be a case of fitting into the concept rather than the concept listening to what customers want. Think I'll leave it a while to settle before returning and hope the gimmicks die down.

Popped down in the morning at 11am, staff where great and lovely setting on the beach. Just me, mrs and little one, they coffee was good, we had the sausage and egg bap and pastries which where all fresh and very good quality, i asked for it without egg and they doubled the sausage without asking. It was very reasonably priced and would recommend.

My wife and I have just returned from lunch at Rockwater and would highly recommend it. We sat on the roof terrace. Great views over the sea, tasty tapas style small plates and fantastic friendly service. I will certainly return.

I visited with my elderly Mother and daughter in law on the 3rd May around 4pm. I was surprised there was no lift to gain entry to the upstairs. My mother struggles with her breathing so had to take one step at a time. We were seated and the view was beautiful and tastefully decorated. We only ordered some drinks. On leaving we asked where the disabled toilet was , we were told it was on the way out which was fne. On finding the toilet the door was locked , after waiting for a member of staff to open the door we were then told by someone else that the pipes haven't been connected so we had to use the normal toilets which were down 2 flghts of stairs, going down wasn't a problem so much it was walking back up , as again no lift for disabled people. This did ruin our visit here, as it is a beautiful place. I was under the impression you could not open without disabled access???

Rockwater has many food offerings from the beach shacks fo take away, the terrace for our burgers and pizzas and the Roof Terrace for that special experience. Last summer we had tried out the beach shacks and were a little disappointed with our over priced warm wine served in plastic glasses but having heard lots of good thinks about the Roof Terrace we wanted to try it out and we were not disappointed. We went on a Saturday for lunch and got a walk in with no wait. The member of staff showing us to our table was super friendly and telling us all about the Rockwater offering. Upon reaching the Roof Terrace it does have the wow factor with the decor being elegant and stylish without being over the top.The menu is based on small plates and everything we ordered was delicious and beautifully presented. The drinks menu was extensive and the cocktails coming out looked lovely, my only grip was I ordered a glass of wine for £8.70 a NZ Sauv Blanc (bottle was £26), we were brought a glass that barely had two sips in, when I questioned it the waitress said that it was a small but could see that it did not look right. I pointed out on the menu there is only one size and she changed it to a larger glass but we were charged £11 - this is isn't clear on the menu and something they need to sort out. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, it is good to see they have employed local young staff but they would benefit from some training on the food and wine offering.Overall def worth a visit, it's not cheap but the food, environment and view are worth it for a special occasion.

We visited Rockwater on a sunny Sunday late afternoon:evening, seated on the beautiful roof terrace. The service was just as wonderful as the food - the Oysters are delicious! Staff are friendly and very attentive, Jaoaud was very welcoming, patient and helpful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I’d really recommend Rockwater for its vibrant and all inclusive atmosphere, perfect views and delightful dining experience. Nicola Law

We visited here for the first time this weekend and what a great venue it is. The standard of the furnishings and finish are first class with amazing views, it's such a shame that the food and service didn't match up.We were greeted on arrival and welcomed which was all good and then shown to our table. Our table was in the shade and it was a bit cold so we asked if it would be possible to move to one in the sun. Our waiter said I doubt it but I will see what I can do. There were many empty tables at this time but he clearly had no intention of moving us as he just carried on what he was doing. We were given menus and then waited nearly 30 minutes before anyone took our drinks order despite trying to catch the staffs attention several times. Once ordered the drinks came in dribs and drabs and we had to re ask for some which had been forgotten. The breakfast menu is small but they food we ordered came reasonably quickly. It was pretty average and a bit overpriced for what we received. There were plenty of staff but they were not very attentive, we had to ask for plates and cups to be cleared. On one occasion the waiter moved empty cups and plates to put a cup down and then walked away with out taking any of them away!Hopefully things will improve on the service front as this really is a great venue but at the moment the service lets it down badly.

Brilliant food and quickly delivered. It was a great pleasure to buy from this restaurant and the meal was delicious.

Absolutely vile, Frankfurt sausage tasted very cheap and was very cold, the chips are vile. Never will I order from here again.

No. Just don't do it, pal. WAY too expensive for a tiny shrivelled up hot dog in a stale broken bun rattling about in a fancy box. Vanilla pod gourmet milkshake etc?? Its plain ice cream and a bit of milk. Dont be fooled.

