I tried their chicken wrap in extra hot, unfortunately it was so dry and lacked any flavour

We had lovely chicken tender and juicy with sides

Well 1st time here as kids wear very hungry. But I have to say wooow the service and coutmer service 10/10 Very humble and food was just woow. Love it thankyou to these brothers at this place. I do recommen this place if u ever in greenstreet.

tried their beef burger it was really yummy,also their french fries are so crisphy.

As per law all food institutions need to serve tap water however this place refused and said they don't do it. I suggest someone from the council come and investigate as this is an obstruction of law.

EAST LONDON SHOPPING CENTRE BRANCH Ate the whole Chicken platter with mash and chips.My Mum, four kids and myself have all fallen extremely sick with food poisoning. This is all we ate whilst in East London. We ordered for 6 plus. Recieved only 2 plates and 2 knives and forks. Had to continuously get up for stuff . Bad service and food poisoning topped it. Dreading looking up the ratings 🤢

I have not ordered roosters for a long time. I uses to go to Ilford weekly . This was disappointing missing piri piri salt on my fries .. green garlic dip ??? and cold chicken . Missing other dips ..order via uber . This really ruined the meal .

I came here with my friends the staff was very rude when I requested the chicken to be grilled well done and the staff said in a really bad way why you don’t come and cook yourself

Had there chicken burger and chips and the strip platter. Was great tasting. Seating is nice as you can order from multiple food outlets and sit together as a family.

Ordered a chicken burger meal on Uber eats only to discover it hadn't been packaged properly. Who's bright idea was it to just wrap it up in paper, literally demolished the burger by the time it arrived to me.

Ordered a portion of buffalo wings but they were not buffalo flavoured. Just regular peri peri, tasted good however.

Confused this place with roosters on cranbrook rd. Major mistake. Extra Hot Half chicken took 20mins plus to be prepared, took 2 bites from each piece...not only was it mildly hot at best, but the chicken was cold!! Took it back but the look I got was as though Im talking rubbish!! Told the guy to take bite himself (I used knife & fork) but he kept showing the temperature of the bloody grill?!? Next piece I got was exactly as I thought itd be....microwaved! How do I know? Ever microwaved something along with the sauce on the plate? If you know you know. Never going back! Oh and paid for wedges but the replacement came with fries, go figure!

I often order chicken from this place and it was delicious but recently when I ordered the chicken it wasn't fresh, it didn't even smell like usual, my children and I got very strong diarrhea.

the order that uber brought me was wrong .... i tried to call the driver many times but he doesn't speak english well and he told me that he is not responsible for the order to call the restaurant. the weak restaurant say it's not their problem and calling the driver puts me from one to the other...my order was £ 56.60 and the one he gave me is £ 26.95

over one an a half hour late, when I call to ask about it their answer was that I should call the driver and then they proceeded to hung up on me, i never seen such a bad service

The drink split on the food so majority of it we couldn’t eat and the salad portion is extremely small

Wrong flavour chicken sent. Ordered Tikka butterfly chicken and got Mexican. Didn't enjoy it as much.

They did take note of my request - didn't want my chicken overgrilled. The food was nice and hot when it got to me which other reviewers seem to have complained about before. Rice portion could be more I think (fill the container a bit more please :)) ) more piri-piri seasoning on the chips too please, but that's my preference. I would order from them again as long as they maintain quality. Difference with another branch is they don't have the labels on the packed bags, but that's not major. As long as my food is always fresh and hot, I will continue ordering from.them. Many thanks.

The delivery driver gave the food to a man outside the hotel I am staying in! Never even asked for a name just gave it to them! They’re all there picking at my food as they laughed as they assumed it was a free meal for them, delivery driver needs sacking!!

Got confirmation call was able to adjust order. I asked if order can be delivered earlier and surprisingly was. Food taste, quality and price was excellent. Will definitely order from this place again very soon

Our delivery was about half hour late and wrong but after contacting the restaurant we soon had everything we ordered and can honestly say was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time everything was cooked to perfection will definitely be ordering again.

The past couple days I ordered was not good but yesterday for the first day it came early and my food was absolutely delicious

Edit Dec 2019: Made a mistake giving these guys a try again. We tried buying 10 pc chicken with different flavours but we were told we can only have one flavour, I think that’s just daft, gone from 3 star rating to 1. Nothing special, food was mediocre. Asked for Hot chicken, was mild at best Overpriced for portion sizes.

