Very expensive for what it is, salad dips and grilled meat, not a lot of skill goes into it.

Be careful at this restaurant there open buffet food is recycl the food left on your table and give to other people and they don't allow you to take your food what you pay for left on your table when I asked them why they said because they sort out the good left overs and re use them it's disgusting and wrong who ever goes there be careful of the open buffet breakfast as it's been recycl I will not be going there again

yesterday was our second visit, food was really nice, service was great, when i go to Enfield every time i’ll visit this place for lovely food. Lahmacun and Mixed Donner was very tasty, if you read my comment give them a chance!

I ate the food, the food was delicious but there was a smell in the doner kebab. After I got home, my stomach started to hurt. I think it was definitely bad and the service was very bad.

Please check your receipts before you pay... 2 times in a row, I was overcharged!!! Because of this, I will leave 1-star review

Everytime we visit the U.K. this is the one place we make sure to come every time. It is open all day so it is perfect for families who eat early and the food is fantastic. I ended up ordering a second Chicken Beyti main course when my kids were eating their desert! Amazing place

Rated the Food 7/10 - Meat was bit dry/rice wasn’t too oily but chips were cooked good. Overall solid 7 out 10.

We came for my daughter's birthday and had a fantastic time, food and service was Great. Prices were good too it was about £25 per person including starter, main and a drink.We will definitely be coming back.

Positives: The food here is fantastic and always is. The place feels authentic and has a great vibe. Negatives: Staff are not very helpful & they could make so much more money if the staff asked if we wanted anything lol really poor service tbh

Soo disappointed as i went in for a breakfast with a friend and my mum and we ordered a breakfast FOR 2 and 3 drinks, at the end we were charged almost 10£ extra for nothing extra on the plate but only because an extra person was seated..What??? If someone would have told us at beginning at least we would ordered a meal for that person, not to be charged for NOTHING.. we are running a bussines as well but I believe this was really unfair and unprofessional !

Beautiful setting but the food and services was disappointing. Being a local and proud to recommend places to visit or eat. I would have recommended Aksular restaurant right away but I seriously cannot say that now. It was an awful and embarrassing experience for my guest will not returning any time soon.

I recently dined at Aksular Restaurant and was profoundly disappointed with the experience. The quality of the meat was appalling; it had a terrible taste and an off-putting smell. Both the kebab and Iskender were affected, which suggests a pervasive issue with their meat selection or storage. Furthermore, the portions were frustratingly small, exacerbating the issue as the scant meat seemed overcooked or perhaps even burnt due to its minimal volume. To add insult to injury, the pricing was exorbitant. My order, which consisted of one kebab, one Iskender, one spaghetti, and two servings of ayran, came to a steep £72. This is simply not acceptable given the poor quality and quantity of food served. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Aksular Restaurant, especially to those who value both taste and budget-friendly options. It was a regrettable dining experience that I hope others can avoid.

They have the best lamb yogurt soup prices its going upup, regarding lamb ribs it is nice but over cooked and dried

We went there for dinner for the first time with our 7 guests, the atmosphere was very nice, but the food looked raw because it was stale meat, the doner kebabs were very hard and oily, we were not satisfied at all, we couldn't eat the minced meat pita because it was too salty, we woke up before we could eat the food, the price we paid was not worth these dishes...

If you only have Sunday breakfast in England, you'll think you're in a 5* hotel.

Went for breakfast and was very disappointed with the quality of food and hygiene. Firstly the plates were greasy, not one but a whole tier. Secondly the cucumbers were not fresh, looked very dry, then the hot water was not clear, it was like brownish water. Definitely won’t be going back and I will not recommend breakfast at this place.

First visit to here and l must say the food was delicious staff were very helpful service was fantastic my partner couldn't decide what to have so one of the staff recommended something with lamb in it they even made it without garlic in it has he doesn't like it

A lovely family-run Turkish restaurant. We went here after going to the cinema and appreciated that it was open till midnight. The restaurant ran out of doner meat but had other options. My friends went for the Adana and I tried the Alinazik kebab. Both dishes were delicious and very flavoursome. The service was excellent too and the waiter was very attentive to our orders too.

Disgusting restaurant.I found human hairs in my takeaway delivery.I spent over £40 for a night takeaway for me,my wife and kids and we had to throw it all away.My kids nearly threw up.Been reported to food hygiene and health inspectors. 🤮🤢

I agree with my brother Tony on the order today I was there.We saw a guy on motorbike deliver and then smoke a fag outside.then when we opened the food delivery it was too late and he was gone.otherwise we would have gone out and showed him that it was all chicken doner and no lamb at all. You see people try saying it's not true etc but we are grown ups and surely we wouldn't do all this just to get a free meal out of it .(plus we didn't suggest the free meal,it was the people from this restaurant to apologize at first and suggest a free lunch with a reference code to use next time) I'm sure we ain't low life's to do that.we have never complained before on any other restaurant nearby.its not our style and surely not our hobby to do that.They say they have a video of the food preparation which we didn't see.plus how do we know it's the real one and how do we know what happened next.what happend to customer service? We are being called liers even providing explicit evidence.We won't even accept a free meal from them in any circumstances after this episode.we would decline any free meals in future.just to prove that we ain't cheaters like them and they should admit their mistakes instead of not believing a customer.Steer well clear from this restaurant expecially on deliveries too.We have already contacted the right above people to sort out this unpleasant episode which should Never happen again to any customer!