Am a local and regularly used to go here. Haven't been for a few months and popped in for a drink & cake on a recent walk. Cake selection was dire and drinks cold. Sat in the downstairs dog friendly zone and window sills dirty with layers of dust, cobwebs & dead flies. So dissapointed as has so much potential and in prime location. Prices have gone up but service and offering have gone down

Massively over priced beyond belief. You’d think it would be some kind of hotdog for £7.95, but it was no better than boiling a tinned hotdog and stocking it on a bun with cheese yourself. No exaggeration. I’d pay £2 for one tops. As for the chocolate brownie for £2.80, it was about the size of a square you pick off of a Cadbury’s chocolate bar. I don’t recommend them at all.

I always order from u guys and ur food is outstanding but this time the chips wernt fresh they looked like they were from the night before also i paid for garlic mayo and i didnt receive it and my hotdog was cold... im a chef my self and i wouldnt even think of surving people low standard food when you just run after money and profit youll lose alot of customers which will lead you guys to shut down. I hope youre food standard stays excellent as always money will come if youre customers are satisfied im speaking on behalf of my self and who ever is unsatisfied by youre services many thanks.

Thought it would be nice to have breakfast near the beach before Autumn starts. Plentiful breakfast but expensive. Couldn’t eat it all -so if you like a big breakfast and don’t mind paying about £12 for it (without a drink) - go for it. I don’t need so much and so will go elsewhere in futureGood beach location

I ordered my meal at 17.30ish and my estimated delivery time was 18.20, my food didn’t arrive until 18.55.. an hour and 25 minutes to deliver a hot dog and Mac n cheese bites. What made it worse was the fact it was cold & needed to be heated up. Apart from that it was a nice meal. The good thing I will say is that the restaurant were kind enough to phone me to let me know a certain item was sold out & asked what I would have preferred instead of just giving me any old thing.

First visit, its a lovely spot, Burger was over-priced for nothing special so you would hope the service would be good. Instead we got an arrogant individual called James who just added to our disappointment with the visit. His poor attitude made sure we won't go again, nasty.

I'm very sorry Steve (manager/owner). I had our wedding reception here, downstairs, if it wasn't for our family and friends we would have been really disappointed with this function room for us. The catering wasn't what we asked for ,try too soften the blow with free pizza and chip's. We paid over £400.00 for catering and Staff!! Couldn't find anyone.Could have done a better job myself for the catering. He's a lovely bloke Steve, but can't run pub and function room on you're own. But the food that did arrive was ok , but NOT what we paid for. DISAPPOINTED

Ordered two hotdogs and chips. Chips didn’t arrive and the hotdogs were stone cold. Once we’d heated them up they were completely delicious. Very disappointed with the service though.

The meal took an hour to arrive but they were amongst the only food vendors open at 1am on Sunday night and I'm going to assume they were tremendously busy. The hotdog packaging was robust and kept the hotdogs very safe. The hotdogs were not made of pig but I think they were made of beef, and they were advertised as frankfurters but they were not frankfurters. They did not taste good and I regretted spending £20 on hotdogs and a milkshake, that did not taste good. But the delivery guy made me laugh which is great because I waited for an hour for those hotdogs and if he didn't make me laugh it'd probably have been a really weird social exchange.

Today was a cold windy summer day. We dashed in for some reprieve, it was desserted. Paid £9.80 for two portions of chips with cheap single packets of terrible mayonnaise and ketchup. Such a rip off and so disappointing. New name, rip off prices,poor service. Given that it's the school hols and in an awesome location this place has missed on all fronts. Will avoid at all costs.

I’ve been here before and thought it would be good to visit again. Wrong! £35 for a burger and chips, chips and onion rings and 2 beers. The chips were small portions and tasted like overnight chips. Onion rings similar, probably about 8 onion rings. Both items were £5 each.The burger and chips were similarly awful. Dry bun with a small chewy burger, a blob of blue cheese on the top and again oven chips. Oh and don’t forget the pickle that was the size of my little finger. Seriously there is no excuse for this level of food. Get a frier, use better chips and onion rings and Care a little about what goes out the door. The only good thing was the ice cream on the way back, and that wasn’t from here.Avoid!

