I ordered from Nando’s Addlestone last night and had one of the worst delivery experiences ever. I ordered a chicken pitta with extra pulled chicken, chicken wings, mac and cheese, and creamy mash for my daughter. What I received? Only the pitta without the extra chicken I paid for. The rest of the order for my daughter was completely missing. I received some garlic bread I didn’t order, clearly showing they messed up my order at the restaurant. I called customer service and spent 50 minutes on the phone only to be told they couldn’t refund me, couldn’t send the missing food, and couldn’t even contact the restaurant to check what went wrong. Instead, I was repeatedly told to fill out an online form, attach pictures, and wait 48 hours. So instead of fixing their mistake, they left me with work to do. No dinner for my daughter, no compensation, just wasted time and frustration. I have the full phone call recorded. Needless to say I tried to call the restaurant many times without luck. This was beyond unacceptable. My family and I will never order from Nando’s again.

Very disappointed. Cafe has recently been refurbished. However after waiting over 50mins for food. (Soft drinks unavailable). We then couldn't find a clean table to sit at. Plenty of tables empty as the queue was taking so long. But so many dirty tables that weren't useable. No staff members around at all to ask for a wipe/spray. Toilets were dirty with 3 not usable as well as a broken hand drier. The cafe used to be nice and quick but we will just head home next time.

I have not visited since the new ordering service was put into place. It was very busy but were shown very quickly to a table by a pleasant member of staff. Decided to order drinks by the QR code system which wasn't easy as needed decaf and dairy free options but managed in the end. The cakes we ordered by joining a queue as couldn't see the options we wanted on line. Waited in line behind an elderly gentleman who was finding it difficult to stand and wait. After approx 5 minutes of waiting was served by a lovely member of staff. I forgot to use my loyalty card but wasn't asked if I had one which would have jogged my memory. Our warm scone and cakes arrived within a few minutes but still no sign of our drinks which had been ordered well in advance of our cakes. After 25 minutes our drinks arrived. The cakes and warm scone had been eaten by this time. The cakes were lovely but the new ordering system has taken away the personal touch that the price tag should reflect. Such a shame.

The worst service I've EVER experienced in my whole entire life. After having a lovely family day out we went for some coffees to Drunch. The coffee were fine...very over priced for the smallest coffee but nevertheless we knew being in London it's what is expected. Just before we settled the bill we asked the waiter for a glass of water which he brought over. Then my mum said she would also like a glass of water so I called the waiter back and in a very rude and aggressive tone he huffed and said would anyone else like water because I can't keep going back and forth (bearing in mind we are sitting on the table closest to the counter). I told him I didn't appreciate being spoken to like that and had only asked for a glass of water to which he continued to talking over me in a very aggressive manner and in a raised voice. He said if you wanted more than one glass you should ask when I got the first one to which I was trying to reply my mum only realised she wanted it when my sister got her glass of water. Never in my life have I witnessed such rude aggressive tone from a waiter who was asked (kindly) to get some water. We asked to speak to the manager to which he shouted at us saying you are not scaring me by calling my manager. When the manager came out we explained what happened and he apologised (very insincerely) and said he will speak to his staff but none of it seemed genuine at all. I would avoid this place because as fancy as it looks there's better places you can spend your money in London and not be faced with aggressive rude disgusting behaviour and service.

The historic ambience of this old Coaching Inn makes for a pleasant spot to have dinner . Staff were friendly and helpful . However .... Many menu items were missing ( e g only 2 desserts ) although some extras were offered . Some items were significantly over priced e g > £6 for a few 1/2 slices of bread and the desserts . The quality of the turkey main was poor ( dry & overcooked ) . When it was mentioned a free dessert was offered - thanks . Overall not what I would have expected for the price charged .
