Absolutamente auténtica comida griega, me sentí como si estuviera de vuelta en Skiathos! El encantador ambiente, la cerveza y los cócteles servidos en vasos de acero y "vasos", y Sofía, nuestra encantadora camarera, fue un placer servirnos, todo el personal parecía muy amable. ¡Llevé a mi madre anciana allí y ella realmente lo disfrutó! Volveremos pronto espero!

Amigos en una reunion y pedí un tome lejos de aquí, aunque me habían recomendado no debido a la experiencia anterior, decidimos probar de nuevo como puede haber sido un! Pero por desgracia de nuevo una muy mala experiencia de grasienta y caro!

Descubrimos este restaurante en el verano. Empezamos a bajar en al mediodía para tomar una taza de té y aperitivos. No al cliente ideal! Pero desde el primer día nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos. Desde entonces hemos tenido un par de comidas familiares aquí, incluyendo nuestra familia nochebuena el almuerzo. El servicio era estupendo, y la comida era excelente y las raciones generosas. El precio es muy justo y razonable. El restaurante está muy bien cuidada y se puede ver que la comida es preparada y cocinada. De nuevo, muy bien cuidado. Recomendado sin importar los mire.

He visitado este restaurante la noche con mi familia, había 11 de nosotros. Pedimos meze para 9 y los otros dos comimos a la carta. Para empezar nos trajeron los platos de aceitunas y el pan de pita en la mesa. Las aceitunas son sin duda las aceitunas más asqueroso que he comido. No tenían carne en ellos y eran extremadamente seco. Los pittas eran los baratos que se compra en los supermercados. Esperamos que la bonita gran chipriota pittas cuando visitamos un restaurante y conseguir cuando normalmente visitar otros restaurantes locales. Tenían claramente cortar esquinas en la calidad de la comida. Las salsas y frijoles, betarraga estaban bien (pero cómo equivocar puede salir con algo fuera de una bañera?

This restaurant is getting better by the day. OMG. The meat is amazing. Got a takeaway and not only the order was as I said but the food was hot and moist. Well done guys. Keep up the good work

Aparecimos aquí la semana pasada por cada día en el camino a la estación de la colina. Winchmore Hay aparcamiento en el verde con un pequeño cargo hasta 6. 30 en la noche, o en el parking gratuito ignore la rodean.

Llegué aquí bastante tarde una noche de sábado. A pesar de que el restaurante ya estaba bastante concurrido y con una familia más grande en la habitación de la planta baja, el servicio era fantástico y el personal era especialmente servicial, a pesar de nuestras demandas y la cantidad extraña de veces cambiamos nuestra orden (tal fue la excelente elección).

Visitamos este restaurante anoche con tres amigos y tengo que decir que el servicio al cliente era muy pobre. La comida estaba bien, pero sin duda no está a la altura de la comida griega, he comido previamente en el área local. Cuando fue dado de empezar literalmente a casi encima de mi pecho en lugar de la mesa.

OMG went to this restaurant thursday night, firstly the service was amazing very well mannered staff, then the starters arrived, everything fresh and hot, then the fish platter came, could not believe there presentation and as for taste it was behond explanation could not stop eating it, then we had out meat dishes, it was so tender, the chicken, the pork was so succulent, love everything. who has never been you MUST go.

La primera vez que tuvimos una entrega de comida griega. Pedimos el día antes de saber que siempre es un favorito kleftico con personas. Nuestra cena llegó a tiempo, aún caliente (somos 4. 4 km de distancia) generosas porciones (sin necesidad de chips) y muy delicioso. Precios razonables. Nos lo pasamos muy bien. Definitivamente la orden de nuevo o quizás la próxima vez lo haremos.

Greek on the green is my favourite Greek restaurant. We had meze for 2 and it was amazing definitely recommend.

I came a while back and was great !Left it for a while due to the bad reviews I have seen on here but thought let's give it a try again.Really happy! Food was lovely with the salad and kebabs ! A special sauce is used and tasty !George the chef came out and introduced himself telling us what is on the menu which i thought was a nice touch.Bambo the waiter was polite and always attentive to what we required.I found the atmosphere to be calm and relax.Fierce competition in the area for Greek food but these guys are worth a shot again !Will return

Revisited here after a few weeks & can only say that the food was beautifully presented, cooked to perfection & very fresh. The portions were enormous, the service from Eliza & Bambos very attentive. They were also very busy on the "takeaway section".Well worth a visit, we will return.

