Great double pepperoni pizza. Collect yourself. Helpful speedy service. Warm drinks cost them 1 star. Good value.

Very pleasantly surprised. Had doner kebab with loads of salad , and very generous with meat , meat fresh, and salad too. Service was quick and efficient. And kebab not oily, very tasty. I ll be coming back , definitely recommend

Had a vegetarian pizza last week it was absolutely delicious and the pastry was lovely.

Absolutely brilliant. Food was freshly cooked, salad was fresh and the price was really good. We had two nights of takeaways while on holiday. We had the chefs special. Just fabulous!!! Wouldnt go anywhere else in Teignmouth.

Awful luke warm greasy tiny hard bits of chicken. Ordered a small chicken kebab. Meat came out of a silver container and it was dreadful. Ate two mouthfuls and left it. It didn’t even taste or look like chicken. Never again! £6.50 down the drain

I’ve ordered from here for years and the last year or so the service has been horrendous. Food tastes great price is great just don’t expect it to arrive in one piece. When I complained they refused to deliver to my property, I’m waiting to speak to the owner very soon. The current staff have no clue for customer service and have now made me order somewhere else from Now on. Used to be a great place to eat and staff were actually very decent people.

Most of the time their food is spot on and have it the real Quickly every now and again. I miss out an odd item from the order. But I have ordered from them loads of times food quality alright for price

Never had any issues with Ali's. Amazing food! Good value for what was paid. Have loads of meat with the kebab. Delivery driver was amazing. Good service all round.

This is an excellent kebab shop that does a variety of other foods as well.

Donor kebab was awful, taste and presentation. For once, I wasn't pissed when ordering a kebab... hope I remember this experience the next time I'm drunk and hungry... I'll go somewhere else.

Just tried this kebab shop for the first time large kebab £7.50 BUT HARDLY ANY MEAT .....!!! VERY POOR and to top it off not even warm, will be making a complaint to trading standards 😕 advice Don't use...

Ordered food on the 4th July, was told an hour, ordered at 6.54PM food didn’t arrive tille 8.30PM and was pretty cold but we had waited long enough, was not enjoyable, it’s a shame as used to love getting food from here

Just had a chicken shish kebab!!!! Delicious charcoal cooked chicken breast. Fresh lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber with a delicious creamy coleslaw and pickled red cabbage. 10 / 10

Friendly staff and probably the only thing open late in teignmouth. We all had chicken kebabs/wraps and unfortunately ALL had a very bad stomach the next day to the point we had to cancel some plans.

Just had a chicken shish wrap and it was absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly it was really quick. I am an extremely satisfied customer. Would definitely recommend 👌

This place must have changed owners as it is now amazing food again. Before the first lockdown it went down hill, loads of moody guys serving food with attitude. The hygiene was also questionable. Went in after busy Music Festival around 11pm so many people were ordering, felt for the staff, you could see that were working so hard. Ordered a large chicken shish & fries. We also ordered a pepperoni pizza, everything was delicious. Kebabs are fresh tasting, they always have fresh salad, and their pitta breads are so light and fluffy not like cardboard like some takeaway kebab places. Thanks to the hard working staff at making this place great again. Could hear some people saying they drive over from Dawlish as it's best one locally & I can see why.

Do not recommend. Close 30 mins early and when you try order they ignore you and shout and scream.

Avoid like the plague! Food is horrible, wait is 1 hr 40 and they close at 10:30 when the website says they close at 11pm

It is what it is, a local kebab shop, and with any kebab shop they have good days and bad, generally better than most.

The owner is curt, sharp and unfriendly to customers. He is known for his demeanour by the locals. Such a shame. As I know people do not go there due to his manner. The food was OK. Nothing special.

My partner Ordered a kebab last night and got me 2 cans of rio! Tasted a bit funny and checked the date (Jan23 2020) that will explain the taste.

Very Poor. Was charged twice for 1 item. No complaints desk. Spoke to supervisor. All he said I.am to busy at moment. Serving customers. All I can do he said is to look at cameras. I asked how long would that take. Got no reply. Very Poor. Will never use shop again. I got rip off.

After a mixup on ordering the portion size was ok and the kebab was cooked well, so no real complaints

We've been using Ali's for several years but tonight made us wonder if we should find somewhere else. The lamb shish was dry, like it had been hanging around on the warmer for ages. The pitta was as hard as cardboard. No chilli peppers although requested. The salad was a small amount of lettuce and one slice of tomato. The chicken shish was dry, the pitta also like cardboard. No coleslaw although requested. To add insult, having paid online, we were asked to pay on collection. Will we be back? Only if you can do better.

Bad experience again, Sort your advertised opening hours out! Online says midnight but Closed by 2300. Bad attitude all round. Avoid

I can't ever complain I've had lovely kebabs, burgers are really nice and I prefer their pizza to the others in town, their delivery service is very quick midweek within 15 or 20 mins of ordering. Boys love their chicken strips and kebab meat and chips. Worth giving a try if your on holiday that's for sure, but we are local and only use this kebab house

Ordered a bbq base pizza with Donna meat and chicken waiting about 20 mins for it soon as I walked home with it it had peppers, sweetcorn and mushrooms on it which I did not ask for phoned them up saying my order is wrong and they said you sure it was us and you sure your phoning the right place so i tried talking to them but they kept over talking me telling me to shut up, absolute disgrace of a business treating customers like that

What can I say, I ordered a chicken shish and was not asked if I wanted salad or sauce. I received plain chicken on a stale piece of pitta bread. The staff have a revolting attitude, have no courtesy or care for their customers and are clearly happy to serve you something inedible and overcharge you for it. Since when did it become standard practise to have to specify that you want salad or sauce when ordering a kebab? I am appalled and frankly shocked by the level of service I have received. You should be ashamed to serve people this crap.

