Best Nandos branch I have tasted, very friendly staff and consistently tasty. They only branch I now go to

Food is always fresh and the service is amazing. The manager Rafael is very welcoming and always ensures our visit is great.

The place was packed, short on staff, it was manic and looked like it had gone into meltdown… Yet, the amazing very professional manager held his cool and steered his team through the violent storm until it was calm! Got a table and food came within a reasonable time so all good! Well done!👏🏻

Have been here many times, the atmosphere has changed a lots. I think the place has been refurbished once. We love Nando’s as it’s easy, reasonable price, quick and most important is kids love their chips and garlic bread 😁😍. My husband seems really like their chicken liver (this place I must say one of the best place of Nando’s at doing this dish). I always happy visiting here, the last few times really glad with their services, hope they remain x

I took my daughter and 10 of her friends here today for her 13th birthday and the staff could not have been lovelier. They allowed me to bring in a birthday cake that they decorated with the candles I provided, brought it out from the back and joined in to sing her a happy birthday. It's not easy managing 11 teenage girls on a birthday outing, which I did as the only adult, but the team at this branch of Nandos were wonderful and I really appreciated all of it. Thank you all so much! It meant more than you could know.

I like the atmosphere, but the food is very overpriced and not tasty. I wonder whether some of their food is just microwave meal or cooked with a microwave. not recommend.

Friendly staff & a good Nando's chain here anytime I visit with quick service & food & in a good location also. When I'm next in the area I'll hopefully pop by. 🐔

From when we walked in, it was such an amazing experience. The staff, from the manager to the servers were nothing less than wonderful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of. Loved the wings too, they hit the spot!

Brilliant place ...also it's the only place I trust that does proper gluten free, that I'm happy to take my little nephew who has coeliac's

This Nando's has always been a good local place to go to however I have come just after a while, and the staff that have been hired are all young teenagers who are rude, have no energy to move their legs or to provide service. Please hire better staff.

Jess the manager was really nice! We came on a Wednesday around 3pm :) She got our drinks for us, and had such a warm friendly personality!

We arrived at 8-30 pm it’s was so quick to get table for 2 - Trust me the service was so good specially The staff (Rohan) was so friendly and warm welcoming us . The food was so nice and specially thanks to Rohan for your hospitality.

The chicken was delicious and the sauces incredible.

I like the staff here, they seem attentive and the restaurant is quite family friendly. I enjoy going here with my kids when we pass the area.

The card machine at this branch never seems to work. I ended up having to pay with cash on more than one occasion.

Wow! What a great experience. Sometimes people knock Nandos for its simplicity, but in our view, its simplicity is its strength. Despite the ease of ordering via the Nandos App at the comfort of our table, we still received personalised and attentive customer service. We will be back!

Mike (Branch Manager) Nando's Restaurant Finsbury Park London, N4 3HB Dear Mike, I am writing to you regarding an incident that occurred on 8/05/2024, during which I consumed food from Nando's via a delivery facilitated by Deliveroo. Regrettably, shortly after consuming the meal, I experienced symptoms consistent with food poisoning. As a loyal patron of Nando's, I am deeply concerned about the quality and safety of the food provided by your establishment that occassion. Furthermore, I believe that Nando's owes a duty of care to its customers, as established in the case of Donoghue v Stevenson (1932). This landmark case exemplifies the principle that a duty of care is owed to consumers to ensure that products, including food, are safe for consumption. Despite the delivery being facilitated by Deliveroo, it is my understanding that Nando's maintains responsibility for the quality and safety of the food served under its brand name. Therefore, I was disappointed by the response received from your team, particularly when you advised me to obtain a GP letter. As a customer lodging a complaint, I expected a more empathetic and proactive approach to addressing my concerns. In accordance with the Food Safety Act 1990 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I expect Nando's to fulfill its obligations to ensure the safety and satisfaction of its customers. I kindly request that Nando's takes appropriate action to investigate this matter thoroughly and implement measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. I trust that Nando's will handle this matter with the seriousness and urgency it deserves. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

You know what? I'm a bit of a food snob and I didn't think it was going to be as good as it was. My mum really wanted to go here for her birthday as she's always been curious about Nandos. Staff were really nice and friendly, always a good sign in my opinion. I ordered some chicken and chips, sorry but it's all the same to me🤷‍♂️. Have to say, I didn't like ordering on l using the QR code, but faffy as we were given a physical copy of the menu too and the names of the dishes were slightly different. Me brother's chicken was actually over cooked and burned but mine was pretty good. The mixed salad was yummy and came with a tiny melt bottle of dressing to apply yourself, very nice indeed (spicy rocket, yum). As I said, very good service, good people but then that's Norf London for you, innit?

