Really delicious food the staff was respectful hygiene was amazing no dirt or nothing toilets are clean food was fast to deliver.

I had a good experience, the food was nice but did take a while to get to us. Overall the staff were very niceas well as the food and I would go again.

I recently visited Nando's with my family and had a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious – full of flavour and cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of. Special shout-out to the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The overall atmosphere was great, and I'll definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend!"

The customer service is great; food took too long to come and was not tasty. The best Nando’s in my opinion is the Wood Green branch for taste.

I used to work for Nando's Enfield long ago as a front griller. It was really amazing branch with best management and friendly staff. Food was fantastic as I used to eat during break 😉 . I don't know who is the manager these day but I would love to pay my regards. Miss you guys

This place proper gone down hill. There is vomit all over the toilet of chicken. Toilet blocked. The chicken barely cooked the skin is soggy. Over priced. Nandos years ago was the one. This is not it. Goto ammas kitchen down the road you will eat better for half the price. Hygiene rating should be a 1.You look up and the place is covered in cobwebs and flies in the corner of the room. And 1 toilet covered in vomit. Disgrace £40 down the toilet.

I popped in to grab some takeaway chips with the little one, and the staff were so kind to him! They even made him feel like the boss by asking if he wanted to pay for his own meal.

Visited on a Tuesday afternoon/evening. The food was good it usually is in Nandos. The service was exceptional, smiles on staff faces, friendly with my two year old.

Come into Nando’s Enfield town today . Honestly the best service I’ve ever received in a Nando’s . The server Freddie was fantastic from start to end . Such a credit to the Nando’s Restaurant. He should be recognised by his team managers for his excellent service. We always use the A10 branch and the staff there are just as good . Definitely will be back here again . Food was great as per usual . 5 stars 🌟 all day .

Went to nandos today and had a lovely meal .. The server named Freddie was so helpful and kind ..he interacted well with the people I care for.....food was lovely and hot and chicken delicious...

Had a catch up and a bite at this restaurant and was pleasently suprised with how good the service has become! We were greeted warmly, with smiles, the food came out so much faster than expected! Food was tasy as usual, a little issue with the ice cream machine, but the manager was kind and remedied that with a yummy, cold sorbet instead. Thank you to the team for looking after us (and letting us stay longer to chat).

Many years ago I was a regular at Nando’s but I stopped going when they no longer provided “creamy salad dressing”. I was a bit of a maverick back then, lathering my food from chip to pea in creamy goodness. Fast-forward 10 years and I decided to give Nando’s another try since learning about their boneless thigh option (as every chef knows the thigh has the most flavour). And boy I wasn’t disappointed. I tried the thighs in another branch and was blown away. The combination of juicy thighs and Nando’s sauce made me momentarily forgive their lack of creamy salad dressing. Unfortunately this branch has burnt them to a crisp on both occasions I’ve ordered them. Please can cook those juicy thighs with the attention they deserve. Burn my thighs once shame on you, burn them twice shame on me.

Gabi was extremely kind, thats all I can say He was the reason single handedly I wrote this review. It reminded me of how kind some people can be and we are all still human. Other shops can totally ignore you and not even talk like a human being, just machines whereas the service here was great. Every Nando’s atmosphere is always great and likewise with the food!

Been here twice in the past few months. Decided to return as before the new refit, the food was never fantastic and always seemed that the chips and portion sizes for the other sides were always stingy. As it was new and more appealing we decided to give it another go and on both occasions we have the food has been top quality (as you would expect) fresh and decent portion sizes. The manager on Saturday afternoon was lovely too and very professional. The restaurant looked in good order. really clean and tidy. Will definitely return.

The Manager Gabriel has restored the environment of this Nando’s. Very welcoming and made a huge effort to turn our dining experience to a really warm and happy meal!