It is not the first time I order here, usually the food is not bad, but this time I didn't like it at all. the bread was not fresh, it seemed minimal the day before. the secret of a good hot dog is fresh and soft bread, it was not at all, it was scorched and hard...never again

food arrives early but is wrong so pointless rushing it out the door if its not what customer wanted. on this occasion I paid £1 for additional toppings which were not included on the item. gace them the benefit of the doubt on that occasion but having just reordered and getting my order messed up again i wont bother with these guys again. its a rip off

yet again the food is early (because they purposefully quote you an hours time regardless of if its busy or not and beimg suposedly 5mins distance from my address) and yet again it is pointless that its early because its wrong. wrong toppings, meat sausage instead of veggie 1 so its inedible. rang vendor to explain and they dont even offer to send new item they just palmed me of on the justeat refund call line so then im left taking photos of a hotdog im about to chuck in the bin cause i cant eat it and a small box of oven chips which have ended up costing basically £5.75 and taken half hour to get to me. i could have just gone to the chippie over th road if Id just wanted chips for my dinner and saved myself time and money. I only ordered from here to treat myself after a crappy day and these guys just added an inedible cherry on the top of a crappy day sundae. 2nd time this place gets my order wrong and both times I only had 2 items ordered so its not like its complicated. I wont order from here again its not worth it... only good thing about it is that it gives me hope that any idiot with not even basic catering or hospitality experience or customer service ability (or just ability to read 2 menu items even) can run a business in this country so at least there is hope for anyone who is doubting their future career possibilities.

The food tasted nice but it was cold when it arrived. The delivery man also didn’t deliver the food to our door. I had to come out of my building and meet him across the road.

This place could be incredible and I get frustrated at how bad they can be. The que is always huge. Running out of everytime all the time - surely you plan for busy sunny weekends etc but every time there’s something gone. To my shock today a quick meal seemed to come to a lot more than I remembered... then it came to me the menu was smaller. Quick check online & the normal menu was there. This menu from today was half the size with a lot higher prices. On the normal menu a cheese burger is £5.50 to add chips is £3.70 coming too £9.20. Today we paid £16.90 for the same thing plus 3 tiny onion rings, and the chips were v undercooked and half the size of a normal portion! This place has the most prime location but it clearly taking advantage of this. Management - ways to keep customers don’t up your prices!!!!

Been here plenty of times on a normal evening and the food has always been pleasant and its a great place to sit and enjoy the sea view. However, we went there today (Bank Holiday Monday) and not only had they run out of the majority of vegetarian options but they had also simplified the menu and dramatically increased the price of all of the items on the menu. I can understand a small increase for drinks etc but an £8.50 burger had doubled in price. Worse still the pizza was really sub-standard and was essentially a frozen margarita or pepperoni pizza (you could add toppings) which was very greasy and no where near the standard of the usual pizzas. Such a shame the management took the decision to blatantly rip off local customers. At least be clever enough to take the normal menu off your website so we wont see just how blatant this decision was. We certainly won't go back there for another Bank Holiday.

The View, or The Venue, as it's now called, used to be an OK destination selling decent food in a great location. Management clearly decided that having a beachfront monopoly was sufficient justification for inexplicably doubling their prices. The food's the same, the building is untouched, but if you want a BBQ burger with a side of chips, you'll need to hand over the best part of £23 (previously £11). A margherita pizza - £15 (previously £8.50). I come here a lot as its at the end of my street, but at these prices I doubt I'll be eating here again. Looking around at the other tables, it looked like everyone else had reached the same conclusion.

This place could do an absolute roaring trade if only it had management with some imagination. A complete make over inside and out with someone who knows what they are doing. Location is perfect. What a waste of a perfect spot ...

Great spot, adequate but tired menu, incredibly slow service. At the weekend, when everyone comes in for a coffee and cake during the morning it's as if the staff are continually surprised that people want coffee and cake, and they simply haven't prepared. There's never enough staff behind the bar and a 15+ minute queue is normal. Bring a thermos instead, or be prepared for a long wait.

If there’s a storm the view is my favourite place to come and watch the waves.

Prime location is probably the only redeeming feature here that keeps the place (almost) afloat at a guess. Dated interior design , features and fittings (not even "vintage" so to say). Rather overpriced with £2.25 for a simple Cuppa , Small plate of Cheesy Chips £4.60 , Traditional Fish & Chips £13.95 , no breakfast menu after midday , Champagne for £99 .... and everything in-between a good deal overpriced. Order at the Bar and you have to carry your drinks back to your table , staff with minimal interaction....oh , and no toilet paper in the Ladies. Unlikely to return for anything major.