I ordered a delivery today for a MIXED doner kebab with coke and chips. I didn't get any lamb doner whatsoever not even a tiny piece,as you can clearly see from the photos.All chicken doner.Surely if there was both doners,they wouldn't fit in that box.You can clearly see it's ALL chicken doner! I made a complaint straight away and I thought it was all sorted as I got offered a free meal for next order,but I thought wrong. I receive a message about an hour after saying that they checked the restaurant videos of my food preparation and the two doners were prepared and cancelled my apology free meal.So what did I do?did I take out,carefully all the lamb pieces myself one by one? It's ridiculous!! I will take this matter further at all costs!Avoid this restaurant!Worst experience ever!

Disappointment! It used to be really good local Turkish restaurant, with really good food, generous portions, attentive staff. Unfortunately the visit today was utter disappointment! Starters without hummus, bread was cold and tzaziki was runny in consistency. Meet was cold and was lacking in flavours. Beer (Cobra bottle) £7.90, soft drinks £3.40(Coke glass bottle) We haven't been offered any turkish tea at the end, but we were charged service charge of 10% from the total bill. Sadly, we won't be coming or ordering any more from Aksular in a future.

Travelled from Wales, not many halal places around so ended up here. Food was average & over priced. The Service was minimum. A lot of Staff standing around watching everyone like a hawk, & could see them laughing about customers & they did add a service charge which we paid. Car park could do with some work, pot holes everywhere

Disappointing Visit to Aksular Restaurant! Our recent experience at Aksular restaurant was far from satisfactory. The service was rather average, and the staff did not display much friendliness. To our dismay, the main restaurant section was inaccessible due to an extended cleaning schedule, confining us to the less desirable front part. While the food did meet expectations, our £88 expenditure for three people left us surprised by the absence of complimentary items such as hummus or Turkish tea. Adding to the frustration was the inclusion of a service charge, seemingly disproportionate to the service quality we received. Paying £88 and not receiving the anticipated level of service or complimentary offerings was disheartening. Regrettably, these shortcomings make it improbable for us to consider revisiting Aksular restaurant in the future. Price: £££

I ordered Lamb Chops and Chips from this restaurant through uber eats. What turned up was chicken wings and doner chicken and chips. When I called and explained my order was incorrect they told me they cannot find the order. Now this was something I regularly ordered from this restaurant and have it delivered. But, I was given the runner round. I will never be using them again. Terrible customer service experience.

It was a wonderful experience. Specially the Lamb. My wife doesn’t eat lamb from any restaurant but even she loved it tenderly and perfectly cooked. Will be back again.

They implemented a new parking system which I was unaware of. Aswell as paying for my expensive food I was also gifted with a parking ticket so I won't be visiting this restaurant again.

'Aksula' is my first choice when it comes to restaurants in Enfield. I have been going there since 2016. Always happy about the food choices and the menu. I have booked here for a few birthday parties, holy communion and family dinner-out gatherings. I am a pescatarian and I always order sea bass( Fish ) but sadly last few times found the fish was cold and broken and also the cooked vegetables (NOT salad) were cold too. I was a bit disappointed as Aksulas's sea bass menu always has been so nice. I informed about this matter with one of the managers and he said sorry, I hope in future it will NOT happen again. overall nice place nice staff. Good luck !!

Food great Service from the guys was very polite. Dined late afternoon when not busy so this is the reason for 3 star Atmosphere. I have eaten here before and would eat here again.

Ordered food at 5pm through Uber eats. They kept pushing the estimated delivery time until 7pm and then cancelled the order. Ignored me the whole time I asked about the food.

The food is good but the service is appalling, you should not have to wait 30 minutes to have your table cleared, despite you asking for it. You shouldn’t have to ask the waiter to come back to order a round of drinks because someone asked for a beer and he walked off, maybe we would all like a drink not just one person. Just so everyone knows- I parked in the car park out the back and received a £100 fine. Why no one told us when we sat down I have no idea. Everyone on my table received the fine. I am guessing this is their way of making a lot more money.

The staff wasn’t very welcoming as they didn’t bring us a menu. We had to get up and get it ourself. Overall the food is good and the place is amazing yet they could’ve been more welcoming.