Not greeted, poor customer service ,Poor Management, rude micro-aggressive staff and wouldn’t let customers sit upstairs with no explanation was told this is not a McDonald’s the comment was not needed in a professional establishment setting. Also, I believe that person should fired but that’s just me. I chose not dine with this Nando’s in Enfield town we walked out because of this behaviour. Also we felt unwelcome and felt there was underlying racist attitudes therefore took our money to the Wood Green Nando’s instead

This experience was amazing. Alfonso and the rest of the team smashed it. I came today with my God-daughters, daughter and best friend. We ordered a meal and even before we ordered , the staff knew how to put us in a happy mood. The order was quick and arrived because we were so hungry😂. The food was nice and we enjoyed every bit. The music was lovely and the setting was great.So grateful to the staff. I recommend getting the Nandos App, you can order in advance, takeaway and for eat in, and you can also collect cheeky rewards too. Big shout out to Alfonso who took wonderful photos for us. Lucia is absolutely helpful... First I had a lady that wasn't her... I wanted to use my giftcard but there machine wasn't charged. The lady Shemia....(whatever her name is) said she couldn't do anything and was ready for me to leave. Lucia absolutely amazing service she said I'll take your order and I'll take the payment once you have finished meal giving it time to charge. She didn't have to do that... but I was so happy with her service.... I'm a manager and post office... we need more people like you x

Great atmosphere and lovely staff but I wanted to give some recognition to my lovely waitress Lily, she was so so so amazing, so attentive and so sweet. What an absolute credit to the team and to the company. From the moment I walked in, she saw me and immediately came over. She recommended a table and I told her my preference and she found one that was absolutely perfect. She was patient with me and very, very kind. Throughout my meal, she was attentive and catered to my needs. She definitely went above and beyond to help. 100% amazing customer service. Thank you Lily!

Grabbed a family takeaway on Friday night. We all loved it! My boys enjoyed their chicken burger and wings. I had the chicken livers; glad they're back on the menu. Staff were courteous and attentive.

Most awful nandos you can visit there making little kids, unexperienced people work as a chef and there serving customers with burnt chicken and turning it upside down thinking i wouldnt have seen it Avoid go to another nandos

We always visit Nando’s probably on a weekly basis most of the time. Enfield Town always has great, friendly service with a smile and we are always made to feel welcome. Always enjoy the food. See you next week!

Burnt garlic bread, I don’t know why they would think that it is edible to eat and send it out. The Mac and cheese was a 4/10 , the cheese used wasn’t good at all and didn’t like the after taste and smell. The Mac and cheese looks soggy. Burnt tasting chicken, everything about the food was not nice at all. Only thing good is the chips.

Placed a pick up order via the app and proceeded to my local Nando's. They were understandably quite busy (I LOVE to see a restaurant busy btw) and said my pick up order would be a few minutes. For my short wait, I was offered a complimentary beverage by the manager on duty, which was an outstanding gesture. Order was presented to me a few minutes later by a very professional and friendly server named Marsalio and I left incredibly happy with my choice this evening, Absolutely top notch service....the food is always spot-on but the SERVICE at this location makes it my fave place in Enfield and makes ALL the difference!!!!! The place has recently been reopened, and we were amazed with the changes. The atmosphere was very warm and cozy, music very relaxing. The staff were very friendly and constantly checking if we need anything. Even though the restaurant was full we received our food on perfect timing and everything was fresh and tasty. Amazing refurbishment! We went yesterday for dinner me and my son. The food, the new condiment area, the new design of the seating was perfect! The attention to detail was fantastic! I didnt go upstairs. Out of all the Nandos this is the best venue and thats down to the management. I am a carer and my som has autism and the manager always treats us with care! I will get his name next week when we go again!

Just wanted to say what a fabulous experience we had this weekend at Nando's on the Retail Park. We took a party for my son's birthday on Saturday. The food was lovely and service was very quick and easy. The staff were so polite and couldn't have been more helpful. Unfortunately, one of the boys left a bag there. There was money plus expensive warhammer kit inside and tbh I wasn't sure we'd see it again. We went back though on Sunday where the manager was really helpful and went out and found it in the back with everything intact. So grateful and restored our faith in people. Thank you.