We arrived at 5:30 on Saturday April 13 to a short wait. Within moments we were shown a place to sit and await our table. Quickly after many parties came in and the main host, a man in his 30s or 40s handled the hectic moments with such ease! He showed everyone so much respect and had everyone seated in a reasonable amount of time. While eating, this same host made time to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. On the way out we’re also observed this host entertaining a few small children in the queue. Will absolutely be back, this Nando’s experience has been the best by far!

This was the worst experience I have ever had staff was very rude uncooked food burnt food taking long to to bring out the food staff talking about us thinking we could not hear worst experience do not come here would not recommend

To anyone wanting to come here, do not. I was with a party with about 8 people(each paying for themselves) for iftar and I had the halloumi sticks which were cold and so did other members of my party which were also cold. I later order (all through the website) a quarter chicken which was dry and my garlic bread was burnt. Also forgot to mention another person with me got a bottomless drink and her cup was not brought out until she asked for one. And my last complaint is that on the app I order one cheesecake and a those chocolate cake cups things. When a regular chocolate cake came out and the chocolate pud came out I was confused as I was the only person who ordered dessert but it was my order. In the end I did not get my cheesecake. I have came here before and it was a lovely experience but after this I do not think I will.

Went for my grandson's 10th birthday. Staff were great. There were 12 of us and they moved tables for us so we could all sit together. Food was good and we all had a good time

I was not expecting the restaurant to be that full and busy but the staff were efficient enough to serve our food with a smile. We didn't wait too long to get our food, maybe like 30 minutes but it's understandably considering how very busy they are.

Food and staff is nice but this place gets packed. If your in a large group be prepared to wait for 30 min + if your going in the evening

Pros Good food and service. Cons Noisy bright harsh lighting. Terrible layout and poor organisation. Tables packed together. Wouldn't recommend this branch for a cosy relaxed dinner.

Ordered online but unfortunately had 5 items missing, called the restaurant to try resolve this and before I could even finish my sentence they blamed the Deliveroo driver for “eating it”. Internal investigation clearly wasn’t an option for the rude employee that answered the phone. The food could have accidentally been left on the side or placed with another order etc. but they instead just pointed fingers elsewhere. We will not be ordering from this branch again.

Busy branch (so seating can be cramped) but staff are friendly and food is cooked well and fast. Free local on street parking after 6.30pm.

Sadly I didn't have a good experience today, I got my food and it was okay but my partners food didn't come to the table I went to ask where my partner's food was to be told it's been wiped off the system and I told them what she ordered... Food is standard, dependable Nando’s but what separates this branch is the friendly, courteous and professional staff.

To all the other staff I truly apologise. Clearly a lack of leadership here on the part of the manager on duty. Using the guise of a staff shortage to explain why he wanted to close the store 30 minutes early was not very compelling. I attempted to order chicken wings and was informed this was not available, "we have a very limited menu" one would have anticipated at least being offered an alternative, but there was no communication so i left hungry and went across the street. Frankly, the guy either needs to be trained or he needs to be fired. The reason you have a staff shortage is because you have management that is uninspiring. Thanks so much, please improve, this is not the nandos standard in my previous experiences.

It was the hottest day of the year and thank god they had Aircon. A busy restaurant and the food was of good quality. The middle of the road service mark was due to the staff forgetting my daughters meal which followed 10 mins after our meal.

Slow service, waited 45 minutes for food from ordering and then forgot to bring our drinks and had to ask several times.

Good food but terrible service, the waiters are slow and sometimes unresponsive (several times my takeaway orders are ready but they forgot to give it to me)

Not as great as the original South African Nando’s casas. The chicken was not as saucy and the pita was average, but it was still a good meal and would recommend. There were some trainee staff so it was a bit slow but not terrible.