Ordered 2-3 people on Uber eats. Very delicious, sauce was tasty, meat was tender. Used to come with dip but menu change. Still a nice treat though as normal kebab to spicy and cheap, this is quality!

Just ordered from here using Uber, and considering all the kebab places in Enfield, this was far the worst kebab I ever had. Please avoid this place at all costs, there are so many better places you can order from. The meat was like rubber, tasteless and smelled like it was days over its sell by date. I told them about the quality of their meat over the phone, but I don't think they cared too much. If anyone is reading this, please try a different kebab restaurant!!!

I have been eating here for years. Really disappointed in the latest experience. A few months ago i received a premium, freshly made thick, gourmet burger, to today receiving a wafer thin frozen burger, terrible! Really upset. The soup was lukewarm, not steaming hot. We were very un-happy with our most recent experience.

Salad is now covered in mayo. Nasty. No more tzaziki only garlic sauce. Eww. Portions are very very small now. Oily bread is partially oiled. Not nearly enough

Very bad changes since new management, used to be a great place for food with amazing value for money. Menu changes make no sense, increases in price aren’t justified & also got rid of the original amazing complimentary salad. Stars are for the staff, always amazing & helpful. But the changes that have been made are appalling.

Never going back. Myself and 2 friends ate here last night. I am gluten intolerant. The food is very overpriced, and the portions are small. I left there hungry. I stated my gluten intolerance straight away. Usually a manager deals with the order to ensure it is safe. The staff seemed to not know what was safe for me to eat, they kept having to go and ask the manager, and were asking me, can you eat that, without seeing the ingredients o do not know. I had to ask what the dressing on the salad was, something to do with tomato ketchup and mayonnaise, i got a plain salad in the end. For the main meal, they told me the only thing I could eat was lamb ribs and chops or plain fish. Not what I was hoping for. The rice portion was so small, and not a huge amount of meat, obviously I can't fill up on bread. I was still hungry. No one at any point asked us if we were happy with the food. I had to ask 3 times for some water. We were observed constantly, and they were not busy, so no reason for the poor service, sure they were discussing us at one point, felt uncomfortable. At the end of the meal I finally managed to speak to the manager, and told him I was not happy, and they provided poor information about their food and allergies, the response I got was, "I know" Disgusted was an understatement. He was more concerned that I'd asked for water 3 times. No apologies, no alternative no offer of a Turkish tea or any kind of offer to rectify the situation I told him I was not happy and would not be coming back. Obviously not bothered to keep customers. Them had the cheak to put service charge on, which they were promptly told to remove. Overpriced and poor customer service, don't bother, there are better places to eat.

Don't know where to start. First of all they changed the menu put the prices up which is fair enough with increasing inflation ect. But who put pictures on the menu? Looks cheap and tasteless. No class. Now food hmmm ..... if you are Turkish don't go there you will be disappointed. It was the most disappointing experience I ever had with Turkish food and Aksular. I guess owner has changed and everything just went downhill. And hey no red cabbage really!? The salad they brought was like from wheatherspoons with weird dressing on it. Awful olives hard ones. Service was ok. Overall very unpleasant experience. And we used to come here often. Shame

Very loud atmosphere. the service was very slow as we waited around 10-15 minutes after we got the menu. The food was tasty, the saled had sumthing else yellowish cream not suatible for kebab as it spoiled the taste of the saled. Lastly the price was higher than expected. I would probably not go there again.

The lamb kaburga (ribs) are some SMACK ! If you like ribs then you have to try them from here perfectly cooked over charcoal . Juicy as can be .

Was very nice and lovely. The food was quick to come out and was very tasty. Chicken was nice and tender while being crispy. Also the atmosphere was lovely even in the outside area it was neither warm or cold just perfect. Lovely place to have a meal at.

It was slow and the food was dry and small. There was no more MEZE and all was tiny. Prices are extortionate. The atmosphere was not authentic and original. The red velvet cake wasn’t even red velvet, it was red powder covering. Someone who ordered got more chips/fries the her actual meat. We were here for 2 hours before the starters even came. I am not coming back!

No one should be forced to pay service charge; no one should pay so much for a meal of this quality. Smaller portions and more expensive prices. Staff and service is perfect they are hard working people and I respect them for this. Never had issues with service but the food quality and prices I am sorry but I don’t see myself going back!

I will never come back here again !!! I am very surprised by the prices and portions, as well as the taste of meat that was undercooked the last time. If you order a small portion, then expect a few pieces of meat to be brought to you and this will be a portion from which you did not even have a bite to eat for a while.

The cheeseburger I ordered was nothing like the images shown on the menu and frankly it tasted dull and nothing special.the chips was mediocre and the presentation overall was not good.however the chicken shish was quite tasty and had flourishing flavour.the orange juice wasn’t even fresh and it was far too expensive for something that cost £1 in other shops,the Coca Cola I ordered was decently cold but it would have been better if there was ice in it.
