I didn’t receive my food not happy at all

Good food but it took 45minutes to be served as the staff forgot our order

The chicken wings were delicious; they were well-cooked and medium spicy, as requested. The chicken strips were so juicy and well-marinated in the lovely sauce. I highly recommend it

Chicken wings cold and hard management rude

Went for a Beef wrap (grilled beef cuts) with a side of chips for a quick fix. (shopping is hard work with toddlers and pushchairs)…. Instead what i got was a beef patty cut into pieces in a wrap! Adding to a stressful day! Do not order Beef wrap.

Chicken smelt very odd , no refund given when concern raised , order was very very delayed (40 mins)

I was giving my order to the man wearing versace t shirt with very little English he said to me come back later my brothers is after you let him order he is in hurry. So stupid and unprofessional behavior in a food shop. I would never go back, I wouldn't recommend to others.

4 tiny pieces of chicken, and rice that was super dry. Was the rice even freshly made? Anyway, straight in the bin and an absolute waste of my money. Wont be ordering from Roosters again

Chips and wedges came soggy, and drink wasn't given. Told driver there's no drink, and had to open the bag infront him at the door because he didn't believe me. Won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered a chicken wrap with halloumi and when it arrived, there was no chicken in the wrap. Just halloumi.

Well 1st time here as kids wear very hungry. But I have to say wooow the service and coutmer service 10/10 Very humble and food was just woow. Love it thankyou to these brothers at this place. I do recommen this place if u ever in greenstreet.

As per law all food institutions need to serve tap water however this place refused and said they don't do it. I suggest someone from the council come and investigate as this is an obstruction of law.

EAST LONDON SHOPPING CENTRE BRANCH Ate the whole Chicken platter with mash and chips.My Mum, four kids and myself have all fallen extremely sick with food poisoning. This is all we ate whilst in East London. We ordered for 6 plus. Recieved only 2 plates and 2 knives and forks. Had to continuously get up for stuff . Bad service and food poisoning topped it. Dreading looking up the ratings 🤢

The hummus was way too salty and the burger was definitely not extra hot. I have eaten at other Roosters branches, which have been great, but this one unfortunately misses the mark.

I have not ordered roosters for a long time. I uses to go to Ilford weekly . This was disappointing missing piri piri salt on my fries .. green garlic dip ??? and cold chicken . Missing other dips ..order via uber . This really ruined the meal .

Had there chicken burger and chips and the strip platter. Was great tasting. Seating is nice as you can order from multiple food outlets and sit together as a family.

Ordered a chicken burger meal on Uber eats only to discover it hadn't been packaged properly. Who's bright idea was it to just wrap it up in paper, literally demolished the burger by the time it arrived to me.

Ordered a portion of buffalo wings but they were not buffalo flavoured. Just regular peri peri, tasted good however.

I ordered from roosters peri peri and the food is inedible, i’m so disappointed as i was craving the food, it wasn’t even in the packaging and spilled which also made the food cold. how am i meant to eat when the food is inedible. Normally when i order from here it's never like this. Due to this i would like a full refund as soon as possible. I would like it back to my card as i don’t want to be ordering from here if this is how i receive the food i payed for!

Confused this place with roosters on cranbrook rd. Major mistake. Extra Hot Half chicken took 20mins plus to be prepared, took 2 bites from each piece...not only was it mildly hot at best, but the chicken was cold!! Took it back but the look I got was as though Im talking rubbish!! Told the guy to take bite himself (I used knife & fork) but he kept showing the temperature of the bloody grill?!? Next piece I got was exactly as I thought itd be....microwaved! How do I know? Ever microwaved something along with the sauce on the plate? If you know you know. Never going back! Oh and paid for wedges but the replacement came with fries, go figure!

First of, the dude that delivered our food didn’t have a bike and walked. When we got the food it was pretty cold. Both wraps weren’t great, the lettuce was brown and super soggy which is a shame because usually it’s bangin

Rider took a very long to come and came the longest way. Had to go out looking for him as he was not in the correct place.

Food was really good. Portions were really small. Two table spoons of coleslaw for £2.49 is bad value. Rice portion was small too.

I ordered for wedges and I was given fries and wedges mixed with fries! I requested for cutlery as I did not have any but none were provided! The packaging arrived damaged. Each packaging of chicken leaked. Given that I hadn’t eaten for 8 hours, I was only able to eat the wedges due to explained above.

I often order chicken from this place and it was delicious but recently when I ordered the chicken it wasn't fresh, it didn't even smell like usual, my children and I got very strong diarrhea.

The chicken wing meal with salad was absolute disaster it was covered in yellow oil and it wasn't hot flavoured sauce. What was really disturbing the salad didn't even contained any tomatoes apart from one slice. Furthermore lettuce was yellowing (Not Fresh) and they covered it with full uncut garlic cloves also supplied with really cheap salad dressing and condiments. Really disappointed to see this being supplied to customers.

I had the bbq chicken pita and it had lots of chicken and the sauce was delicious. Chips also good. Would recommmend

Chips were over cooked and not eatable. Went straight in the bin. The buffalo wings and breast pieces were so hard defo undercooked. Too chewy. Only the main chicken whole was cooked ok. never again, walthamstow branch is better

This is not the first time when I have ordered food from this restaurant, but after the experience that I have had so far, I must admit that the food is delicious, fresh, hot, adequately packed and I'd like to order again.

It's OK the pitas are good and they have lovely chips, but anything beef in this shop that I have tasted is pretty bad. They need to get a better recipe for beef.