My bf and I decided to try a takeaway from Greek on the Green. We ordered online and opted to collect as we only live 5 minutes away.We ordered Squid with chilli and saltChicken kebabMoussakaWe were utterly disappointed with the food. The squid was swimming in grease, the chicken kebab was a joke. The pitta bread was half full, hardly any salad and the chicken was rubbery and tasteless. A far better chicken kebab can be bought from any local kebab house. The moussaka was better than the other things but was cold and tasted like a cheap microwave dinner.For some reason Greek on the Green threw in a free portion of chips. These were nice and cold and looked utterly unappealing. I think they had these chips sat around for hours so just decided to offload them.Save your money and get a takeaway from somewhere else, unless you like really badly done Greek food.

Yet again, another terrible takeaway. Having not ordered from here for a while, we thought we would give it another try..... Mistake, order was totally wrong and what food we did get was average at best. It says something when the best part of the meal was the chilli sauce! Will not be making the same mistake again.

Having read the last few reviews we decided to see for ourselves what was so bad with this restaurant. In a word NOTHING!!!We were warmly welcome & the place was clean. Very busy with takeaways. Eliza was very attentive & could not do enough for us. We started with Hummus & a nice touch was a beetroot salad on the house. The mixed salad we ordered was fresh & how I like it. For the main course we ordered Lamb Kebabs which were a little tough, however with the new season lamb due in 2 weeks we will return then. George the owner & his Father were most concerned that all was satisfactory & found time to talk to us. A nice touch.

Had great expectations from the menu but was very disappointed with certain aspects. The kebabs were good, and plentiful, but the sea bream was not filleted and proved difficult for my father to eat without mouthfuls of bones. As said before, the chips were frozen and not nice. Sadly, we will not be using this restaurant again.

Just ordered a take away! It was terrible, worst take away we've had! Inedible and life hungry! No taste and reheated frozen foods! Extremely disappointing!And extremely expensive! 5 meals for £67!!! Wouldn't of minded if we could of eaten something! What a waste of money! Do not even try!!!

If there was a no star option that's what I would be giving it. Just received an overpriced takeaway that was the worst flavoured Greek food I have ever had. The meatballs were actually inedible, the kleftico was just fat and oil and the pastichio was defo frozen food reheated. To be fair the kebab was edible but average at best. Wish I read the reviews before ordering.

Had a quick dinner on Sunday and as we are Greek we expected a Greek flavoured meal. This was not to be. The staff are not very warming and we were greeted by a guy in grey jogging bottoms and scruffy t shirt. Great start!!!!We ordered squid and octopus which was 1. Cooked in old oil which left the coating dark brown and 2. Octopus was hardly cookedThe chicken souvla was ordered which turned up wobbling on the plate as it was so anaemic. If anyone knows about souvla it should be crispy golden and a little salty. They took it away and tried to remedy the situation. However it was all in vain. It came up burnt and completely tasteless. All I can say is don't bother. The experience was vile. Safe to say we will never go again

The delivery arrived at 16:34 whilst the estimated time was 16:05. Then as my family and myself started to eat the food we noticed the taste was so so mild. Well you know what they say, it's great to try anything once!

Speak as you find and reviewing the previous comments I must have lucked out for lunch.The lunchtime 'special' (£9.95) consisted of a big plateful of perfectly deep fried calamari,pot of dip and salad.Followed by again a full plateful of lamb kebab and more mixed salad than I could eat washed down with a glass of iced tap water.Finished off with a cappuccino (£1.50) and would recommend that meal experience to anyone.All clean and very tidy and attentive service.

I have wanted to try this place for a while so on Saturday evening, my boyfriend and i went in. there were a few occupied tables not too busy (the place is small) i waited while they cleaned a table then was seated. We were given olives and a basket of warm pitta without asking.. nice... nothing to dip the pitta in though..so i asked if they had some hummus... the 'waiter' (i hesitate to call him this as he was an insult to all good waiters out there) said yes sure, do you want a selection of dips, we said yes... not being advised this was over £6.00. So we were then asked if we wanted anything to drink... we ordered a bottle of Pinot... the 'waiter' asked if we wanted a glass i said no a bottle (hmmm he wasn't listening... this is the start of a steep downward spiral). he then asked if we were ready to order... my boyfriend ordered Portobello mushrooms and i ordered chilli squid... the chilli squid arrived.. was ok (and i have had much better in other authentic Greek restaurants, flash fried squid no breadcrumbs or batter is much nicer) a thimble bowl of sweet chilli sauce (the kind you buy from the supermarket) so not enough for the mound of squid we had. I asked where the other starter of Portobello mushrooms was... the 'waiter' said 'yes yes it's coming' by this time we had shared the starter... we waited.... and waited... we asked another member of staff where the mushrooms were because by the time our 'waiter' was chatting to 2 other gentleman that and arrived after us but were tucking into a table full of different dishes... the mushrooms arrived... button mushrooms with lots of grated cheese on... NOT what was described on the menu. anyway we were hungry and so ate.. towards the end of eating them we found a hair melted into the cheese... nice. we were tempted to cancel the mains and leave but it was later and we were hungry so my boyfriends chicken shish arrived... and then 5 mins later my lamb which was described as slow cooked... this usually means it's juicy and falls off the bone. it was dry and burned. so i ate the chips (frozen chips not home cooked)... by this time the 'waiter' was chatting away merrily to the other 2 gentleman - now the only other guests in the place. he then poured a glass of wine from their table and downed it. meanwhile we decided to food was inedible and so asked for the bill. 3 times from 3 different members of staff. it came eventually and they had taken the starters off the menu (the chef had come over and apologised the mushrooms were delayed as he was told by the 'waiter' we wanted them as a main (hmmm definitely not listening when we ordered) we took the remaining food as take out - for the local foxes to enjoy - what a disgraceful service, dining is meant to be an experience i will NEVER go into this place again. i've had better Greek food everywhere else, and quite frankly any of the local kebab shops would have given me a much better service with delicious food... we paid around £57.00 for a nightmare.