Had a great experience here. The manager was very nice and accommodating. Tables were cleared quickly and food came out great. A bit upset that the size of the chicken seems to have decreased. Upstairs dining space is really nice.

We love the food, today I went with my son to dinner and the boy who is in the box told us that we had to wait for a table and they had free tables, the staff without wanting to work and very edges, they are not professional in all aspects, we did not go to another place to have dinner wanting to eat nandos ;(, thank you very much for having felt this way in front of my son, I will no longer go to nandos de enfield,

I can't score the food as we walked out before the staff got anywhere near us with a menu, despite us waiting. No one greeted us. When we asked if we could sit the young lady was brusque and said the table needed cleaning. An empty clean table was nearby but we were told someone was sitting there. No reservation sign. Several staff passed by after the table was cleaned. No one spoke to us. After a while we gave up and went to a restaurant where the service was friendly, prompt and professional. So sad as I love Nando's food and have never experienced such uncaring staff before. Enfield town let the brand down.

I am 4 months pregnant and was craving nandos so we order full platter me my partner and my 2 year old .Worst ever nandos I have had in a long time and I am a regular.not after tonight everything was cold chips and rice half a box also the rice was like microwave rice in chunks terrible chicken not edible standard have dropped as a pregnant women whom was looking forward to a nice warm nandos waste of money my 2 year old couldn’t even enjoy his chips cold like rubber ridiculous I’m never complain but I found this so disappointing.

I love Nandos. :) Always hot food, Big portions and exceedingly tasty. Price performance is very good. I just think that the indoor seating of the branch in Enfield Town should be improved. It could be more comfortable and well maintained. Other than that everything is perfect. Very good service and taste :) :) :)

They are consistent, very consistently late to open (on the weekends). Excuses ranges from late delivery, understaffed, system being down etc. This has been happening for the last 4 months (minimum). Don't make plans around this sub par restaurant.

The manager on duty on Saturday 21st July at 7:30pm don't know anything about customer service we came in and asked for a table for seventeen someone said 45minutes after 45 minutes she said no table until hour and a half in a disrespectful manner it's a long story but the waiter made our evening thank you excellent service from you

Considering this restaurant was so quiet the service was poor. We had a table for 9 and we got our starters and mains but they forgot our drinks (the drinks should come before the food). This was the first problem. After that followed our meals being mixed up with different sides and we had one person who has celiac disease and they served his food with garlic bread. The waiter’s excuse was someone else probably ordered garlic bread and there was no space on the plate so we put it on another plate. This is so unprofessional and we had not happy with this experience considering we paid over £150

Use to like nandos but doesn't taste as good as before! Smaller portions and they are more expensive.

Issue was resolved, will be returning again. I can recommend this restaurant food was good just no sauce given during a takeaway.

Order was split into 2 deliveries 40mins apart. Second delivery was the drinks and a couple of sides. Why do that? Corn may as well have been on the grill for a week and a 1/2 chicken was charred in that special way where it ends up tasting like battery acid. Most of the order ended up in the bin but thankfully Deliveroo accepted that this branch of Nando is staffed by special people and refunded.

Interesting decoration upon entry followed by a short, warm welcome and seated almost instantly. You can order at your table or the usual till service. They do check all is well once you start eating. Good service, and the food was done very well.

No sauce and phoned up and can’t help us, disappointing

Nando’s is definitely one of my favourite affordable restaurants in London because the chicken is so darn good! I hadn’t had it for 3 years so it was a real treat to finally be able to go. I got my usual order of quarter chicken with French fries and coleslaw as the sides. I had sparkling water as well and when the food arrived, I tucked right in. I had it spiced up to medium level and when I added my medium level Nando’s spicy sauce and the garlic sauce on top, it was incredible. The prices have definitely gone up since the last time but it’s still affordable.