Very little sauce and cheese - and it was the most expensive hot dog. Dry. Bun not crusty, almost cold.

Hi, we used to order very regularly last year because we LOVED your bratwurst hot dogs. We have not ordered at all recently because you have removed them, we were just wondering if this was something that was ever going to come back?

I have never dealt with such horrible service. Food came 55mins late, At the 30mins late mark I was calling them to cancel the order, and they hung up on me. Then wouldn't answer the phone. When it came the driver dropped it off at building reception and left so I was unable to refuse, and the food was stone cold and inedible. We essentially ended up paying £25.80 for 2 cans of Sprite which took almost 2 hours to arrive. After making complaint and asking for refund only a £10 refund was given. Worst service from a takeaway I have ever had. Please avoid.

TWICE I have now ordered from here as a vegetarian, having picked the tofu dog, and TWICE it has turned up as a normal meat frankfurter. Not sure if it’s incompetence, laziness, illiteracy or a vendetta against vegetarianism but it’s so unacceptable.

It never arrived! 4 hours after ordering we still didn't receive it and They are unreachable!!

Late delivery for second time and wrong order delivered no chicken had onion rings and hash browns!!Food not very hot.

I fell asleep when they tried to delver my food, they delivered it to me the next day without any trouble and gave me free Mac n cheese bites as well. Best service ever

Food was late and cold, restaurant gave no attempt to rectify the situation or even an apology. Food was congealed and largely tasteless when it eventually did arrive.

30 minutes late after the hour wait at a non busy time. food cold on arrival. items missing. very poor.

The tofu sausage came with the pizza hot dog instead of the bbq hot dog so we were unable to eat it. There were also no jalapeños or mushrooms as we had ordered so I will be seeking a refund

Absolutely LOVE this joint. After a long day, this is my go-to takeaway now. Highly recommend the mac'n'cheese bites to go with your Dog. Always on time, great food and its always HOT. If you like a good hotdog, this place is for you. I never leave reviews, but this place really earns full stars

No fried onions sausage was disgusting this has gone down alot since i first tried lost a regular customer

ordered at exactly 1.10am ... food didn’t arrive until 3am. nearly 2 HOURS for 2 hot dogs and some chips?? a joke. the food on arrival was also cold. disappointing. just wished i hadn’t bothered i was falling asleep waiting for 2 hours....

The food WAS indeed early but only because the delivery time was over an hour so it would have been difficult to be late! I LOVE hotdogs and was looking forward to trying this but it was really underwhelming. The delivery packaging was great so it arrived in one piece but it was so dry. I was expecting lashings if sauce as promised but could barley taste any mustard at all. the has browns are VERY overpriced don’t bother. Overall I’d say average at best!

I was hungry so I ate the hotdogs but they came without any crispy onions. Don't know if they forgot to include it or ran out. Shame because it was good

Food took *3 HOURS* to arrive and I had to call the restaurant twice to chase up on it. They said the second time I phoned up that they'd give me £20 credit to make up for the late delivery but I didn't receive that. When it did arrive it was cold :/

absolutely terrible, awful customer service! it’s been 2 hours and my food hasn’t been delivered and they are not answering their phone! it’s a hotdog and chips, hardly complicated dish which takes a long time to make. so p***** off I’ve wasted 2 hours of my life for this food when I couldn’t have ordered somewhere else had you answered the phone like a normal business!

We’ve been here for breakfast before, and although pricey the food was good.

ordered just the chocolate cake and milkshake and took an hour and ten minutes to come...the cake defiantly was not fresh so don’t know why it took so long. the cake was stale tasting and the delivery driver was rude and just almost threw it in my hand and walked off without saying a word. Will NOT be ordering from here again.

I love ordering from Mr Dogz, delivery is always a bit late, but last night it was 20 mins late and arrived very cold and soggy! Not best pleased. I understand that maybe delivery drivers are very busy so tardiness is not necessarily a problem but the fact that the food was cold and soggy was very off putting. The hot dogs were also extremely overloaded with crispy onions, which were no longer crispy. Hope next time the hotdogs will be up to your usual standard.

Did not like the food. Felt it is rushed, and not cocked properly.

Ordered 2 hot dogs. One was completely the wrong order so couldn’t eat it due to what was in it.