Very disappointed with the order - soggy pitta bread, old tough and chewy meat - inedible and flavourless. Vegetable rice had no vegetables, was half full and cold. The haloumi was slimy and a ridiculously small portion. Will not be eating from there again!

Chicken wasn't cooked, everything was caked in grease. I didn't get what I ordered and my original order wasn't available on a lunchtime menu so had to change my order. On just eat it says you need £20 minimum spend and the man who phoned me said the same thing but it turns out you only need to pay £15 according to their leaflets, so they are clearly giving misleading information. Will not eat here again. The only good thing was the delivery came before the 'earliest' delivery time

I had the chicken souvla which was really tender and tasty the portion sizes were very generous .My friend had the lamb kebab and said it was delicious .

These people are incapable of understanding simple requests like "no onion". They managed to ruin the order twice on the same delivery. Let the buyer beware, they included white cabbage instead of lettuce and when asked for "no onion and tomato" they gave us JUST onion and tomato, TWICE.

Portion sizes have gotten smaller for both ribs and X large kebab. Mixed kebab no longer includes sheftalia...

We visited mid week, late evening and were disappointed. The food was tepid, the wait was lengthy and the atmosphere is non existent. We thought it was expensive for what we got.

They were on time but I can't eat onions for health issues & did say no onions for my order but my food came with a whole lot of onions!

Visited early evening and were only people in there. Place was freezing and had to put coat on and although there was an explanation, no apology. Food was very poor, felt as if it had been reheated. We sent one meal back almost untouched and dry. No one took any notice. Says it all.

Food arrived cold and everything were over-cooked, tasted awful. the sauce leaked out from all of the containers. The delivery guy even dropped the tama sauce on my floor, the service was poor, I will not order again from this restaurant, even the food was free, I would not eat here.

Food nice mince a bit lumpy and food cud have been hotter pitta very hard and cold . But taste wise very good . I normally order my dishes from here and first time I wud not give 100 %

Ordered the seafood platter. Amazing tasting food and excellent service. Very good waiting staff and great atmosphere. Would definitely go again and will highly recommend to all my friends and family.

We made our order via Hungary House. After an hour we called the restaurant who advised that they had been given the wrong House Number and the wrong Mobile number.When they delivered the order 20 minutes later, the Boneless Chicken Souvlaki turned up as Chicken Thighs / Wngs on the bone, and the order came with chips not the salad ordered.The Lobster Burger was soggy because it had been kept warm so long, as were the chips ordered with the burger.We called and advised the restaurant but the response was that they'd make it right next time we order from them. I have no intention of ordering food from Hungary House or this restaurant again. A genuine waste of £40.

We went out to eat early one Saturday and were the only couple in the restaurant. Lots of chatting between the staff meant a long wait to get served. We ordered a white wine, which took nearly 15 minutes to be brought out to us. We didn't try it as we'd had it before - big mistake as when we drank it, it was warm. It hadn't seen the inside of a fridge at all. Poor.

Food took over 1hr 15 mins, cold in arrival, no apology on the phone or from delivery driver and I am a regular customer £25 wasted. Also showed on my just eat app food had been delivered, waited another 15 mins Now sitting down to eat at 9:00pm. Greek on the green lost a customer and any further recommendations

Mezes were amazing and very tasty. The quantity and quality of the food was fantastic. The chicken souvlaki is soooo tender! Service was excellent too. This is a must try Greek Restaurant in North London.

Not good experience, items on our order were missed, to 2hrs to arrive and chicken was under cooked. Not for me.

I went there for Mother's Day, 10 of us. And we had meze. It was absolutely beautiful, very good service and very clean restaurant. Definitely we are going back.we recommend this place.