This is absolutely awful ordered a chicken wrap and got breaded chicken similar to chicken dippers in a wrap. Will never ever recommend this to anyone who are even desperate for a lovely wrap.. Dont .. My advice is avoid at all costs.... all costs......

Had 2 xl kebab meat and chips. What a con I wouldn't even pass it a a small kebab meat n chips . And to had insult it was absolutely terrible

Had food from Ali's twice. Once was a superb burger, fully loaded. The second time, just the burger which wasn't quite up there the same. They will make you an amazing burger, but you need to tell them you want all the salad etc., it appears they don't add it by default. Recommended if you ask for what you want!

I have to say until today I've not had a bad meal from this place. Today however...... 1st delivery was cold and the kabab meat was... Magnolia coloured. The second one was warm and dry as a bone. Both went into the bin. Unfortunately the last time I'll order from here.

The BEST takeaway ever!!!!!!!!! I am not joking they are awesome!!!!!!!!!!!! The food is perfectly cooked with no grease and omg try the special kebab it's just so good and the cheesy garlic bread!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All the food here is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From Markantony

RANK.. stale pitta. kebad meat was stale and left in the warmer to crisp and burn. Tasted like grease. Slung half away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First and last time to go here, staff have serious attitude problem, not friendly at all, got meal home and after couple mouthfuls it went in the bin as the kebab meat just tasted of cooking oil. Do not go here as it is definitely worse kebab shop

Awesome service time and again Every time we order they deliver early - only once was it late and they apologised, the driver said for some reason they’d been busier that day that they had since she started. Food is always hot, never messed our order up either. We had always used just eat but now use their own app and order direct to save money Top marks all round

Shocking service. After confusion with the delivery address. I was going to pay for another meal to be delivered. I was told I couldn't pay over the phone! Then was repeatedly told in quite an aggressive manner " ...not my problem lovey!"

Aggressive phone call to my wife from staff after they messed up an order. Tried to reorder and wouldn't let me pay over the phone. Never again

Staff could have been friendlier. The size of portions available are not the same in store / on their menu, quite misleading. Our kebabs were so bad that one of us could not eat it at all. The chips were dried out and we suspected they were reheated. Strangely.... the salad was great I wish I’d looked at trip adviser before I ordered from there! Would not recommend.

Terrible food, rude staff and misleading opening times I went down at 11:15 pm to order some food , as it states that they are open until 11:30pm, until I got there and was shrugged off by the one man in there and abruptly shouted closed! Followed by a dismissive hand gesture. Complete waste of time won’t be bothering again

Ordered on just eat. Paid and no show waited 2 half hours no phone call you need to remember who orders regular m8 not just because yiu cant go out. Never again shameful

Delivery is always on time, in fact quite often early.. the pizzas are really quite good for the price, kebabs are a decent size too. Drivers are very friendly! Definitely deserve tipping

Used Ali's for years, and it used to always be really good. But now...food from there in the week is awful !! But food on a Friday & Saturday is excellent. Maybe the owners should look into this, I'm guessing they only work weekends these days.

Cancelled my order without explanation poor customer service.

We live and work in Teignmouth the last 3 deliveries we have ordered 1 out of 3 eventually arrived. After a short while we tried again by going into the takeaway shop to order some food to take home. Three of us stood patiently to order we were ignored than another customer walks in places an order straight away and then we are told we will be served in a short while. The service is very bad with our last order from home they struggled to get the order ready after 1 hour and 20 mins then when I called to ask where my order was the man in the shop told me he cancelled it because I was not happy with the length of time the order took. Customer service is not what they provide they just want the money from Just Eat App

The guy behind the counter cannot handle when there is more than 5 peopleIn the shop. He got the entire order wrong then then accused me of placing it incorrectly.Utter shambles of a place. Got very aggressive and then threatened me. All over a few quid of his food.

Tried to short change me (gave me change from a ten rather than a twenty!) Arrogance and attitude proved it was a common ploy - avoid at at all costs!

Vile food and even worse attitudes. Took 3 attempts to cook a simple cheese burger with only tomatoe sauce. On 3rd attempt the so called manager shouted at me. Will be taking this further. Will NEVER order from this dive again. Raymond's is a million times better and will only go there from now on.

Always had the best chicken Donner I've ever had, but just ordered one using just eat waited for delivery which was an hour and a half and it was disgusting couldn't eat it, it was like eating warmed up boiled chicken 😷🤢

Useless, clearly gave them the correct address and postcode, told 30-40 minutes, after chasing it they tell us they have called twice and it turns out to completely the wrong adress, corrected them and still waiting 2.5 hours later! avoid them, completely useless!!!!

Supposed to turn up at 855, turned up at 805pm. No Coca Cola so got Diet Coke, no call to offer another drink, we don't like Diet Coke. Ordered Large Chips, got Cheesy Chips Ordered Kids Kebab and Chips, got a kebab Burnt burger with no cheese! Overall really poor and the quality of the food was shocking. I appreciate it was Mother's Day and they would have been busy but the service and quality should not be affected.

Women was rude and on the phone and didn't wait till we checked our order Half the order was missing All the foor eventually came 1.5hours later !!! No compensation given! Will not be using again We did an order over £50