We only got 12 wings instead of 16

It didn’t come on time and I was waiting for a long time and I didn’t even eat anything from 1pm yesterday because I was really excited to order from your company because usually the food comes really quick but yesterday I don’t know what happened the food came late not. On the computer not happy about that and what I ordered not my dessert was right and my chip and wedges was cold I couldn’t eat it I had to put it in the bin.

The food was due at 9.30pm - we spent over an hour waiting for the food and when it arrived it was someone else's order. The driver didn't even wait to confirm he drove off very quickly. As I type this I'm still trying to reach the restaurant before they close and no one is picking up, it goes to voicemail each time, and I've left 3 messages. I am not rating the food as we didn't receive what we initially ordered and wouldn't eat the items of the other person's order. So that is a waste. This is the second order we've made tonight using Just Eat - the first one didn't even arrive! I am severely disappointed and embarrassed as we had guests.

Food was good,just please deliver at the time said as the food was 45 mins early. To be fair the driver did apologise was pleasant and he went and came back after at the correct time with hot food.

Second order from here. I don’t tend to review but Roosters deserve one. This place does the best chicken I’ve had in a long while. Their chips are perfect too. Like possibly the best I’ve ever had from a take-away. And the corn on the cob is properly cooked and not just heated up. Forget your high street piri-piri chicken chain, these guys are 10 times better.

Love treating myself to a roosters and I have to say service is top notch. The brother is soo friendly and took the time to blow a balloon for my toddler and play with him alhamdullilah their blueberry and Pomegranate smoothie is amazing. If the food doesn't bring you back the service will

Vine aquí para comer antes de ir al estadio Emirates. Desde el principio me quedó claro que el servicio era un poco lento. Después de que finalmente me quitaron el pedido y el dinero, tuve que esperar mucho más de los 15 minutos que me dijeron que tendría que esperar. La excusa dada fue el sistema de pedidos. No importa.La comida estuvo bien. Las alitas de pollo con limón y hierbas y la mitad de pollo con papas fritas y ensalada de col estaba delicioso. La única decepción es que el limón está claramente fuera de una botella, por lo tanto, el sabor del limón parece artificial y demasiado picante. No pude distinguir ninguna hierba.Los precios están a la par con los de Nando, por lo que es caro para lo que es, pero fue bueno y ciertamente llenó un vacío. ¿Recomendaría este lugar? Great fast food and as healthy as fried chicken can be.

Nothing special, the wings were cold, the buns for the chicken burger was abit small and gets messy. They used to be good but gone down over years.

Asked for a pitta but got a wrap then the man tried to argue with me when I took it back. I asked if I was getting a lamb kebab as the menu simply said “lamb” and was told it wasn’t a kebab but I got a kebab served with limp, yellow salad. Only good thing I got were the wedges... very disappointed.

Estoy trabajando en Finsbury Park y pensé que el mejor lugar para comer sería Roosters Piri Piri, ya que parecía limpio e inteligente desde afuera.Me gustaría agregar que el muchacho que me sirvió fue realmente útil y tenía buenas habilidades de servicio al cliente.Pedí un batido de chocolate y una doble envoltura de pollo con un poco de puré.Cuando salió, la primera mitad de la envoltura estaba bien y me la comí. Pero cuando llegué al otro lado, estaba rosado y poco cocinado. El puré estaba frío y recién precalentado.Fui a decirles al mostrador y me preguntaron si me gustaría cocinar otro. Obviamente, la respuesta fue no, ya que me había desanimado por lo que ya había mordido.Pedí un reembolso porque no pude terminar mi comida.Después de algunas negociaciones entre sí detrás del mostrador, (quien supongo que es el gerente) decidió que no tenía derecho porque me había "comido la mitad".Logré que me devolvieran la mitad del dinero, después de una experiencia tan horrible que nunca volveré a usar este lugar.Han perdido un cliente de por vida sobre el precio de un 13. 97 comida.Negocio horrible, mal dirigido.Es de esperar que lean esto y aprendan que no cuesta mucho tener un buen servicio al cliente.Pero te costará una fortuna si no lo haces.

Falta de limpieza en ese lugar!¡Limpié la mesa y me sorprendí al ver lo sucia que estaba!Le dije al personal que lo limpiara, usaron spray y papel de cocina para secar. Luego lo toqué y todavía está pegajoso y lo vuelvo a comprobar limpiando más y más suciedad. ! ??

We visited on a quiet Tuesday afternoon. I had a peri peri chicken burger and chips. Really tasty, you could tell good quality ingredients were used. Great service from staff.