I'm not sure what's happened to Greek on the Green but we loved it when it first opened. And have ordered from there ever since, but slowly over the years it's gone downhill. Quite frequently items are missing from orders. Today is a busy day being Mothers Day, and do understand that, but Tarama missing and nobody to drop a pot off, and I need to remind them to give me back my £2,70...my son had a meltdown about no Tarama so it's turned into a rubbish Mother's Day takeaway :(

Headless chickens that haven't got a clue how to run a restaurant. They were more interested in serving their take away customers than the ones inside their own restaurant. Clueless!! Food was substandard and Meze for 7 would have been just enough to feed 4. Not one waiter asked if we wanted anything, everything we had was at our request. Bread without dips, meat for half the table while the others watched and food that was undercooked too.The place was half empty and they were still run ragged. I don't think it will be around for much longer so wouldn't bother booking. Had to rate it one but would've given it zero if I could.

Absolutely stupid arrogant people who work there and do not listen. Every order is always wrong. Food is average. Definitely the last time i order from here. Place needs to be closed down. Disgusting.

If it was not for my state of health and my family wanting a takeaway meal I would not have arranged this meal. Needless to say I was asked to order a kebab. Going to my usual was not an option because it does not deliver whilst the local outlets did not offer a pork option. So when I came across this establishment I thought it would be worth a try. As a new customer I had to open an account which was relatively straightforward. The ordering process was also easy. At the end of the order list a field allows for additional information and instructions to help refine this meal.Greek on the Green requires a minimum order of £20 for free delivery otherwise a short drive to the store for collection would have been the only option. It may be interesting to note that other companies deliver with a minimum order of £10 When I placed my order I selected to pay by credit/debit card - once selected I noticed a 50p surcharge to the bill (this charge was only displayed once payment details were entered). I was also of the belief that debit transactions would have been free of charges - I was wrong! I decided to pay cash on delivery.The knock on the door was 30 minutes later - ahead of the suggested 45 minute period.The order was as expected with a few exceptions and reservations. Despite the comments entered in the open field the meal contained ingredients that were to be omitted. Even the pitta bread was overheated to the point it was rather crispy when it should have been somewhat softer. One of the starters ordered was fresh kalamari but this was more of an eyeopener and disappointing. The large container used was barely half filled. It was an expensive dish and the quantity frugal - furthermore this food item was tasteless and rubbery (I do not think it was as fresh as expected and indicated in the menu)For a Greek outfit the meal experience should and could have been much better and exceptional - sadly the standard offered was merely average.Will I go here again? Only if I have to and when no other alternative is available. My wife said I can't wait for the summer when we can do our own barbeques - maybe I should open an outlet myself!My comments are a mere reflection from only a single inaugural visit. Perhaps I have been over critical or perhaps this was an off day for the catering staff. In my mind the standard must always be consistent and to a high standard.

We had an absolutely great time when we visited on Friday 12th February for a birthday celebration. There was 15 of us and the food was lovely, very fresh, delicious and plentiful and the service was great. I would absolutely recommend. I liked it so much that i visited again on the 20th February with another friend and again it was simply lovely. Can't wait for our next visit.

My husband and I decided we would try something new. We decided to go to the Greek on the Green since we love Greek food. Went tried and decided we won't be going back. The service is slow, they only accept cash, the food lacked salt, not a good selection of wines, restaurant was empty accept for us and the safe at 6pm on a Friday. The waiter was very pushy and I found some sort of stone in the Keftedes I ordered. Won't be going back

Valentine's Day evening standard amazing menu. Waited 1/2 hr 4 a drink. Wrong starter as they run out of scallops gave us over cooked octopus. Even tho we had 2 order a wk in advance. T.bone both over cooked asked an girl was so rude. Our steak was killed once then again. We had no veg then 10 mins later they brought it out with a whole other bowl cos it was late. At this point I was fed up of complaining. Choc fondant like a cake. Gave us a free drink for 3 hr wait 4 food an drink that was crap. Only £90 but I've had a 3 course 4 2 in warldorph hotel 4 £140. Ignored an served all of their own first. Bad service an disgusting food. Not even after 20 pints would I eat this. Every Greek person that sat down as we were waiting to even get drinks got houmous pitta etc while waiting. We never. We eat in some of the best restaurants in the country an all our local eats. We r normal working class people who were treated badly in this establishment. I wouldn't give this food to a dog!

Have ordered from here before and wasn't too bad. This time however, the food was awful but it did arrive at the specified time. Worst macaronia I've ever tasted, souvla was just about warm and roast potatoes very soggy. First time I've thrown my dinner in the bin.

Have never tasted a better kebab! Delicious! Not the cheapest but in this case you definitely get what you pay for! Happy Tummy :-)
